Vrondi City

"I am pleased fine knight. Continue to guide me to your destination." She let Mason march ahead. She motioned for Ami to walk with her.
"Aaah. A title. One given proudly to a gifted Sol." She took the time to walk. Her bare feet gently touching the ground with each step. Her clothes continued to dance as if they were air born, her body seeming as light as a feather. Walking as if floating, or floating as if walking. Keeping up a steady pace behind Mason but still moving slowly she began to observe the environment and people in it. Most whom waved merrily. There were people dancing and singing around the entire city.

"How rare it is to find you about these low city streets. Though it has been a handful of decades since I've stepped foot here." She spoke. Folding her hands neatly to her pelvis she let her dress and hair dance gently in the elegant breeze as if they were in water. Her eyes were nearly piercing with the hint of red from the sun's slowly descending orange glare. She walked side by side with the young Sol. "I trust you're being treated well. I can tell you're a lot like me when I was younger. Gifted. Used..." With that said they came to the loud crowds of the royals and upper class who were frolicking outside the castle walls. This upper district was soon given a display of fireworks. Their loud bangs shocking most of those not from Fotia who have not seen such brilliance.

Illia stopped Mason with a hand on his shoulder. "Wait one moment. This is fascinating!" Like a child she looked up in awe at the exploding colors. "I see no magic in these spells being cast. Just what could this be?" She asked aloud. None could answer but a Fotian Tyro who carried a few of the round shaped explosives. "These are color sparks. Made from the exploding material we got plenty of!" He chuckled before continuing his way with his explosives on a wagon. She held a finger to her chin in thought. "I don't see the point in not using magic. Have the scholars lost their way?" She asked aloud again shaking her head. "Lets continue shall we?"

@Dread
Czigani's mother sat with her close family. Only the other royals of Fotia who were not related laughed and enjoyed themselves to the fullest. She saw her daughter scurry away in her draped garment. Her eyes widened in fear as she neared the tables of food and other royals. Though they weren't Fotian she still felt they may trouble her. She sighed with relief once she left though. Her daughter was safe for now it seemed. She held her arms. The parts where her daughter's sweaty dirty body hugged her for the last time.

But as Czigani walked down the halls she was observed by the guards and servants with queer looks on their faces. Very few royals hid their appearance unless for ceremony. Being on alert but discouraged from offending the royals they kept an eye on her but their mouths remained shut. But other royals began to pass by. Some from neither Fotia or Vrondi. Seeing her strange appearance made them question her out rightly. "Who may this be I wonder? Never have I seen a Vrondian so over dressed." The hand of Lord Eros touched her garment with a pinch of its fabric by the shoulders.

Eros's small entourage of Tearian royals laughed. But he was not yet satisfied as he attempted to look beneath the hood a little. "Are you perhaps a servant?"He asked incredulously. But his face softened up with a smile. "Perhaps you would like to accompany me and my guests to a private hall."

There will be a bath there you can use. He whispered to her ear gently.

Mason would come to the front gates after the three walked several flights of stairs. Illia took the effort to do so as to continue walking besides Ami and listening to what else she had to say. The question of. "Are you married yet?" Came up. Illia seemed amused by this question, saying "This handsome knight is VERY brave. Perhaps he will do?" She said, half whispering behind Mason's back. But eventually they came to the guarded gates. Large seraphim knights stood at the ready. Their armor and weapons, wings and height all being finely detailed and huge. They made an X formation before the front doors which stretched 30 feet high. "Stop. May we see your entrance passes." They said in unison.

Illia stepped forward before Mason could speak. "I am Illia Illumi. The Seer of All. This is my friend, Ami Lovegood. I sense your fear for her safety, she is safe with us. Do not worry." She spoke the last sentence in a demanding tone. Her eyes flashing a bright white before returning to normal. The two knights bowed, dropping their weapons on the ground. They both reached one hand to slide the door open with a slow stone creep as it dragged along the floor. Illia gave Ami a glance and a mischievous smirk after this. It was fun for her. Once the gates were open the three would be met with a beautiful hall. It housed plants and tirelessly polished stone marbles met on fine rugs. Along the walls were various paintings of massive proportions of various Vrondian leaders. But above it all was of the King himself, almost like a sun his painting represented his desire to shine light on the world.

"This way please." A servant beckoned with a overtly cheery chime in his voice. He had small wings on his back and a single polished horn on his head. He walked with a fast but meticulously formed walk. Opening this time to much smaller doors he let them observe the large banquet hall. Food was everywhere and so were royals. These were the top elites of this world and they were all together eating and drinking. Illia came in without a notice, many were just as elegant and fair. Though the party was well on its way and a few men were eager to make her and Ami's acquaintance. Their drunken coyote eyes staring from afar at the two maidens and their seraphim knight.

See what that is walking with the Lovegood child. A mental communication was pressed into the mind of Garret. Though he was not a Sol he could still receive these mental intrusions. Though they were portrayed as messages and nothing more by the Sol who made use of it. Please tell me you remember who that was? The one who just came in. The voice went on. It was the voice he should recognize of a slightly higher ranked member who was also a trusted Vrondian Knight. He stood observing it all from where none could see. While his subordinates did the ground work. Ask for their citizenship badges and escort the Lovegood girl back to her room after the banquet is over.

Holding his head with an idle hand as a Sol would inform him of new tasks to perform at the immediate request. Garrett hated the feeling he got when intrusive voices would enter his head, especially ones telling him what to do all the time. Such orders would only mean one thing, intrigue; on the newer entrants of the banquet. It could mean breaking away from the prolific gathering, and actually doing something productive with his time. Focusing himself on any newer looking entrants, those without a stuffed face, or laughing at horrible jokes for fake brownie points, he would see a Knight leading the charge for two females. Garrett focused on the females; not for anything but how interesting they looked, of course, the Vrondian hierarchy would take notice and intrigue of these individuals at this party of all places.

Orders are orders, he would repeat to himself to ensure he didn't shirk his duties at this dull party. He would move towards the retinue of entrants to the banquet, those of considerable interest to those who gave Garrett orders, he had to block their path to wherever they may be leading themselves toward. Holding a hand out to the group, outstretched as an order of halting them in their tracks, he would do as he was told.

"Lovely evening you lot. I am required to ask for your citizenship badges if you'd be so kind to oblige."

Garrett appeared, in his unkempt, cracked, and dirty armor to seem as if he were a zombie or an animated statue of some sorts, however, he did not mind those stares or remarks reminding him as such to carry on with his duties; he held his more idle hand against the pommel of his blade to prepare for anything with the group he was explicitly ordered to stop at the party.

Lynn Medetrina

After another few songs, Lynn was finished, to the dismay of the crowd. She apologized to them before flying off to go look for the shopkeeper again, only to find the man frustrated when she arrived. It would seem that while she was gone, somebody had stolen the ankle bracelet. 'Oh well, guess it just wasn't meant to be, at least I'll have money for the road,' she thought. She started to float away to head back to the escort party. When the fireworks started to go off, Lynn practically froze. She was in awe at the sight, she had never seen anything like it before, this colorful and booming display of lights. Instead of returning as she was planning to, she ended up just floating there on her staff, watching the firework show.

Her stroll down the side hallway was rather short lived as she noticed the guards focusing on her from the other side of the corridor, and yet who could blame them? She wasn’t exactly fitting in as planned. All at once Czigani felt the twinge of nervousness slowly creeping into her mind, sowing doubt and urging her to simply run, and never look back. But no matter how quick she might be, there was no way that she’d make it out in full view of so many, not to mention the wounds she’d still had from nights before. The young Fotian couldn’t figure out why in the nine hells her life had taken such a corkscrew of a turn, where life was once a linear path that she could clearly see the future beyond and her purpose, but that light near the end was slowly dimming as the path split into many undecided directions, and the erection of barricades and hurdles seemed to spring forth.

Stop it you fool!...

The girl mentally reprimanded herself, snapping out of the brief moment of hopelessness. She was better than that and if death was her final destination so soon, then she would welcome it.

But it would not be today.

The overpowering aroma of one who wore entirely too much scented oil had permeated from another connection of the hallway as several of the guests -being led by a rather tall, slim, long haired…male?- was heading toward Czigani. At that moment, her eyes darted from one side of the hall to the other, hoping she could slip into an adjacent room before it was-

“J’in al’rek!”

The girl cursed under her breath in the native Fotian tongue as the stranger stopped and addressed her, and if that wasn’t enough, she felt the Seraphim’s hand brush against her shoulder. She really didn’t need to be seen right now, especially not by a one of the many pompous royals milling about the palace as though they had nothing better to do with their worthless lives. And on top of that, she certainly didn’t like to be touched by anyone, especially one who clearly carried himself above all others and smelled like a female whore.
Although, the humor in the Royal’s last comment hadn’t escaped her either, since Czigani herself was smelling worse than a Fotian heffer in the dead of Summer. A long, hot bath sounded absolutely wonderful, but…
“Apologies, m’lord.” Czigani finally said in a low voice, doing her best to keep her face hidden under the hood. “I-I am not feeling well at the moment.” She held her side, which wasn’t entirely false as she still felt pain in her ribs. “Thank you for the offer, but I must be on my way.”

Czigani really wasn’t sure where exactly she was going, nor which direction a good place to lay low would be, but what was abundantly clear to her, was that she needed to clean up and rest or her recovery time would be that much slower.

Mason Drake

@Rai@RumikoOhara
"I am pleased fine knight. Continue to guide me to your destination." said the Allseer as she let Mason lead the way to the castle. Now tasked with escorting not just one, but now TWO maidens of seemingly high importance, the young knight's senses were laser focused on making sure no danger awaited the group on the path ahead.

So focused he was on the path ahead, Mason nearly jumped at the Allseer's touch, "Wait one moment. This is fascinating!" For such a powerful and knowledgeable individual, it was nearly chilling to see how enamored she was by simple pyrotechnics, even as a slave Mason had known about such things. Just how long had she been inside that cave? Before he could ponder the thought any further, the Allseer's curiosity seemed to be satisfied, with what seemed to be.... Confusion? Disapproval? It was hard to tell.

As they drew closer to the castle, Mason's curiosity began to get the better of him, as he began to listen in on the conversation happening behind him. As if on queue, the question "Are you married yet?" came up. As if merely amusing herself, the Allseer followed the question with, "This handsome knight is VERY brave. Perhaps he will do?" His face turning red at such a statement, Mason tuned out of their conversation, shaking his head and regaining his composure. A hero needed no such distractions.

After some time, Mason found himself before a guarded gate. Large seraphim knights stood at the ready. Their armor and weapons, wings and height all being finely detailed and huge. They made an X formation before the front doors which stretched 30 feet high. "Stop. May we see your entrance passes." They said in unison.

"I- uh..."

Just as Mason went to speak, Illia stepped forward. As he passed the knights, Mason once again kindly asked that they allow his companions through later.

Entering the hall, the group was beholden to an incredible sight; housed plants and tirelessly polished stone marbles met on fine rugs. Along the walls were various paintings of massive proportions of various Vrondian leaders. Above it all was of the King himself, almost like the sun itself, his painting represented his desire to shine light on the world.

"This way please." A servant beckoned with a overtly cheery chime in his voice. He had small wings on his back and a single polished horn on his head. He walked with a fast but meticulously formed walk. Opening this time to much smaller doors he let them observe the large banquet hall. Royals and food appearing to fill every crack and seam of the room. Stepping into the the banquet, Mason felt the predatory stares of drunken elites falling upon the pair of maidens behind him; returning hostile glances in kind to the drunks.

@Verticus
As he began to make his way through the room looking for King Vrondi, Mason was stopped by a figure in cracked, unkempt, and downright filthy armor.

"Lovely evening you lot. I am required to ask for your citizenship badges if you'd be so kind to oblige."

The young seraphim's heart sank; he didn't have a citizenship badge. With a nervous smile he began to explain the situation to the knight before him, "Well- um... Pardon my boldness sir, but I don't have a citizenship badge..." Mason began, nervously rubbing the back of his neck. "You see, just this morning, I was a Neroan slave getting auctioned off at the Blood Banquet... Come to find out the Aion show up to free a bunch of us, things happen.... and well, now I'm an Aion knight! My first assignment was to complete a quest for King Vrondi himself and it would be rude to keep him waiting! Could you perhaps direct me the King's location so that I may report my success to him?"

CONSTANCE MARIT

Once Siiga was alive enough to travel, she helped to carry her over, trying to take most of the weight off her. Putting Siiga against a wall gently, she started moving the boulders by hand. Making quick work of it, too, so that they could arrive in Vrondi to get Siiga healed. Her muscles felt broken from the fighting, her mana from the magic, and mind from the shoddy plan to try and take the basilisk girl down. She felt buzzed, on autopilot as nothing seemed real. No one died… So it was a day’s work done. Clearing them enough for them all to pass through, she walked back over to Siiga.

"Are you ready to travel? You can take my horse with me. Kai rides smooth, I promise. We're going to Vrondi, and I'll get you fully healed by- I didn't react well to it either- the Aion. That's the gameplan, so far."

"Alright then, lets get to it. We are already behind. Mason is probably close to or already there." Dremmick would say after he finished wrapping up his arm.
Siiga, however, was not so buzzed. In fact, she was the very opposite of buzzed. Whatever the opposite of buzzed was? That was Siiga. She was grouchy, grumpy, down, miserable and quite a few other words that I totally didn't steal from the thesaurus. Out of all the endings this mission could have had, this was amongst the worst. Captured, without treasure and nearly dead. Fun, fun, fun! Oh, and about to be delivered into the hands of her worst enemies, what could POSSIBLY go wrong with that? She scowled angrily. "If you think I'm going to those Aion basatrds, you're dead wrong. I'd rather die than look at their smug faces."[/color]
"I don't give a damn about the Aion, I just need answers from Vrondi." Dremmick said as he leaned against a tree with his arms crossed, waiting on them. "I don't trust that 'Mirror' bastard either, but if you would rather die out here with nothing to show for yourself then be my guest."
Siiga rolled her eyes "You guys seriously cant go anywhere else? Anywhere at all?"
Dremmick sighed and looked over to Connie then back to Siiga. "Right now Vrondi has the only lead for something I'm looking for. I'm going back. As for you two, I don't know. If you want to bring her," he said, turning back to Connie, "it may be best to keep her out of sight. Stealing the horses as she did probably red flagged her to the guard."
"They can bite me if they think I'm not going to get her healed. I'll find someone in the city to do it. Doubt they even saw her, if she got this far." Frowning, she looked at the open world, with the peaks of Vrondi's capitol showing over the trees. "What's your name, by the way?"
"Siiga. Bandit, outlaw and heartbreaker." Siiga smiled, a little bit of cockiness returning to her. "Wanted all over for robbing merchants and defiling daughters."
Constance grunted. Holding out a hand to her to help get her up, she looked right at her. "I made a promise, I won't break promises. You're in no state to just not get a healer. I'll heal you on the way, and we'll figure out if we can get you in or not. I don't leave people behind."
"Hey, I'm fine!" Siiga smiled, but it was a pained grimace. She really wasnt in the kind of condition she claimed she was, but she was too fucking proud to admit that.
"Alright then, if you're fine then lets go. We've wasted enough time here."

As they neared the gates and guards, they stopped a bit out. “You’re on official business with the Aion with us, ok? Wear this,” She spoke, taking off her hooded cloak to make her look a bit less bloody, putting it over her shoulders as Siiga sat infront of her on the horse. “Worst comes to worst, I drag Mirror’s ass down here and make him bring you in. I have Sol blood, so, I hope, that I can for sure get in. That’s the least that shady dickwad can do.”

Ami walked by the Elder that treated her with an easy familiarity mildly confused by her potential motives blushing so that even the flames of her wings took on a brief rose colored hue when she said

"Aaah. A title. One given proudly to a gifted Sol."

She maintained her composure barely feeling as if she were being treated as a child but then logic intruded reminding her how old the Seer’s Kai (Life Source/Aura) felt.

"How rare it is to find you about these low city streets. Though it has been a handful of decades since I've stepped foot here." Said Illia speaking to Ami still as if they were Life friends; something she didn’t have.

The older Sol’s eyes took on piercing hint of red from the sun's slowly descending orange glare.
"I trust you're being treated well. I can tell you're a lot like me when I was younger. Gifted. Used..." asked Illia before stopping to admire the Fireworks and giving Ami a chance to gather herself as she spoke with the Knight.

Then they continued walking to the gates; gates which Ami had breached walking among the gardens and using the flora that made up her city as her personal gates and Ami was going to try and add to the conversation till Illia asked

"Are you married yet?" Illia sounded amused by this question, adding the offer of her Knight

"This handsome knight is VERY brave. Perhaps he will do?"

Ami’s voice as the memory of her own mother’s death prophecy echoed in her thoughts.

”You gift will make you the mother of a great Dynasty, your sons Kings and daughters the most desired of females grace many houses in the lands”

Her mother had told her that her’s was rare talent and her womb the most blessed among women for her healing ability would grant any born of her health and power few could imagine. Then her Taxi teachers had examined her and thought they gave her wonderful news when they confirmed her mother’s words adding that she would likely give birth to twins or triplets almost every birth and that her marriage bed be more fruitful than any garden in legend.

The thought so terrified her that Ami had refrained from any love play in her life so far; if she could she would have given her gift to any fool willing to take it. Because of this she planned on encouraging her mate to take on many courtesans so that not every year of her life she spend as a vessel of new life.

"I am Illia Illumi. The Seer of All. This is my friend, Ami Lovegood. I sense your fear for her safety, she is safe with us. Do not worry."

She heard the Seer say as if in a dream and like a dream walker she followed her into the hall where an unkempt man confronted them demanding

"Lovely evening you lot. I am required to ask for your citizenship badges if you'd be so kind to oblige."

Ami had no Badge, she needed none as she was known in the palace just by her wings of light and also because they tried to limit her movements

Nero Capital City / Inside Neros Castle

Anui did not know about Lila's ability to see into ones past through their blood. But he could tell by her embrace that she was his. He did not take a hesitant moment to smother her in his long arms and hold her lips to his for the softest taste of his own blood and hers he's ever had the pleasure of experiencing. He HE felt through her tenderness that the blood that he felt rushing up her cheeks and down to her pleasure centers was real. He pulled back only to caress her face and meet pupils.

His words rang out and she, already red, buckled under them. He felt his hands hold more of her weight. He gently let her drop to her knees. He looked at her with a solemn expression. He knew what he asked was a great responsibility. Yet he was young and a bit reckless. But he knew the system well and how to manipulate it to his advantage. Something his family would never expect to come back and bite them. Now his mind was seeking power but not for his own sake. For hers. He held her hand, getting down on one knee, placing his finely sewn ebony silk on the dimly lit grass.

He turned to the tree that gave a low yet bright white light from its bark. Though it had no leaves it brimmed with a ethereal life. He placed his hand on the tree. His hand still stained with red. His print being visible on it. He motioned for her to do the same next to his. When she spoke of it being her first time he closed his eyes in quiet solace. Her words met his ears like a reflected mirror. He turned to look at her, opening his eyes slowly to meet hers. She was flushed yet he retained a cool and even tone. He had been around many beautiful Nayu women, all his life so his nerves were steeled.

"It will be mine as well..." He broke a smile. Looking down at Lila's hands he placed them in his. He embraced her hand and then up her arm, lifting the delicate fabric of her dress as he did so. Revealing her pale toned arms. For a Nayu that has lived outside of Nero their entire life she was as fair as him. He did not seem to notice as he kept gently pressing his blood stained lips up her arm and finally reaching her neck. Enveloping her in his unbridled passion they both laid before the silver light. Their only witness being the tree, the silent waters and the fish that lurked within.

A bed made of their attire laid under them soon enough. Anui kept his eyes on hers as he guided her honed body against his. His entire form could match hers in fairness. All he had was a single marking on his shoulder of a black wing. He smiled as his body turned a gentle hue of pink, his heat rising to match hers. The cold waters carried a cool breeze over them. But every pet and touch was like an ignited flame. From her chest to her back until finally he smothered her until both of them were satisfied and asleep. Whispers of love being hummed into Lila's ears as they did.

Vrondi City

"Your destiny is yours to weave as you see fit. Your actions, your choices, your knowledge. There is a reason why I swore to not actively interfere with the descended unless it's absolutely necessary. There is a power that every descended holds. The power of choice. The power to change fate and destiny by their own actions. Not even Nuxta can take that away from you." Sophia said, with a comforting smile.

The others sitting in the room nodded in agreement. Even Sleeth broke a smile.

"I may be powerful and hold vast amounts of knowledge, including about the ancient gods and even how the planet itself was once whole but it has been rendered to only house the one land mass we currently live on, but there are certain details that are hazy. Certain fragments of the history that are almost like they are surrounded by a thick fog." Sophia said, looking to them.

They listened intently. A few of them looking a bit perplexed. What rumors they had heard were true it seemed. For those who trusted Sophia's knowledge. However King Vrondi nodded. He seemed to know exactly what she spoke of.

"While the answer to the current situation is on these 'fragments'... I also need to warn you... Be careful on what you lay your eyes upon... There are things that the descended are not yet ready to learn..." Sophia said, now with a serious and a bit darker expression.

The others had mixed feelings. Though some agreed with a sorry expression others like Tydra scoffed. Her people, and the Magoi, they were not afraid of any knowledge and thoroughly sought to expand their own. Magnixx chuckled a bit to himself lowly. He did not respect the Dragon like the others and found Tydra to be amusing.

"Certain things... are best to remain hidden from the eyes of the world. Lest you wish to see it plunged in chaos... Like it already happened once." She completed, her eyes distant, almost like if she was remembering something from a very, very distant past.

Tydra kept silent this time. But rolled her eyes a bit. King Vrondi agreed though. "We must stay vigilant of what we stumble upon. OR what we stumble upon may trample upon us and history will repeat itself." He calmly looked over the others. Then suddenly his eyes widened. He pressed index finger to his head and his eyes began to glow. The others began to question what was happening but he returned to normal almost immediately. "She is here. We will have our answer soon enough." He raised a hand and the vines around the door moved and opened the door with a slow creek. Once open the sound of music and merriment from the banquet could be heard.

Bring me the Seer. Vrondi's voice blared within the minds of all of his knightly subordinates. A single loud and clear message for those who marked themselves under his banner of light.

"He is with me knight." She stepped forward a bit as she spoke. Standing only slightly behind Mason. She was amused by the knight and his appearance. Eyeing him up and down briefly. "I trust you will know me. The Seer your King has just called for." She held her smile looking the Knight in the eyes. Her elegant form holding still as if awaiting for him to do something else amusing.

With the doors opened the knights stood in front of it. Not allowing anyone but the one being escorted by another knight. To get the honor of presenting the Seer to the King was a sought after opportunity. However the Blighted knight stood before her. No matter. A Taxis knight emerged from the crowd of patrons. Epsilon Onsilion.
Whom was of decent rank. He wore his full clad of armor head and all. "How about letting me take care of this one, doubt they'd want a Blight like you next to such lovely ladies." He let out a low chuckle beneath his echoing helm. One that lasted a bit too long.

Illia rolled her eyes and looked at Ami. "Ah, here I thought I'd have a chance to enjoy myself for once. Well. I suppose they will be needing me else where now.. It was a pleasure to meet you Ami." She held Ami's hand and gently squeezed it as a good bye. She then turned and stepped next to the knight. "Shall we go? Blighted Knight." Illia awaited for Garrett to respond before she would follow him. She gave the other knight a smirk as he cocked his head back. Even under the armor he was visibly struck by this slight.

@Verticus@13org@RumikoOhara

"Nonsense!" He clapped. The servants tightened up and listened. "A room for this one please. A healer sent there immediately, a fresh white.. dress? And a plate of food fresh from the kitchen!" The servants began to move. One staying behind to guide Czigani to her room. "You must not be from Vrondi. Why would you leave the most hospitable place in all the lands. You are a royal, and a guest. You will receive the best treatment for whatever plagues you I promise." He handed the servant a gold key with a chain made of wood attached to it. "Please escort her to the Tearian party's private room. See to it that she is taken care of immediately."

He then began to walk away. "That Eros. Always being so nonchalantly helpful." The Tearian royal women gossiped to themselves as they walked behind his elegant long flowing wings that matched his hair. A single pink feather floating in the air before Czigani before hitting the ground. The Servant picked it up and looked at her. "Shall we be on our way?" He asked. Looking at her with a bit of a raised brow as if she were not a royal. Yet he said nothing more than what he had to.

It had always been this way as a Knight of the Sun, not for anything but how he kept his armor. He did not mind it, such glamours and well kept armors on the battlefield or in hunting only become a detriment as a dead giveaway on who you are, what you are doing, and how obvious you can be. He didn't want to lecture Sir Onsilion in particular, all he has ever done was take honors and glory for himself even if he did not truly deserve them. It wasn't his fault if he couldn't get something like this, in fact, he didn't care about it, his position still remained the same even if he did escort the seer. But knowing that Sir Onsilion, the bastard he is, won't be able to hoard such an honor for himself, fills Blight with a sick sense of joy.

"Very well. Seer. A great time for avoiding problematic people and such an enjoyable banquet of honest, hard working people. Let us be off to see the King. You may bring your friends, of course, Sir Onsilion would rather much prefer to bring you than anyone else for some reason unbeknownst to a Knight. But I assure you, your companions may be escorted as well."

With that mockery of what he thought was a boring and unproductive party in a well thought out vote of eloquent sarcasm, he would offer a hand to escort the seer to the chamber where the King had resided for the night. Finally, something that wasn't him throwing his own time out the door, and maybe, there was something to listen in on with the conversation the seer would have with the king. He was practically giddy from the thought of it, and he somehow thought the seer could see right through his armor to see just how relieved, but also glad Garrett was from this encounter.

Eros’s frail-looking hands caused the girl to flinch slightly when he clapped, as though he needed to draw more attention to his overly inflated ego, and Czi could merely shake her head as his apparent servants - no, slaves - heeded the tall Royal’s command. Why do they fuss over the most trivial of things? The girl mused, eying as much of Eros as she could just below the hem of the thick hood. He certainly wasn’t bad on the eyes, as far as his race was concerned, or perhaps many of the races within the world, but she had a tough time reconciling the fact that even she looked more masculine than he did. His lithe physique, smooth skin, and virtually flawless everything else made the Fotian huntress simply want to gag on vomit that was still waiting to come up from the stench of the scented oils moments. But she held her tough, as well as her breath, for as long as she could until he barked a few other command to his minions and then flitted off down the hall to do...whatever it is he does.

“Finally.” She mumbled, taking in a much needed breath of semi-fresh air, and then exhaling to release the stress that had been building up throughout her entire body since she arrived. Perhaps things weren’t going to fall to pieces just yet? She knew her mother would watch over her as best she could, but the reality of it all was that Czigani was on her own no matter what happens. Even if her Uncle still cared enough for her to go so far to extend a hand of sanctuary and allow her back home, she'd already disgraced her lineage, which was far worse than being a stranger in a strange land.

The pink feather caught her attention as it gracefully descended until it could go no further. The servant eying her with what could only be suspicion seemed a bit impatient but even he had to keep up appearances for his master.

“Sure.” She nodded in acknowledgment to his question. “I'd also need my present wardrobe cleaned, if it's not too much trouble.” Czigani half smiled. “And, eh...we can do without the dress…”

COLLABORATION POST INITIATED!!!!!!

As the group approached on horseback they would be met with the guards of Vrondi. They would halt them and point them to the stables. Then ask for their citizenship badges. "Present them." He would say. His other Sol guards, clad in silver and natural protection stood tall and ready. Spears set to the side however as they used them to help them stand mostly. Once their names were given however the guard rubbed his chin. "Ah. Not too long ago your friend entered saying to allow you passage. However we do not know this one." He pointed to Siiga.

"We thought she died, though we stayed behind and realized she wasn't. She was on the mission too," Constance spoke. "She's a strong one!"

The guard rubbed his chin. But it was not a big deal. He motioned for the gates to be opened and so it was. Sliding open the giant doors took a minute or two but once open they and many others were allowed to enter or leave. But none left and none but them entered. It was immediate as to why once they walked in. Confetti and fireworks lit up the sky with colors.

Dremmick's hood and muffler were back on by the time they reached the town. Even from outside the gate he could see that the festivities were in full swing. Confetti and fireworks filled the air, but he was too focused on Vrondi's promise to be entertained by them. While they were beautiful, he didn't like how it made so much noise, it made listening to the goings on around him a bit harder.

Constance internally let out a big breath as they walked past them, her arm on under Siiga to support her. Patting Siiga's shoulder, she smiled . "I'll keep you safe here. Are the fireworks too loud right now? Or do you want to watch? Whatever you want to do to feel better."

As the group came closer to the royal castle things got louder. Eventually they would pass it all and reach the main gates. There two Aion Knights stood. "Your royal guest passes." They said in unison. Their weapons forming an X at the door.

"I'm not a kid" Siiga rolled her eyes at Connie. That said, her concern for her was kinda cute...

"I don't think you're a kid. I'm trying to treat you as I would treat a friend," She spoke to her, before coming across the guards. Looking at them with a bit of confusion, she looked to Dremmick. "Did a Seraphim named Mason come through here? We are helping the Aion with a mission."

"I'm not helping the fucking Aion. You might as well stick me now" Siiga growled lowly. Seems she was insistent on this

"Don't tempt me," Dremmick said quietly to her as he passed on his way to talk with the guards. "Mason was our ally in a mission contracted by King Vrondi under direction of Mirror of the Aion. If you have any questions, I'm sure Mason came through recently with a woman of some importance?"

The two knights looked at each other. "Hm. We do know a Mason, a recently freed slave who helped the Aion earlier today. We have seen him with the Seer and Ami Lovegood. But without a royal guest you may not enter." They spoke in unison.
Just then a whistle could be heard from above. Soaring down was Mirror. He gently landed next to Dremmick. "Took you lot long enough. Is the Seer safe?"

"She should have arrived with Mason ahead of us. From what these two say he should already be inside." Dremmick stated. He turned to the guards ,"Does he fit the bill as a 'royal guest'?"

The weapons of the knights moved aside. The door slowly opened. Mirror shrugged and walked inside. Once inside a servant welcomed them. "It's a delight you finally came Mirror. Please follow me." The servant said, leading the way to banquet hall.

Constance looked to Siiga, squeezing her shoulder lightly to assure her. Helping her with walking still, she pulled the cloak together more to hide her bloody chest. "Some food will help you, eh?" She said with a smile, trying to lighten the mood while Mr. Shady Shitsalot guided them to who knows where.

The servants looked at them oddly. They were clearly not royals so the guards kept an eye on the lot. The banquet hall was opened to the three. Not too from the entrance was Mason waiting. Mirror walked inside and thanked the servant. "What festive wonders. I wonder how long it will last..." He said as he walked to Mason. "How goes it fine knight? I take it things went well?"

Upon hearing the voice of the Aion leader, Mason turned with a smile, "The Allseer was delivered to the king safe and sound sir!" finishing his statement with a small salute. Looking past Mirror, he saw his companions, as well as the bandit girl Dremmick had nearly killed "Ah, it's good to see everyone made it back!" he happily exclaimed.
However, his smile began to fade as Mason turned back to Mirror, "There was one complication, a scythe-wielding Oro accompanied by Basilisks attempted to kill the Allseer. Was it not for Dremmick's resourcefulness, I fear that the assassin would have succeeded." he whispered.

Constance felt an arrow shot through her heart. She did nothing the whole time, helped noone. For someone who's motto was to keep everyone safe, she did a shitty job. She decided to study the ground for a while. Looking up at Siiga, she frowned harder. This really, really wasn't her crowd. "Hey," She spoke, lightly interupting the conversation. "Where are the medics again?"

Dremmick noticed Connie and sighed, "I had to end up using one of those potions you gave me, Constance over there was able to cover me until Mason stepped in. All in all it wasn't a big deal. But we do need a medic for our...other group member, it would seem."

Her eyes widened at his response. She didn't know what to say, so she just nodded at him, swallowing hard. "Medic, yeah."

"I'm fine" Siiga insisted again. "It's just a flesh wound, really"

Constance looked at her with the biggest "What the hell?" ever.

Mirror sighed. Putting a hand through his curls as he expressed his distaste for what was said. Alas he had to give respect to Dremmick who once again seemed to be a very reliable hand in battle. He looked to Constance. "That would be... Well. Lets see here." He placed a finger to his chin. "You there. Would you be so kind as to fetch a wound healing potion." He spoke to a servant while motioning to Siiga. The servant bowed and then scurried off.
"We can all get a relaxing recovery in a bit. First we must speak with the King. If hes not too busy. .."

Constance let out a sigh. Thank the ancestors. She looked to Siiga, a weak smile on her lips. "You're not avoiding this," She snorted.

Vrondi Castle

Having Garret walk the Seer down past the other nobles was a spectacle to those they passed. The charm of the room being dulled with the sharp contrast of the Blights appearance. Yet like the dirt around a gem he only made Illia's beauty standout even further. She was arguably the most elegant of maidens to enter this banquet of Sol blood. Her flowing attire and majestic hair made her seem ghostly as she lightly tip toed before the knights. They hardly could look down at her. She was standing very tall at around seven feet. Yet she gripped the seems of her dress and curtsied before them. "I believe I am wanted inside."

Once inside she and Garrett were met with the stares of all of the Kings and Queens. The silence in the room was quickly broken. Vrondi made his way over. His body floating more weightlessly than the Seers. A smile on his face he came before her and gripped her hands and held them. He came close to her and affectionately spoke while looking her in the eyes. "I am so grateful for you coming here. I apologize we couldn't meet under better circumstances." She smiled in return. "Never have I seen such beauty all in one place. This is the very best of circumstances. You just can't see it." They both shared a smile and a chuckle before Vrondi noticed Garrett standing behind her.

"Ah, sir Garrett. I thank you. I suppose there are a few matters I need to address outside of this room. Yet it won't be unrelated." Vrondi turned to the others in the room. "With your permissions I will begin recruiting from across the lands a unified force. I will announce this plan to all those who reside in this city." The others began to nod in agreement only after briefly looking each other over. Vrondi let out his left hand and a orb of light formed from his body like a bubble. It was then formed into a copy of himself.

The two Vrondis split. One went to return to his seat at the end of the table while the other stood next to Garrett. "Come." He began to exit the room. The door closing behind him and the knight. His form immediately took the notice of everyone inside. He began to lift up. Rising into the air. He came to the elevated stage. He placed his hands behind his back and stood dignified in the sight of all the high bloods.
@Verticus

"I once again thank you all for being here. The leaders of your lands have concluded that there must be a unified force to show our resolve. Together. As descended! So as a result we will be accepting those willing to join this new allied army! I request those who have aided me in acquiring our much needed relic come forward." Vrondi looked to Mason, Constance, Dremmick, Mirror and Siiga. They could feel his aura watching them.

Mirror tapped Mason on the arm. "Lets go friends." He stepped forward. Walking through the parting crowd. He came before the elevated stage and knelt down. "The Aion are with you." His wings folded over his shoulders. He looked at the ground continuously. Vrondi observed their postures. Some bowed some didn't. He nodded. "See how some do not bow? Their allegiance is not sworn to just me. But to you. This world, a promise to keep it safe no matter what King or Queen stands above them." The crowd gasped a bit. The group was not a knightly group. But it was necessary to sacrifice others that were not their precious knights.

"With that said I will be having an audience with these brave warriors. The first of the Allied forces!" The crowd cheered and clapped in applause. Mirror stood to his feet and with a single step walked onto the air and atop the stage. Standing next to the king he folded his wings neatly on his back. "I will keep this brief my king. I request Lila Moriarty be forgiven of her actions against the Aion... But I want the forces to get her back." He asked with quivering brows.

"Hmm... This is quite the predicament. You request something from me. But all I can give is wisdom. As I promised I will help you realize your path to get what you want. Reconciliation. You may need to write her letters, that will be the only way to get her back entirely. With your words sir. Your words." He placed a glowing hand on Mirror's shoulder. Mirror looked down, unsatisfied but bowed. "Thank you." He turned and stepped off the stage.

Vrondi looked down at the group. "Next?"

The servant led the woman to the private room up several flights of stairs. Through the many endless halls and windows that revealed the various towering wings of the castle. It was clear, this place was enormous. Perhaps larger than any Descendant could ever fully travel. Generations of various royals lived here. Safely tucked away from the commoners. The two polished wooden doors opened. The castle was decorated severely with beautiful vegetation that nearly took over. Yet their routes of growth were just out of the way enough to appear to be a part of its whole.

"If you will be needing anything please do not hesitate to ring this golden bell." He gently lifted the bell next to the bed. Making sure not to ring it. "I will be nearby. But your food and healer will be here soon." The servant bowed and stepped out the door. The key still in his hand he left in unlocked and went to search for Eros to return his key.

The drapes over the balcony windows were flowing with the breeze. The room seemed like it was previously visited, but not used. A wine bottle sitting next to the bed and rose pedals leading to the bathroom where a several meter wide bath sat. Water falling into it from a dragons mouth above. A statue of a dragon, fiercely spouting hot misty waters into the bath stared at her indiscriminately. Rose pedals floated over the scented water. It was not long though until a knock was on her door. "Your healer ma'am." Spoke a tender voice behind the door. "Excuse my intrusion." The door opened. The Healer poked her head in. Her horns dangling with a few ornaments and awkwardly being angled in.

"I am Solari. A natural healer."

As the door opened slowly to reveal her fully body she was a few tints of green. Her attire did not hide much of her flesh. Only a brown cloth wrapped around her slim chest and her waist holding various flowers along her makeshift belt which kept her brown loin cloth attached to her tiny waist. Her feet wore fur boots. She timidly awaited her orders, eyes looking to the side. A royal had to be given all they wished unless another royal intervened. With none in this room she was visibly a bit nervous. "What ails you?" Her hands gave a feint glow of light. As she prepared to do her duty.

Having no other choice but to follow the King himself, Garrett found himself alongside the primary benefactor to the surrounding land and fiefdom; Vrondi himself, or at least one of them, since he just split into two. He did not know what to make of that, but he was in the presence of one that wished to talk to him either to scold him for not being formal enough, or not taking care of his armor in the sense that it wasn't shiny. He had gotten a lot of that this evening; now he was going to get that from a King, funny really, maybe he should explain to the king why his armor is the way it is.

Garrett did not know what to say to the King at this very moment that would not put himself at a disadvantage. Silence was the best option for this case, he knew whatever King Vrondi had to say to Garrett that could not be said in front of an audience was most likely important to some substantial degree, so, he stuck to the plan of following the King and heeding his words with great interest.

“S’zerki’eloi” Czigani cursed under her breath at the length of travel it had taken just to reach the tall, thick double doors to what would be her chambers for at least the evening. Although, aside from the pain of having to ascend so many steps, the girl had to admit that the interior was something to behold for sure. The decor she was accustomed to from her homeland was still quite ornate and beautiful to Fotian standards, albiet a bit darker and edgier for many, but the engineers and artisans who oversaw every meter of Vrondi castle certainly outdid themselves several times over. It had a serene kind of energy and flow etched into every piece, and the chosen colors were much more vibrant and uplifting than the darker hues and tones of the Fotian capital buildings. That being said, while this may not have been her first choice of accommodations, she was far from any complaint, and as she stepped through the entryway into her room, it was as though a heavy weight began to slowly lift from her aching shoulders, her body began to feel slightly less irritable and tense. In addition, whatever subtle yet effective incense was currently permeating throughout the room, was a most welcomed aroma, almost as though whomever placed it in the room knew exactly what the stranger would enjoy. Coincidence? Perhaps. But Czigani assumed a little magic had more to do with it as coincidences rarely ever surfaced in her experiences.

“Thank you.” She nodded to the servant as he exited the room, wishing she’d had something to offer him in the way of payment, but she also knew that -depending on the servants of each royal house- they were sometimes treated better than any close relative.

The young Tyro took a long, drawn out breath as she stepped toward the open window, feeling the cool breeze that was blowing in from the North. It had been a long time since she’d felt such a mild climate against her skin, considering most of Fotia was surrounded by hot, dry temperatures throughout the year, and the only reprieve were the climate controlled building interiors. She sighed, as her thoughts drifted toward home once more, wondering if she’d ever see her homeland again. Czi turned her attention toward the side table near the bed and cocked her head slightly as she noticed the wine bottle, and her eyes followed the trail of delicate rose petals toward the next room where water could be heard falling into a large basin.

“What in the hells am I doing here?” She shook her head and smirked as she slipped the ornate cloak off her body and tossed the garment onto the bed before heading toward the bathing chamber where she leaned against the entry frame and gazed at the enormous beautiful tub, taken aback momentarily by the stone dragon head jutting out from the far wall. Czigani chuckled at the irony, as most of her life her people have despised dragons for one reason or another to the point of hunting and killing them, and yet there she was, about to be vomited on by a dragon fountain. Her hand instinctively went to her side as even the slightest laughing hurt her bruised ribs. The girl looked over at the wall mirror next to her, which must have been ten feet high, and cringed when she’d gazed upon herself for the first time since the day she’d been arrested for the murder of the slave trader. She felt broken, but for the most part, she was fine save for the crude bandages covering several cuts along her bare torso and arms, her muted lavender-toned skin obscuring most of the bruising along her ribs. This was not the worst of it, however, as she stared into the reflection of face she scarcely remembered, a beautifully defined visage that was once free of blemish and now scarred along the right side from forehead to cheek, the once vibrant crimson color in that eye now void, replaced with a milky overlay. She could still see through her right eye, but not as she once could.

“You are hideous...” She hissed back to her reflection. “But perhaps you deserved such a fate for playing the fool.”

The girl gazed over the last remnants of clothing she’d owned: a pair of knee high leather boots, which had a tear along the side of one, and her black and gray patchwork leggings that were still in decent shape save for some fraying along her thigh, and last, the woven leather chest wrap, which was now missing one of the few straps it already had. All and all, however, her light armor could have looked worse.

A knock came to the door just as she was unfastening her chest piece, and the healer announced herself, followed by Czigani waving her in while continuing to remove her clothing. She could see the timid woman in the mirrors reflection, and even her voice seemed a bit uneasy in the Fotian’s presence.

“What ails me?” Czigani retorted while slipping her top off and letting it fall to the floor, exposing petite breasts. “Where should I start?” Her tone came off rather brash, and Czi only then realized that sleeplessness and pain were a bad combination when in a social encounter.

“My apologies...eh, Solari, right?” The Tyro put a boot up on the ledge of the bath and began unbuckling the straps, wincing a bit from her sore ribs. “It’s just been a very long few days and I swear I could sleep for about a month.” She smirked at the other, hoping to relieve some of the tension in the air.

She unlatched the last buckle, slipping the boot off a sore and blistered foot, and let it fall to the floor. “Although I doubt there's much you can do about the gash across my face. I know, lovely isn't it?” She sighed, tugging at her other boot straps. “It'll scar over alright, but never really go away due to the poi-...well, nevermind. In any case, I'll be out of these clothes in a moment and then you can do whatever it is you need to do...

Lila Moriarty

@Rai @13org

Lila had never felt that before, but this time, she choose to not fight against it. She wanted to feel his skin touch hers. She wanted to be together with him. As their lips touched once more, Lila felt a wave of pleasure running down her spine. She had never felt those feelings before, but it was almost like not only her mind, but her body wanted Anui. She was his and he was hers, just hers and for no one else. Doing exactly as Anui instructed, she placed her hand on the grass, pressing on the tree's trunk afterwards, leaving a red mark right beside his. Her hand seemed to be so small and delicate besides his... Almost like if it was reminding her how different they were, but yet. they were there, together.

When Anui said it would be his first time as well, the fire that was already burning inside her began to get even hotter. Every time his lips touched her skin, it was like it ignited her on fire. Every gentle touch every caress made her shiver with pleasure. Laying under a bed made only by their own clothes, she finally gave in to the temptation. Every time their skin touched, she felt her mind becoming hazy. Waves of pleasure making it impossible for her to think straight. On that moment, only instinct was driving her forward. There was no reason to repress her feelings anymore. She wanted Anui just for her and to no one else. His smile, his kindness, his love... At that moment, Anui would realize that there was yet another side of Lila that he was the first one to see...

After both of them were satisfied, Lila peacefully rested on Anui's shoulders, laying down on the makeshift bed made of clothes over the grass together with her loved one. Hugging him tightly, it was almost like if she was afraid that he would run away as she gently rested her cheek over the black wing marking on his shoulder, next to many other markings of her fangs on his shoulders and neck, together with red streaks made by her nails on his immaculately white skin.

An assassin, a weapon, a girl and now... a woman. Who could say that someone who had taken so many lives could ever have such innocent, happy smile on her face as she slept...

Sophia

@Rai @13org

Sophia's eyes scanned the room, looking at every single King and Queen after she said her last phrase. She was the Keeper of Knowledge and she wouldn't abandon her duty. She knew there were many things that could turn the world they knew upside down if the descended ever laid their eyes upon and she would not let the descended destroy themselves with their endless greed.

Although everyone agreed with what he said before, the reactions were mixed now. She didn't mind those who were such as Magnixx, whom clearly didn't respect her like the others did. She never wanted to be adored. Honestly, she didn't care if Magnixx liked her, approved her or not. As long as he didn't try to mess with things he shouldn't, everything was ok. But the one that was really concerning Sophia wasn't Magnixx, but instead, Tydra who scoffed at Sophia's warning. She was a member of the Magoi. While some magoi indeed loved and respected knowledge, there were some who acted only out of greed, trying to obtain knowledge not caring about the price or consequence. Looking at Tydra with a piercing look, Sophia made sure to let her know that she was serious when she said that warning.

But when Vrondi said that the seer had arrived, Sophia's expression changed almost immediately. She loved knowledge, so it wasn't a surprise she was excited to learn something new. As the tall seer entered the room, Sophia couldn't help but smile kindly to the woman as she saw her, looking at her expectantly. Unlike the others, she wasn't that surprised with her size or her beauty. While both couldn't be denied, what Sophia was interested was on the secrets she would reveal to her.

As Vrondi divided himself again, one going with the knight, Sir Garret, who escorted the seer and the other one stood behind, Sophia couldn't help but to notice how affectionately Vrondi was looking and talking with the seer. Did they know themselves?

While Sophia wasn't going to say more than the necessary because she didn't want to interrupt Vrondi and the Seer, as she herself was curious about their relationship, she made sure to discreetly greet the seer with a nod and a warm smile as she waved her hand in a discreet movement. If possible, she would like to talk with that woman in particular before she revealed anything. She wanted to be sure that the Seer knew the weight and responsibility she had to carry thanks to her power.

Dremmick stepped forward reluctantly with the group. The last thing he wanted to do was become part of some big show or a political tool. If he wasn't careful, he could get wrapped up deeper into this mess. He gave a slight bow, more like a nod of the head, when presented to the king out of respect, but Dremmick was no subject of his and thus felt that was all that was necessary.

Dremmick wasn't sure where to start with his questions. The death of his parents, then a few years later the sudden murder of his Aunt and Uncle, who never even used necromancy, much less do evil with it. There was one question he felt like Vrondi couldn't ask. He didn't know how he had been revived, by who, and how long he was dead. The only person who may be able to answer that was the seer. Maybe he would be able to ask her. Ignoring the eyes around him as he stepped forward, Dremmick was next to approach when Mirror was through. He looked to the king, his gaze steady from behind his hood and muffler. It was finally time for some answers to what he had been searching for.

"King Vrondi," Dremmick called strongly, "I come to you with a question and a request. Do you know anything of the Valswei incident eleven years ago, and the Mirindal family massacre that happened 5 years afterwards." He knew that the Taxis had been involved in one way or another in both occurrences. Though their amount of involvement as well as what happened have been buried in mystery, almost as to cover it up. Not much was known, if at all, but surely the king could answer for his own military. "If you are unsure of my queries, then may I ask for the assistance of your seer?" Some may see Dremmick as fairly blunt and to the point in his speech towards a king, but that was something Dremmick felt there was little use for. Respect was there, sure, though to grovel at someone's feet was well beneath him. He could hear as some of the nobles murmuring about how pompous he was by being so direct, even a few mentioning how he didn't really bow, but he blocked them out as he listened patiently for the king's answer.

With the crowd watching the stage, having listened to the King, few noticed Ami standing by herself. Few save for the head Knight who watched from above as the Blight took away the Seer. Do not worry about Lovegood. She will be in good hands with me. The Knight held his head momentarily. An invader of his mind. Another Sol, and a royal. Nothing he could do but watch as the one who spoke emerged from the crowd to cast his shadow of Ami's. The form of this royal, his elegant attire hair and dress was increased by his height. Nearly five feet taller than Ami his elegant eyes looked down on her white hairs. Amused by her not noticing his presence. Her aura stifling his.

"You're showing." He let out. His glass of white champagne still sizzling at the top. He let the smell of it permeate into his nostrils as he watched Ami spin from his words whispering into her ear from behind. Clad in royal attire that was plated with fine golden armor. A blade at his waist. He was not a knight directly, one with his nobility wouldn't be wasted on the battle field. No he only climbed the ranks for his own amusement, a noble whose families heritage was long standing within these castle walls.

His piercing eyes beheld Ami with low admiring eyes. In his other hand was a glass filled to the top and foaming. He presented it to her. Letting his two fingers, which were free of the gauntlet, hold the glass alone. "It does surprise me to see you out here. Enjoying yourself like a free bird while the ones who hold your chains remained distracted? Clever." He took another sip and looked at the stage and the people briefly. All seemed occupied and so he met eyes with Ami. Suddenly turning to meet her gaze.

"Does this place not bore you? I don't mean this party. But the safety of the walls... It's so." He attempted to find the word. But merely let her do so. He knew she disliked her role as a royal. A defined role. A restricted one. Ever since they were young and her talents were discovered he had pined for her. But delicately. Now he sought to sow a seed, one that would make her his. One way or another.
@RumikoOhara

"Hmm." The King contemplated on what Dremmick said. He took his time and thought about the past. His vast past was too great to recall one family. If not one that directly affected him. "I am sorry. But I do not know about these incidents when you bring them up." He read Dremmick's emotions. He could tell he was doing this personally. Not for anyone but himself. The King nodded briefly. As if confirming something to himself. "What you seek are answers. However I'm afraid the Seer cannot be spared today for any other tasks. I'm afraid what she will be doing will require more energy than she has mustered in a very long time."

"But the path to your answers can be brought to light. It happens that there is another seer in our midst. One that has come all the way from Nero. Please stay a while, rest in our many rooms. IF you need food or healing a servant will be only a bell ring away. Quite good they are at that." His smile was serene. He placed a hand on Dremmick's shoulder. His grasp was heavy and firm but it was not the physical feeling, but the spiritual that Dremmick could feel resonating from the King. He let go of the mans shoulder to let him step down. He then turned to the others. "You may approach."

”Can you hear me calling you, I am the shadow that calls to your soul.
I can hear the Hunters horns, far away
Raven wings I can feel your breath, Far away bringing with you summer’s death”

Ami sings to herself as she watches Illia and the knight leave her alone in the company of the throng

”Sunrise the tolling bell
Far away, Far away
Breaks the Raven wings spell
Wo-ho
Blessed are we”

As the musical incantation as old as any can remember comes from her in a tone so soft only those very near her might hear it's sad lament Ami’s wings soften in color as they shift spectral frequency more ultraviolet than blue-white giving them a purplish cast.

Caught in the sad song sung as a dirge at funerals and the end of summer days she only becomes aware of Lord Almari moving behind her when he speaks saying

"You're showing."

She pivots smoothly her supple body spinning to face the taller male his heterochromatic blue and green eyes the first thing she notices. Next she sees his aura flare with a decidedly alpha male hue and knows he like others hungers for her as he offered her a drink teasing her with his observation.

"It does surprise me to see you out here. Enjoying yourself like a free bird while the ones who hold your chains remained distracted? Clever."

He is clever and beautiful but also male and the things she fears most; a male of power. He displays his power by acting more interested in the gathering just before he looks deep into her eyes try to penetrate her personal defenses and fix her in space to the spot of his choosing...at least that’s her impression.

"Does this place not bore you? I don't mean this party. But the safety of the walls... It's so."

He said as she tried to remember the boy who had always seemed to find her when she was but a child. She found it hard to recall the boy who had always tried to keep her company buried so deeply in the armor clad form as she sought to dim the glow of her flames.

”Restrictive?” she says her amber eyes now glittering with her Kai

”Thank you for trying to sympathize with my position Lucius; I find it pleasant others notice or care . If Illia hadn’t approached me I was going to fly away on the wings of a hummingbird Ami says using his familiar name.

Mason Drake

As the party approached the stage, a knot began to form in Mason's stomach. He didn't expect to go up on stage... Looking into the crowd he saw many Neroan nobles, flashbacks began to rush through Mason's head, the beatings, the fear, the pain... no, no, no, No, NO. He was a knight of the Aion now, life as e slave was behind him, and nothing could take that away from him.

A feeling of nervousness flooded Mason as he watched Dremmick approach King Vrondi. What was he going to say? Would it sound stupid? His mind quickly became overwhelmed with worry as sweat began to gather above his brow.

"You may approach."

With a heavy exhale, Mason approached the king. "King Vrondi," he began, a sad look in his eyes, "my entire life, I've struggled with a terrible power inside me. Power that destroys my body every time I use it..." Mason explained with a sigh as he watched a black flame slowly creep around his hand before dissipating, leaving his hand badly charred. "I know I'm meant for greater things, I've felt it my entire life...." he continued; the young Seraphim's expression filling with conviction and determination. "My king, I seek a place where I can hone my power; learn to control it... A place where I can discover who I really am, where I come from, and most important of all, why this power was given to me, and how I can use it as a force for good in this horribly chaotic world."

Vrondi listened to Mason while observing the ball floor. The royals began to continue their conversations as the King dismissed his speech. His eyes then turned its gaze on Mason's observable aura. His honesty exuded through his aura. But something else did as well. When Mason displayed his terrible power the King winced in his shared pain. "Despite your appearance you share a chaotic curse. Your soul is more chaos than divine. Meaning you need to work with the masters of chaos to better know the true nature of your soul." He looked around at the people at the crowd again.

"The Dragon Temple in Gaia. They will be able to work with your chaotic nature. We also happen to have a few from there and one known as Sophia. I would say she would be any upstarts ideal master." He motioned for Mason to step down gently. "I will set arrangements for you to be further noticed on what this may mean for you and what you'll need to do. In the mean time stay within one of our guest rooms. You will be seen after you refresh yourself." He allowed Mason to step down before turning to the others.@Guy0fV4lor

"Sir Blighted Knight. Please do these folks a favor once we are done here and escort them to the guest rooms. Now. Next please."

The young Sol's eyes widened. The royals clothes met the floor in front of her. Her bare back exposed her scarring. A cosmetic injury that she couldn't fix. But seeing such wounds made her wince. Not even slaves in these parts had such scars. Perhaps in Fotia or Nero, but in Vrondi it was strange to see wounded folk. Warrior or not. Most were clean and unmarked, just as their King.

But this woman of Fotia. This child of fire and brimstone who stood proudly before her was a different kind of being. She smiled when spoken to. Hanging onto every last word as she was trained to. Her cheeks were a soft hue of red. The difference in complexion intrigued her. She remained near the bed across from the entrance to the bath. "Oh.. Haha well it is a pleasure to have you visit." She expressed, assuming by her not seeing her around, and her overall persona, that she was a foreigner in this land.

When she began on her gash Solari held back a gasp. As said scarring was rare in these parts. Wounds were not new to her, but one that never healed? Well she couldn't imagine it. She placed her hands over her mouth to hide her shock. But when she met her gaze she smiled and waved it off. To make her feel self conscious about her wound was the last thing she wanted. "Alright!" She resolved. "Just relax and let me take care of every bit of pain you have..." She watched her remove her boots and sigh from the discomfort. "If you wish to have anything truly restored we have better healers than me that could do that. I'm sure one of your status can afford it."

"Oh you jest... A hummingbird? It does remind me of you. Delicate, majestic. Mysterious even." He swished his drink lightly in his cup as he met eyes with her. Each sentence he drew closer. His emerald and sapphire orbs not leaving her. He took a whiff of his drink and sipped it slowly. Then brought her own drink up to her nose. "It's a delicate smell and a refined taste. Even for those who have tasted the finest. I assure you. It will be aid in quenching your fire. Others are.. well." He turned his upper body to sway his drink across with an index finger extended. Washing over the crowd a few eyes were on Ami as if she were a spectacle.

Some more ignorant guests cheered for a show from Ami. "Is this a new dancer?" Questioned an
who was visibly of dragon blood. He stood with other Oro royals who were just noticing the flames escaping Ami's back. It slowly began that others were noticing. Lucius beckoned for Ami to realize this. "If you would rather go somewhere more private. I would understand. But if you wish to stay you need to calm your aura. Just for today."
