"Water off a duck's back.
People will say what they want where ever you go.
You can choose to let it run your life
or you can be me and not give a fuck.
Talk all you want, at least I'm someone worth talking about.""I wish people didn't take out their frustrations on each other.
You never know what someone is going through,
so any form of kindness goes a long way,
wouldn't you agree?" Name Miriam Madeline Wright

Occupation Both first year residents. Mimi wants to specialize in Pediatrics, while Mila is still trying to figure out where she wants to go. For now, Mila will float between departments until she finds her calling.
Appearance The twins, both standing at 5'2", when not in scrubs, are seen sporting two distinct styles. Mimi prefers a more conservative and comfortable look, key word comfortable, not really dressing to impress. You better believe Mimi will go to a date looking like she's going to church (covered from head to toe). Luckily, she hasn't had a date in a long time and if she did, Mila would be her fairy godsister, sprinkling sexy on her. Mimi will, however, put some time and care in her make up and hair. She's a professional so she should be presentable.
Mila, on the other hand, dresses cute and bohemian which would be considered non-traditional. Commonly referred as Boho, where she reminds others of a gypsy girl or flower child. Exotic patterns, dresses that flow with the wind, etc. Her style isn't limited to that and there are many occasions she tries to convince her sister to coordinate outfits with her, where they're rockin' street looks or vintage vibes that match, while turning heads. One can say Mila cares a little too much about her looks, while Mimi cares too little. Mimi's philosophy is if people can't accept her at her worst, why the hell should she waste her time with them at her best?
Now, the big question is how do we tell the two apart? Mimi is usually the one wearing black glasses, while Mila wears contacts. Nevertheless, there are times where people can't tell them apart, if neither has their glasses on or both have their glasses on.

Evaluation Observations:
The twins come across as two girls who have their lives put together, knowing what they want and never crying over spilled milk. Try, try, try again. Really, though? They are extremely hard on themselves, to an unhealthy extent. Mimi has no social life, she dedicates every fiber of her being to her job and when she isn't working, she is researching ways to improve herself or crashing from sleep deprivation. She holds high expectations, thanks to her parents, which has created a workholic and someone who doesn't really know the true meaning of 'lighten up' or 'have fun'. Not saying she's a stick in the mud at work either! She just lives and breathes her profession. If she jokes, she's usually poking fun at a coworker, if she laughs, it's because someone brightened up her day. But more often than not, all that happens at the hospital. Her home life is where she tries to watch a show, but ends up reading her medical books for the tenth time, or searching for articles and cases online.
In contrast, Mila has always felt second rate beside her sister, who picked up concepts faster than her, aced all her tests and quizzes, always knew the answers, and just... knew what she wanted to do since they were kids. Mimi has always been good with kids, so it made sense that when they went to school for medicine she would take a strong liking to Pediatrics. Her, though? She wasn't nearly as decisive. She just liked... helping people. There's no doubt that Mimi is the family favorite. Mila chooses to hide behind a smile, to not have many people worry about her, but really she cries more than most, never feeling adequate and good enough. Hopefully soon she could prove her worth to her family. That she is good. That she does care. That she can save lives, She's not better or worst than her sister, she is her own strength in the hospital and they all have one common goal: to help people.
Actual Personality:
Mimi is extremely intelligent and hard-working, to an intimidating level, and if someone challenges her, she will fight back and pass that challenge with flying colors. She is efficient, careful, and precise. One thing she absolutely hates is being underestimated and someone telling her she can't. She's the resident that will annoy you until you give her her chance to prove you wrong. If she doesn't agree with you, she will voice her opinions, not caring if you are her higher up or not. At times, she can appear to be a bossy know-it-all, but her abrasive attitude is to mask her insecurities. Most people either admire or envy her because of how strong and independent she carries herself.
With an energetic, lively personality, Mila is truly a light in a dark place. She is the type of woman who does everything wholeheartedly and never fails to put everyone else first. If someone needs to confide in her, she will make time for them and lend a hand or a shoulder to cry on. She's quirky, with a never dying serene disposition. If someone was having a bad day, just talking to her can turn their frown upside down. Mila is good at hiding her anxiety and stress, and seems to be positively ready for her day. She may not be as confidant in her knowledge as her sister is, but she will continue to persist to do better, while reminding her colleagues that they are human too and it's okay to have bad days. No one is perfect and what they do is something they should be proud about. Yes, mistakes are frowned upon here, but there are also some things not even they can stop. They can at least try their hardest until they can't try anymore. Mila is a silver lining and she gives people hope that things will be okay.
Both girls, in their own way, are inspirational and truly beautiful.
History:
The Wright twins grew up where their father was rarely home because he dedicated his life to orthopedic surgery, while their mother was a psychiatrist practicing out of her home office, so she could be on-call for the girls. They were born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, and had an upbringing where there was no other option than excelling. Rarely were they allowed to go play with the neighboring kids. If they weren't learning, they weren't doing it right. There was always an expectation for both girls to pursue something in medicine. While they were young and full of imagination, they would sneak and watch their mother's sessions from a far, learning the different stories of all her clients.
Their school lives were vastly different since Mimi conformed, Mila did not. Mila believed to be a well versed person, you needed to learn about people, on a personal level, not have your head stuck in books. What they chose to avoid noticing, especially at such a young age, was their mother was an alcoholic and their father wasn't just having long nights at work. He was having long nights at someone else's home. As dysfunctional as their family seem, a turning point for all of them was when their mother got pregnant with a baby boy. The twins were excited to have a another sibling, and it even brought their parents close again.
That is, until their mom found out about their dad cheating, which caused her to freak out, overly stressing her body, and having a miscarriage. After this point, things grew distant between their parents. They filed for divorce and before the twins knew it their mom packed her bags and moved to California, taking her girls with her. Every summer up until they were deep into medical school, they would spend it with their dad. Now that they're old enough, the twins live together and their parents check up here and there to make sure they are not fucking up their chances to become doctors.
Here they are at the best hospital they could've ever worked at, trying to make their mark... whatever that may entail.
Let's hope they don't fuck up.
Do not judge my story by the chapter you walked in on. — Unknown My Dreams Oddly enough, Mimi's dream doesn't surround her career. Yes, she wants to make it as a doctor and be one of the best, but really, there's always an underlining loneliness. Call it cliche or whatever, but she does hope she find someone to share her life with that isn't her twin. She loves children, because she wants children. She spends endless hours working so she can provide for a family in her future. She wants to save lives, but she also wants to live a life where her greatest work is in the form of her babies. A dream is just a dream and she doesn't think it'll ever come true, so for now and forever, she work as a doctor and impact lives that way.
Mila wants to find her calling. She hasn't put much thought into her dreams. If anything, she dreams to feel fulfilled one day. Happy with how far she's come and being one reason in someone's life that they choose to continue to fight the fight that is living life.

Reputation Oh jeez, here come's Miss. Know-It-All. Really, we should start calling her Cobweb because that's probably what's inside her Vag.
God, she's such a bimbo. Always stuttering and hesitating when people ask her questions. Oh, don't forget how she leads every guy on. Maybe she should learn a thing or two from her sister who gets none.
