He can be physically overpowered and is vulnerable to the same things as any human would be in a light body armor suit. Outside of his suit, smaller arms fire doesn’t bother him as much as anything high powered and knives can still do damage. He’s meant to be flawed somewhat in the same ways as Spider-man. He’s human and vulnerable.

Unfortunately there aren't really any jobs out there for former career thieves. It's part of the reason Snart drifts around from time to time.

Take away the tech and Snart's just a human being.

Skills:
What Snart lacks in powers he easily makes up for in Skills and Gadgets.

Cold Gun - A weapon of Snart's invention. It's a gun powered by cyclotron able to produce cold and ice beams of varying sizes and power. He possess two of them. With them he can fire beams that freeze targets, create cold fields that can stop people within them in their tracks, and even a more sadistic beam that freezes body but prevents it from going numb to dull the pain.
Cold Grenade - An explosive weapon, similar in function to the Cold Guns, but intended for wider areas of effect.
Thieving Skills - It's no surprise a former career criminal like Snart has practically mastered various skills related to the craft. Be it lockpicking, safecracking, even scaling walls and avoiding detection. Granted, he's no ninja, but he's not an amateur either.
Unarmed Fighting - While obviously not the same level as Batman or others, Snart is no slouch when it comes to combat either.
Tactician - While he won't be taking on Batman in a game of chess anytime soon, Snart was once the leader of The Rogues for a reason. His plans were often the best-made ones, and his tactics against superhero enemies often the most most effective.

BRIEF Bio:
To make a long story short, Leonard Snart and his sister Lisa were raised in an abusive home. Leonard at first found solace with his grandfather who owned and operated an ice truck. But when his grandfather passed, Leonard had had enough of his abusive father and ran away. This led to a life of crime and thievery, where Leonard quickly took the lead in a small five-man team of thieves. Their planned crime spree was cut a bit short due to superhero interference, but Leonard managed to escape capture. Deciding that he need to upgrade himself to keep up with the Metas, Snart stole a shipment of cyclotron and then designed his first Cold Gun. He dubbed himself Captain Cold and the rest was history, as it were.

Sometime later, Cold discovered that his estranged sister Lisa had also found a life of crime. He tried to convince her to go straight at first, but she simply retorted by pointing out that Len was also a criminal and even abandoned her to endure their father's abuses alone to boot. They parted ways again, Lisa having donned the identity of Golden Glider and performing risky heists with her partner, a man called Chillblaine. But Lisa was later killed by her own partner during a heist gone wrong. When news reached Len, he teamed up with his former partner Heat Wave, and the duo hunted down and eventually killed Chillblaine to avenge Lisa's death. It was the first and only time Leonard had ever gone against his self-imposed code to never kill anyone. And it was enough that he hung up the mantle for a time, attempting to go straight. But with no one willing to hire him due to a criminal past, the next best thing Leonard could do was take up the mantle again, but this time he would do it in the name of justice. He had hard time convincing anyone from the Justice League that he was serious about going straight. In fact, most of them still don't trust him. He happened to be in Metropolis on the day Doomsday attacked, and while Cold was smart enough not to pick a fight with him, he helped a few people wherever he could. That was apparently enough to convince Batman of all people that Snart really was trying to turn over a new leaf. Batman let him join the League, but made it clear that Snart would be on some kind of probation until he "proved himself" to the rest of the League. But old habits tend to die hard, and is not helped by the fact that his old friend and partner Heat Wave is still at large, along with plenty of other former Rogues that might not be too happy with Leonard switching sides.

Kryptonian Physiology
Under the effects of a "yellow" sun, Supergirl possesses the same potential powers as an average Kryptonian.
These include:

Solar Energy Absorption
Under optimal conditions, this is the main source of Supergirl's super powers as they are contingent upon exposure to solar radiation from a yellow sun star system. Her biological make up includes a number of organs which lack analogues in humans and whose functions are unknown. It is believed that between one or more of these and her bio-cellular matrix, "yellow" solar energy is stored for later use. This allows for the use of these powers to fade when yellow solar radiation is not available instead of immediate failure.

Heat Vision
Supergirl can, as a conscious act, fire beams of intense heat at a target by looking at it. She can vary the heat and area affected.

Super-Hearing
Supergirl's hearing is sensitive enough to hear any sound at any volume or pitch. With skill and concentration, she can block out ambient sounds to focus on a specific source or frequency.

Enhanced Vision
This umbrella ability includes: X-Ray, Telescopic and Microscopic Vision.

Superhuman Strength
Supergirl's strength is augmented by yellow solar radiation interacting with the greater than human density, resilience and biological efficiency of her musculature. Her strength is more an act of conscious will on energy fields than actual physical strength. It is this act of conscious will that enables her to perform physical feats that are beyond the mere application force, such as moving a house without said building crumbling under its own mass.

Superhuman Speed
Supergirl is able to move at incredible speed by sheer force of will. This extends to her perceptions and allows for feats such as catching bullets in mid flight as well as covering vast distances in little or no time.
This also confers super agility and relflexes.

Superhuman Stamina
Supergirl is able to maintain continuous strenuous physical action for an indefinite period of time. This based on her body converting yellow solar radiation directly to energy, but is limited by physiological and psychological needs to eat, drink, and sleep.

Invulnerability
Her body is nigh-invulnerable due to her superhumanly dense cellular and anatomical structure as well as her radiating bio-electrical aura. Supergirl is under some circumstances resistant or immune to different forms and levels of lacerations, blunt force trauma, energy-based assaults, falls from great heights, explosions, the cold void of space, toxins and all known diseases on Earth.
(Of course, it is up to the GM what attacks by super villains and their equipment may harm Kara.)

Super-Breath
Supergirl is able to create hurricane force winds by exhaling air from her lungs. She can chill the air as it leaves her lungs to freeze targets. She can also reverse the process to pull large volumes of air or vapor into her lungs.

Weaknesses:
There aren't too many ways to injure or weaken a Kryptonian, but here are a few.

Lack of Yellow Sunlight
Going a few days (and longer) without exposure to the rays of a yellow sun, Kara will weaken and eventually lose her super abilities. Of course, her abilities will come back after once again being exposed to yellow sunlight.

Magic
Kryptonians have no natural defenses to magic/supernatural attacks.

Power
Supergirl is not on the level of power that her cousin was before he fell in battle, so it is quite possible that their are beings/creatures in the universe that are stronger than herself.

Kryptonite
Exposure to Kryptonite can have a wide variety of effects depending upon its color and present form, the majority of them detrimental if not outright deadly.
(Of course it is up to the GM what, if any, variations of Kryptonite exists in the game.)

Artistry
Kara is also artistic and was once approached by the head of the Art Council who wanted to mentor Kara just like he did with her father. She keeps a guitar and a sewing machine in her apartment and she draws and designs new versions of her costume every so often.

Multilingualism
Supergirl speaks a multitude of languages fluently. She learned English in less then a month. She is obviously fluent in Kryptonese and also speaks interlac.

BRIEF Bio:
On Krypton, in Argo City, as the planet was in its last dying days, Kara's father, Zor-El, had taken his brother, Jor-El's research to heart. He believed, where the Science Council did not, that the planet was dying.

Zor-El planned to save all of Argo City with devices disguised as power generators that he had convinced the Science Council to place around the city, but he was not willing to risk his daughter in that plan because he wasn't sure it would succeed. That being the case, he constructed a pod similar to the one his brother had theorized, but using Worldkiller technology and programming it to orbit closely around a yellow sun so that when she awoke, either because he and his wife woke her or because the time he'd allowed had run out, she would be powerful enough that she would not need to fear anything or anyone.

Fast forward twenty-something years....

Kara's pod crashed in Gotham City Bay. When a frightened Kara Zor-El tears up the city, Superman and Batman work to stop her. When they do, they realize she's Superman's cousin. Superman decides to keep her at the Fortress. Batman disagrees with Superman's willingness and eagerness to trust the girl which creates a tension between the three. During a quiet outing in Metropolis, Superman and Kara stumble upon Wonder Woman who is adamant in taking the younger Kryptonian to Themyscira to train. It is here that Superman shows how protective he is when he almost kills Artemis when Kara is nearly injured during a training session.

After a few months Kara's training with the Amazons came to an end, and she was eager to join her cousin in the sky. Yet, Superman was still very protective and insisted she stay hidden from the world a while longer. He wanted her to become more accustomed to humans and life on Earth so she would better understand, and hopefully share his love for, her new home. Lana Lang, Clark Kent's first love and as well as the first other than Jonathan & Martha Kent to know Clark was 'special', would step up and take in the young Kryptonian into her home. Kara would become Linda, and soon enroll in Smallville High.

Kara made her official debut to the world as Supergirl approximately five months ago.

Days ago, Supergirl was off planet aiding human scientists in their exploration of a newly discovered moon of Jupiter. When she returned to Earth, the battle with Doomsday had ended. Batman was crippled. And her cousin was dead.

Electricity Manipulation: She is able to produce a significant amount of electrical energy at a high voltage if using an electrical source since currently she cannot store a large enough amount of electrical energy within her. If using the stored electricity within her, smaller blasts occur at a lower voltage

Electromagnetism: Kali can create a small electric field around herself that typically forms subconsciously when tired or under attack.

Conductivity:Abilities super enhanced when used upon a substance or villain made of specific alloys/Polar (water-based) beings. Can supercharge metals to send them flying.

Weaknesses:
⏛ DiHydrogen Monoxide ;): Water will cause her electric field to shock her when produced, Powers used in the rain become haywire.

Earth: Inaffective against things that do not conduct electricity, as in any earth styled or insulated foe/ability.

Currently in her first year of uni, Kali has a limited understanding of general chemistry. She hopes to apply this knowledge towards her abilities one day.

Appearance:


Kali stands at a solid 5'9" height. Her deep brown skin glistens in the sun as her melanated body soaks up the rays. She's got a rounded nose that curves slightly down, a slightly wider than average forehead with tight curls springing wildly forth. Her edges are almost always laid to the gods. Her hooded brown eyes seem to encompass the universe beneath her glasses. She's very flat chested, but she's got nice, proportional curves to her strong thick legs. Her stomach is typically flat minus when she's sporting a food baby. She typically dresses in a crop top with high waisted pants and some nice kicks when she's at uni. If she's feeling good she'll fashion a headscarf and wear it as a bow or turban. However this is her form only when she's out of energy (low battery form).


When in her unsuppressed form, Silver Bolt's body is almost all black with silver outlining, and bolts erupting as hair from the top of her hair almost down to her ankles. Her eyes crackle with pure silver electricity, and her lips purse with silver streaks. She looks as a humanoid made of almost all electricity.

BRIEF Bio:
Kali was born in the southside of metropolis to Jefferson and Lyssa Pierce, after Jefferson decided he had a solemn duty to protect his people from gangs, metahumans, and gentrification. From birth, Kali had intense silver-grey eyes which lead to her being given the Swahili name for fierce. As a toddler, she would wander towards electrical sockets and almost blow fuses, which lead to Black Lightning picking up a job near the home, as principal of Garfield high. Special care had to be taken to keep her away from walls and anything electric to keep her balanced. When she was about 8, her father got into an almost deathly altercation with the 100, which lead to an extremely anxiety/scared prone Kali. Upon seeing her father extremely bloodied one late night, she transformed for the first time and used her energy to heal him. At 15, her parents divorced due to irreconcilable differences over the hero lifestyle. As much as she wanted to stay in the southside to work alongside her father, she was curiously given a full scholarship to move on the west coast, which her dad forced her to accept so that she'd stay out of the hero lifestyle he had known to cause so much problems. After dealing with a simple bank robbery, Silver Bolt decided to ignore her fathers warnings, and her own qualms about superhero work, and join up with the teen titans.

Zola Martin: Kali's best friend from southside. They were both accepted into the university together, and while kali is pursuing a biochemical route, Zola wants to be a reporter. She currently doesn't know about Kali's abilities. Has a huge obsession with paranormal phenomenon.

Marie Dennis: A Jamaican professor Kali has grown quite fond of. She teaches Microscopy and light optics which comes at an interest for Kali in relation to her powers. She's somewhat of a mentor to her and is the only one who knows her alias as Silver Bolt. Whenever she needs a hiding spot to discharge and become her civilian form, Marie's lab is the place to go.

• Magic: He needs to use spells to cast his magic but his magics are powerful. Due to his half homo-magi blood, he is quite the powerful sorcerer or some day he will be. Today he is just a decent sorcerer. He usually uses his spell book as a focus but in a bind, he can use his blood as a focus. His spells are varied so long as he can pay the required cost. Usually, animal blood will do.
• The Seal of Solomon (Summoning): Liam doesn't see calling outsider beings or demons to help him to do as a bad thing. A creature that can help him is a good thing. The Seal of Solomon allows him to do this. His Magic summons the creature from whichever place it came from and the Seal binds the creature to his service. Liam can only keep on creature at a time for now.
• Blood Magic : He is skilled at the use of blood magic. He can do more "dark" magics with his blood spells. Using this magic, he can place curses or weaken his enemies if he has time to set up.

Weaknesses:
"All Magic Comes with a Price, Dearie": His spells are powerful but they require an offering of something equal in value. If he wants to raise someone from the dead, he must sacrifice someone else's life for the person. The stronger the spell, the more costly the price. If the price is too high, the spell can take a bit of his life.

"One Cannot Rush True Magic": Liam needs time to set up his spells and if his magic is interrupted then it does not work or worse. The spell might backfire or cause something to happen. With more practice he could control this but for now it is a large issue.

Skills:
Liam can read and write in: Latin, Greek, Aramaic, and Hebrew. Despite his magic, he is quite good with his fists. Not going to punch out a powerful person but he would be good against regular thugs. His tutors thought it important that he can fight without his magic.

Appearance:



Liam will eventually need a better outfit but for now Spandex is not his thing. The Mask manages to hide his appearance unless he takes it off willingly.Even people who know him intimately cannot see through the illusion even if they see his tattoos.

Blood on the Neon Floor: Someone is kidnapping teenage club goers in Gotham and draining of every drop of blood. Liam believes that it is something to do with Black Magic but this is something he can’t do on his own. Liam's ex boyfriend was one of the victims and it felt personal. He needs all the help he can get and so he would swallow his pride and ask for help. (Team Up)

The Alignment: "When the stars were right, They could plunge from world to world through the sky; but when the stars were wrong, They could not live." : Someone is attempting to summon The Nameless One from the Source Wall. Summoning an Old God to Earth is never a good thing. It will take more than a single young Sorcerer to stop them. (Team Up)

Supporting Characters:
All Arcs: Giles Stonier: Liam's family butler. The older man's job is to teach his young charge about Magic as he had been ordered. The man never seems to age.

The Payment: Zurzazak (The one holding the Contract), anyone willing to help Liam not to lose his soul.

Powers:
❥ GUNPOWDER TRANSFORMATION: Karhonen is able to transform both himself and any object touching him into gunpowder, though this gunpowder is responsible for far more disastrous explosions than the normal sort. He is able to control all of this generated gunpowder.

❥ FLAME GENERATION: Karhonen is able to generate small amounts of fire, mostly as sparks in order to detonate his gunpowder, but is also capable of candle-sized lasting flames. This is done by snapping his fingers.

❥ SHRAPNEL GENERATION: Karhonen is capable of generating small chunks of metal, which are used as shrapnel for his explosions. These chunks of metal are otherwise unremarkable and he expresses no real control over them outside creating them.

Weaknesses:
⏛ DILUTION: When untransformed, Karhonen is just as harmable as a normal person, but when in powder form it's trickier, he can be killed in this form by spreading the ash far enough apart. His own explosions are not able to do this, obviously.

Skills:
Karhonen is incredibly knowledgeable about art and art history, and is a skilled artist, capable of doing speedy caricatures and more complex paintings equally.

Appearance:
Karhonen is fairly average. At 5'11" he's not exceptionally tall, has coffee-colored skin, brown eyes, and hard to tame brown hair. He has a lithe build and a thin face. He usually wears business-casual clothing, usually button up shirts and either jeans or dress pants.



BRIEF Bio:
Daniel Karhonen was born in Los Angeles, California to Francis and Susan Karhonen, who soon moved to San Francisco for work reasons. From a young age he wanted to be an artist, and he expressed a large amount of talent in both painting and sketching. He first discovered his ability in middle school, when he accidentally blew up his school's gymnasium upon noticing a high jump pole about to strike him in the head. He thought this was just the greatest thing to ever happen to him. Thankfully, only two other students were there when his abilities activated, protecting his identity and the other students' lives. They both survived, and now serve as his confidants and assist his heroics. He currently hopes to get into art school, but is more than content with his earned place in the Titans.

❥ Sebastian Puceletti: One of two who knows Daniel's identity as the Human Bomb, Sebastian is a fellow artist, but is also a talented chess player and pianist. He and Daniel consider each-other best friends and are usually together when going out on the town. Sebastian aids Daniel's heroics by sewing and repairing his costume.

❥ Dana MacDermott: A fellow student, Dana had never known Daniel prior to his awakening, but quickly became good, if not great friends with him and Sebastian. Dana is also a superhuman, but her ability, that being an exceptional tolerance for starvation and dehydration (Up to six months without eating or drinking), is not exactly combat-worthy.

Powers:
Jay has numerous abilities, nearly all of which are tied into his extraterrestrial physiology. A shapeshifter, Jay has complete control over his own physiology, and it is malleable enough to assume the form of nearly any biological substance or construct. Utterly adaptable, Jay can reform himself to have the musculature needed to fight fist-to-fist with a Kryptonian, armor harder than diamonds, and can even alter himself to be able to fly or become completely invisible and intangible. Naturally, this makes Jay exceptionally difficult to wound, as he can merely shapeshift to regenerate even grievous injuries. Any form that requires an increase in mass forces Jay to consume the required elements from his environment. However, Jay's control over these powers is limited at best, as anything more drastic than a moderate change of certain body parts he cannot perform willingly. He might take on more drastic changes in times of duress, or out of reflex, but as a whole most of them seem "locked away" to him. His "base form" is that of a human with moderately superhuman physiology, and an advanced regenerative ability.

Rather than the measly human five, Jay has no less than nine senses, all of which are tuned beyond that which a human is capable of. Even his sight, common enough to humans, can see across various wavelength of the electromagnetic spectrum. His more esoteric senses are tuned to his psychic abilities, which are prodigious. Jay is an advanced telepath, capable of reading minds and detecting thoughts, as well as communicating mentally, and manipulating the minds of others in various ways, such as illusions and false memories. In addition, he can create powerful mental barriers for both himself and others, protecting against similar psychic attacks. These are merely the abilities that he has the most reliable access to, as more advanced powers seem similar "locked." Given the malleability of his body, "brain matter" is an irrelevant concept, therefore making every cell of his body a psychic resonator, and suggesting that his powers have the potential to increase in magnitude dramatically. He is also a telekine, capable of creating very basic telekinetic blasts and shields, though again their potential power seems artificially limited.

Weaknesses:
Jay is highly sensitive to extreme heat, generally that produced by a fire or greater. If his flesh is exposed to it, he loses control of the biochemical bonds that allow him to shapeshift, literally melting him until his component parts recover from the shock of the heat, which could take minutes to hours depending on exposure.

Skills:
Jay has a number of niche talents and hobbies, such as playing the bass guitar, DIY tailoring, and extensive knowledge of cultural topics (video games, music and comics in particular) from the mid-80s to late 90s. That aside, he can be surprisingly charismatic when in the company of other "misfits and outcasts," and is adept at thinking on his feet in stressful situations.

Appearance:
Jay stands a bit over six feet tall, and has a wiry, muscular build. His features are somewhat heavy and brutish, giving him a visage resembling a bulldog. His eye and hair color vary depending on his mood, but they are usually some bright, outlandish color somewhere in the spectrum between blue, purple or pink. His hair is worn in an undercut that is sometimes styled into a tall, spiky mohawk, and he typically dresses in degraded and distressed leathers and denims, usually black and adorned with badges and slogans typical of the punk subculture, as well as various rings, chains and wristbands. When operating in his "superhero" persona, he will accessorize with such items as ornamental goggles or gas masks.

BRIEF Bio:
Jonathan Jones, who prefers to go by the nickname of "Jay," was taken in as a foundling by an orphanage in Southern California. Given the lack of identification with him, the orphanage gave him his alliterative name based on the month he was found in, January. For much of his infancy and early childhood, Jay was a sickly child, prone to infections and seizures. While his health seemed to level out by the time he was about eight, he was still an outcast among the other children, who avoided him based on his strange aura and mannerisms. Jay had a lonely adolescence, drifting between whatever foster homes would take him in, and grew into niche interests and social groups in a desire for belonging.

As he aged, though, he superhuman abilities began to make themselves known. His body would transform seemingly at random times, or he would be suddenly plagued by the deluge of thoughts surrounding him. These made him continue to act out, isolating himself, and reacting violently to forced socialization. While he has generally grasped him powers at this point, by his late teens the damage had been done, and the only social group that would accept him were fringe outcasts and petty criminals. While robbing a convenience store with some of his "friends," Jay was caught, and due to an outburst of his powers, he hospitalized a police officer. He was detained as a super-criminal, and was about to be sentenced and imprisoned as such, until the intervention of Batman. After reviewing his files and determining that his potential was enormous, Batman offered to vouch for him and keep him out of prison, as long as he joined the Titans. Seeing little choice, Jay has done so, though approaches the concept of superheroism with great suspicion and trepidation.

Additional Notes:
While Batman is reasonably sure that Jay is some sort of alien, bases on genetic testing that he (begrudgingly) consented to, there is still no idea what his origins are. Human DNA markers were found among his incredibly complex genetic code, which combined with his extremely convincing human "disguise" (Jay passes for human even under an MRI), Batman theorizes that Jay is some sort of "infiltrator" organism meant to pass as a human. To what end, he can only guess.

Even as advanced as Jay's human form is, he is still adapting to Earth's biochemicals, and sometimes has strange reactions to common substances. For instance, he has developed an addictive reaction to chocolate, the formula in Oreo-brand chocolate cookies in particular.

Despite her rather petite appearance, Karoline in truth is three times stronger, quicker and faster than the average human. Thus she can punch, kick and jump like most SpecOps Soldiers and even beyond a few. In addition, she can react at twice the speed of a regular human and at maximum, sprint at speeds reaching 60 km/h.

Weaknesses:
Despite her initial speed and strength, her body wasn't built for endurance. Thus any human weaponry can kill her as much as anyone else on the streets, as well as injure her or worse. Not to mention, that overexertion can lead to her becoming exhausted and lethargic.

Electricity is her biggest danger, as namely a high enough voltage could in essence damage her circuitry and processor. While her body is capable of withstanding more voltage than a normal human, the damage inflicted is harder to heal and might in some cases become permanent.

Skills:

As Phantom, she is a master hacker in both wireless and wired devices, able to process and examine data at vast speeds and also possessing a photographic memory, allowing her to remember most things, people and locations from first glances alone.

While Phantom isn't much of a fighter, she has been an avid fan of parkour and capoeira - combining them both into a type of street art, that has her being very mobile and engage only when necessary.

At first glance, Karoline might appear like your average young woman - who has managed to achieve her status in life as both a worker and hero, through her own merit and skills...although, her near inhuman abilities, non-existent history from before she was thirteen and no record of her family, bring up many red flags.

...that is because Karoline Hope wasn't in essence born, rather created by Professor Ivo, an enemy of both the Justice League and of Silas Stone. The former scientist of STAR Labs turned criminal mastermind had been searching for years on a way to defeat the Justice League.

Ranging from wardroids both mechanical and humanoid, to even an android capable of being programmed and installed with the powers of the Justice League itself. Although none of them worked and always ended up being destroyed or scrapped. Thus instead of trying to brute-force his way against the Justice League - instead he decided to create an android for an infiltration mission instead.

Thus, he created Kary-08 - an android designed to appear as human as possible and with his technology have the ability to grow and eat like a normal human. While not physically capable, Ivo made sure, that the android could have both the strength and speed to disable some of the Leagues non-powered heroes. While the ability to deal with the more powered heroes would be found in due time. As such, Ivo also made sure that she would be able to access any and all databases the Justice League had on record.

Although, before he could install the last program - namely, the Sleeper-Agent Code or her mission-data - the Justice League busted into his laboratory and took him down, before he could do that. While the Kary-08 Android was scheduled to be delivered to STAR Labs for disassembly. While the android would reach STAR Labs, a sudden attack on the same day, that she arrived - would activate her and make her flee the scene.

Despite being activated, Karoline as she was - had no memory, no mission and no purpose. Thus she wandered and picked up English, until on her third day since activation - she stumbled upon the steps of the Metropolis Orphanage, where she was welcomed and stayed at until she was eighteen. By then, she had become the woman she was now - namely protective, just and a hero.

Speed-Force Conduit: Bart is capable of moving fast enough to move through time and even vibrate his molecules to the point of traveling between alternate timelines. Of course these skills need to be developed in order to be actually utilized. At the moment Bart is able to nearly move at the speed of light, create vortexes (via running in circles or spinning his arms), and he is also working on vibrating through solid matter but at the moment he’s blow up what he’s tried to go through.

Impulse Costume Ring: Unlike most of the Flashes of the past, Impulse has yet to master the art of generating a suit from pure Speed-Force energy. As such he keeps his costume in a compact ring allowing him to suit up quick and on the fly.

Weaknesses:
Bart’s all human. He can be shot, stabbed, poisoned and killed in nearly every way a normal person can.

Skills:
22nd Century Intelligence: If you think school is rough you wouldn’t be able to imagine what it’s like a century from now. Due to the strenuous rigours of the futuristic curriculum, Bart has become more than adept in many fields of science. His photogenic memory also helps with this.

Alternate Future Knowledge: Being a man out of time, Bart has what essentially equates to the sports almanac from ‘Back to the Future II’. A lot of the characters from grandpa Barry’s stories are young or still alive and yet to face many of the threats that Barry had described. However not all of the stories are accurate anymore as Barry, Wally or any of the Flashes have ceased to exist due to Bart’s meddling in the time stream. To put it simply; Bart knows what could have happened which allows him to better judge threats that he hasn’t seen himself but also leads to him assuming facts that he had inadvertently changed.

BRIEF Bio:
Bart Allen was born in the far future of 2121 where he grew up with the incredible gift of tapping into the Speed Force just like his grandpa Barry and great-uncle Wally. From a young age he wanted to follow in the footsteps of Barry and Wally in the hope to become a hero just like them. Wally, who was still operating as the Flash at the time, took Bart under his wing as the new Kid Flash after Bart made it painfully obvious that he would be trying to be a hero with or without Wally’s blessing. Most weeks consisted of mind-numbing eight hour school days while the weekends were chalk full of training with Barry and Wally or going out to stop some actual crimes with the Flash.

Life was good for Bart but things would soon take a terrible turn after the emergence of an old rouge of Barry’s. Eobard Thawne, the Reverse Flash, reared his ugly head after being absent from the Flash’s life for nearly a century but returned with a vengeance. The clash between Thawne and Wally took the duo all over the planet as they duked it out. Thawne began to gain the upper hand over the now elderly Wally until Barry joined in on the fight in an attempt to even the odds. The fight ended when Thawne revealed all of this to be a scouting mission in order to update his info on the Flash so he can make yet another attempt to ruin their lives in the past. In one fluid motion Thawne shattered Barry’s knee and took off for the past with Wally in hot pursuit. Bart showed up just in time to see the two leave the scene. Barry told Bart about what was going on and about his own worries for Wally. Barry attempted to run but his healing factor wasn’t working fast enough for Barry to go after them. In a split second Bart hatched a plan to use the cosmic treadmill to follow after Wally and help him out. Barry protested but Bart was already at the old Flash museum and revving up on the ancient machine. Within a few seconds Bart was hurtling through time.

He saw Flash and Reverse Flash dipping in and out of the time stream as they took swings at each other. Bart pushed himself to catch up with the duo but upon getting close to the fight Thawne saw his chance to get rid of the two and swiftly broke the treadmill with a barrage of attacks. A chain reaction was set off however as Eobard’s Negative Speed Force clashed with the positive one being channeled through the treadmill. There was a massive explosion and Bart was fired out of the time stream. Bart woke up hours later and quickly realized he was far from home. He was stranded in the past, just a year Superman should have opened up the Justice League to new recruits but in this altered timeline the man of steel was dead and, upon closer inspection, there was no trace of the Flash. Kid Flash entered a state of mass panic as he tried to think of what to do before deciding on looking for the one person Barry said always had a plan in place in case things went wrong. After having successfully found Wayne Manor, Bart was greeted by an not all to happy Bruce Wayne who looked far more worse for wear than Bart would have imagined. In the ensuing chaos of breaking into the house Bart attempted to explain his situation to Wayne who eventually began listening after Bart he made no attempt to attack Bruce. Bruce agreed to help but he suggested that Bart join the Titans in the meantime as his powers could be an asset to the team. Bart leapt at the idea of working with legends of the past.

Supporting Characters:
Bruce Wayne: While they aren’t exactly close in any sense of the word, Wayne is the only person that know’s Bart’s true origin making him the closest thing he has to a friend at the moment. The two won’t talk much and will normally only discuss missions of methods of getting Bart back home.
