You could/should I have a feeling its Witness that'll probably kick off the main issues Horizon has

I thought that maybe the vigilantes would start interfering, so New Horizon would be sent after them and they totally beat up the vigilantes but like "hey they were just trying to help. moral crisis"

I wrote her up with the powers I gave her to show how a hero can be cursed by their gift
When I came up with her Retrocog I only added her Omnilingualism so that she could understand whatever was being said then I saw a full description of the later ability and realized how it too could be a curse.

Not that I was wanting a poor pitiful character mind you because she isn't pitiful, in fact she's as driven as any hero to use her gift to help the weak and to see justice done. I do think her power dose make her have a haunted look sometimes even though she would deny it saying she has learned to accept that she has to watch and witness helplessly the crimes she investigates.

Oh and besides her retrocog exposing her to horrors her omnilingualism makes her the worst liar; Its written on your face is her curse there

The Probability alteration was a power I gave her to protect her from serious harm because I couldn't see giving her an attack power; didn't fit her build

Im just bringing all this cool stuff up because I really dig Witness, brainy heroes are hella more interesting than the typical powerhouses. Particularly with the bit of grimness to it.

I just never played a complete comedy character, but I'm hoping as things get darker.

I was planning to intoduce Foo Dog during the boss fight. You can do the same with your vigilante if you want :3
