I don't know what Star Road necessarily has to do with it. If that's relevant, please do explain. It is not at all feasible to create a Friend Heart accidentally.

Maybe it's in character for Geno, as a character centered around the idea of a higher authority, but so far I've seen a repeated theme: there being no other choice. If Geno doesn't somehow know how to save Mario, he can do other things besides just kill him. There are always other choices.

I didn't mean like actually killing him.

But I can certainly try and at least decapacitate/knock-out Mario - perhaps by simply having Geno knock into him as they break out of the castle dungeon and then colliding into the ground or something. He wouldn't be killed, but he'd certainly be knocked the fuck out.

Yeah I was going to suggest something like that as well. Since Mario is Geno's friend it'd make sense for Geno to try and knock him out instead of just killing him.

level up time. fairly straight forward this time to compensate for next levels team attack nonsense.

Goodness gracious great balls of fire: An upgrade to firebreath that lets bowser shoot fireballs at distant foes. These flaming spitballs are fairly large and can travel pretty far but have much lower aoe than the short range firebreath and are quite dodge-able by those who are quick on their feet.

It depends on what you want to do with the spirits. If you chose a kindred spirit because you want its power, then you can absolute kill and absorb it. If you chose it because you wanted to play it as a character, that's when you would use as Friend Heart.

I also scored a level up and was thinking about having the Social Links of Persona be added into the game. In case you don't know, the gist of it is the more Minako talks to her teammates, the more likely she will be to level up a Social Link (relationship) with that person. This is mainly to help Minako gain access to stronger Personas, but can also allow team abilities (saving an ally from an attack, for instance) to develop, and improve the overall fighting strength of Minako and her allies. I think it's too fitting for her role as a summoner and leader to pass up. In the games these occurred in scripted events or part of the story, so we can either have it work like that or make it work similar to the level up mechanic already present. I was thinking that any dialogue spoken between Minako and another person can add up to a total wordcount, and when that threshold is reached it will level up. Thing is, they have a max level of 10 and there is a max of 20 social links, so balancing what the number should be is hard. I was thinking start at 1,000 and raise it by 1,000 each level, but that might be a bit low :o

Well, the Courier hasn't done anything yet, and if you don't like just writing him getting to the action, write him getting to the action and doing something.
