Way before he met anybody at all, he was in a human high school where everything seemed normal at first. Well, at least normal to a human. Then all of sudden, a meteor shower hit the school hallway right where Arin was standing and of course he was crushed under it. Any other human would have died, but he somehow survived it. What he didn't know at the time is that it wasn't just any meteor he was hit by. A few days later, it seemed whenever he would get upset, he would turn into something that should be extinct. Arin eventually learned the creature he turned into was a dinosaur who could breathe ice. Nowadays, he lives with it and has to keep his anger in check. Also, there's one time he was in an ice cavern and that's where he met a beautiful girl named Ayaka who eventually became his girlfriend.

To strangers, Alkis is a cold, distant, and serious person be around. For those who take the time to get to know him, they would describe him as an allocentric, gentle, calm, and caring person. History
Alekis was born in a country he can't remember. At the age of 13, he was recruited to be part of an organization of other mages and served directly under the government. To show his loyalty, Alekis was forced to kill his parents and his brother with fire. The trauma never left him, even after he ran away from the organization. At 19 he got himself captured by the authorities where he spent 5 years in prison to keep people around him safe. Alekis was 24 when he was released and bowed to keep on living to protect those he would grow to care.

Marcus is a lovable giant that makes up some of his iditacy with his big heart. He can be loud and brute, but always means well with his actions. Marcus tends to treat everyone equally, even vampires or people he doesn't like. History
Marcus was borned in a happy home. He grew up like any other kid and had a decent childhood. When he was 18 he moved from his parents' home and began to travel around the world exploring and getting to know many different cultures and people. Aurora lack empathy for people. She shows very little emotion to anyone except her brother and Alekis. She is a loyal sister and friend to the two people she is close to and although she doesn't show it, she is greatful for them. Through her cold demenor, Aurora is a flexible and focused person. She is really studeious and smart, some even say clever.
History
Aurora has been going blind from her left eye since she was small. The whiteness in her left eye started when she was a baby and was left in an orphanage when her birth parents noticed. She was shortly adopted by Marcus' family and raised as their own. She went to school and graduated at 20 from university. Now, she is living with her brother while trying to hide a poker addiction she had recently developed. Hence the nickname. Her lack of emotions is a plus when playing poker.

Many cultures believed in different afterlife and versions of punishment if you did not live a good life. The Egyptians believed in Duat, Lord Satan being the ruler of Hell and the first fallen angel etc. What they didn't know is that all these realms exist... together. There are four realms of the afterlife, each ruled by a different deity. Hell, which is where Damien's father comes from, is ruled by Satan and is considered to be one of the most cunning and cruellest of rulers. He has many plans in motion, and loves making deals with the poor, gullible souls that end up in his domain. Hell is the southern realm of the afterlife.

The fearsome Vikings believed that they would go to Valhalla if they lived a life full of battle and died a glorious death. However, they also believed that they would go to Helheim if they did not. Helheim is the frozen realm of the north. Many souls end up in the frozen tundra, and the ruler Hel is as cold and indifferent as her realm. She merely does not care about mortals or the other realms. However, the other three rulers believe this is a ruse and her true nature will be revealed when the end times come. The apocalypse, the rapture, or to Hel- Ragnarok.

To the east lies Duat. Duat is the Egyptian realm of the dead. A vast plain of sand dunes where many of the punished are forced to labour for eternity, much like the slaves of the time. Blistering storms sends sand like shards of glass to rip at one's skin. Osiris rules over the desert land, always ordering for another pyramid to be built in his name. He is the wisest of the rulers, and knows the horrors of what the end times would bring to the both the living and the dead realms. The afterlife would overflow with souls and everything would collapse in on itself. Osiris is the only one who wants to prevent this.

The western realm is the Underworld, ruled by Hades is the darkest realm and where the river Styx begins. The river is how you can travel between the realms and it snakes it's way into each land. Hades could be considered a mixture of Hel and Satan. He is cold and stern, holding all equal to his laws of the underworld, but his wrath is not one to be trifled. Damien has visited all four realms when has to, but tries not to mess with the rulers themselves. When you deal with those rulers, you've always got something more to lose.

Necromancy: Esperanza is an incredibly powerful necromancer for her age, due to the years spent at the practice and the raw strength passed through her family. Not only can she raise corpses to her bidding, but she can also commune with and command spirits. Those who can sense spirits or spiritual energy might find that she’s perpetually surrounded by a veritable army of spirits, either hanging back and observing, or waiting at the forefront for her directions. While she can command them into performing tasks for her, the spirits are still very much entities with free will, and will attempt to act independently at times- something Esperanza herself allows, due to her beliefs. Depending on how much energy is flowing through the spirits, they range from being simply traces of themselves, to nearly corporeal- if not transparent- ghosts that can move things about with ease.

Conjuring/Warding: The Ciervo family also regularly dabbles in blood rituals, and, as such, it is a knowledge that has been passed onto Espie as well. By painting sigils in her own blood, she can create wards against evil or bind them temporarily, depending on how much detail she puts into the sigil. In addition, it’s also possible for her to summon...beings, demons included. While she has a pool of creatures she often calls, her most prominent is a rather hideous being that she fondly refers to as “Chupcabra”, or “Chu” for short.

The creature possesses a wide, human smile and a very human tongue, with the head, nose, and ears of a cat. Its body and hind legs are that of a weasel, its front paws are akin to an aye-aye, and its eyes, black in color, are so numerous and so clustered together that they could be mistaken for spider’s eggs. Its tail is long, and ends in five sharp points, like the claws of a witch. Chitinous bone like teeth cover its belly, and the rest of its body is covered in thick, blood red fur. Chu tends to serve as a sort of hammerspace for some of Esperanza’s belongings, although it’s also capable of speech. Its voice is high and womanish, despite the fact Esp refers to it as a male.

Appearance:
Esperanza is a fairly slight young woman, with dark eyes, thick waves of black hair grown to the center of her back, and full lips that are often carefully rouged. She stands at 5’3”, and often carries a dreamy expression on her face- although it’s most often not her face that draws the most attention. Instead, one might find themselves more interested in the pitch black tattoos that completely cover her arms and back, taking the form of feathers, and heavy wings that run down her back. Her pinkie finger on her left hand has been amputated down to the knuckle, as well as several of her toes on both feet. She tends to dress in bright, flowing skirts, blouses, and flats, although when travelling she dons a heavy brown cloak and hood.

Personality:
Esperanza is...not what one might expect from a death worshipping cultist, to say the least. Ever friendly and eager to help, the necromancer holds in cheer what she lacks in street smarts. She holds a fascination with the world outside home, and is incredibly loyal- both to her religion, and to any friends that earn her (easily obtainable) trust. She’s slow to anger, quicker to become upset than genuinely enraged, and tends to just want everyone to get along more than anything else.

Background:
While many necromancing groups could be thought of as “eccentric” by the standards of others, the Ciervo lineage is one of the more strange ones. Based in rural Mexico, the Ciervos are a line of Necromancers that found their start back when the Mayans were still alive and well. They have made a name for themselves for their rather interesting community- a cult by their own creation, based around the worship of the Lady Death. The methods have ranged from cannibalism to live human sacrifice in the past, although due to the intervention of other magical groups, they have tampered these practices down for the most part.

The cult rounds to about a few hundred members in modern times, and is a primarily matriarchal society led by La Hijas de la Muerte: The Daughters of Death. As the name would imply, the Daughters are a group made up of exclusively female necromancers chosen as young girls from the Ciervo line, who are seen as the leaders and guardians of the cult. It is their job to organize and perform the various sacraments, rituals and ceremonies the cult performs in their god’s name, overlook and make decisions, tend to the bodies within the public crypt, and protect their community from harm.

Esperanza was one such girl, having been chosen as a young child after an incident involving the channeling of her great-grandmother’s spirit. She was promptly whisked away to reside with the other Daughters, and, while tutored in the basics of learning, her education was primarily focused around learning control of her own developing powers, varieties of blood wards, preparation of cadavers, and so on and so forth. While allowed to roam the grounds of the cult and visit family, most of her time was spent in the crypts. For the most part, Esp was content with this life, albeit somewhat lonely.

Upon growing up, Esperanza was tasked with a bit of a diplomatic mission- the Ciervos had been informed of a town populated with man and monster alike, and wished to investigate it. And, potentially, to scope it out for possible members. Esperanza was delighted to take upon the mission, and as such, promptly set out to find this strange town for herself.

Portal creation/hopping - The first of his abilities to form that allows him to create portals to use as travel or redirection for attacks towards him. He can create ones small enough for his hand to go through and large enough for a group of people (About 5-6) to travel through.

Power negation - Ability to nullify powers and magic but maybe 1-2 at a time and depending on how powerful the other user is.

Limited precognition - Capable of seeing what happens shortly before it happens (Basically spidey sense). The only problem is that this ability is something Teka is still trying to control properly. It activates spontaneously.

Besides his core abilities, Teka is probably at olympic level physical attributes and have longevity.

He's quite talented with automatic and semi-automatic weapons along with bazookas and grenade launchers.

Personality: A lazy perv who usually does things out of whim. If he's not sneaking around peeping at women, he's doing something to naughty to ease his boredom. That's mostly stealing and ripping off mob dealers. He usually don't fight unless he needs to defend himself or wants to cause a little ruckus. Not that he loves violence, it's in his nature to cause a little mischief. He can be dishonorable and a cheater the way he uses his power to gain the advantage in various situations. Besides his negative side, he's capable of befriending, loving and be selfless but again...entirely depends on his mood. If he was to run into someone too powerful, he won't even put up a fight and tries to escape. Other times, his curiosity will pique and will go toe to toe with others.

History: Teka was abandoned as a child. He was found by an elderly couple and was told about him being wrapped up in a cloth with a symbol that represented a trickster god. He was actually considered a hybrid for the fact that he was as vulnerable as a human leaving one to suspect he is mixed of divine and mortal origin. He was cared for by the couple until they died after 6 years of them caring for him. This left Teka becoming alone until taking to the streets where a scumbag thief hustler raised him and because of this bad influence and nature, he became the man he is today. During the years, his powers manifested and was being used for selfish gain but...is this the only meaning Teka have in life? Or...is there something out there better for him?

Other: Teka have 3 pet birds that looks at him as a father/mother. That's possibly the only thing he has fondness for, other than women and certain vices. He has access to an armory, via his portal hopping.
