Fishing. Alcohol. Swimming in the ocean. Losing oneself in a deeply nestled forest.

Strangers. Any pasta that isn't spaghetti. TV.

No. All that magic nonsense is bullshit.

A dog. A scruffy mutt named Tylar.

Fisherman's home. A rough but sturdy shack, two bedrooms, constantly smells of fish at all times of the day, has the bare essentials of a kitchen, and a small dining area. Charlie and Cylie share the same bedroom,
and have done so their entire childhood.

The Lerner family have been in charge of fishing for the Valbree village for generations. Charlie learned how to fish at a very young age, and he has many fond memories of going out in his father's boat, or standing at the end of the pier and spending hours in the sun waiting for a good catch. Life was good for a long time.

But then, at the age of 11 for Charlie, and 6 for Cylie, Charlie and his dad went on the boat deep into the waters to find better catch as the day hadn't been kind to them. His mom didn't want them to go, fearing the storm that was brewing at the horizon, bus his dad said not worry and with a confident smile they embarked further out to sea. They were able to catch a lot of fish for the day, and just as they were turning back the storm hit them, their boat battered by winds and rain, the sea threatening to take them down. Charlie's father secured a lifeboat and placed the young boy first. And just as he was about to jump in himself the boat tumbled over, the waves pushing the lifeboat, Charlie, and his father deep into the ocean. A piece of the boat, whatever that may be, collided with Charlie's right eye, and so he sank bleeding into the depths of darkness.

But somehow, in someway, he washed up on shore, and after being found by a local couple skinny dipping, he was resuscitated and taken to the doctor to get his eye looked at and stitched. He's worn a bandage ever since, and even though he hoped for a long, long time that his father was coming back, he never did.

Charlie's been in charge of the fishing for the village since. His mother stays at home, depressed, for years stuck under the covers of her bed, and so it is only Cylie who helps out here and there, but she isn't so interested in the fishing business. She wants to be a model, and leave and go off to the city when she's older. Inside, Charlie is scared and horrified. If she left, he'd be all alone, in a big village with no hopes or goals for the future.

Real Name, is Alias Merwood but not a soul Knows why and for reasons he wont explain why...at least not yet

i forget to eat more often than not, but when i do remember i eat meats and a fucton of pie

Fabrics, sketchbooks, completing outfits, ideas for new designs sitting on the beach in the middle of the night and enjoying the solace of solitude.

Boredom, broken solace, torn fabric, sadness, the rot, closed minded individuals

Yo i am the amazing product of two titans of fashion, Clypso and Saturian Merwood. and the day they gave birth to me was the day they decided to start lines of baby clothes. I had a pencil in my hand before my first words were uttered. I drew my first design by the time i was 5 and it was funny. as my skills improved both my mother and father had begunto fall back in the creation of their on products and pooled all of there resources onto me.
This came at the price of having to manage my own designs and keep track of the company that they had created it was hell the gift i as born with had begun to get exploited by the people that had once cared for me...Although i suppose they still cared just more about what i was putting on models and paper.
by the time i was 18 due to all the pressure that they were putting on me a bit of me had been lost and i ran away as i was unable to deal with the pressure. I escaped to Valbree and have been living here for the past ten yrs. Here i can happily create anytype of clothing i like for any one that wants something made. and every so often magazine from the city slips through. Its a joy to read and discover new designs recently i have been experimenting with leather. well thats enough about me.
