Ok listen here - if I see an opportunity to add some kaiju stuff into here, I will add it in some shape or form to accomodate for the RP in question. There are definitely exceptions and I'm fully capable of making more original, but in this case there are none to be had. :P
(Plus we got ourselves some Monster Hunter characters so there's that)
@Lmpkio At least one MH character is a good twenty meters tall, so doing a massive monstergirl in the shape of Godzilla isn't exactly implausible.
Again, keep in mind, the size (and the power-scale) is obviously going to be nerfed for the sake of this RP. Only an insane madman purist would consider bringing in this character at its actual height (unless the GM for some reason doesn't mind it but its veeeery doubtful). I'll wait for the GM to make his/her judgement on the concept and if approved I'll go from there.
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, maybe. I promise absolutely nothing, but y'all got too many girls with pulses If I get in on this, I plan to amend that.
The irony is due to Garland's input I actually had to do a "stop and think" in order to make a pop-rock-band of Dullahans a thing. -This would've been mentioned in a VM, but RPG ate that... twice.
@Lmpkio Well, right now the biggest person would be Jenny, which depending on LemonZest's mood and desire to have their hair full of kitten-proportioned fox/dragon/catgirls, is set to be 20 feet, 10 meters, or 20 meters tall.

*Proceeds to make a 25 meter tall Gojira just for the sake of it - half the size of the 50 meter Showa series/Fillius*
I do not intend for my character to be that huge, but if I do, I wouldn't mind having her the ability to size morph. She'd be regularly around 6 (1.8 Meters) - 7 feet (2.1 Meters) tall, but can grow up to the size mentioned when fitting in with the mech.
Well, we did consider that Jenny would try to make herself smaller for practical social reasons; using mad-science.
It could be that your girl would use a related approach (to make herself bigger) that could later be used as a story-arc.
Common sense is telling me to refrain from using anything called "Pym Particles" -Probably going to use similar limitations, since no point re-working the biophysics
So likely a max size of 100 feet before cardiac failure simply standing still, 25 to 50 feet being more typical. -Inverse square cube law

One idea that has been rummaging in my head (backstory wise) revolves around her having a "caretaker division" revolving around two groups of alien-humanoids (both based off the Godzilla Anime series). They look very human-like in appearance, but they are actually two different alien races.
The Bilusaludo are a technologically-experienced race that take care of Gojira's (or to be named Titania) nanometal suit.
The Exif are a more religious-based race that serve as advisors and diplomats towards the MGMA and Titania respectively.
Now why would they be significant to Titania? Simply put it - the plan is for them to have originally found Titania on the deceased Earth - living alone and seemingly without purpose. They would capture her and bring her with them, eventually presenting her to the MGMA as a pilot for an upcoming mech (to be called codenamed "MechaTitania").
This may sound a little complicated so if anything I may get rid of the Exif, but keep the Bilusaludo as the mechanical repair team. Idk how she could be made otherwise, but at this point I am simply throwing around ideas.
And Im fine with the size stuff. 25 Feet will be ideal.
-MGMA isn't even in the Sol system anymore. -I may have toyed with extra-terrestrial developments catapulting genetics and technology, but tended to aim for "Apes or Angels"** approach to that, rather than a starfleet federation. -The monster-girls being the resault of the last acts of man and their machinations upon contact with whatever new biomass they encountered (usually in the "apes" catagory of development)
**Either primitive beasts or extinct hyperadvanced civilizations leaving nothing but archialogical wrecks wraught with eldritch horrors of technology.
So the ship is an ecclectic combination in some places of highly advanced alien wrecks carefully grafted over the old station, and tightly gaurded against tampering, SCP-style. Because alien-tech... pretty much falls under the plot devices of Torchwood, UNIT, Dr Who, and SCP. Except we don't have a timelord tour-guide on this little sojourn.
--There is a caveat. A more advanced level of primitives may find themselves not subjected to genetic tampering... as a sort of inverse prime-directive of sorts where if they've actually hit a technological milestone they get left alone rather than treated like cattle and breeding-stock.
Titania may have crashed at some point on such a planet and garnered a cult-following. Leading to an odd situation where an underdeveloped race is aware of the MGMA, but probably does not entirely understand their existance. --Independent tech-tree means they may have come up with how to shrink/grow their monster-girls... which also allowed for them to build nano-machines at enlarged sizes before shrinking them back to operational sizes.

I didn't say anything about MGMA being in the Sol system, but still thanks for clearing that out.
The exif would definitely fit the role as "angels" (one look at their "god" in their movies reveal a very Lovecraftian styled Ghidorah), although the cult-following portion isn't bad either.
I'll simply have to play around with the history a little bit. For now, I'll focus with the actual profile at hand.
Hello! My name is Mira. I am brand new to this site. I know the OP from another site, they mentioned they had started a monstergirl RP involving mechs, and after talking to them, I discovered this. I would love to try this site out and see what this community has to offer.
Weeeelp, I finally finished my thing. If this thing is a little overkill, let me know and I'll try to remove some stuff. I did try to put some fair weaknesses to it and put it into context. (I'd also like to know how big the mechs here are and see which side fits the mech most)
Name: | Titania | "Gojira" | "Godzilla" |
Race: Kaiju - Gojira Specimen
Appearance: Standing at precisely 7 feet tall (2.13 meters) Titania is definitely a massive and imposing specimen to behold. Nearly all of what she sports and wears is comprised of some kind of deep-green color. Her fern-colored hair and emerald-eyes are both naturally green in color, while her outfit is mostly comprised of some kind of dark-green plant-like matter. Those who've touched her body coverings claim for it to feel like vines encapsulated in some form of thin metal. Fern-like dorsal fins emerge from Titania's back and go all the way down to her braid-like tail.
Personality: At first glance, Titania looks to be a calm and collected individual. Her expression is often mute and her voice being melancholic in tone, perhaps from the fact that she strives to live out her days in peace alone and away from action. One may often see her look deep into the void of space with a somber face, as if deep in thought regarding a missing past. In many cases, she believes to be more of an outsider compared to the rest of the pilots. However, to her allies she is considered somewhat of a "kuudere" and is still capable in showing kindness or giving out blunt, but effective, advice.
But when she is engaged in high-stress situation - often to the point of breaking - Titania would snap into a form of utter ruthlessness against the enemy. She is described as bone-chillingly menacing, extremely hostile and violent, and cunning, as if she was possessed by a wild, savage, animal. She will absolutely destroy everything and anything as a means to complete the mission, even if it means sacrificing her own safety and even other teammates. This side of her is a very rare phenomenon to behold, but once it gets triggers, everyone must stay away for the sake of their own life.
Nanometal Material: Mecha-T is comprised out of an experimental substance known as "Nanometal". This fluid-like substance allows for the mech to reshape and deform any part of its body, as well as gradually regenerate any part of its body that is damaged and perform self repair and multiplication. This makes additional repairs come down to the bare minimum, with only repair crews working on it to provide upgrades or modifications most of the time. And as mentioned before, this substance also allows it to transform into different modes. Still, the regeneration is not instantaneous and does take several hours to repair. The repair crew and scientific minds behind it are currently exploring new ways to make this process instantaneous and hopefully without the need to people constantly working on it.
Convergent Neutron Cannon (CNC): This ability transforms Mecha-T into a charged particle gun composed of a special gun barrel and a generator located inside its head, which causes its head to deform when used. It uses the penetrating ability of neutrons to pierce the outer shell of a target and melt its body tissue. This weapon can also be shot from long distances - up to a kilometer - however it eats up a lot of power per shot and does decrease movement speed significantly. It's been recommended that two shots are to be fired per battle and still have ample energy to fight, unless in contact with an additional power generator.
Hyper Lance: Mecha-T is equipped with a supersonic Hyper Lance, a piercing weapon generated by high-speed elongation of its forearms followed by hardening of the metal through rapid particle compression. The maximum elongation of the lance is roughly 1.5x as long as the mech. Upon impacting the target, rapid vibrations within the lance attempt to disrupt the natural organs or metallic structure of the opponent, causing them to eventually explode into a pile of their bits within seconds. It can also be used as a makeshift siege weapon against enemy vessels if need be. However, this all depends on the opponent it pierces - with larger foes being less vulnerable compared to smaller or similar-sized enemies. This form also prevents the mech from using its hands unless it reverts back to its regular form and can be unwieldy if used incorrectly.
Laser Blasts: The head - even without being in cannon form - can fire red-blasts from its mouth region. While weaker than the Neutron Cannon, these blasts take less energy and less time to reload.
Flying Transformation: This mech can also transform its body into a flying form, where it can fire its various railguns and charge up weaker blasts from the Neutron Cannon.
Plasma Boosters: Found both on its back and on the bottom of its feet, it allows the mech to wield the power of flight.
Railguns & Other Weaponry: Mecha-T has various Railguns and other weaponry located on its body. Two heavy dual-cannons can be found on its wrists - which can be ejected off with onboard thrusters -, two pulse cannons located on the front calves, two triple-barreled explosive turrets on the side calves, and two penta-shot (5 round) homing missile launchers located on both shoulders. To say that they are all overkill is a heavy understatement.
Heated Wrist Blades: Embedded into its wrists, Mecha-T can unleash two twin heated blades when engaged in melee combat. These blades are meant to slice through incredibly tough substances, such as metal and hard exo-skeleton. However, they can be broken off with extreme brute or explosive force.
Tail Stinger: Mecha-T's tail can be used as a weapon both in flying and robot forms. In flying form, it can be used as a battering weapon, while in robot it can be swung to knock off opponents or slice off components with a superheated blade.
Weakness:
Huge Target: Being a huge mech, that it is compared to the rest of its kin, it presents itself as a big target. Most opponents may attempt to knock it out first and while its definitely armed to the teeth, its armor can't hold it forever.
Power Eater: This mech eats A LOT of power - especially when firing its Neutron Cannon. If the mech runs out of power, its dead in the water. All shieldings and functions cease and its even more vulnerable to attack. The pilot must balance out its power usage at all times as not to overload the system and waste energy.
Fighter Vulnerable: Despite its vast amounts of weaponry and defense systems, this mech is like a capital ship. For example, in space combat, capital ships are best in taking out frigates and other medium-large ships, however they struggle against small fighters and are incredibly vulnerable against bombers. This means that its highly recommended that this mech is escorted with smaller and more nimble mechs/fighters when in combat.
Will want to work picking her up into the story as part of responding to an old distress-beacon. -Meaning Titania probably grew up thinking she was the only one [on a relatively* primitive planet], when suddenly a shipload of them arrive, with guns drawn on the locals.
*We exist in an RP were it is possible to raise the dead by accident. So nano-tech is comparatively primitive... it's just the locals seem to have focused more on that while the folks of MGMA focused more on prolonging the Y chromosone amongst rampant geneticly engineered subjects. (the nearly all-girls nature of MGMA is because the last monster-boy is now merely a brain in a jar and a test-tube baby)
Having at least reached a tech-milestone on their own, prime-directive shenanigans are likely to ensue.

So Im guessing Ill have to wait till the mission starts or whats the deal?
(Its fine if I have to wait though so no worries - although I will like her to have some natural powers that will eventually be used into her mech)

Pretty much your character is on-hold for a bit in order to fit her being worshipped as a diety by an entire planet into the story.
From which there are two ways of looking at how that plays out.
At one perspective, a ship full of monster-girls crash. There are few survivors. One of which being your character or one of her parents. -The locals find the derelict wreck and eventually fix a broken distress-beacon causing a somewhat late rescue to finally arrive for a very confused child.
At another perspective, a deity fell from the heavens as their protector, and was worshipped accordingly. Only for her vengeful siblings to come down and take her away from them. This of course leaves a moral dilemna of what to do with the local population. The academy's resources are finite, so trying to instantly slingshot their tech is so costly as to be a no-go. But on the other hand, focibly enslaving their kind or strip-mining the planet by force for resources is way more trouble than it should be worth.
Likewise there are additional challenges with leaving Titania to her surragate caretakers, or trying to take her from them.
@Foster@Lmpkio The Monstergirls/academy as a whole could always try to be diplomatic, negotiate or something? Like, "We need to take her to train" or some shit like that
@Foster Fair enough. I wouldn't mind waiting a bit.
And Im fine for her inclusion as one of the surviving monster girls on a ship and worshipped by the natives as a deity. This will definitely co-align with what was portrayed in her respected movies - a giant "unstoppable" beast that is to be respected and feared, essentially a "god" of sorts.
May or may not have abilities like atomic breath and so forth, but if so it would be tamed out of her once she joins the crew and utilized more effectively into her new suit.
Emotional tensions can cause many irrational things to happen extremely quickly at a critical deciding-point. >Especially if this Elian Gonzalez has atomic fire breath.
There were a few hostage/prisoner rescue attempts back in the 1970s that were conducted on the wrong prison-camps/wrong-islands that were amongst the most costly rescue-missions in US history at that time (excl. BAT-21).
