Uhhh. I'm sorry about that. lol My dogs have been sleeping in my room on account of the freezing temperatures and I've been........... WEll cold since they get on the bed before I've been able to get under the sheets for.........four days now. @.@
@Saarebas Loving Amos, just a bit skeptical on the whole skeletal constructs. I say pick either that or the noxious gas. If you really wanna keep both, probably nerf them. Maybe just isolating the transformations to his arms would be a good example.
@AlternateMan Aside from needing to clean up the sheet, I find no real problem. Just curious about the constructs that he can make. You mentioned something about complex constructs? Maybe you could give an example of simple and complex ones for me just so I can get a better understanding on what it is he can make?

If I may add my two cents, I think the noxious gas is frankly far more useful and versatile than having skelly-bones, and giving Amos’ gaseous form the ability to physically attack people while still being mostly incorporeal feels ( a ) unnecessary since the gas itself is already a form of attack that can’t be blocked or dodged like a skeleton punch, and ( b ) a detriment to Amos’ own creativity. Making such a brute force method for subduing opponents available on a power with as many interesting yet subtle applications as turning into gas seems like a good way for Amos to develop an unintentional crutch.
Also, feel free to ignore this if it’s a stylistic choice but anyone who wants to give their character a full Japanese name or surname (since we can probably assume this isn’t a class made up of 90% transfer students) but doesn’t know how to read/speak/write moon runes can use this random name generator I’m fond of:
It’s one of the best I’ve found imo, and you can just as easily use it to create ordinary-sounding names as you can the pun-filled and overtly-symbolic names series like BnHA are usually known for.
Also, did you get a chance to look at my WIP, @Geyter? It’s mostly finished by now, though I still need to add a lot of the cosmetic touches.
Konchu stands very tall, and is a mutant - in his case, he takes the appearance of a bipedal cockroach. His body is covered by a thick exoskeleton and he has an extra set of arms - however, each hand only has 3 fingers. He has no skin and, as consequence, no lips, causing his teeth to constantly be revealed. Luckily, he takes very good care of them, and he tries to make sure he is smiling most of the time in order to appear less threatening. Unlike a cockroach he has humanoid teeth, no wings, and he lacks any antenna. Additionally, on the inside, he is just like a normal human. While hard to see thanks to his exoskeleton, he possess decent muscles, thanks to constant training. Konchu possesses both an exoskeleton and an endoskeleton - while the exoskeleton gives him a small amount of armor, it hinders his range of motion, and makes his flexibility near nonexistent. Each finger on his hand is tipped with a sharp claw - Konchu uses them whenever a kitchen knife is unavailable. While they are hard to see, Konchu possess both eyes and ears - the ears are small holes that are covered by an operculum in order to protect them, and his eyes are just black and very small, making them hard to see. Like most roaches, he can detect sounds with his leg hairs - while it is more sensitive and able to pick up noise better than his ears, Konchu has no idea what people are saying when using them.
Thankfully, modern society makes clothes for mutants - Konchu generally wears casual clothes, such as bowling shirts and blue jeans, but always makes sure to wear the school uniform when he is attending classes once he receives it. His hero uniform, as expected, is very similar to the professional hero Lunch-Rush. In fact, other than the mask and piping, it is essentially the exact same - only sized up.
Height: 2.4 Meters Weight: 226 kilograms
Personality: A hard worker and foodie above all else, Konchu works hard to accomplish his dreams - owning a dine-in barbecue/burger joint! However, this is only one of his dreams - his other being to help as many as people as possible. To this effect, he wishes to become a hero - not only to help those in need, but to also gain a reputation as "Cooking Hero Jr." and make his future business venture a success. He is a hard worker, and refuses to ever give up on something unless he has to. As expected of someone with dreams like this, Konchu loves cooking more than nearly anything else - just giving another person a good meal brings a tear to his eyes. Unfortunately, not many people are willing to try his food - apparently, being infested with bugs and looking like a giant cockroach make others less willing to try your meals. By becoming a well-respected hero, Konchu hopes people will stop this prejudice against him. Konchu has a penchant for food-based puns and strange catchphrases, and hates to see anyone go hungry.
Konchu strives hard to make people happy, and believes that a good meal is the fastest way to cheer someone up - but should a meal prove ineffective, Konchu will go to extreme lengths to help those he considers friends (i.e. nearly everybody he knows). He is friendly, will always try to cooperate with others, and will stand up against others in order to protect those who can't protect themselves. An extremely easy way to get him to like you would be to compliment his cooking - he's always willing to make someone a meal if they ask! Unfortunately, his large stature and monstrous appearance makes him nervous of intimidating others, and Konchu is constantly worried he is unpopular because of it.
Konchu was raised to always be kind to everyone - no matter who they were or what they believed in. As such, he goes to large lengths in order to help others, and is always willing to cooperate and compromise to help another. Even against people hostile towards him, Konchu always tries to be diplomatic and peaceful, but this rarely has worked in the past.
Despite his kind nature and creativity in the kitchen, Konchu is far from the sharpest knife in the drawer - His entire life he could never get good grades, a source of constant shame for him. Konchu desperately tries to hide his low intelligence from others, afraid that they would insult him. Even though the hides it, however, he will occasionally misinterpret the meaning of words, and uses complicated words without knowing what they mean in order to sound smart. He reads at a 5th grade level. This is his second largest source of discomfort - no matter how hard he works to improve it, his grades never seem to rise. The only thing he is more ashamed of then this is his monstrous appearance, but there is no way to hide that.

History: Born in the city of Osaka, Konchu was raised by a mother and father team who owned their own business - a small, family-owned traditional diner! Their, they sold traditional Osakan cuisine (at an affordable price, I might add!). His mother and father were kind parents, and raised him with love and care in mind - no matter what he did, they always gave him their full support. They gave him singing lessons, helped him practice drawing, and were always willing to lend a hand with his preschool studies - it rarely helped, but the thought was appreciated. Unfortunately, things changed at the age of 4.
Konchu's quirk manifested itself later than most - he was nearly 4 and a half when it did manifest itself. He grew a foot taller, and a hard exoskeleton quickly grew over his skin - he was nearly sent to the emergency room since he didn't know how to control his quirk, and he quickly ran out of energy as bugs streamed from his orifices. Luckily, his mother's father, whom the quirk originated from, helped Konchu properly learn how to control it, saving his life. Unfortunately, having a child that spewed out bugs as a quirk and looked like a cockroach wasn't really good for business in a restaurant - the family diner, which his parents had worked so hard to maintain, quickly went under when news about Konchu's quirk started going around. Eventually, the couple was unable to support the failing establishment, and they sold it to a fast food chain.
Despite losing their dream, his parents quickly bounced back - they took new jobs, both getting the same career at a larger restaurant, working as chefs. The made significantly less money and some would even call them poor, but they were frugal enough to make things work. Despite always telling him that it wasn't his fault, Konchu always blamed himself for the failing of his parent's dreams - this guilt manifested itself in his love of cooking. Every day, whenever his parent's had free time, Konchu would beg them to teach him a new recipe or technique, and they tried their best to oblige. Konchu also grew to idolize the famous chef's of the world - despite many not having quirks that were useful for cooking, they were still able to be well-accomplished chefs. No one, however, was more idealized than the hero Lunch-Rush.
Upon learning the existence of Lunch-Rush and professional heroes in general at the age of 8, Konchu decided to become one himself. Many of the neighborhood ridiculed him, because at the time, he could barely control the insects that poured from his body - that was the reason his parent's restaurant went under. However, Konchu possessed a gift that was far more powerful than a naturally good quirk - he had the power of perseverance! Every day, after he finished school and practicing his cooking, he trained his quirk and body. Over the years, the number of insects he could control grew, and his quirk continued to mutate his body - as he could control larger numbers, his body grew larger in order to hold more. This, combined with his strength that he had trained intensely, catapulted him from "Weird, but not terrifying" to "Kill it with fire".
Still, even at the age of 12 and being over 6' tall, his parents still supported their son - they were even saving up a large amount of money so he could go to a university with a good hero program. However, Konchu secretly refused to accept this - their was no way he would force his parents to support his dreams - he was doing this for them, not the other way around! He doubled down on his training, and finally, at the age of 14, he applied to U.A High. While it is by far the best Hero school in the country, Konchu was more focused on it for another reason - the chef of the academy was the famous Lunch-Rush! Of course, the great "Cooking Hero Jr." had to eat the meals of the original "Cooking Hero!" And so, Konchu sent forth his application - praying that, even with his low grades and a quirk not specialized for being a hero, his attitude and perseverance would win him the day!
...He never even got to take the entrance exam, as the academy viewed his quirk as "too disturbing" for becoming a hero. He was denied via letter, and keeps it in his wallet to remind him of his mission. Never the type to give up, Konchu instead applied for the summer camp of Monoha Academy, where he wasn't immediately disqualified!
Name: Living Hive
Description: Numerous insects live inside of Konchu's body - these are made by consuming an excess amount of calories. They can be controlled within a 300 foot range, and Konchu can use their senses at will. Unfortunately, while looking through their senses can be done at will, he will feel pain when looking through large numbers (over 10) or if the insect he is looking through dies. In order to recover stamina to produce more insects, he must consume more food, making his endurance naturally low - should he use his quirk too much, he will eventually pass out, or even die.
Attacks/Applications Chili Pepper Assault: Unleashing a swarm of flying insects, Konchu sprays them with some irritant, such as mace or hot sauce. Then, he maneuvers them directly into an opponents eyes, mouth, or wounds, causing intense pain and creating a very good distraction. This is the move he has trained the most with, viewing it as his "Signature Move"
Black Pepper Restraint: Holding an opponent in his arms, he releases insets directly onto a person's face from his mouth. These insects, usually beetles or maggots, proceed to dig into their flesh. Thankfully, the opponent usually manages to shake Konchu off by this point, preventing serious harm.
Supersized (Locked): After training his quirk considerably, Konchu has finally learned how to manipulate the details of the insects he spawns. He can make them anywhere from a third of their normal size, all the way to three times their normal size. The larger they are, the more calories they need and the shorter they live, while smaller insects can be produced at a smaller cost. Other than being stronger at larger sizes, this does nothing else.
Boiled Onion Artillery (Locked): Using the infamous Bombardier Beetle, Konchu collects several or more of the beetle around his hand - upon doing so, the beetles release it's defense mechanism. This mass of liquid can be over 100 degrees Celsius, and is particularly irritating to the eyes and other sensitive parts. Unfortunately, it suffers in range, only being able to launch a few feet in front of Konchu.
(WIP, can't really think of many right now. Plan on adding more at a later time/when he trains them).
Limitations: Armor Problem: Konchu's quirk lacks any form of armor piercing, making an opponent with even light armor that covers their entire body completely protected against it.
Timed: No matter how much food he consumes or what bugs he produces, they have a set lifetime - they are unable to live longer than 6 hours, with larger bugs lasting less time depending on how much larger they are. This prevents him from "Stocking up" and storing large numbers of insects. Fortunately, the process of actually spawning the bugs only takes a few seconds.
Weaknesses: Insect Weakness: No mater how large or numerous they are, bugs are still bugs. Konchu's bugs are not any more resistant to fire and poison than any others, and those with area of affect quirks can easily be a hard counter for him.
No Poison: While he has the toxins of every insect in the animal kingdom to choose from, Konchu refuses to use anything lethal to humans - even somewhat dangerous poisons are only used in emergencies. This is more of a personal weakness then one related to his quirk, but there is little chance he will ever get over this weakness.
Energy Inefficient: While many quirks, like muscles, are stamina-based and can be pushed to go beyond their limits, Konchu's quirk is entirely calorie-based. As such, pushing himself will result in effects similar to malnutrition and starvation. Rapid use will cause severe consequences, and Konchu cannot "take a breather" in order to recover - he must eat once he runs out of energy, or else he'll faint (or worse).

@AlternateMan Aside from needing to clean up the sheet, I find no real problem. Just curious about the constructs that he can make. You mentioned something about complex constructs? Maybe you could give an example of simple and complex ones for me just so I can get a better understanding on what it is he can make?
It's similar to balling up snow to make things. He could let out cold substance to make large chunks of ice-which can be referred to as 'bricks'-or small ones. Or build ice walls using a similar method. Simple ones are really just chunks of ice, with no specific shape in mind when they are made. For complex ones, those are ones that are specific shape, like a sphere or a sphere with an empty inside. These require caution and a bit more time when being made(which isn't really helpful in emergencies).
+I'll clean up my CS later, though I doubt I'll be able to do a good job at it.

Okay, I’m sorry, because he looks like a genuinely nice and cool dude, but AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH- *pauses to sip some water*
Hiems is a tall, and slightly muscular teenager. He has black short hair, with the left side of it curled like a bolt of thunder. He tried to straighten the part of it, but failed every method he’s tried. His blue eyes usually radiates laziness, which are also capable of showing determination in some situations. He has a slightly pale skin, fitting his quirk’s icy nature. Hiems doesn’t really have a sense of fashion-he grabs random clothes he sees. Though, he prefers to wear t-shirts and shorts for outdoor activities. With flip flops added to the load out, he claims to be ‘invincible’, though in truth it just makes him look miserably funny.
Height and Weight: 188 cm tall, 73 kg heavy
Personality:
Hiems is usually a lazy and sleepy person, if you put it in a nutshell. Hiems tries to avoid activities that require exercise at all cost, since he has to move around if he does participate. Whenever he is given one, however, he’d try to solve it ‘efficiently’, which usually means the quickest way to solve it right so he can be his lazy self again. He also likes sleeping, which, he happens to be doing most of his free time. Be it a ten minute break or anything, he’ll still try to obtain extra sleep from the time period. These traits also made Hiems speak in short sentences and words. He tries to express himself with the minimum amount of words possible-he sometimes fails when he gets carried away-and minimal expressions on his face. It’s most likely because he wants to resume resting(though he does it most of the time). The story goes a bit different if someone, or Hiems himself, convinces him that whatever he’s doing is truly important. Hiems may be a sleepy, lazy, easy going kid at usual times, but his determined self is different. He can concentrate greatly, and moves and thinks much faster. During this time perid, his will for the goal is nearly unbreakable. Aside from his laziness and hidden determination, Hiems himself has a warm caring heart, which is hardly really shown at most times due to his lazy nature. He cares for his family and friends, and is eager to sacrifice himself for them whenever he’s needed. He has no hesitation for helping people who are in trouble, even if they are complete strangers.
History:
Hiems was born to a family at the U.S. His mother had an ice based quirk, his father a quirk that helped him increase his strength, and his sister quirkless. Hiems went through a rather peaceful childhood. The neighborhood didn’t have much bullies, and the kids were all basically nice to each other. His sister did a huge part too, as she usually spent her free time caring for her little brother, who had trouble controlling his quirk when he was young. The only troubles Hiems had as a little kid were those little happenings that happened because of his quirk, which mostly included frostbites. Lucky for him, his sister was usually there to help him solve it, and prevent the problem from going worse. After Hiems entered elementary school, his dream of being a hero became much clear when one day he saw a hero stop a store robbery. Though it was a small grocery store, he was impressed by how the hero used their quirk to keep order of the society, and wanted to be a part of it. Ever since that day, he studied hard to meet the hero academies’ standards, and practiced to control his quirk at home so he wouldn’t accidentally hurt people with it. Though Hiems was planning to go to a hero academy in the U.S., his mind changed when he saw a footage of heroes working in Japan. Since then, he did a quick research about the heroes and the country itself, which caught his interest soon after he finished his research. He talked about it with his family, and they agreed to let him go overboard. He spent the next year preparing for his move to Japan. From his ninth grade, he studied at a middle school at Japan, living alone in a small apartment near the school. Though he failed to go to the hero academy he applied to, an academy he didn’t notice invited him, and he gladly accepted the offer.
Quirk info
Name: Frosty Winter Man (mutation type)
Description:
Hiems was born with a cold-friendly body. His body can survive sub zero temperatures, and moreover, it becomes stronger and faster as the body temperature drops. His body can also produce cold substance from his insides. It can be released from his body with various methods. He could ‘sweat’ them, ‘cry’ them out(though Hiems doesn’t prefer this method), and spit a bunch of cold stuff from his mouth(mostly preferred).
Limitations:
Hiems’ body may be able to produce cold substance to keep it cool, but it can’t pour out near absolute zero substance. The lower the temperature of the substance he wishes to create, the lesser he can create at once. He could push himself over limits and produce cold substances more than his body could, but it would render his cold substance generating power useless for some time, requiring him to rest to reuse it sooner.
Hiems’ quirk requires accurate control if he decides to create complex structures out of his cold substance.
Weaknesses:
Hiems lacks methods for ranged combat. He may be devastating up close, but if you keep enough distance from him, he can’t do a thing.
Not everyone is cold-friendly. Hiems’ quirk may be an obstacle to cooperating with others when it comes to close quarter battles, such as accidentally freezing his allies. To make it worse, he can’t cancel his mistakes unless he breaks the ice with his strength. This requires Hiems to stay calm at all times and carefully use his quirk.
Amos is a tall young lad with a rather lean body build, though he is far from being the most muscular of his peers. He has warm coffee colored skin that is peppered with an assortment of beauty-marks, birthmarks, and a few light freckles. Likewise he has numerous scars that are scattered around his body. Amos's hair is a dark chocolate color and is always carefully shaped into a pompadour style. HIs eyes are a haunting emerald green that occasionally give off a haunting glow. He has both of his ears pierced as well as his tongue and he can usually be spotted sporting a rather punkish attire; leather jacket, torn jeans, combat boots, and the sort. Though he hates to admit it Amos has to wear glasses, he will usually only dawn them if he actually needs to read something.

Personality
Amos might as well have been pulled right out of the 1950s seeing as he basically the living embodiment of the greaser stereotype. Some people are born with a chip on their shoulder, Amos on the other hand was born with the whole damn block on his and he lives for the moments that someone even thinks about trying to knock it off. Amos is a jerk, there is no other way to say it, and he knows it. Sarcasm and mean quips flow from Amos like water from a fountain. The way he sees it if someone can't handle his harsh words they are no means hero worthy, and even less worthy of his time. Though many never expect it under Amos's massive ego lays a rather sharp mind, down right brilliant in fact. The lad excels in his academics, having been a honor student since his early years. His brilliant mind and hard view points has lead to rather the fiendish combination in Amos, one that many heroes are worried about. Underneath all of his bark and venom Amos is a kid that wants nothing more than to prove to the word that he can and will be a great hero, that nothing and nobody gets to decided who he is going to be except for himself. The only time that Amos seems to soften up is when he is dealing with his little sister, Lilith, the young girl knowing exactly how to reign in her brother's less than desirable personality.
Amos's roots show through his deep love of Cajun food and blues music, the way he puts it "it isn't music if it doesn't have soul and it isn't food if it doesn't have fire." He also has a strong interest in the occult, witchcraft and dark magic just fascinate him, but more specifically he adores the history behind voodoo. Coming overseas he has discovered he has a strong dislike for tofu, he finds it to be the blandest thing he has ever tasted.
History
"Of course you want to know about me, who doesn't love a good horror story? I'm guessing if you're this interested you already know about my parents. Yes that's right the infamous Baron Samedi and Maman Brigitte, the two dastardly villain masterminds that run ramped over in America, are my dear mom and dad. Honestly being the child of villains isn't that bad, well successful villains anyway. I was given anything my little heart wanted, everything from new toys to some of the top homeschooling available, all of which was paid with my parent's hard earned blood money. Honestly things may have never changed if my parents didn't start trying to get me and my sister involved in the family business, to make a long story short lets just say that I didn't agree with that idea."
"So what do you do when villains try to pressure you into doing something? You call of a hero of course stupid. I got my parents busted and managed to get me and my sister out of their clutches before they pushed us any further down a unwanted career path. Unfortunately it was thought up by those heroes that with our parents' connections still at large it would be unsafe to stay in America, so we got shipped out over seas to the oh so glorious nation of Japan. We were put up with a foster family, some small time pro heroes, and enrolled into school and told to blend in. Yeah that was some great advice."
"I can't tell you how annoying it is to have to put up with kids thinking you are going to try and eat their soul or something, after the millionth time of having to kick a kid's butt for trying to 'stop my villainous plans' it looses its charm. Eventually though it dawned on me that the best way for me to get out of my parents' shadow was to out shine 'em, and the only way to do that was to carve my name out as a hero...... Given my 'less than heroic' upbringing the folks at UA decided that I was not the best applicant to attend their school, who needs them anyway. I was however invited to go to Monoha Academy, some new up and coming school. I don't care if people think it is going to be less than UA, I'll be the one that shows them that it doesn't matter what damn school you went to by being the greatest hero to ever put his boot to a villain's back side. Now beat it kid, I have things to do"
Miscellaneous
Amos was born in the Big Easy itself, New Orleans. Amos speaks with a rather thick Cajun accent, being known to slip into speaking creole every now and then.

Name
Loa Dust
Description
Loa Dust is a transformation quirk that allows Amos to turn his body into a cloud of noxious green gas that he is able to then manipulate in a plethora of ways.
Applications
(Crossed out means the ability is currently locked) Not feeling too well Exposer to Amos's cloud causes a multitude of effects depending on the duration and concentration that a person is exposed to. Symptoms start with difficulty breathing, then develops into lightheadedness, followed by sever nausea and vomiting, next cold sweats and hallucinations, and finally total lose of consciousness. You're seeing things The hallucinations that people experience while exposed to Amos's gas are incredibly vivid and varies drastically from person to person, though the one constant that seems to come across the board are the skeletal creatures that appear amongst the other images. Not all the way here Amos is able to partially shift his body into his gaseous form, allowing physical blows and attacks to harmlessly pass through him. Nice view While in his gas form Amos can float and fly to desired locations. Need a mint Amos is able to spew clouds of his gas through his mouth and nostrils which he can than manipulate as if he had taken the shape himself. Smoking is bad for you Amos's cloud becomes even more toxic, weathering away organic material if it stays exposed for too long. Zombi Sending a bit of his gas form into someone or something Amos is able to briefly take control of their physical form, the stronger the opponent the more of himself Amos has to send in.
Weaknesses/Limitations
A bit drafty While in his gas form Amos is just that, a gas, a strong enough gust of wind can dispel him and force him to have to solidify or risk being scattered forever. Smoke and mirrors The hallucinations that Amos's gas produce can't cause actual physical harm to a person, the only way a person to get hurt from them is if they hurt themselves. Likewise Amos has no real way of knowing what a person is experiencing while they are under the effect of his gas, he doesn't get to choose what hallucinations take place. All flash All of Amos's combat abilities comes from his quirk. Though he is agile, he isn't much of a bruiser. If it came down to a straight up fist fight with no quirks Amos more likely than not would be on the losing end of the battle.
So I'm having a bit of trouble deciding on a quirk and was wondering if I could maybe get some thoughts on some of the ones I'm leaning towards
Continue: A quirk which allows the user to create a "save point", from which the user records their current health status, location, and any items they have on them. When the save point is activated the user transports back to the save point, regressing to whatever state they were in at the time of creating the save point. There's no physical limit to how far away the character can re spawn from, but there is a time limit of 30min.
Phantom Limbs:A quirk belonging to a user without physical limbs, but whose capable of creating pshycic constructs from the nerves that would attach to the limbs if they were there. These limbs could be freely manipulated, but require focus to hold and if the user becomes too exhausted to keep the ability activated their rendered almost completely helpless, again because they don't have arms and legs. Also almost impossible to copy if the copier isn't missing any parts of their body.
Armor point:A quirk that allows the user to encase a single section of their body in a black, smooth, substance which vastly increases their defense and striking power. The downside is that it can only coat one area of their body at a time and the user must make a conscious effort to move it to a different area.
Balloon skin:A mutation type quirk that cause's the user to look similar to a pug or British bull dog in that there are A LOT of long folds of skin covering their body. The user' skin is made out of a rubber like material that's both stretchy, bouncy, and is fairly resistant to blunt force. There are even valves in the folds of the skin the connect to pockets.
RGH(Rapid Growth Hair):The user can control the roots of their hair and can cause it to disconnect hair, shoot it out, or grow it at a rapid race so that the fully shaved user can turn into Cousin IT in a matter of seconds. The hair itself isn't actually any stronger or weaker than regular hair, it's just the roots grant the user a variety of ways to use it.

I’d suggest not using RGH, as my character has a very similar Quirk and the last thing we want is for a Kirishima/Tetsutetsu situation to develop (and by that I mean Kirishima and Tetsutetsu during the tournament arc before they became bros)

Continue seems it could be a tad OP Phantom Limbs seem neat Armor point sounds cool, we are missing a bruiser balloon skin is my fave sounds fun and can lead to shenanigans rgh, ditto to turbo
@Turboshitter So basically Anya has muscle-like hair with weakness to strong electromagnetic fields. Would that mean she can't really fight near a gigantic industrial magnet(for whatever reason it's there)? And is she able to accurately control each hair separately? Also, hair suit... Bayonetta? Sorry for the barrage of questions, I got curious.

Yes to all of those. The last one in particular is why her power is difficult to use. She needs to precisely control thousands of hairs at once.

History: Brief background explaining where you are right now in life
Name: Viper
Description: Kyohei has a large green snake growing from the small of his back. It has an extremely venomus bite, can spit its venom, can constrict it's prey with it's powerful body, and everything else a snake can do. Also provides Kyohei with a second pair of eyes. Kyohei calls it Yamada.
Limitations: Since Yamada has only grown as long as Kyohei is tall it has a significant reach deficiet when it comes to crawling into small spaces to possibly scout out an area. Yamada can also run out of venom if it bites and or spits to much within a short amount of time. Should it run out of venom it takes 24 hours to completely stock up again. Yamada also has a mind and stomach of it's own so should Kyohei neglect Yamada in some way he could put it in a bad mood and it won't listen to commands or help much.
Weaknesses: The main one is Kyohei shares blood with a snake hence both of them are cold blooded. So should they be attacked with cold manipulation or enter an extremely cold enviroment their cognigtive function begins to shut down and start to go into a coma like hibernation. Besides that Kyohei is just an ordinary kid and Yamada is an ordinary snake. Although, Kyohei isn't completely defenseless he does study kung-fu afterall
