▸ Appearance:Takashi’s eyes and hair are both brown, though her hair is beginning to show signs of going white edgy and her irises are beginning to discolour slightly. As with all members of the Yuganori clan, she has inherited a form of progressive albinism double edgy is that an actual thing? that will fully manifest by the time she is sixteen is this because you found a face claim you like for post-time skip or something?.
▸ Wardrobe:Takashi is always seen wearing the scarf her elder sister made for her knit or crochet? this is important to know, and is the one constant in all of her outfits. She wears the scarf regardless of weather (not that there’s much variation in Amegakure) as it can be hung very loosely or wrapped very tightly depending on her desires. She ordinarily wears a yukata made of her clan’s silk, though is often seen in a full kimono for more formal occasions. She owns many different colours and patterns of kimono, preferring to match the pattern and colour to the day and mood. Takashi finds women’s kimono particularly infuriating due to the added complexity and the fact that it requires significant effort to put on herself—and will usually stick to men’s kimono for their relative simplicity.
—————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————Biography
—————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————▸ History:Yuganori Takashi was born to Yuganori Kaori, her mother, and Yuganori Yuuto, her father, ten years after the birth of her older sister Kinuko. Her birth was largely unremarkable, though the inklings of future greatness were prophesied from the quickly growing praise and acclaim that her older sister was achieving even at the young age of tenas far as ninja go, geniuses at the age of ten aren't really geniuses. Her early childhood was equally as unremarkable--though steadily increasing in expectation thanks to her sister's prominence, and she learned the weaving techniques of the clan from her mother as soon as she was able to hold a needle with any form of dexterity. Kaori was an exceptionally kind and patient soul, even above what was expected of the Yuganori clan's women, and under her tutelage Takashi quickly blossomed into a competent weaver if nothing else. Takashi spent little time with Yuuto, who practiced the more advanced techniques with the other Elders, but was still cherished and loved by her father when he had the time to spare for her.damn almost daddy issues
As she reached the age where it was expected for her to become a shinobi if she had the correct aptitude, Takashi flourished. She was a curious and gentle child, though prone to bursts of passionate intensity, and was above average in all aspects of her early classes. The dexterity and strength that she had learned to harness throughout her early childhood assisting with the Yuganori's weaving efforts served her well, and she demonstrated a superiority among her peers similar to that of her sister--which prompted her sister to begin training her. Beginning her life as a ninja changed much for Takashi: while before she had only the gentle encouragement of her mother and the simple pleasure of weaving, she was now expected to be much more than that. She was expected to represent the Yuganori, and as an Elder of the clan it was Yuuto's job to ensure that she did so.
Yuuto instructed her in the finer aspects of what it meant to be one of the nobility and to represent the clan, and while before he had seemed a dutiful and loving father his image quickly shifted to that of taskmaster. The more time that Takashi spent with him, the more she came to understand the nature of the clan she had been born into. Profit was everything sounds like the mob, and how that profit was acquired was of no consequence--her success as a ninja stood to be profitable for the clan, so she was to excel at it in order to bring them as much profit as possible. Whereas once she was her father's beloved child, Takashi quickly became a commodity to be bargained with--an asset to be used and exploited there's the daddy issue i was looking for. She was taught that she, like the silk they wove, was something to be sold in service of the clan this is human trafficking stop in the name of the law. She would be sold to another family, to marry into wealth and connections and produce suitable heirs, and she would do so quietly and obediently. The harshness of her father's lessons was tempered primarily by the stringent but fair guidance of Kinuko, who Takashi begun to notice was very different from every other member of her clan.
Kinuko was mindful of the present and considerate of the future. She worried for the spiritual health of the Yuganori, combing through their archives and attempting to unlock the secrets of their precious silken scrolls--and passed that knowledge on to her sister. Takashi had always been taught to be obedient and respectful, and desired very much to please her father, but she grew extremely attached to Kinuko's lessons about spiritualism and interconnectednessreligious zealot. By all accounts, Takashi grew to be a model student--respectful, obedient, and hungry to learn everything she could--but the twin firestwin fires lmao of Kinuko and Yuuto's vastly different expectations of her burned brightly in her mind. As time went on she became more and more conflicted, trying to emulate the cool logic and rationality that her sister posited was the legacy of the Yuganori clan according to their ancient scrolls but constantly finding herself a slave to her ambition and passion to further her clan's cause. Some fundamental part of her accepted that she was only an asset to bring wealth to her father and her extended family, and another part of her railed against this unfair fate in search of the truth of her clan's legacy, attempting to embrace the principles of shared skill and conscientiousness that she somehow knew was correct.
When Takashi was ten, and Kinuko twenty, things came to a head. Kinuko had blossomed into an extraordinary talent, but she would not serve the cruel and corrupt Elders of the clan, publically denouncing them and their ways. She claimed that the sacred relics of the clan, their silken scrolls and the sword Hanashi, were unworthy of them--the clan had forgotten the old ways of harmony and mindfulness, and she would not quietly serve as a housewife and a commodity to be traded away as the Elders saw fit. In response, the Elders made a motion to sell their sacred relics to the highest bidder--hoping to cow Kinuko and simultaneously profit from the notoriety generated by the entire debacle wait what the fuck why would they sell their shit?. Outraged, Kinuko stole the relics away in the dead of night and permanently fled Amegakure to safeguard the sale of her clan's millennia-old history and culture. Before she absconded, Kinuko left the scarf Omoiyari for Takashi as a reminder of their time together and to hopefully impart the same desire in her sister to reclaim their legacy.
Without the guidance of Kinuko, Takashi was lost. She could not unlock the secrets of the scarf, only able to read the initial message woven into it, and the harshness of her lessons from Yuuto increased significantly, his rage at Kinuko directed at the closest approximation he could find - Takashi upgraded daddy issues. Kinuko's boldness inspired Takashi, and she silently resolved to follow in her sister's footsteps. In order to walk the same path as her sister, she would be required to excel in the arts of the Shinobi in order to achieve the mastery over their Kekkei Genkai necessary to unlock the secrets of Omoiyari. Takashi graduated as a Genin amongst the top of her class, fiercely motivated both to uphold the name and reputation of the Yuganori clan and to begin the process of deciphering Omoiyari. The Yuganori clan is one of the few remaining that legitimately claims an unbroken lineage from the days of the Sage of the Six Paths, having persevered historically by means of their vast wealth and political connections, and later by their nomadic lifestyle in times of war. Though their unbroken lineage is a point of prestige and pride amongst the clan, it is the only truly deserved point of pride that the clan can now boast.
At its founding, the Yuganori clan was simply a coalition of tradesmen and craftsmen that were aggrandized by virtue of their collective efforts and expertise. Before the advent of chakra the power that governed the people was nobility, and in order to retain that power the aristocracy were required to make the masses believe that they were simply inferior. Of all of the ways to accomplish this goal, the favoured was always through finery--and the quality of the goods that the newly formed Yuganori clan were exceptional without peer. The coalition quickly found itself a market with the favour of the nobility, and its clansmen found strength in unity that they had never known as individuals.
The favour of the high and mighty is wont to corrupt the staunchest of hearts, but the earliest Yuganori were so devoted to the simple passion of their craft that any attempts to buy an individual member were rebuffed soundly. The now-clansmen formed strong bonds with one another, and within a few short years their budding mercantile empire was well on its way to becoming an intrinsic part of the nobility that they held the favour of. A decade later, their exploits were such that they had all but taken over the textiles industry and all of its various applications within both the noble and common worlds. The current heads of the clan posit that had their expansion continued at the pace it was, they would have been one of the most powerful forces to be reckoned with in a matter of a century at the very most.
Ultimately, their expansion was cut short by the actions of the Ōtsutsuki clan and the introduction of chakra to the world. While little changed immediately--save for Kaguya's presence as undisputed ruler of the known world--fate conspired to bring her gifts to everyone through the actions of her sons. The Sage's infusion of chakra into the people and his teachings of Ninshū resonated with the Yuganori, who eagerly embraced the concept and connected to one another to better share their individual skills and anticipate one another's needs without the need for vocalisation. Unfortunately, the age of Ninshū was not to last as Indra converted it to Ninjutsu and the people begun to weaponise the great tool of peace that they had been given. The Yuganori did not follow in the footsteps of their fellows for a significant period of time, focusing instead on connection with one another and a state of mindfulness and balance, but eventually succumbed to the increasing need for martial ability given the sheer power that ninjutsu could afford a single individual, and especially a coalition of like-minded individuals such as themselves. a whole fuggin' clan of hippies
Ultimately, their late adoption of ninjutsu rendered them unable to contest the other more adjusted clans as the Sengoku Jidai began. The Yuganori were in the difficult position of not having enough martial strength to contend with the other clans, but simultaneously not having enough in the way of funds to by and large become part of one of the warring countries. In order to keep themselves together and with some of the comforts that they had gotten used to, the Yuganori crafted great caravans with which to travel the world, avoiding as much of the bloodshed as possible and continuing to hone their crafting skills. It did not take too long before the first Yuganori with Oriton was born, and were the world in a less violent state or the Yuganori in a more static state, they would have reached the same heights of success as before Kaguya's reign began.
The Yuganori's mindful and conscientious nature proved advantageous with their new kekkei genkai and their nomadic lifestyle--though they were not mercenaries as many of the other clans were, they were capable enough of defending themselves (and more importantly, their wares) in times of especial crisis. Rather than focus on the elements of war, the Yuganori worked to provide a semblance of the finery they had provided in the past, helping to raise the morale of the countries and of the other clans. While there was no such thing as an armistice within the Jigoku Sendai, many clans elected not to attack the Yuganori unless they were in direct competition with their goals (which they almost never were) if only due to the fact that sources of morale and happiness were so few and far between that depriving themselves of some semblance of luxury for no immediate gain was immensely counterintuitive.
As the period neared its close, the constant years of war and significantly fewer opportunities for profit had begun the process of degrading the once wealthy and conscientious clan into a group of profit-obsessed misanthropes. They began to increase the cost of their wares more and more, incensing the people they had once made allies of, and finding themselves disallowed from settling in any of the countries to clan's persistent refusal to take their contracts and represent their interests as the more mercenary clans had. Their nomadic existence continued until the founding of the hidden villages as the Sengoku Jidai finally ended, and the only of the newly formed villages that were willing to allow the Yuganori a permanent place was Amegakure.
Though grateful to once more have a since place to call home have a since place, same, the Yuganori had turned away from their roots--and the nature of life in Amegakure only encouraged them down the path of disillusionment and corruption. Within a single generation they were already hardly recognisable as the friendly nomadic crafters they had once been, and though the quality of their goods did not suffer practically every other aspect about them had. Thanks to their marked lack of casualties, there were a great deal of Yuganori shinobi to begin with who had no reason to continue their lifestyle. They did what they could within the bounds of Amegakure, but quickly found that they really only needed to maintain a token force of those trained in the ninja arts. You either die a hippy, or you live long enough to see yourself become a Capitalist
When the reality of how much it had cost them to build themselves a permanent base of operations in a newly formed hidden village that owed them no goodwill from their past, the Yuganori worked excessively on restoring themselves to their former glory. The elders of the clan at the time saw that as a time of extreme profit, of luxury and wealth and power, without realising that the truly remarkable success of their clan had come primarily from their interconnectedness and their adherence to the principles and teachings of the Rikudo Sennin and his successor--not just from their impressive textile work. Falling in line with the malcontent Amegakure at its mistreatment at the hands of the greater countries and hidden villages, as well as holding their own grudges against the nations who had denied them a home, the Yuganori began sacrificing the remainder of their remaining principles to maintain their illusion of superiority and grandeur. Even the considerable wealth that they had amassed in the past dwindled, and though they fared significantly better than the majority of the population of Amegakure to begin with, by the present day they have decayed and stagnated to the point of near-irrelevance amongst the most powerful families within Amegakure.
▸ Personality:✓ RationalInspired by her sister, Takashi attempts to view the world with a cold and unfeeling logic that gives her an insight into it, as well as an insight into how things are connected. Though she is not always successful, she never stops trying.tryhard✗ ImpulsiveThough she tries to act coolly, Takashi’s conflicted upbringing has left her deeply passionate about the state of affairs in her clan and even in Amegakure as a whole. Despite the fact that she tries to act rationally, she is very prone to outbursts of extreme emotion and rash decision making when something conflicts with the principles she has tried to adopt. aka pmsing✓ MindfulTakashi practices mindfulness as best as she can, preferring to live in the present moment. She focuses intently on the present moment, and in doing so is able to acknowledge, reconcile, and accept her emotions and thoughts. She is capable of exceptional feats of patience and calmness, of working well under pressure, and resilience.✗ ObedientThough inspired to be her own person and to take after her sister, years of borderline abusive conditioning have left an indelible mark upon her, and whenever someone she believes to be of sufficient authority chastises her or forcefully orders her to do something, she will usually obey without question sheep. The only exception to this trait is when something deeply conflicts with her principles, in which case she is afforded a degree of resilience (but with enough of a push, will still obey).✓ DrivenThough raised with two conflicting ideals in her inchoate stages, the common link of motivation and drive within them has left Takashi extraordinarily motivated. She pursues her desires with a dogged persistence and tenacity, forcing herself to repeat things until she understands them, succeeds at them, and internalises them regardless of the effort that they require or the amount of times that she fails. She accepts failure as a part of learning, and is constantly trying to better herself.✗ Vocally PrincipledTakashi’s belief in her principles is unwavering. She staunchly refuses to go against them for anyone, for any reason, and occasionally gets into trouble with her family for her stubbornness when total obedience is expected of her doesnt this go against her obedience trait?—but as maximising her usefulness to the clan is part of her principles, she is often only treated with scorn and resentment instead of actual punishment. Takashi often espouses her principles of mindfulness, interconnectedness, and harmony at anyone who will listen (typically in a less than mindful and harmonious way) with little consideration for their own thoughts and feelings.✓ InformedTakashi’s constant state of mindfulness has left her very conscious of the fact that there are two sides to everything. She seeks an understanding of these aspects before she forms an opinion on them and acts, and while she tries to do this independently (and usually succeeds), she is still prone to bias when something directly implicated her deeply held principles.✗ Glosses over DetailsWhile she is typically well-informed in a sweeping sense, Takashi is quite prone to glossing over smaller details and nuances that more well-adjusted individuals pick up. She is very keen when it comes to interactions between large entities, such as clans, but often blindly applies her knowledge of the whole onto its constituent parts, typically ending up with her knowing plenty about a subject but failing to apply it in a relevant and meaningful way. sounds like a hippy over all
▸ Dreams and hopes:x To return the Yuganori clan to its roots of mindfulness, interconnectedness, and harmony.
x To find out what happened to Yuganori Kinuko.
x To follow in Yuganori Kinuko’s footsteps.
x To become a chuunin, furthering her own development and profiting the Yuganori.
▸ Desires:x To master the Oriton Kekkei Genkai.
x To unlock the secrets of Omoiyari.
x To simultaneously serve her clan’s interests while bringing them closer to her ideal vision of them.
x To grow close to her upcoming teammates, hoping to achieve a state of harmony with them as she envisions for the Yuganori.
▸ Fears:x That the Yuganori clan are too corrupt to redeem, and that their culture is lost forever.
x That Yuganori Kinuko is either dead or lost to her.
x That she will be unable to achieve the level of mindfulness and conscientiousness that she believes is necessary to reclaim her clan’s legacy.
x Failing to bring the Yuganori clan profit if she cannot succeed as a genin.
▸ Motivations:Takashi is driven by principles. She desperately wants to follow in her older sister’s footsteps, desperately wants to reclaim her clan’s legacy and cleanse their corruption, and desperately wants to be the best that she can be. She weighs everything against these metrics, and if she cannot advance herself or the agenda that she has committed herself to, she will abstain from doing it.

▸ Kekkei genkai:Oriton (Weave Release)▸ Description:Oriton grants its users the ability to create a unique type of chakra comprised of the Suiton and Doton natures weird natures to choose for it but i guess there's not much to work with that takes the form of silk or other fibrous materials. In order to facilitate this unique type of chakra physiologically, its users to have sets of silk glands within their body at key locations, such as the wrists and ankles. The silk glands are infused heavily with the Oriton chakra, and are able to create a vast number of materials and thread them together - in advanced cases, this can be used to mix multiple types of materials together to create a single weave, which contains the properties of all materials used. The primary use of this ability is to create silk which is heavily infused with chakra--as a result, it is of significantly higher quality than ordinary silk and can be engineered to exhibit any number of specific properties intrinsic to ordinary silk in varying degrees, as well as bosting exceptional tensile strength and resistance to wear and damage.
Oriton chakra boasts the ability to bind the elemental natures of chakra together, provided that the elements are not in opposition to one another (i.e., they do not have a particular strength or weakness) and bind that infusion of elements to a physical material. Most typically this is silk created by the user, but in particularly advanced users elemental traits can be bound to objects such as ninja tools. Additionally, Oriton chakra is capable of chemically binding objects together like a glue--this can be used in the construction of tools, or can be used in combat to chemically attach the produced silk to the skin or clothing of enemies, making it extremely difficult to remove effectively.
▸ Strengths:Oriton is capable of producing a malleable and useful material for both combat purposes and mercantile purposes, and excels in techniques that bind and control the movement of opponents. If infused with elemental chakra, Oriton is also capable of producing unconventional weapons that are, while unorthodox, effective in the hands of a skilled user.
▸ Weaknesses:While Oriton produces silk more resistant to ordinary fire than normal silk, Katon techniques are effective against the produced silk (unless it is infused with Suiton or Katon chakra). Furthermore, the silk glands are a particular weak point and damaging them sufficiently will remove the ability to produce any new silk.

▸ Custom Jutsu:
▸ Oriton: Seikatsu Shokki [Living Loom]▸ Rank:D
▸ Range:N/A
▸ Description:This technique is the basis of the Yuganori clan’s techniques. By creating and manipulating Oriton chakra within the body, the user is able to create swaths of woven silk from their silk glands. The technique has many uses, few of which are combat related.
This technique is also the method by which Yuganori clan members are able to bind elemental chakra to existing materials. Takashi is skilled enough in its use to infuse her own silk with any chakra natures that she has available to her, which is currently fūton. This makes her silk exceptionally light while retaining all of its strength, and if tools such as Kunai or Shuriken are formed from this silk they act as if they had a much weaker version of Chakra Flow: Fūton applied to them.
▸ Weaknesses:N/A raiton could be a weakness since it works against doton, but there's got to be a weakness
▸ Oriton: Kumonosu no Jutsu [Spider’s Web Technique]▸ Rank:C
▸ Range:Short-Medium (Up to 50 feet/15 metres)
▸ Description:Takashi creates a thick bundle of sticky silk fibres from her silk glands and launches it in given direction. Upon contact with a physical material, the silk will stick to it, and the Oriton chakra will chemically bind to it over the course of three seconds. Takashi is able to keep the fibres attached to her body in order to grab things and manipulate them. spiderman knockoff▸ Weaknesses:The silk is not too difficult to avoid, and if it attaches to clothing the clothing can be discarded to prevent Takashi from manipulating it effectively.
▸ Oriton: Mayu no Jutsu [Cocoon Technique]▸ Rank:D
▸ Range:Medium
▸ Description:Takashi creates a mass of Oriton chakra centred in her wrist and launches it in an orb from her palm. Upon coming into contact with a target, the orb of chakra expands into sticky silk fibres around the hit target, effectively trapping them inside a cocoon of silk. Due to the haste with which it is assembled, the cocoon itself will only last for a maximum of ten seconds. If Takashi uses this technique on someone who has been pulled to the centre of Oriton: Kumo no Su-nai Gijutsu, the cocoon has no time limit and is more difficult to break out of.
▸ Weaknesses:The projectile is fairly easy to avoid, and if the silk is not avoided then excessive force from within is able to tear it apart.
▸ Oriton: Kumo no Su-nai Gijutsu [In the Spider’s Web Technique]▸ Rank:C
▸ Range:Medium/Long – Approx. 80 feet/25 meters, then 15 feet/4.5 meters
▸ Description:Takashi creates a small ball of highly condensed silken strands. With a single motion, the sphere bursts outwards, causing the strands to cover a large sphere at multiple points. If a target is hit by the strands, the Oriton chakra binds the silk to their body/clothing/armour. Takashi is then able to individually draw the strands into the extant orb, pulling things towards it. If Takashi uses Oriton: Mayu no Jutsu on someone who has been pulled to the centre of this technique, the cocoon has no time limit and is more difficult to break out of.
▸ Weaknesses:The single strands are not particularly strong, and the technique requires multiple lines to hit an opponent to be effective. The individual strands are easy to cut with chakra infused weaponry.
▸ Equipment and weaponryOmoiyari [Mindfulness]
▸ Type:Scarf
▸ Description:Omoiyari is an extremely long scarf woven from the Yuganori clan's signature silk by Yuganori Kinuko for her younger sister Takashi. The scarf stretches to approximately 25 feet in length, enough to give Takashi around ten feet of usable material on both her left and right sides. The scarf is woven of Yuganori clan silk and as a result is infused with an enormous amount of chakra - and is additionally infused with a moderate amount of fūton chakra in the strands around the inch closest to each edge of the scarf. By utilising their silk glands and their Oriton chakra, Takashi is able of manipulating the movements of the scarf to a fine degree.
This allows Takashi to freely manoeuvre the scarf almost as if it were a flexible blade, though it is constrained by its length. The silk was woven to be extremely strong, resisting even fūton-enhanced weapons that would attempt to slash through the fibres--though piercing the material is significantly easier (but still extremely difficult for weapons that are not enhanced with chakra). Due to its tensile strength, the scarf is very well suited for binding individuals, and the application of additional Oriton chakra can cause the silk to bind with an opponent's clothing or skin given time.
There's that one weakness that needs to be added, but everything else seems to be adequately nerfed. The custom jutsu need to be listed under the ranking lists like Odin's. Other than that, everything seems up to par.

▸ History:
Teru's clan are one of the most deeply rooted families in the Land Of Rain. Primarily located at a hermitage to the north of the city, their anachronistic ways have lead many to consider them relics of a bygone era. Nonetheless, their lineage holds great political power over the city due to the fact that they maintain the ever-present rain that falls upon the village what? no, that's a result of it always raining and Yogensha's rain-tiger-at-will that she copied from Pain. this is canon shit, as well as their great support in defending the village from invaders. how Teru, specifically, belongs to a branch family responsible for day-to-day interactions with the people of Amegakure, performing anything from daily errands to participation in formal shinobi training so that the core family may focus purely on the cultivation of their technique. what? you're gonna need to explain more. also i dont get the point of the rainbow coloring format
As a result of his place in the clan, Teru has managed to establish a baseline level of social competence far above that of core clan members, and is capable of intensive tasks such as conversing with strangers and exchanging currency for goods and services. Unable to handle such an astounding level of personal charisma, many of his peers shunned his brilliance what? so because he is good at talking to people, people shun him because he's just too damn goodat talking to people? this makes no sense at all and kept to themselves. Likewise, those within Teru's clan treat him as one of the unclean, both by tradition and because of his bold new ideas regarding the family legacy we don't know what is the family legacy, let alone what his ideas are?, considered blasphemous by many.
Shunned on all sides, Teru eventually fell in with the dregs of society; people who smoked and drank in excess, swore violently, openly ogled women and spent the better part of their days in grimy gambling parlors. Thus, tragically, did Teru forge a strong friendship with the town's elderly population, spending many a late night engrossed in high stakes shogi games or watching sumo matches. Having recently passed the Genin exams with middling scores, Teru continues to faithfully serve as a member of the low caste.

▸ Motivations:
Between his obligations to the clan and his obligations to the village, Teru has never really had time to dwell on why he does much of anything. If given free time he tends to find himself at a loss. Teru is critically lacking any kind of serious drive or ambition, rarely seeing anything past short-term personal comfort as a problem actually worth solving. In a sense, Teru's motivation is to find something that motivates him. It's all very zen in a simple kind of way.————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————Military

Weather Manipulation Technique
▸ Description:
The secret technique of the Okada clan, passed down for over 200 years. Originally developed during their time as a nomadic tribe to ease travel, it has been refined into a powerful combat technique through years of secretive research. All techniques begin with a seal sequence of Bird - Snake - Dog - Dragon, followed by the Okada clan's unique seal, which is in turn followed by a second seal sequence that defines the exact nature of the weather.
▸ Strengths:
Large area of effect. Techniques all have indirect avenues of attack, allowing for great flexibility when targeting. Excels in large scale battles where the user can act as artillery.
▸ Weaknesses:
Painfully unsubtle. By nature of its function, any and all offensive techniques involving the Weather Manipulation Technique must take a linear path from the sky to their intended target. In other words, this means it can be thwarted by remaining indoors. Additionally, the scale of the Weather Manipulation Technique means it requires a high degree of precision and coordination to avoid friendly fire when fighting alongside allies.

I dunno just like punch the sky so the clouds disperse or something it's not like they can fight back. no
//// Weather Manipulation Technique: Heaven's Fury
▸ Rank:
C
▸ Range:
Long Range, Radius, Targeted
▸ Description:
Heaven's Fury builds on the basic Weather Manipulation Technique by adding an extra seal sequence, which enlarges and accelerates raindrops in a localized area, thereby giving them force akin to a bullet technique and pelting anyone caught in the area of effect with incredible force. Naturally, this technique can only be used in a rainstorm.
▸ Weaknesses:
Have something above you to block it, like a roof or a barrier or whatever. Additionally, there is a short delay between the resolution of the technique and the technique actually going off, since it needs time to fall.
//// Weather Manipulation Technique: Heaven's Flash
▸ Rank:
C
▸ Range:
Long Range, Radius, Centered On User
▸ Description:
Heaven's Flash builds on the basic Weather Manipulation Technique by adding an extra seal sequence, which temporarily changes the humidity in the air in order to refract sunlight and create a quick, blinding flash to disorient opponents. This technique works best in fair weather, but can be used in other conditions so long as there is a reasonable degree of ambient light.
▸ Weaknesses:
Sunglasses No Jutsu this is retarded
//// Weather Manipulation Technique: Heaven's Roar
▸ Rank:
C
▸ Range:
Long Range, Radius, Centered On User
▸ Description:
Heaven's Roar builds on the basic Weather Manipulation Technique by adding an extra seal sequence, conjuring a gale-force windstorm that clears away visual obstructions (such as fog, smoke, etc.) and forces projectiles off course thereby rendering all but the most careful aim useless. Unlike the offensive variants of the Weather Manipulation Technique, this technique must be maintained or the windstorm will rapidly die down.
▸ Weaknesses:
Run up and punch the user in the teeth until he stops doing the thing.
▸ Equipment and weaponry
Kakunokasa
▸ Type:
Umbrella
▸ Description:
A sturdy umbrella that can function as a shield or club.
Also the standard kunai and bomb tags and wires etc.
Ok done.
I feel like this is more a joke application than a real one, so I just saved myself the suffering of commenting on things that made no sense. It's not even that I don't think you're a good writer -- it's that I believe you have fundamentally misunderstood the setting of the roleplay and the type of characters I am looking for. As much as I'd enjoy having an aloof moron character around, I don't think having your style of roleplay in the RP itself would benefit me as a GM and I don't think it'd benefit the other players.
So alongside rejecting it, I'll also suggest you move on and find another roleplay that is perhaps a little more comedic in nature.

—————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————Biography
—————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————▸ History:Born to the famed Amekage that brought Amegakure together and halted its downward spiral, Hoshiyo, Asashio was given her name to represent the coming tide of positive change. Her existence was largely kept secret from the world to allow her a normal childhood, or as close as one could be given to her. Raised in such a prominent household afforded her many luxuries, including a strong early education and personal training from the Amekage himself. Asashio loved her father, always jealous of the time he spent away from the house for she was forbidden from leaving it. This meant all she had was her father and mother, no friends to speak of. It was discovered early that she was capable of manifesting the same abilities as Hoshiyo, making it easier for him to train her and kickstarting her future career as a kunoichi with even greater gusto. the only question i have is how nobody noticed that she'd live with them
When she finally was allowed to leave the house she had to swear secrecy of her identity. Hoshiyo used his position to give her a convincing alias, putting her public record on ice and changing her surname to Suzuki. In turn she was immediately signed up for the Ninja Academy, where her prior early training allowed her to shine bright and stand out among her peers in marks. She was acknowledged as capable from the start, though her father did his best to make sure praise wouldn't go to her head. But it was her mother, Kaede, that made the best strides on that front by teaching her to be understanding of others. Asashio was taught that everyone had their struggles and that true strength came from within, so she shouldn't be too proud and lord it over others who may well be truly stronger than her where it counts. Of course this improved her attitude but neither of her parents were ever quite able to bleed her of her pride. But one thing was for certain: Asashio learned well from her father and shared several of his positive traits such as her loyalty to the village. In her eyes it was her fate to one day become the Amekage and keep the village on the good path. yeh-yeh standard shit, father trains her but still loves her, but because she trained she super stronk and got a leg up on the rest
After Hoshiyo became ill things began to change for Asashio in a not-so-good way. It was apparent early on that her father was going to die and that knowledge didn't make the slow descent any easier to watch. She had hoped he would make it to see her graduate the Ninja Academy and officially become a kunoichi, but in her final year he perished. Her mourning was made worse when her mother quickly remarried to another man that Asashio had never even met, one which she held contempt against before he even did anything wrong. And he did do something very wrong. One night he fell victim to the drink and assaulted the young girl in the worst possible way Naruto-esque backstory? check, a mistake he paid for dearly when she killed him in his sleep the very next night ruthless killer? check. This incident was quickly and quietly swept under the rug by the new Amekage, Yogensha how nice of her to do such a thing wow she's totally the best leader of Amegakute yet to come, after she had learned of Hoshiyo's family and Asashio's true identity. She was allowed to return to the Academy and complete her education, though now a rift had developed between the young girl and her mother which forced Asashio to find an apartment of her own to stay at. She paid for this, of course, by stealing a significant amount of her mother's wealth before she left for good which her mother made no point of and accepted without hesitation. Now on her own and just about to become a genin, Asashio's resolve is stronger than ever. It was not her father's way to be choked up and held back by tragedy and thus she moves forward. After all, one cannot be truly great and esteemed if they didn't have at least some kind of tragic backstory. yeah look at nardo, itachi, pain, sauceke, etc. all in all it's a solid backstory, it took a bit of a dive when suddenly tragedy but i feel like so long as it doesn't become the main focal point of the character (look how ABUSED i was) it's fine. also it's unclear to me whether everyone now knows she's the daughter of Hiyoshi-man
▸ Personality:✓ ConfidentHer heritage and her upbringing have allowed Asashio to be confident in her strengths and capabilities to the point of rarely ever doubting them.✗ ProudHer heritage and her upbringing have allowed Asashio to develop a strong sense of pride, and one which she would be quick to defend.✓ EmpatheticBeing taught how to read people means Asashio can also understand them fairly well and relate on a personal level with those in distress. kk so she's strong _and_ a social butterfly✗ EmotionalHer empathy to emotion leaves her own emotions vulnerable. She can be easily angered, saddened, or otherwise vary in her emotional state under certain stresses.✓ LoyalBound to the village by fate and duty, one cannot find a more loyal girl to Amegakure than Asashio. She will gladly lay down her life for the village and its people.✗ MasochistIn fact she's so willing to get hurt for others that she often makes reckless decisions with no regard to her own safety.✓ Quick LearnerAware of her own youth and inexperience Asashio keeps an open mind and is always willing to learn something new, which she has an aptitude to do.✗ Tunnel VisionHer ability to focus to improve also turns against her, as once she is focused on something it is difficult for her to get her mind off it and this affects her combat ability.
▸ Dreams and hopes:x To become Amekage.
x To make a name for herself separately from her father. looking at Konohamaru this is going to be hard
x To inspire courage and strength in others.
x To truly put the past behind her.
▸ Desires:x Control over her emotions.
x Unrivaled strength, both fortitude and physical might.
x To protect Amegakure from foreign threats.
x To make friends to replace her lost family. uwu start with sadako miss hiyoshi-senpai
▸ Fears:x Failing to live up to what she believes her father expected of her.
x Losing the respect of those around her.
x Being assaulted again. double-tragedy
x What lurks in the dark.
▸ Motivations:Ultimately it is her desire to follow in her father's footsteps and become a powerful figurehead that drives her forward. To continue his legacy and protect Amegakure while also being considered her own person. All the pain and misfortune and challenges are merely pitstops on her road to greatness.

▸ Kekkei genkai:Storm Release▸ Description:The combination of Water and Lightning chakra to create Storm Release. Precise lightning that shares some attributes with water, allowing it to "flow" and be controlled in ways normal Lightning techniques never could. Functionally this is essentially "better" Lightning on the surface but it can devastate any foe who simply regards it as such.
▸ Strengths:Immediate pros that Storm Release offers is precision and power, as the techniques allow great control and devastating effect. It naturally overpowers Lightning and Earth techniques effortlessly. With focus the attacks can essentially become lasers or they can flow and navigate around (or through) an environment.
▸ Weaknesses:Storm Release inherits the same weakness to Wind that Lightning has, being more easily disrupted by Wind techniques while also losing its conductivity in water in favor of direct control. All the power, speed, and precision also come at a steep price as Storm techniques are inherently very chakra intensive. chakra cost for techniques are not a weakness in the sense that it doesn't do jackshit to help me overcome them on their own. yes, using the mangekyo sharingan is chakra intensive, but it fucking destroys anyone that isn't a shinobi god, so who gives a fuck. overall this is fine, just let this serve as a reminder that chakra cost is a quality, not a weakness
▸ S-rank Techniques
▸ A-rank TechniquesStorm Release: Flying Dragon God Technique sounds like FTG but FDG instead... having an A rank as a genin though...................... it's fine just keep it in mind that this technique probably requires a bit more control than she might actually have

▸ Custom Jutsu:Storm Release: Thundering Halo Fist
▸ Rank:B
▸ Range:Short to Medium
▸ Description:A ring of Storm chakra forms around Asashio's fist when the jutsu is cast. It remains until she lands a punch with that fist, when it then explodes violently in the direction of the blow forming a laser beam. This technique has incredible penetrating power up close, though Asashio can sacrifice some of that penetration to instead activate the laser without landing a blow to make this attack ranged. Glancing blows still feel the heat and electric shock of the discharge, which can have varying effects of general inconvenience.
▸ Weaknesses:At range it can be nullified by a thick Wind technique, though due to its penetrating power at close range it can only at best be weakened in this way rather than fully negated. The technique can be forced to fire prematurely by making Asashio's fist hit something. dodging the beam is still possible providing the user is fast enough. this is pretty much always the caseStorm Release: Flying Dragon God Technique
▸ Rank:A
▸ Range:Long
▸ Description:After forming copious amounts of Storm chakra in her hands, Asashio forms it into the shape of a large eastern-style dragon. This dragon will accurately and with great haste chase down targets to crash into. As it bristles with energy it hardly needs any contact at all to thoroughly electrocute a human being. Quick as lightning and as ruthless as a bloodhound, it can reach an extreme range chasing down targets. Nimble enough to avoid obstacles and counter-attacks, and is even capable of going through the ground to surprise foes from below. hmmm, okay, you lost me here. how does lazer/plasma electricity go through the ground? if you remove that it's fine
▸ Weaknesses:Sufficiently strong defensive techniques can block the dragon and prevent contact, particularly Wind techniques. looking for more direct counter type weaknesses Asashio remains stationary to control the dragon and thus becomes the true vulnerability of the technique. Very chakra taxing to perform the technique, though once the dragon is formed it is fairly easy to maintain it. and less ''this inconveniences the user'' weaknesses. have a think on it, edit it and it'll be fineStorm Release: Laser Bullet
▸ Rank:C
▸ Range:Medium
▸ Description:Asashio points her hand like a finger-gun and fires a quick laser of Storm chakra. The beam is narrow but capable of causing serious damage in a direct hit, as it has both penetrating power and high amperage. A good way to get a hole through you and electrocuted into numbness at the same time. so how damaging is it actually? like it shoots a hole through you? that's a lot of power for a mere genin, unless you are accounting for the timeskip already. at genin level i see this being more like leaving burn marks, but the technique fires more rapidly giving it a speed edge over other techniques. later on you can make a stronger version of this jutsu that can shoot holes through the target, for now that's a bit much
▸ Weaknesses:Though the laser itself is fast it is not continuous and can be dodged with pre-emptive movement. A thick layer of Wind chakra can also potentially nullify the beam but most likely will just mitigate a lot of the damage. if done as above, this would be fine, but if it shoots holes through people these weaknesses aren't good enough
▸ Equipment and weaponryStandard Gear
Edit and it'll be accepted, move it into the char bin when ready
@OdinWell, this seems interesting. Mind if i pop on in or do you have to many people already?
