Just gonna say, but I love this idea that Kojiro has three separate arms. How else can he have a free hand while one hand is grabbing Wain's neck, and the other is being grappled by Wain's tail. Even if he didn't have the hand being held by Wain, it'd be completely ridiculous to have him move that free hand (originally on the opposite side of Wain) to his face, while Wain is literally in point blank range. Also shrugging off the fact that Wain's previous hits had probably hurt some of his pressure points.

Not mad, just saying it sets a poor precedent to have Kojiro running around with so much plot armor, while being an NPC. As well as making Wain look bad. There is a 135 power level gap between them, but that doesn't mean Kojiro can perform 3 separate actions in the time span of Wain using one. If that's the case, I expect Raditz to get ten actions into the span of one of Taeto's actions.

Again, not mad or upset. Just mentioning it because it seems in bad taste.

Ultimately you have dodged and deflected everything while throwing back punches that are supposedly crippling and life threatening. For someone with no training he’s basically a god already. Honestly it’s a spar and you’re entirely reluctant to have a master martial artist land a blow on your untrained child.

Let’s just agree to leave it there for now and draw a line under it all.

Just to clarify you cannot auto hit with techniques. Only basic attacks are allowed to auto hit and no crippling attacks either

@Weird Tales my biggest worry right now is how we are going to handle a many-on-one fight against Raditz and any other fight in the future. Even if the other spars continue it's looking like we're going to have Taeto, Momo, Gyun, Piccolo and Alex all fighting Raditz at the same time.

If we all try and post attacks against him at once we're going to end up tripping over each others feet and each Raditz post is going to start with him having to react to five separate attack posts, which would get a little hard to handle I bet. Maybe the better option would be to let everyone have limited control of Raditz once it gets to that point; people can post reactions from Raditz to their attacks, whether he dodged, blocked, countered or was hit for example, with Weird still handling the big Raditz posts for victorious gloating and big attacks.

@TheForgottenArc Id assume that smaller ki blasts would be fine where as bigger attacks along the lines of finishing moves would be too powerful to be completely absorbed before damage is inflicted. So while a standard ki blast may be absorbed, Big Bang attack is still going to turn you into dust.

Also as a side note, as you’ve chosen the energy absorption model of android I’m sure that means he’ll need to absorb energy regularly to keep up his power level. So it’ll be interesting to see how he goes about that.

I (and Daiko) figured that he would try to catch it, but that attack has more physical force than energy. I thought it would make sense if that was absorbed, but with the side effect of being forced back with it.

Sorry if I'm not posting at the moment. I'm trying to figure out Wain's next move. Since the Saiyan has shown up, so he'd be chasing after that, but he also just got insulted by an old man.

@Reflection@supertinyking for your awareness my next step will be to have the old man go to give Sam and Colda a senzu bean each. So if you could factor that into whatever your intentions are for your next posts it'd be appreciated.

@Weird Tales I thought that the case, also due to what,@CaptainSully I do think certain finishers will still damage or destroy Josh, but what about Ki wave moves, If I remember correctly, Android 19 absorbed a full Kamehameha. Lastly, I'm fine if that's the case but can Josh get Stronger though training or only when he absorbs others energy (Like cell's first form).

@TheForgottenArc Take a look here if you want more detail on the types of android and their powers etc. The gist I get from it is that with the "model" you have chosen is that to get stronger, he'd need to regularly absorb energy. Also likely is that he'd need to top up his energy or risk malfunctioning/shutting down.

As for the absorbtion of ki waves, i'm pretty sure that 19 absorbed the Kamehameha after Goku was already pretty badly drained. I may be wrong however.

Ultimately it's up to you how you want to run your character mate

Yup, fight is a clusterfuck alright, and the fact that everything at the dojo isn't even happening at the same time anymore is only making things worse. Where's the cohesion, here? Instead we may as well have all the matches going on in their own self-contained universes! What if Momo got knocked to the ground, putting him right outside the Dojo? All the "DBZ time" crap would just go completely FUBAR, wouldn't it? This is what happens when you don't make sure everything that happens is happening during the same period of time. Your continuity becomes a house of cards just waiting to topple.

I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Feel like crap today and that's souring my mood. Also kinda lamenting my character choices quite a bit. I thought Momo would be fun to write, with the childish Buu personality and the cartoonish fighting physics. Turns out it's actually the exact opposite. You know how hard it is to write dialogue using the Buu Speech? Or how surprisingly hard it is to think of and describe the physics of a Majin's body? None of this is helped by the fact that Momo's main character arc can't actually go anywhere until Buu eventually decides to show up way down the line. Until then he's stuck in character development limbo where he won't have any real relevance until long after we all stop caring about it.

@TheForgottenArc What I was trying to get at was it could be an interesting story arc. Is he taking power from willing people? Is he taking it from anyone or anything that he can? Those sort of things were what I was suggesting to consider rather than writing him absorbing power in every post to keep himself going

@Double I'll take the blame for that. I thought we'd get a bit of time to get characters acquainted rather than Raditz landing and arrives at the dojo in two posts. As for writing in Buu speak I can only imagine the pain that causes your brain.
