Present Day - The Castle: May 4th, 12,508 - 8:15 PM
@KazAlkemi@Nallore@LadyRunic: As you enter Wizard Tower, you find yourselves on the 21st Floor. There are two doors near you - one of them is locked shut tightly and the other is slightly ajar. Through the open doorway, you can see what looks like a recently vacated bedroom, as if its previous occupant had just moved out earlier that day. Down the hallway are a set of spiral stairs that lead into a warm living room below. The fire is crackling and it is warm, cozy, and inviting. No one seems to be home.
@LadyRunic: In the Manuscriptorium, most of the scribes seem to be dreadfully nervous. Their head, lovingly (and hatefully) called the CHS, has been on a bit of a rampage. The man only ever wears a mask due to a medical ailment without a cure, disfiguring his face since he was a child. One of the younger clerks, however, has worked up the courage to head on over to Skaoi. "Miss? Do you need assistance?" the young clerk asked softly. His uniform was several sizes too big and his face was a little sullen and thin, as if he was used to going regularly without food.
@LadyRunic: As Rhys doubtless remembers from his time at Wizard Tower, the ExtraOrdinary Wizard resides on the 20th and 21st floors. The Magykal staircase will take him only up to the 20th floor, at which point he will need to find a way to gain entry through the purple door. Typically, this is done by knocking and having the ExtraOrdinary Wizard greet you, allowing you to enter, but that most likely won't happen here. So... get creative! At any rate, Rhys is lucky and there aren't too many people using the stairs, so they are advancing upwards at a decent pace. The elder god within him stirs slightly as they ascend. The Mistress of Chaos is here!
@LadyRunic@BlueSky44: As Richard and Thalia walk, they'll spot Lyra with Navi walking down the corridor. Navi's voice is carrying: she is loud and excitable and also a bit of a know-it-all. Currently, the young child is listing off to Lyra all of the ways that it is possible to behead someone who has attacked you in your sleep. She is on way number twenty eight by the time that Richard is close enough to see her sparkly fairy wings. At least these ones are toys!
@FantasyChic: Wanda laughed a bit sadly. "Oh, in my time I am considered to be a terrorist - they fight to imprison me, to restrict my powers... Some call for my head," she mused. "My brother does not understand. He thinks that we can live in peace with those who would destroy us." Wanda then managed to cause one of them to implode, using her red magic as a shield of sorts to keep the pus like guts from hitting herself and Fleur. She wrinkled her nose, nodding in agreement. "This is awful. Two left. One for each of us."
@FantasyChic: Astrid looked like she was about to gag, seeing someone talk that way about her older brother. Halley, however, smiled as she found it cute. However, her smile faded in a moment. "Astrid, I need you to protect Myth," she said calmly. Runa raised an eyebrow and Halley shook her head slightly. "Someone is here who shouldn't be... who can't be..." The Asgardian mutant looked a bit terrified, Halley's hands shaking slightly.
"Who? Apollo?" Astrid scoffed.
Runa then paused for a moment, using her own Magyk for a moment. Her skin then paled. "Chthon - the Elder God of Chaos," she whispered. "Astrid, Halley, protect Myth. I will see to it that our unwelcome guest is removed. My son is getting married today and this changes nothing."
When: 8:30 PM - arrive by 8:15 PM on May 4th Where: Wizard Tower - Great Hall (First Floor) Who: Bruce Banner and Myth the Muse Ceremony:
Invocation and Dedication to Thor, God of Thunder (goat) - to summon the attention of the gods
Sword Presentation - the groom must present his bride with a recently recovered sword of his ancestors
Second Sword Presentation - the bride then gives the groom a sword that she had carried with her down the aisle. It does not need to be a familial relic (note: the bride must also wear a crown at all times)
Exchange of Finger Rings - the bride and groom recite vows and petition for a blessing from Thor. The rings are placed on the tip of the exchanged swords
Post Ceremony:
Bride Running - all guests will run from the Great Hall to the Auxiliary Hall where the feast has been set up. It has direct access to the courtyard. The group that arrives last has to serve spirits to the other group (i.e. bride's side v groom's side). We
Wedding Sword - when the bride arrives, the groom puts his sword on the threshold. He picks her up and carries her over it, so that way she cannot stumble.
Luck Test - once everyone is in the hall, the groom has to plunge his sword into either a supporting pillar or roof. The luck of the marriage is supposedly correlated to the depth of the scar he makes
Nanna, Goddess of Joy and Peace (Bruce's maternal grandmother)

Arya Rincewind
Location: The Palace - the Library -> Wizard Tower - Entrance Hall
She had not realized how wrong she had been about Cuyler.
She thought she had fallen in love with a man of principles, honor, compassion, and understanding. Yet now she knew why Rowland had been alone for all of those years, just as the ExtraOrdinary Wizard before him had been. No one could ever understand the vow that they made to the Castle and to its inhabitants. It pained her to hear that Cuyler did not think he was included - as if he did not breathe in the same air as the rest here, did not drink the same water, feel the same earth beneath his feet?
He was just a man after all - conceited and selfish, having very nearly succeeded in trapping Arya. To think that she had given him her amulet! She had been about to break her vow! And what for? A man who she could hardly stand to look at now? A lover who could not respect her boundaries and wishes, who forced her into a conversation when she was not yet ready? She took the necklace from her neck that Cuyler had given to her. It was a simple location transfer spell and by Magyk, the necklace appeared in Cuyler's hand.
"Goodbye," she said, not caring about her own health as she used Magyk once more to Transport herself back home. Her Sickenesse did not progress by some miracle as she appeared outside and then entered Wizard Tower, tears falling down her face as the Floor greeted her.
Myrus Silvers
Location: The Palace Boat Launch
Myrus looked a bit surprised again. Valda and Luna had never thought that he needed a bodyguard before. Even with everything that had happened, only the Queen and the Princess had gotten a personal guard. He was just the Prince after all. His only value to the throne was in his potential to marry a princess or noblewoman from another kingdom and bring about an alliance. If he were to die, no tears would be shed. Life would go on at the Castle.
The dark thoughts caused Myrus to look down for a moment, his arm aching from the self inflicted wounds he had made earlier. For a moment, Myrus was shocked. He never would have contemplated doing something like this a year ago - how different his life had been then... His mother was still alive, his sister was sane and not being wooed by an ass, and he didn't have this strange curse. Valda was not forced to rule as Queen. "Sure, we can go - I'd love to go with you, Luna," Myrus told her softly.
"Will uh... Amarantha and Lennox be joining us?" Myrus said, before he looked up at the sky. It was almost sunset and the wedding was due to start at sunset. "We probably should get going, too."
Location: The Palace Library ---> Wizard Tower Courtyard Skills: Water Manipulation; Enhanced Strength
The silence was deafening. The silence was worse than her speaking to him, telling him things he didn’t want to hear, admit to. Cuyler wasn’t sure what he was expecting, what he was waiting for but when that necklace appeared in his hand, the final piece of his heart completely shattered. Not only had that necklace been a gift to her, a start to what they had advanced on, it had also been a symbol of their friendship, of how they had met and now, Arya was taking all that back by returning this necklace. He stared at it rather than her as she said goodbye to him and disappeared. Cuyler felt that familiar sparkle of Magyk being used as she used what was killing her to leave. And that, was probably the biggest slap in the face. The room around him faded from his peripheral vision, all he saw was that necklace. It’s warmth fading as his hand began to shake. White noise filled his ears, a numbing buzz that could only be achieved when the body went into shock or the person was filled with such a rage that no sound could get through. Cuyler roared his unseen pain and dropped to his knees. Water shot out from his hands, from all around him and he completely decimated the library. If Cuyler never saw another book again, it would be too soon. Seeing red behind his tears, he crushed the necklace into powder. That task didn’t leave him unmarked though as it tore up his hand and he started to drip a steady stream of blood onto the floor. The pain was numbing, comforting. A reprieve of the heartache he was experiencing. She would have never put him first, she would never be able to set her duty, her birthright aside and why should she? Cuyler was following his own birthright now. He stood, his face a mask over the pain even though hot, tears still fell from his face. She owed him nothing and he owed her everything but it was meaningless now. Everything here was meaningless now. Cuyler turned and walked out of the library. He left a bloody handprint on the door but he didn’t even register it or the guards yelling as he left a trail of blood down the hallway and out of the Palace. He followed where his feet carried him, merely a passenger in his own body. He reached Wizard’s Tower, the former beacon of his heart but he wasn’t here for her. He was here for his mother and for his extended family. Once he found Klara he would speak to her, beg her to take him with her. To leave this place so he didn’t have to see the white stone of the tower any longer. So he didn’t have to go to The Land of Lost Nights and feel the death that followed him every time he stepped onto that grey shore. Cuyler stepped into the courtyard, the tears finally stopping although the blood from his hand still flowed. He didn’t even feel it, didn’t even feel the remote dizziness of blood loss. That loss wasn’t even comparable.
Amarantha
Location: Wizards Tower Skills:
Amarantha moved around the perimeter of the room where the ceremony would be held. There was a buzz of noise as people spoke up the upcoming wedding and what the bride would be wearing, what kind of vows they would be doing. It was all drivel to her. She kept her ears perked though to any mention of sabotage or danger of any kind. Her guards remained vigilant and the former Deputy Hunter walked with pride. She was a good leader, far better than the midget man she used to have to follow, to answer his calls. For anything. She stood where the bride and groom would soon stand and watched the room, a twinkle in her eye and a hidden smile on her lips. Part of her wanted something to happen tonight so she could show off her skill and those of her men and woman. Her hands twitched at her side, sliding over the hidden knives she had strapped to her body. Whatever this night held, it would be memorable regardless.
Back at the Palace Boat Launch, Titan stepped forward, having heard Mryus’s inquiry. “My commander has already left to see to the security of the wedding and yes, Lennox will be at your side as will I your majesty,” he addressed formerly. He didn’t bow though, remaining on guard even while speaking to his charges. “If you do wish to attend the wedding, then we should move.” His eyes flicked over to the sun as it started to set before he looked back at the royals.
Ahote Proudstar
Location: Wizards Tower -- The 21st Floor Skills:
Ahote walked into the building after the others, having grabbed the young Wizard and carried him effortlessly into the room. He took in his surroundings, finding an odd comfort in this place. He smiled a little and looked down at the wizard in his arms before he heard the inviting presence of a fire down the spiraling staircase. ”Let’s get him to that fire and then try and find a healer,” he said. Ahote wasn’t sure if anyone would be to get that mark off his face but he would try to find someone for the young man. At the very least the man needed to be set down and given time to rest from the trauma of the afternoon. He followed the smooth stairs and set him down in a chair by that fire. Ahote then looked around the room, looking for another door and listening to any sound of nearby life that he could perhaps question for assistance.
Location: Palace - The Palace Boat Launch Skills: N/A
Luna looked towards her brother smiling towards him, she was glad that he would be coming with her she didn't want to have to be the one to go with Tristan. And she'd rather have her brother be her plus one for the wedding, as she reached over to hold onto his hand, nodding towards him. "You'll get used to it after awhile and you wont have to worry about having anyone attack you either." Luna said towards her brother, as she watched Titan and Lennox walking up to the two of them and nodded. "Thank you." Luna said as she started to make her way out of the boat launch and made her way towards Wizard's Way.
"And if you want to leave at anytime and go back home I can go with you if you'd like as well." Luna said towards her brother, she was getting excited. She really did want to have some fun tonight and not have todeal with any sort of problems as well, and Luna was also curious who the bride and groom to be were as well. "But I think we both will have some fun." Luna said to her brother.
Arnora Skadidottir
Location: Wizards Tower -- The 21st Floor Skills: N/A
Arnora watched as Ahote effortlessly broke open the window, wincing slightly as she watched shards of glass cut Ahote, but they now had an easy way to get into the building itself. As Ahote went to carry him, she was curious and went overto the closed door, seeing as it was locked pretty tight, and then looked over towards the other room which was slightly ajar. "I wonder who lives up here." Arnora said to herself, before following alongside Ahote down a flight of stairs and into what looked like a rather nice living room. "Whoever lives up here seems to be pretty well off." Arnora said shrugging slightly.
She then moved over to the chair where the boy was laid down looking at Ahote and Grimspound. "I'll watch over him, you two go ahead and look for whoever can heal him." Arnora said as she went over and sat down next to the boy. "I'll be fine, so don't worry to much." She said as she took in another look around the room.
Walking up the stairs was like a trip down, or rather up, memory lane for the rogue Wizard. Had he stayed he would have been a Ordinary Wizard bent over some book or other with his own apprentice to turn vile and wicked in the lad's time. Then again if he had stayed, his mentor's death would have been laid at his feet and well that wasn't something he had been willing to accept. The old bastard had it coming as far as Rhys was concerned. Even as old as he was and as cruel he could be he did hold a bit of tenderness towards the woman who had birthed him and his death had shattered the leash on his temper and will to accept second best.
Arya had gained the ExtraOrdinary Wizard's attention unfairly and unjustly. The little girl would pay dearly for her crime, and he would make sure of it. "Good for you, but that does little good as of right now. We will learn exactly who your mistress of chaos is, and gain control of the Wizard's Tower." Rhys thought in a sardonic tone to the Elder God that had possessed him. Though it was perhaps not wise to do, there was a certain grim glee in Rhys's mind as he considered the wickedness he would cast upon the ExtraOrdinary Wizards. "We gain a strong point from which to strike and the rest will fall into our laps." Rhys reasoned with a grim amusement, moving towards the final level and hoping he'd be able to gain access. Already falling into the mind of bumbling Erin, the man had been a fool in the end.
Skaoi Silverveil
Location: Manuscriptorium
Skaoi mused about the Manuscriptorium, as she idly flipped through pages with a gentle carefulness. It would not do to bring the ire of the Head of this grand library when she needed answers. Her hands itched to get a hold of the man and examine the illness, though she never had to courage to actually approach the man about it. That would be a terrible breach of etiquette and being noble born, bred and raised and a Eastern Snow Plains native on top of that made that breach a even more terrible thing. At least to her eyes. That the man was respected and feared, also arguably hated, did not help things in the slightest. If he had been a lesser being she would have most likely dragged him off with many apologies and steam rolled the poor fool into a treatment. Of course, that would have been terribly rude too but she had the benefit of class.
So when a sullen youth in clothes too large for him approach her with a timidity that matched her own, Skaoi gave a sharp squeak of surprise before muffling it with a hand. The oppressive nature of the Manuscriptorium seemed to make even the slightest bit of noise a horrible sin to be shunned. Casting an apologetic look at the youth, the physik offered a fairly shaky apology. "My apologies, I was caught up in my research." Brushing the long strands of her silvery hair from her face, she mused about cutting the length. He hung to past her waist and was on it's way reaching for her thighs. "If you could, if it wouldn't be too much trouble? I am trying to find anything about this Sickenesse, the Burning Fever, the Sleeping Dead or any plagues made by Darke Wizards or Witch Covens. Perhaps even something denoting something flawed within Magyk itself." The Healer was more and more certain this had to do with Magyk and she was growing afraid. If all the Wizards were struck down, despite her efforts, what would happen then? The fact plague was weaponized in the past did nothing to ease her mind.
Grimspound
Location: Wizard Tower - 20 florr
Skills:
Moving through the broken glass, Grimspound grimaced at the former door though he had been of the mind of doing something potentially worse. Having yanked his temper back under his control the Dyrki man ran a hand through his slicked back hair, ruffling it slightly. "I wasn't going to share with the group I could do that." Grimsound quipped to Arnora as she perched in a chair next to the branded lad. "Let a man keep a few secrets, makes us more appealing to the ladies." He winked an emerald eye at the woman, as he considered the door. In truth, he had spoken true though there was also the fact that this bit was something that latent in many of his cousins according to family whispers and his grandmother had a fair few tales to tell of those who could do as he did.
Studying the rooms, he admitted whoever lived here had decent tastes. Though as the other two were speaking of healers he considered the man laying unconscious in one of the chairs. "I believe if a healer cannot aid him in removing that brand, I shall have to come up with something." He noted with a slight noise of irritation. "My apologies for making off with you, though if I had stayed... It would not have turned out as well as it did. I do not care for senseless mobs and even less for senseless cruelty. It has no place in this world." Perhaps he was a bit of idealist, perhaps he was naive. Either way, Grimspound had claimed that hill to die on and he would not budge.
Shaking his dark head, the man headed to the tower door and moved to grip the handle. If there was life on the other side? Let it come, he was in no mood for the games of others. "There is only one place for help to be and that is downstairs. Come, Ahote. Let us go before the troupe of guards show up inevitably asking about a green dragon or anyone named Pete or Puff. And if they do... For the love of my grandmother's good temper don't tell them it was me." Giving Arnora a cheeky salute, the man wrenched open the door and began his descent completely nonchalant or trying to appear so.
Richard Laine
Location:The Palace
The loud obnoxious voice of a child echoed down the hall as Richard guided his lady dragon towards a wedding they were supposed to be attending. Oh that hardly fazed the man. He had seen plenty of spoiled and loud children over the years, even had to deal with them when he had been at the X-Mansion back in the day. A few of those memories were painful twinges that had made him want to disembowel someone viciously. Perhaps that was wrong of him, but he had not been feeling kindly during those particular moments. Still he walked on, til he saw the faux fairy wings on the small child. Til he heard her list the twenty eighth was to behead someone.
"No." He stated a firm voice and turned himself about in a one eighty and marched the other way quickly. Beating a most hasty retreat than was dignified. "I've seen enough damn fairies for a life time." The man declared pointedly. While he did appreciate the woman- Lyra, he believed- for finding the egg of his daughter, it was not enough to keep him on that path to deal with another little fairy winged annoyance. Especially one that spoke of beheading. "No." He stated again, picking up his pace.
Valda exited the Palace, heading towards Wizard Tower. The wedding was going to be starting somewhat soon, that much she did know, and it wouldn't do for her to be late to it. The fact that there wasn't much else for her to do was a nice thing though, so hopefully she could stay calm and maybe even enjoy herself there. Nothing else seemed to really be happening, and she wondered what her siblings were going to be doing when it came to the wedding. She knew that Luna had mentioned at one point wanting to go, but nothing about Myrus attending.
Making her way there, she wasn't surprised that the area was bustling with activity, after all, a wedding was a somewhat large event. She looked over at the door as she entered, not surprised at all by the Floor greeting her.
She smiled slightly, seeing that greeting, as she made her way into the Great Hall so that she could attend the wedding. Valda was a bit curious as to who all was going to show up, but she had heard of a few people, but not quite positive who else would want to in the Castle.
Sylvi the Bard and Bruce Banner
Location: Wizard Tower - the Great Hall
Bruce just shook his head slightly. "You aren't as sick as you could be Marya, I know that for a fact, so don't try to gain any sympathy from me about it, since you using your powers and Magyk is likely what is making things worse, and that is by your own choice. Now, as for what sort of punishment I could give you, how about taking your speed away for a while? I do remember that happening when I was younger, especially when we couldn't control our powers. But it did work for a good punishment."
"Yeah, though it took a long time for me to make one of those things that could work on Nova, since her body just kind of got rid of it in a matter of seconds. Though I do have one or two that would be perfect for dealing with speedsters," Lance said with a slight smile.
That made his son laugh slightly, as he glanced over at the speedsters. "So, no trouble, at all, you got that? Otherwise you might have to spend a few hours at the least without your speed."
Sylvi just waited patiently for Tate to eventually open up the door to the closet and she stepped out of it, looking at him. "That's okay Tate... I actually have no idea what just happened... My music abilities shouldn't have done that at all, especially when all I was doing was healing you..." she said softly, not too sure what else to say. That was really weird, and she had no idea what had just happened.
All of this was just really confusing, and she was wondering if there might be something wrong with her powers still. "A-A-Anyway... We should probably go see if we can help out anymore, the wedding will be starting soon..."
Thalia and Zekarra
Location: The Palace
"Oh? Had enough small fairy children to last you a lifetime Richard?" Thalia said with a small laugh, smiling at him as they walked along. "And to answer your question, no, I don't regret it... I was just thinking about how differently my life could have gone had I never become this way. Seeing Zekarra reminds me of the person I was, and to think that was over 5 millennia ago... It just seems like a completely different life to me now when I think about it. And from the look on your face, that little fairy child reminded you of a time long gone as well..."
Zekarra was up ahead, when she glanced out the window and saw Rainbrook, her mind racing as she leaned out the window to see if what was happening was what she thought was happening. A moment later she raced back over to her mother and father, grabbing her mother by the arm and dragging her towards the courtyard. "Mother, something is happening to Rainbrook! You need to fix it now!" she said as she pulled her mother and father out into the courtyard and over to where Rainbrook was. Ignoring the fact that Tristan was there at all.
Thalia took one look at him and let out a bit of a sigh, "I do believe that he might be fading out of existence Zekarra..."
"I know that! So do something!"
She just nodded her head in response, before she put a hand on Rainbrook's shoulder. Her hand started glowing, and a moment later, Rainbrook would feel better, and his hands reappeared completely now. "That should be that... It appears something might have happened with his parents, which likely is not a good thing at all for him..."
"Rainbrook? Are you okay? What happened?" Zekarra asked instantly, before giving him a hug. He really was her only friend, and she was worried that if he faded from existence, she'd feel like she was all alone. No, now she was determined to do something, anything, to ensure that it didn't really happen. She wanted him to be okay, and to not have to worry about something like that ever happening.
Myth hadn't expected the wedding to go off without some hitch. She just wanted to marry the man she loved. So hearing that someone was here that shouldn't be and that his name was followed with The Elder God of Chaos, well it didn't fill her with much hope. However, past years and decades and centuries have shown that you do not mess with a woman on her wedding day.
She was pregnant, sure, but she would not sit still like a housewife and let others do the work. "With all due respect, I do not need protecting. I can handle myself and whoever this God of Chaos thinks he is, he hasn't met me yet. And he is starting to ruin what should be the happiest day of my life. I will not let that slide sitting down. I will be careful with the little one, but I am damn sure going to fight back. With weapon or song."
She wondered if Bruce was ok and where he was. As well as the twins and Tate.
Fleur La Mallificum
Location: Witch's Road
Fleur could relate to the witch, it seemed. She, too, had been persecuted but perhaps not to the extent of the Scarlet one. And there were arguments, of course, that she deserved it. But wasn't that the goal of every person? To make it in life? To provide a life for their own? All she wanted was happiness and if she was happy having absolute power, well that was just how life worked sometimes. She would see herself in that power or the world will burn. There was no other choice.
They had two left. Fleur formed fire in her hands and shot it upward in an arc, landing on the two blobs. As soon as it hit, the fire consumed them both in a firepit like brilliance. There was no sound other than the crackling of fire. There was, however, a smell not unlike a burning marshmallow. It made her kind of hungry. "Well, that was exciting. Didn't expect to face much on the road, but it was not boring. Shall we continue?"
Present Day - The Castle: May 4th, 12,508 - 8:30 PM
Runa smiled slightly at Myth, admiring her spirit. "Of course. Now go and get married. I can handle this - it's your wedding day and I want you to enjoy it. Besides... Chthon is here for a reason and I do not wish to have him target you as well."
"Mother, you can't miss Brucey's wedding!" Halley protested. She was attempting to keep calm. Although she was not considered a goddess, Halley had control over Chaos Magyk. It was the very same Magyk that the Elder God, Chthon, controlled. She knew that he could only be a manifestation, as a full appearance of Chthon in this world would have destroyed reality. His power was almighty.
"I have no intention of doing that," Runa said truthfully. "Astrid, dear, I need you to Summon Gandr for me."
"But that's Brucey's..." Astrid protested, only for her mother to give her a look. She sighed and held out her hand carefully, and suddenly, the air seemed to ripple. A portal appeared and Runa stuck her hand through it, grabbing the staff. It had been forged for Runa's grandfather, a gift from her grandmother to him. He had given it to Runa and Runa had passed it down to Bruce.
But with Chthon here, she needed all of the extra power she could get. "Hello, old friend," she whispered to the staff. "Vis meg Chthon," she whispered. The staff glowed with a dark energy, before in its open circle an image appeared of Rhys ascending the stairs of Wizard Tower. By the unnatural markings on the man, Runa recognized him instantly as the latest victim of the Elder God.
"Go, protect the others and ensure the wedding proceeds to plan," Runa ordered her daughters.
"Mom... Why is he here?" Astrid asked meekly.
"He must have been Called to Appear. As long as he is manifesting, we cannot prevent him from taking a new host," her eyes then flickered to Halley and her eldest daughter paled in understanding.
Everyone wishing to attend the wedding was present and accounted for. In the first few rows of the Great Hall, family of the bride and groom were seated. It was essentially just family of the groom. Each row was ten seats across, with an aisle parting the rows into two down the middle. Some of the seating arrangements had been predetermined - others were up for grabs in a free for all. To make things easy on us, everyone except for the group at the top of Wizard Tower who wished to attend the wedding has made it to the Great Hall.
At the altar, where normally a minister or priest would stand for a traditional Castle wedding, there was a goat tied to a post. The first portion of this psuedo traditional ceremony was arguably the most important: Bruce and Myth needed to invoke the gods and dedicate this goat, this sacrifice, to Thor so that he may bless the wedding. Of course, it was a bit of a formality here as Thor was seated in the front row, beaming as he sat next to his daughter Klara. His wife, the Lady Sif, was on the other side of the All-Mother.
Even the family of dragons had made it on time, thanks to Thalia bending the laws of reality so that way they would not arrive late. Rainbrook looked a bit glum and pale, but that was to be expected. His parents broke up and he knew that since he was fading, the odds of him ever being born were slim. His heart ached, not for them truthfully but for his sister. Sweet little Apollo would never be born.
Nanna, Bruce's maternal grandmother, sniffled slightly. Her little baby boy was all grown up and about to get married. Her husband, the God of Light, put an arm around her and held her close to him. "It seems like he was born just yesterday..." Nanna whispered.
In front of the Royal Family, Antonije glanced over at Sylvi. They had made plans to do something drastic as soon as the ceremony itself was over. However, a throbbing pressure was starting to build up inside of his head. Something's here... he whispered in Sylvi's mind. He didn't voice it aloud, mostly since he was scared of the unassuming man sitting next to her.
Myrus was looking around the Great Hall, feeling bewildered and unaware of the crisis that was about to unfold. He had turned to religion to explain his powers and he was able to vaguely identify some of the gods and goddesses present. He couldn't help but notice that the "purebloods" as he thought of them were almost all seated on the right side of the aisle, while those with partially human ancestry were two rows in front of him! "That's Forseti - God of Justice and Retribution," he whispered to Luna, pointing out an arrogant looking man sitting next to Cuyler.
"Hey, hey listen! Hey hey listen!" Navi screamed, tapping Amarantha's back. "Pee boy is here!" she exclaimed loudly, pointing at Cuyler.
Astrid and Halley hurried into the hall, taking a seat in the front row with the rest of their family. However, Bruce's mother Runa was missing. "Where's your wife?" Marya asked Lance, kicking at the back of his chair. "She's gonna be laaaaaate!"
Halley then couldn't take it anymore, getting up from her seat as she walked over to her father with tears in her eyes. "Daddy... It's Chthon. He's here. Mom's trying to protect me..."
Arya Rincewind
Location: Wizard Tower - Moving Staircase
As the unlikely trio make their way down to the 20th Floor and open the door, they come face to face with Rhys. The man, wearing the disguise of Ernie cleverly enough to fool the demigods and mutant, seemingly radiates pure terror and chaos. There can be no mistake: something unnatural is there. For Arnora and Grim, Rhys' power seems to be more ancient than their parents. For Ahote, he never will have seen a more terrifying aura - one of pure destruction, rage, and torment.
Arya was right behind him. There was a purple aura to her, shining with pure Magyk. She carried herself very formally, almost regally, as if she was more comfortable with official work than she was in the more intimate relationships life had to offer. She was tired as well - that much was clear in her eyes - and although she held her head high, she was ill.
"You three do not belong here," Arya said to the trio that had broken into her rooms. She wasn't in the mood to be understanding, kind, or lenient. She then turned her eyes to Rhys. She could Sense the Magyk coming from Chthon's host, as well as the disguise. "And you are not Ernie. He is not skilled enough to disguise himself like that," Arya said, drawing her hands up.
Two discs of pure Magyk ignited in her hands. "I, Arya Rincewind, hereby Bar you from this Tower," she said. Unless she undid the command, the four would not be allowed back inside. She looked at Rhys, prepared for a fight to the death.
There was then a woman who jumped over Arya, landing on the landing. She had flanked Rhys and was only focused on him, knowing two of the three standing there to be demigods. They were distant family to her. "Flee, ExtraOrdinary. This is Chthon, the Elder God of Chaos," Runa explained. She pulled her staff at the middle and it broke into two, each end sharpening like a dagger. @LadyRunic: Skaoi had a good idea, keeping out of the wedding business and going to the Manuscriptorium instead. The clerk, a boy named Emma, nodded at Skaoi as he looked at her. "If you follow me, I can take you to the Darke section... It's where all the serious stuff is kept," he offered. One of the other clerks had told him that Skaoi was one of the Royal Physicians, allowing her access to volumes and works that they did not allow the general public to access.
Emma hesitated for a moment, before he nodded for Skaoi to follow and he began weaving his way through the maze of the Manuscriptorium. Eventually, they reached a staircase and he started to descend flights upon flights of stairs, as if they were journeying to the center of the Earth. "We had a break in early," he whispered to her apologetically.
@FantasyChic: Wanda nodded, cracking a slightly nostalgic smile. The burning/melting blobs that Fleur had dispatched smelled almost like marshmallows. She gingerly stepped over the remains, brushing aside a bit of her brown hair that had turned white. She was using her own life force to enhance her abilities. "The road has never been boring - I would like to have an uneventful visit once before I die," Wanda mused. The temperature on the road dropped suddenly, as snow began to fall.

Rhys looked up at the three who came towards him, resisting the urge to lash about at them. There was no reason to and while he was certain he could take them, Rhys did not want unnecessary attention that might happen further down the line. The least powerful of the three was something he couldn't quite name, while the other two were demigods. Perhaps he should make sure they never reached the wedding. An inference drawn from the clothes the demigod wore. The woman appear rugged next to the dark haired man. If it hadn't been for the newly found knowledge he would have mistake the man for a Wizard. But his attention was pulled away by a all too familiar and hated figure.
"Arya Rincewind." The man possessed by Chthon breathed with a deadly hiss, not bothering to dismiss his disguise as there was no reason for it. A truely dark chuckle echoing from his lips as the woman tried to Bar him from the Tower. As if he had any intention of coming back. "My dear, foolish ExtraOrdinary Wizard. Do you think I mean to leave? It's a sad thing I came upon you first. I had hoped to find that mentor of yours. I thought perhaps you might like to receive bits of him in messages every so often as tokens of my affectionate hatred for you. A true shame about your apprentice." He noted with amusement, that quickly turned to ire as another woman appeared. This one wielding a staff that she turned into dagger like dangers.
"One of the Asguardians?" Rhys noted with ire to the parasite within him. "I'd not do that, woman. My quarrel is only with the ExtraOrdinary Wizard. For the moment." 'Ernie' amended. "She took something of mine and I want it back. Then you can go ahead and stab me to your heart's desire." He gestured with a wave of dismissal though it was faux. This woman was dangerous. "I believe we are at a impasse. Would you mind taking control to deal with this... Asgardian... if she gets in the way? Arya Rincewind I desire for myself." He moved to throw a hand down to tap the floor whispering a spell, ice spreading about him to coat the stairs with treacherous terrain. "Rednuht Hsalf" The Wizard snapped before forming a ball of Darke energy that blasted at the Extra Ordinary Wizard.
Grimspound
Location: Wizard Tower - 20 florr
Skills:
Grimspound was peeved, irritated. A mob, a wounded Wizard, and he was going to be late to the wedding if he didn't miss it completely! Stalking out the door and down the stairs into a bigger mess seemed to be the universe's joke on him. One he did not find particularly funny. His emerald eyes narrowed at the man below them, a man whose power outstripped that of his father. This was danger, and Grimspound wanted to laugh at the ridiculousness of this day. "My, my... Aren't we having a busy day today?" The outted demigod noted with some amusement, as Arya appeared up the stairs and Barred them from the tower. "Lass..." The Dyrki man started to warn the woman before yet another person appeared. Thought it was not the woman but the staff she wielded that made the man's brows raise. A staff of Asgard and supposedly made by the Phoenix. "And such a fancy weapon... I did not think to see Grandr this day." He noted as he continued adjusting his stance. This was going to be a serious fight by how things were stacking up, and he had been trying to avoid such.
Though the words of the unknown wielder of Grandr made Jazen 'Grimspound' Dyrki's face go pale. A old tale he had heard during his travels. A race of Elder Gods that turned into demons. Of which Chthon spent his time studying the mystical forces and becoming the first Black Magician before he was turned. Only Gaea was spared. It was she who went to the Demiurge and asked it for a means to vanquish the demons. Entering the depths of the Earth, Gaea gave birth to Atum the first of a new race of Gods. Atum, who with his horrid appearance became Demogorge. God-Eater. Chthon managed to escape into another dimension in which he was imprisoned. Before he had left however Chthon inscribed all his arcane knowledge into scrolls made from indestructible material. Leaving himself a clever link between his new home and Earth should he ever return.
Stretching out a arm to bar Ahote from going further he stated coldly the man. "Find another way down, friend. This foe is beyond you." The demigod stalked forward rolling up the sleeves of his lovely shirt. "Then again he's most likely beyond myself, but grandmother will be so entirely disappoint to learned a Dyrki ran." The man noted, as the stairs became coated with ice and the possessed Wizard blasted the elegant woman. Reaching for her, Grimspound tried to yank her aside only to fail too late as the Darke Magyk struck her. "Elder God Chthon, is it? Well then." Grimspound let loose his power. Walking forward, Grimspound tore the ice free of the ground, namely about the wielder of Grindr. But it was not Grimspound at all. The man in truth had stepped back letting a illusion of himself take his place as he concealed himself and his presence. Slipping to the side a bit lest he be in the direct line of fire. "Shall we, Lady wielder of Grandr?" The illusion winked in his charming way at Runa. The Darke Wizard snarling as he turned to confront the illusion and not the real man.
Skaoi Silverveil
Location: Manuscriptorium
Skaoi gave a sigh as the boy lead her towards the Darke section. That they had one was worrying to the woman. What if a Darke Wizard got in and decided to steal it all away? What could the possibility be if such tomes were at the disposal of one with questionable morals? Something that seemed to be proving true, as Emma explained about a break in. Nodding passively, Skaoi offered little in the way of comments, still feeling the oppressive nature of the building and long halls of scrolls and tomes. Rows of knowledge for good or ill sitting on shelves and so vulnerable.
"Yes, please. Though where was this break in?" She wondered aloud. Sincerely hoping it wasn't near the Darke section. "If you could tell me? My apologies for my rudeness." The woman stuttered out realizing the potential rudeness of the words. Though as she was thinking it, this would make a lovely place to avoid the Young Army woman and her various questions.
Richard Laine
Location:The Wedding
Richard studied the various people, and gods, with a keen interest. Though he felt his eye twitch at the shrieking girl in the front and it took all his will not to flee to the other side of the pews. All his will, and Thalia's presence, to keep from strangling the girl. "My dear, perhaps we ought to move elsewhere." The Adder noted in a detached tone as she studied the little girl as though she was perhaps something edible. Though he wouldn't eat her, she'd give him digestion.
Sorely tempted to run a hand through his hair in exasperation at the trouble that plagued this time, he cast a look over at Rainbrook. He was not the biggest fan of the boy, though out of all of Zekarra's potential suitors... Richard supposed the boy was by far the best choice. A kindly lad who had her best interest in heart. So it was up to him to make sure Cuyler and Arya didn't screw up their future. For Zekarra's sake. Always for the child's sake. Gripping Thalia's hand, the man leaned his head to the side and whispered to the dragoness. "If you do not regret me, my draca, would you perhaps be interested in another egg? Our nest will empty soon enough."
Valda was sitting next to her siblings, wondering what exactly to expect from the wedding. She did notice that one side of the room didn't seem to have too many people, though she heard her brother's words pointing out one of them. It made her wonder just how much he did know about the supposed gods who were sitting over there. The fact that they were in a room with them here was still a bit much to take in, but not enough to make her want to basically sit there staring, so she just went back to paying more attention to her brother and sister.
"This should be an interesting occasion though... Especially with those gods basically being here..." Valda whispered to her brother and sister. It was nice though that for once people weren't paying much attention to her and her siblings. She was a bit curious as to who the person who was sitting in front of her was, but she didn't think too much of it. Klara was sitting in between her parents on the other side, and something seemed a bit off with her, at least when compared to how she had been when she was talking to Cuyler earlier. Almost looked tired, and slightly pale, but she said nothing, not really wanting to talk to anyone of sorts about what was going on.
Zekarra glanced over at Rainbrook, "What's going through your head?" she couldn't help but ask him. That sort of thing was bugging her somewhat, and she wasn't even sure he'd tell her. She wanted him to know that he could trust her, that he didn't have to worry about anything when it came to stuff like that. It was obvious that he likely was thinking about his parents, and it made her start trying to think of a plan to fix things.
Thalia glanced over at Richard, and couldn't help but chuckle slightly at his words. "Surely you can survive sitting behind a mere child." She started contemplating whether to tell him something or not, based on what he said. "I would not be against that at all Richard," she said with a smile, though was now really the time for him to be talking about this sort of thing? They were there at a wedding of sorts, so now likely was not the time to converse about this.
Sylvi wasn't too sure what to make of what Antonije had said telepathically. What was there? There wasn't much that could be done about it now, though she glanced slightly at the man who was seated next to her for a moment, before looking away again. What are you talking about Tate? she asked mentally back at him. This was a bit worrisome, since she didn't think that much worried or scared him at all.
She wondered why Tate's sister was sitting there, kicking the man's chair in front, even though he seemed a bit concerned by what it was that his daughter was saying. Something big was happening, and she wasn't even sure if she wanted to know what it was. If it was something to cause the gods to panic, it had to be bad.
Bruce glanced over at his family, and noticed that his mother wasn't there. It made him wonder just where she had gone, or what it was that she was doing. "Leave him be Marya," he scolded the speedster, figuring his father had probably has had to deal with enough speedsters to last for the rest of his life easily. Hearing Halley though, he froze slightly. Chthon? Here? That was not going to end well, and it didn't surprise him at all his father's reaction.
"Thanks for telling me," he said simply as he stood up from his seat, ignoring Marya entirely. "I'll be back in a little bit with your mother," he continued, before there was a flash of light, and to just about everyone (aside from Baldur and the two speedsters) he seemed to vanish, but in reality, he had taken off into the air and flew up to the upper levels of the tower.
This was not going to end well, Bruce knew that for a fact, but he didn't know what he could really do. Odds were that if something happened, he'd have to use his full strength, something he'd been trying to avoid doing. He was worried about his parents now, not sure what else could be done if the Elder God of Chaos had decided to make an appearance now.
Everything was slowed down for Lance, but he didn't really care, as he got upstairs and landed right next to Runa, basically ignoring the others aside from her and Rhys. "Really... Going to leave me behind to not help out Runa?" Lance asked, giving her a bit of a smile as his blue eyes shifted green, and he turned to look at Rhys. "Most people would likely call me or my father cursed, but honestly, fairly certain that we aren't." His skin started to shift colors, and he seemed to start growing. Soon, he towered over everyone else, and he was over 8 feet tall, his skin was completely green, not to mention his shirt was completely in tatters, but he definitely did not resemble what he had looked like before. No longer a man who looked like he wasn't too strong, more of a bit wimpy really, now he resembled something that could only seem to appear in legends, a giant hulking green monster.
Luna looked over towards her brother as she was seated next to her sister and him as well, looking around the room which was pretty large seeing a lot of people. She looked towards the front of the room as Myrus pointed out one of the gods that was there, he seemed to know a lot about them. "This should be really great." Luna said smiling towards her brother and sister, all of the people seemed to be completely different. Luna turned over her shoulder seeing a girl more around her age talking to someone else who she hadn't met yet either and gave them a slight smile.
Luna was more interested in the gods, if they were people that Myrus believed them to be maybe they could try and cure her mental illness and turned to look at her brother. "Do you think they could cure me?" Luna asked him and her sister, as her attention turned to some of them to the front. She wasn't sure what they were talking about, as one of them suddenly disappeared by the looks of it, she was glad that she could go out and enjoy this event with her family as well. "I don't think you can get rid of me that easily, we would have so much fun!"
Arnora Skadidottir
Location: Wizards Tower - The 21st Floor Skills: N/A
The kid still seemed to be resting for now, as she got up and started to look more around the room once more before she turned towards the door. Arnora made her way towards it seeing a man coming up the stairs who she did not recognize, however she could sense that there was something very old and ancient about him. She wasn't sure who he was or what he was right now, as her eyes turned towards Grimspound as he walked over. And then she heard a woman speak out who was a few stairs lower than the rest of them just under the floor landing, she raised an eyebrow towards her. "Hey, we were just bringing one of your injured wizards back." Arnora said, as the man with the aura turned his attention towards the woman and attacked her.
"I'm sure we can take him." Arnora said looking towards Ahote and gave the guy a friendly smile, and stared at Grims. "Gonna need all the help we can get anyway." Arnora said towards him, as a woman appeared before them, and then another person appeared who quickly grew in height and skin changing colors. Grims seemed to know what the weapon the woman was holding, as she got into a bit of a fighting stance she wasn't sure who Chthon was either.
A wedding right now was the furthest thing from Cuyler’s mind at the moment but there he sat, behind his mother and next to two gods of his heritage. Not to mention the other five of that realm. He barely got to talk with his mother before they were seated. She was quiet, too quiet and he remembered her speaking on how those in love, when things ended between them she would be affected as well. He looked down at his hands, feeling a wash of guilt flow over him. He didn’t get to brood for long and after hearing his name and pee in the same sentence his head snapped up and looked over at the fairy winged child from earlier. His face flushed and he attempted to sit taller, ignoring that statement. Thor was sitting beside his mother! What a first impression he was making. As his eyes roamed back to the gods around him, he caught Halley standing and going to speak with another god which he recognized as her father. Her demeanor told Cuyler that she was nervous and he could see the sparkle on her cheeks from her crying. Cuyler stood and moved around Hecate, the Goddess of Magyk. He moved across the aisle to stand next to Halley. He simply remembered her from their first meeting and how she saved his friend. Even though his heart had been broken, rightfully so and Arya was completely done with him, there was still kindness and compassion within Cuyler that constantly battled with the rage in his soul. ”What’s wrong Halley?” The whole family of Banner’s seemed distressed and when Lance stood before disappearing he knew something was going on.
Amarantha
Location: Great Hall -- Wizards Tower Skills:
As effortless as ever, Amarantha looked over ever single guest in the room before her while she had a small smile on her face. She listened to the royals beside her converse while surveying the room and picking a stray fabric from her clothes. Navi however had other plans and demanded her attention while she spoke of Cuyler. ”Yes I remember,” she assured Navi as she patted her little prodigy on the knee. Amarantha was also very aware of the dragon and adder that sat just behind her seat. They were the people responsible for Puck’s death and in a roundabout way, the position she now held so proudly. She wanted to thank these people for ending the miserable man’s life but that would have to wait. In front of her, one of the guests, Halley, if she remembered correctly, stood and walked over to another older man. She seemed quite distressed, mumbling about someone named Chthon, whoever that was. But the whole front row seemed to grow distressed. The man, Lance, stood and disappeared after a few parting words. A simple rase of her eyebrow was the only thing that showed Amarantha’s remote interest in the entire situation. She glanced around the room again, meeting a few of her guards eyes and they shifted into a more battle ready stance. Never a dull moment in this blasted place.
Ahote Proudstar
Location: Wizards Tower -- The 20th Floor Skills:
A sharp chill slid down Ahote’s spine as he looked at the man in front of them. His dark aura was nothing Ahote had ever seen. Death followed this man wherever he went. He shifted uncomfortably from the overwhelming power of it. A woman appeared behind that very man, informing them all that they were not welcome here. Ahote was surprised by his two companions and how straightforward they were with the entire situation. Ahote dug deep within himself, remaining silent. He would be a fool not to admit to his fear but Ahote wasn’t a runner either. The only way out of here would be a fight. Another woman appeared, telling the other woman to flee. She was here for a battle and clearly knew this man of darkness. A god of Chaos she called him. Ahote’s culture had a similar deity. A serpent that would cause the earth to rumble and break open whenever it moved but it was a man standing in front of him and not a serpent. The Thunderbird totem he wore seemed to warm against his skin and he took great comfort in that sensation. He looked over at Arnora and gave her a strong smile followed by a curt nod. He left his home to help people, to have an adventure and so far this land had proven to be quite the adventure for him. If today was to be his last he would do his father proud and take all that he learned today on the wind and whisper the tales into the ear of every elder and storyteller so that they might pass the stories along and strengthen his people.
Myth knew her heart was in the right place, but that didn't console her feelings of wanting to help. Especially since whoever had caused this was ruining her wedding night. She was going to take action and that required more aid. She was in no state to do it alone. She stood out of the Great Hall before she entered, seeing the guests sitting down. She glanced around the room. There was one figure she thought she knew, though it was odd since her family was dead and she invited no guests, but time was of the essence.
She made her way to the front of the room by Bruce before sliding next to him. "Bruce, your mother went off to fight Chthon. He's here. We need to do something to help. I can't get married knowing your family is fighting and could be in danger. And before you ask, no I will not stand aside and do nothing. Pregnant or not, I can help aid with Magyk or sword. But we need to do it now." She said all this in a close whisper. There was no need to panic the other guests just yet.
Fleur La Mallificum
Location: Witch's Road
Fleur took note of the woman's locks. She seemed to be losing life force which meant a few things. She wouldn't bring it up though, the other witch knew what she was doing and it was not on her to warn or ask why. She continued along the road, eager to get this done. She felt something off when the snow began to fall. While it was not uncommon, much like the blobs they just faced, it often signaled something off.
She glanced to the left when she thought she saw something. Sure enough, she saw the twins before they had joined the Coven. In a vision-like state. Her eye began to fade and, in a moment of panic or fear she tried to hide, she casted Lyte Magyk to prevent it. Her vision returned, but it was a little blurry. She would make do.
Before she stood Jadis, the Wendron Witch mother, on a road of ice. Fleur acknowledged both of these visions. "Two visions I recognize and snowfall. We are getting deeper along the road now."

Nanna, Goddess of Joy and Peace (Bruce's maternal grandmother)
Navi gasped, tapping Amarantha repeatedly on the shoulder. She stood up on her seat and turned around, looking Richard dead in the eye. "Amarantha, look, hey, hey look!" she squealed, dancing a little bit. One of her wings drooped as she fell from her chair and hit the ground, but since she was little it was pretty easy for her to bounce back up. "Are you Father Boom Boom?" she asked. Some of the kids had made a ~legend~ out of Puck's murder in the Young Army, giving Richard the name Father Boom Boom in the tales.
To the other side of Amarantha, Myrus nodded at his oldest sister. "It's been ages since there's been a proper sighting..." he whispered to the Queen. In the old, old, old days, the gods had come down to Earth regularly. Aside from Halley and Bruce recently in the Castle, it had been thousands of years since they had been seen. However, as he heard Luna's request his eyes widened for a moment and he nodded. "Probably one of them can but... I have no idea who..." he admitted. His mind was blanking.
Behind the Royal Family, Rainbrook looked at Zekarra a bit nervously. "I-I-I... I'm thinking about my sister..." he admitted. He held back his tears as he looked at the ground for a moment and took a bit of a breath. "If I'm fading from here... Then she's gone. Apollo's never going to be born."
Up in the second row, Antonije was getting a major headache. He had attempted to do a quick scan of the minds in Wizard Tower, but something was blocking him out. His nose started to bleed, as did his ears, and he held his head for a second. Something really old is here... he replied to his girlfriend mentally. He then spotted Lance vanish and he saw his adoptive aunt looking incredibly nervous, with the muscular blonde man going up to talk to her. "You need to get out of here... Have Marya and Medea run you," Antonije muttered.
Halley meanwhile had turned to Cuyler and she grimaced slightly. She had been raised to tell the truth, given that her mother was the Goddess of Lies, but she knew that some truths did not need to be said. "It's nothing to worry about, Cuyler. Please, sit down and enjoy yourself," she said. She gave a slight wave to Hecate and Forseti. "You're sitting next to two ancient and powerful gods - maybe get to know them."
Marya then appeared in a flash next to Myth with her twin, Medea. "We'll help too, Tetka!" Marya said. She had been in the Port Witch Coven long enough - Fleur and Constance had taught her to fight. She was certain that she could help her new family.

Rhys' ThunderFlash had hit Arya dead on - she was lucky to have not been instantly killed. That piece of Darke Magyk was essentially used for execution style killings. For a moment, Arya was about to stumble backwards but the stairs, being Magyk and sensing the ExtraOrdinary Wizard was in trouble, the step below her raised ever so slightly to catch her foot. Regaining her balance, Arya spotted the others attempting to help - including a green beast.
"Lady wielder of Gandr?" Runa scoffed. "I let my son have my staff for a few thousand years and they all forget about me... Typical men," she huffed a bit. She then smirked a bit at her husband, seeing his towering form. He was just a foot or two shy of touching the ceiling with his head.
Inside of Rhys' mind, Chthon started to give information on the ones he recognized. The cursed man was the father of the Mistress of Chaos, cursed to walk the Earth for all eternity and to never know a moment's peace. The small woman by his side, the Lady Wielder as Grims had called her, was Runa, Baldur's daughter, Granddaughter of the Eternal Flame, and Mistress of Lies. She was the current Sorcerer Supreme of this universe and was able to manipulate reality through lies. KILL! KILL! KILL! Chthon shouted in Rhys' mind. SHE'S NEAR!
"We had thought you were dead, Rhys," Arya said, recognizing the man now. Had she not just broken up with Cuyler, perhaps she would have been in a more empathetic and forgiving mood. Yet a man she had no quarrel with was attempting to kill her and disturbing the wedding of her friend, Myth. She coughed slightly, still holding the Magyk discs in her hands. "Silence," Arya cast, before she blew. A stream of purple air hit Rhys. It would now be incredibly difficult for him to talk for one round duration (DC 17).
"Be careful, if the host becomes too damaged Chthon will simply take the form of another," Runa warned those assembled. "He manifests from his own dimension and is limited to the capabilities of the host. Targeting nerves and vocal cords are a decent strategy..." she informed the others. She tried shaping a ball of darkness and she tossed it at Rhys, but Chthon turned it into a thing of butterflies and the beautiful little bugs fluttered away. @LadyRunic: Emma hesitated for a moment, looking around before he nodded. "Miss, the break in was with the Manuscriptorium Way..." he said in a hushed voice. The Ancient Ways were essentially a series of magical tunnels, allowing great distances to be crossed in a matter of seconds. The Big Wild Land Over the Ocean used them regularly - it was how Asha and Taj had arrived to the Coronation for Queen Valda. "Apparently they found a girl...CHS hasn't let us see her though."
@FantasyChic: Unfortunately, one of these visions was more than just that. Jadis, despite being made out of ice, was very much real. The Wendron Witch Mother looked at Fleur, her eyes unseeing as if she was some sort of puppet, commanded by a cruel master. Jadis tried throwing a staff made of ice at Fleur, only to miss and hit Wanda instead. The ice wand went into the younger witch's stomach and Wanda stumbled backwards, coughing up blood.
"I hate ice," Wanda mumbled. Jadis however just laughed a bit, looking at Fleur. "I see the world has judged you as lacking, Witch Messiah. Shall we duel?"

Skills: Asgardian Magyk, Sneaking, Blend, Slight of Hand
"Then they are fools to forget your beauty and skill. Goodness know my mother has called me such plenty of times." Grimspound noted with a glint of amusement in the illusion's eyes. The voice coming from the illusion also. The real and concealed Jazen moved around to the left, boxing the Elder God between his illusion, himself, the ExtraOrdinary Wizard, the green giant, and Runa. "Daughter of Baldur, I am a fool but only at face value and it is a pretty face." The illusion stroked his hair in mockery of himself and the Elder God. Baiting the bastard and risking it for the sake of all.
Rhys whirled from opponent to opponent as they appeared his eyes narrowing to slits as he studied the ExtraOrdinary Wizard with a sneer. The bitch had cast a spell of silence upon him, now he had a barbarian woman and a hulking green brute on one side and boy who stood guard at the Wizard's front door so to speak. The bastard was even mocking him by his careless behavior. Opening his mouth, the man resorted to a rude gesture at his hated rival and- That thought was cut short as a tug form his side had the man turning to see one of his knives sliding from the sheath. Whirling the possessed man drew another of his daggers, slamming the knife into the stomach of a man who appeared out of the air. A man who was by far taller than he.
Jazen swore and staggered back, his hand clutching the dagger embedded in his stomach. It had been a stupidly careless thing to do! His family was going to gut him and hang his entrails on his Aunt Askra's ship while the rest of him would be part of some crypt. Cursing himself the man pulled his hand away as the red blood coated it. "Oh, you bastard." The Dyrki growled deeply, his emerald eyes flashing as he pulled the dagger free. He would not fall, he would stand and bow to none save the leader of his clan. He would fucking stand, though as he looked down at the red liquid he considered sitting. It wouldn't be too bad an idea. "Arnora... Medic?" Yes, Arnora freezing the wound would work.
Rhys sneered at the giant, though he himself knew this fight was far from fair. Taking out one it seemed still left him with a goddess, her mutt husband and two unknown brats. Turning he bolted towards his rival. "I will kill them all and get your Mistress of Chaos. But we are outnumbered and I need my voice back." The man informed his unwelcomed patron, firm in his set. "We will stand a better chance in a more limited space. Without that hulking brute." As his hand latched onto Arya, a powerful force shoved him away. His face was a mask of wild rage and his eyes were glittering with sheer malice at the ExtraOrdinary Wizard. Jabbing a pointed finger in her direction then in his, he mouthed out the words. "It was mine."
Skaoi Silverveil
Location: Manuscriptorium
Skaoi's eyebrows quirked upwards slightly. "A girl?" Her search for the Sickenesse momentarily paused. "You say the master of this place has kept this girl to himself and not informed the Queen nor the ExtraOrdinary Wizard?" Her voice was quiet and polite, but there was a slight edge of shock to it. For why would one go against the set laws of propriety? When you found something of such importance during a stressful time it was passed up through the ranks to the head of the goverment. One of those 'How It Is Done' things that had stuck with the Eastern Snow Plains woman from her homeland.
"No, I probably shouldn't have even told you that, miss...."
Shaking her long pale hair the woman dismissed the boy's uncertain nature as a bit of that hidden steel within her poked out. "And doubtless he is unaware that medical care may be required." She tutted with uncharastic gleam in her passive blue eyes. She had caught the scent of someone who might be in trouble and while she was interested in this Sickennesse and curing. This girl might as well be another key to it. "Please, I know you risk much, but please take me to the master of the Manuscriptorium? You could perhaps say it in reference to the Sickenesse." The physik offered, though there was a note in her voice she had only used a handful of times before and never in this land. A tone of a noble who would not take no as an answer. "Please? My apologies for causing such trouble, but I must assure myself the girl has no connection to the Sickenesse."
Richard Laine
Location:The Wedding
Father Boom-Boom... Richard stiffled a groan of irritation. "Don't be ridiculous." The british accented assassin nearly chortled while a wicked idea spun in his mind. His sister would have smacked him there and then, and he wife was likely too when she learned of the curse he planned to plague the God of Thunder with. "Do I look like I 'boom'? Rather, talk to him about Father Boom-Boom." The Adder gestured towards Thor, turning his attention back to Thalia.
A sly grin that split his face from ear to ear practically as he leaned into Thalia to whisper into the dragoness's ear. "You're beauty is only matched by your wisdom and grace." He offered the flowery compliment in lieu of a real one. Doing his best to ignore the flighty young girl, he settled back in his seat and listen to the soft chatter of the room. Something was off however, it was a old feeling from the days of fighting and running. Noting that the tall lad had stood and was trying to be soothed to sit by Halley, Richard rubbed Thalia's shoulder. His snake eyes flickering to her in warning as he tensed in preparation. He would defend his wife and child no matter the cost.
"Relax Cuyler, sit down," Klara said, standing up, she coughed slightly into her arm, but she didn't really seem to care. "Need to go see what my cousin is up to anyway," she continued, before she sort of hurried out of the room, not really caring if anyone chose to follow her or not. Klara still looked a little pale, but she wasn't really letting on how sick she was feeling. She was more concerned with making sure that her cousin was alright, they'd been through a lot over the years, she was definitely not going to leave her alone now.
Bruce looked over at Myth, letting out a slight sigh. He really did not want her to have to deal with this sort of thing, and he definitely did not want the twins anywhere near that. "No, to all three of you... This is not exactly a fight you'd want to be a part of... Actually wouldn't be surprise if my father decided to get a little bit angry right now..." Bruce said, shaking his head.
"Chthon is not someone that you can easily combat, no matter what you may think... This is not a fight that I think we technically can "win" just more of not lose..." he was trying to remain as calm as possible, but it was hard, as he was really wanting to panic somewhat right now. "And Marya, Medea, if you try to fight him, I will take your speed away from you, understand?"
Valda heard her sister, and nodded her head somewhat. It would be nice, if one of the gods could help Luna with her problem, it definitely would make things better. She didn't want her sister to have to deal with this problem for the rest of her life if they could find a possible solution for it. "I hope that they would be able to help you Luna... It also couldn't hurt to ask... I'm wondering what's going on though..."
"I'm sure everything is alright... We can fix this, don't worry... Your sister will be born, and you won't have to worry about anything... It just might take a little while to fix things..." Zekarra said, giving him a bit of a smile. She understood why he was having problems, why that sort of thing would be weighing heavily on his mind, but she just wanted to reassure him. They would fix things, just might take a little while in order to accomplish that.
Thalia rolled her eyes slightly at Richard. Of course he wanted to essentially pick a fight with the God of Thunder, though from what she knew, Thor actually wasn't too bad with little kids. So it might not be that bad of a thing for Richard to redirect Navi's attention towards the Asgardian. There probably were better ways to accomplish some of these goals, but that was beside the point. She gave him a bit of a smile, but could tell that something was wrong.
"Calm down Richard, I'm sure everything will be fine... And you flatter me too much with your compliments," she added with a bit of a chuckle, but she was slightly concerned. Though someone attacking the Castle now? That would essentially be suicide considering how many powerhouse people were in Wizard Tower at the moment. They probably would end up dead rather quickly one would think.
Sylvi was very confused, and she glanced over at Antonije. Something was wrong, and that was all she really knew, especially given the fact that he seemed a bit panicked or something. "What's going on?" she couldn't help but ask him, she wasn't planning on going anywhere, things seemed to be going downhill, and going downhill fast. The fact that a few of the gods had more of left the room already to go take care of something was a bit worrisome, that much she did know.
Meanwhile, upstairs on the 20th Floor of Wizard Tower (spot on the grid 4A), Lance was glaring at Rhys. The idiot was basically ignoring a few people who were likely more of a threat to him than the Extraordinary Wizard. "You are not as smart as you think you are," he said, since unlike his father, he had control over this form, but his voice did sound massively different, and he didn't really care at this point. The guy was being dumb, so he was going to take a page out of his father's book.
Lance grabbed Rhys, and started flinging him around. (Ever watch the Avengers? Imagine what the Hulk did to Loki). He was pissed that this guy was basically wanting to cause problems, and that the elder god was after his daughter. His plan was to just beat the crap out of Rhys, and see if Chthon left his body or something. He finally flung Rhys back down on the ground, and every single one of Rhys' ribs were broken. Lance smirked slightly, seeing him, "Pathetic..."
Cuyler didn’t feel like it was nothing to worry about. Everyone in this room was becoming on edge. Even the bride was now in the room conversing with her betrothed and some of the gods kept leaving to go and deal with what was going on somewhere else in this tower. Cuyler eyed Halley, weighing her words before speaking. ”Its healthy to worry a little bit. Besides, if I can help I would like to try,” he said. His mother came over then, telling him to relax before she left. Needing to speak with Runa it seemed. He frowned, watching her go. They had yet to talk about his breakup and noting the way Klara looked, it did indeed seem that the break-up was taking a toll on his mother. Cuyler didn’t move though and looked back at Halley. They were family in some weird way now and family helped family. He wasn’t going anywhere.
Amarantha
Location: Great Hall -- Wizards Tower Skills:
There was much happening in this room and Amarantha was having difficulty dividing her attention. She left the royal’s conversation behind her. Their guards were looking after them so she would focus ahead. Navi’s comment however made her pause and she nearly choked with how forward the small child was. No wonder her parent’s always left her to her own devices. How did you rein in a child like her? ”She has heard quite the tale about you and the man you killed here when you first appeared. I believe she means it as a compliment,” Amarantha said and gave Navi a pointed look. She watched the bride rush in. Well, as rushed as a overly pregnant woman could and then she watched a few more people leave the room. Gods. She was surrounded by gods who were more powerful than her very human army. Still, Amarantha didn’t like other people doing the work for her. Amarantha stood and made her way to the altar, so as to inquire on the safety this attack would have on the royals and on Wizard Tower. The ExtraOrdinary Wizard was nowhere to be seen so Amarantha assumed she was also dealing with the threat.
Ahote’s eyes widened as the ExtraOrdinary Wizard took the direct it from the man in front of Grimspound. She merely stumbled back before she threw her own power at him. The purple aura around her seemed to strengthen from the Magyk used. Each person in this room seemed to be rather powerful and it all impressed Ahote, this land of Madyk. His totem continued to warm the skin on his chest as he stalked forward. So vocal chords needed to be damaged or, breathing cut off to some degree. If the body was damaged or killed the host would simply leave. All this Ahote gathered from the many participants in the room. Ahote stopped and jumped back when the big, green man started throwing the man who was the source of all this discord around and around the room. While that was happening, he grabbed onto Grimspound’s shoulders and pulled the man back before he took his companion’s place. He wasn’t sure what he would be able to do to this man but for now he would act as an immovable wall. If he had the chance to secure his hands around the man's neck he would and squeeze until his vocal chords were damaged beyond repair.
Luna looked between Myrus and Valda and gave them a slight smile, she really did hope that the gods within the room could help her in some way. She did not want to deal with the crazy voice within her head for the remainder of her life, or even do something that she knew that she would truly regret. "I hope so to, if we can talk to them after the wedding is done maybe.." Luna said softly as she looked over at her friend Amarantha and the really annoying brat calling Richard 'Father Boom Boom' which was a really weird name to hear. Luna shifted a little bit uncomfortably in her seat as she looked over at the front row where all of the gods were.
Some appeared to be having some kind of conversation, while one of them turned around and started to leave, which was the second one by the looks of it. "Looks like something is going on." Luna whispered slightly looking at her brother and sister as Amarantha got up and made her way towards the front. She noticed the bride coming into the room as well, as they spoke, Luna remained fairly quiet as she continued to look around the room.
Arnora started to take a few steps forward looking over at Runa, as she explained a bit and nodded try and not kill or brutally injure the host right now. "So don't maim to badly or kill the host, got it." Arnora said, as she watched the rouge wizard attack Arya seeing her get hit directly which made her wince. But the woman seemed to be fine for the most part, and then he was hit with a silence spell, and then Grims went into fight Rhys, only to see her newly met acquaintance get stabbed. And then the hulking green guy managed to grab Rhys and started to fling him like a ragdoll several times, before letting go.
"Ouch, man that's gotta hurt." Arnora looked towards Grims for a moment, he would need to get healed soon but she wasn't sure if her ability would be wise to use on or not. "Let me ice this asshole first." Arnora said calmly as she took another step forward and tried to freeze the ground, around Rhys and himself as well. Which nothing seemed to happen this time around, as she looked over at the group feeling a little bit awkward now. "Well this is a bit embarrassing now."
Despite the circumstance, Myth smiled. "You seem to think I was asking permission. One thing you are going to have to learn if you marry me is that I am a force to be reckoned with. Happy wife, happy life buddy. Defeating or merely stopping, it doesn't matter, I am not sitting idly by and letting my new family fight while I pretend to be happy. I don't even mind you taking charge or telling me what to do, but I am damn sure going to help."
Now, the twins. She was fine with having them stand to the side during this, though perhaps their speed would be useful. But they weren't feeling good before and she didn't imagine that got better. The others in the room though. They were powerful beings surely.
"My my, and to think I thought this wedding would be boring."
One of the guests spoke up and Myth turned to face her. "Ah forgive me, you two were having a moment. I just find it interesting that you have a room full of powerful forces and don't think to ask them for assistance in this matter. I mean, I don't like lifting a finger to help either, but this is seriously upsetting me. I wanted a day off."
Fleur La Mallificum
Location: Witch's Road
Fleur dodged the attack, only for it to hit Wanda instead. It seemed this was no mere vision. It was something incarnate and Fleur reckoned it had something to do with her own time. Or all times, maybe. "Hadn't figured I'd see you again. Time was not kind to you." Fleur stepped forward, ready and willing to duel it out with her former. "You wound me figuratively, but I know true power. I have done more than you ever set out to do before and if you think you will chide me into acting reckless, you obviously paid no attention to me."
Fleur moved her hand in an arc motion, and a number of ghosts appeared before her. Some looked like they were from various times. A blonde haired girl who looked like she was too good and pure to do any fighting. A girl with dark hair who had a look like pure ice. A blonde woman who wielded throwing knives. And that was just three out of the many. "See, being a Witch Messiah means I have followers. And followers do my bidding. So, attack!"
The ghosts hesitated at first, but then they swarmed forward, clutching onto Jadis. Their hold was not as strong, but it did the job. Next, Fluer made a throwing motion and summoned dark, pointed daggers directly at Jadis, striking true. "What say you now?"
Present Day - The Castle: May 4th, 12,508 - 9:00 PM
Make sure to specify your location using the grid coordinates. I'll update this map each time.
Chthon was quickly losing patience with his host. The Elder God generally completely took over the body, mind, and soul, not leaving a trace of the person behind. They were gone and only Chthon remained. He had taken a liking to Rhys, allowing him to have some semblance of control. And now, Rhys was too focused on some petty vengeance of his own to satisfy Chthon's desires. Fine, I'll do it myself! Chthon hissed in Rhys' mind. Why do you fret so over a weak wizard when there are real threats present?! Why do you defy me, mortal?!
Arya was becoming more and more invigorated. It was as if something was weakening the Sickenesse and she felt more at ease with her powers. Little did she know, but it was Fleur's work on the Witch's Road that was beginning to ease her suffering and increase her prowess. "We should Seal him in the Stranger Chamber - it can contain him and any other Darke thing," Arya explained. She could tell that the energy Rhys was using, while empowering him, it was also destroying him.
The ExtraOrdinary Wizard then muttered an incantation, designed to Seal Rhys' tongue to the roof of his mouth but Chthon was faster. Speaking through Rhys like a doll, the Elder God used one of his more powerful spells from the Darkhold. "VAN-"
However, the god was cut off as Runa blasted him in the face with a bolt of darkness. It did not deter him for long. "-ISH!" Chthon cast, finishing the command. In one moment, Arya was there, standing with the rest of them.
And then she was gone.
"Oh gods..." Runa whispered. There was hardly anything left where Arya had been. Energy was radiating from Rhys as Chthon performed another spell, yet nothing happened upstairs where they were. It filled the Goddess of Lies with dread, realizing that it might the God of Chaos was targeting those in the Great Hall - where most of her family was.

Rainbrook nodded, beginning to feel incredibly cold. It spread throughout his entire body, starting at his toes and working his way up to the head. He doubted that it was a good sign, but he was acutely aware of the danger that was building. More and more of the gods were heading upstairs and he could hear distant muffled noises that could have been fighting or crying.
I don't know... Antonije mumbled into Sylvi's mind. He protectively put an arm around her, feeling more and more on edge. His sisters seemed to sense it too and he hoped that Bruce wouldn't be reckless enough to let them stay and help. They needed to run and get out of there while they still had the chance.
"Cuyler, you can't help with this," Halley said bluntly.
A Darke energy then swept over the Great Hall, seemingly originating from the ceiling. It looked as if it was raining black paint - or either that the wedding guests were about to be smothered in tar. The goat let out a frightened baaaaa and Baldur held out his hand, sending a ball of light up towards the substance. It did nothing to deter it however. Forseti protectively stood in front of his mother. Thor and Lady Sif readied their weapons.
And then suddenly, in a blink of an eye and at such a speed that Marya and Medea could not see it happen, all of the pureblooded Asgardians were gone. The goat's rope had been cut somehow and it frantically made its way for the exit, pushing its head against the door as it scurried out of Wizard Tower, not even bothering to look down at the greeting from the Floor as it left.
"Hey, everyone... Where'd they go?" Astrid whispered.
She did not receive the answer she had been looking for. "Hey, hey look!" Navi screamed out, the little girl staring with wide eyes. Lance's father had been relatively quiet but he had stumbled from his seat, holding his head. The threads on his shirt were snapping as they were stretched out, the scrawny looking man expanding in size as his skin turned a monstrous green.
"HULK SMAAAAAASH!" the man roared, now a towering creature of approximately ten feet in height. Only his pants had somehow remained on him, as the towering beast glared at those assembled and his eyes narrowed at Myrus. Snatching up the prince, the monster began to strangle him as Myrus gasped for breath, unable to do anything to defend himself. He couldn't make any explosions without hurting himself severely.
"H-h-help..." Myrus squeaked, gasping for air.
Halley threw her hand out, yet nothing happened. She tried again and then looked frantically at her siblings. The black substance that had drenched on them and caused the pureblooded gods to disappear - it had temporarily repressed the powers of the Myth of Four. "Brucey, Astrid, Novie... We're powerless," Halley whispered.
It would be up to the natives of this world to stop the beast and free Prince Myrus. @LadyRunic: Emma hesitated, before he nodded and led Skaoi through the maze once more. The temperature was cold, as if the walls were concealing ice. It might have been in order to preserve some of the texts that required cold conditions to keep their age from showing. A few Charms had been known to require frigid weather, otherwise they would be gone within a year and a bit of knowledge would be lost.
Eventually, Emma led Skaoi into the private rooms of the CHS. There was a strong looking girl with dark black hair and sharp features asleep on the floor. "This is the girl," Emma whispered. By her clothing, it was impossible to tell where she was from.
@FantasyChic: Jadis grunted in pain. Gruesomely, the daggers seemed to slowly integrate themselves into her, becoming a part of her body. But just as Jadis was feeling more and more weak, Fleur would sense herself growing stronger. The Sickenesse was slowly leaving her system. "You lack the power you need to restore the one you love," Jadis spat. She then sent overwhelming images into Fleur's mind, detailing Nera's mortal soul in what seemed to be hellfire and torment. "Chthon will destroy all that you love." Her fingers snapped and Jadis set fire to the portion of the Witch's Road Fleur stood on.
"...Chthon?" Wanda asked, a bit startled. She looked at Fleur and then at the apparition. "Of course he's behind this..."

Rhys felt himself being snatched away from Arya as he lunged at the woman, so eager for his revenge that recklessness was taking over. Mortal foolishness perhaps. Though it was something Rhys had spent a lifetime longing for. So when the mammoth form of a hulking green man snatched him from his revenge, Rhys let out a Silenced bellow of fury that turned into a groan of pain as he was used as a beater upon the floor of the 21 level of the Wizard Tower. The optimal situations this was not.
So when the Elder God snapped and took control himself, Rhys didn't put up much of resistance. Perhaps he could convince Chlthon later to give him another chance. Something that proved unneeded as Arya vanished. Fury raced through Rhys veins as he snarled mentally at his patron. "She was mine! I waited decades for her to be at my mercy!" Though that rage would do no good focused on Chlthon, so Rhys redirected it. A ball of Darke magyk like what he hurled at Arya was blasted into the Hulk. Turning a furious gaze to the woman who interfered. Rhys snapped out a command. "Pure Fyre, Burn higher, Make a Pyre, A True BoneFyre!" The fire roared high about Gandr's wielder before being sucked into the pieces of the staff. Attempting a distancing of escape from this lot in search of this Mistress of Chaos or some healer to heal his wrecked form. Rhys snarled as the teleportation spell failed.
Grimspound
Location: Wizard Tower 20 Floor - 2B
Skills: Asgardian magyk
Grimspound gripped the doorway as he studied the ruins of his vest and silently considered if he could actually ever return to the Dyrki without his cousin, or several, attempting to kill him. Of course they wouldn't get to kill him as thoroughly as they would like as Grandmother would not hear of it. He was the heir of her heir after all. Something he had been reminded of last time he had returned. Blowing it off had irked his Grandmother, but what else could he do? He had no desire to look into the fate of his clan quite yet and his mother wasn't that old?
Of course she was, the woman was going to reach her death and be await to escort their matriarch before death's door. Death was ever a present lover, and one he was not to embrace today. Pulling the ruined vest and dress shirt from his frame to reveal a toned body used to travel beneath. One burn wrapping about his torso form a mishap-pen spell. Across it in scroll work and smaller images that would take a keen eye to sort out the details was a elaborate tattoo depicting his life's story and the various places he had been. Seeing no damage, Grimspound gave a audible sigh of relief as the pounding of the Elder God against the floor reached his ears. balling up the dress shirt Grimspound tore away strips and bound up his wound. The trickles of red fading and stopping all together.
But that wasn't enough. Turning with a fury in his eyes, and limping slightly from the pain in his damn stomach. Jazen leaned against the door. Staring at the prone form of Rhys, the Dyrki man snarled and flung out his power attempting to strangle the bastard into some sense of agony. Payment for the pain this entire encounter had been. Yet it seemed his luck had failed him. Well, wasn't that just grand! "Lady, just drive a damn spear through his tongue and have done with it." Though his tone was short and edged with the desire to see the Elder God's host dead, he did temper his tone towards Runa. Holding nothing but respect as he addressed her as 'Lady'. Then again, with his background... Pissing off women was not a good idea.
Skaoi Silverveil
Location: Manuscriptorium Skills: Perceptive, Understanding the human body, Going unnoticed (The girl is sleeping, Skaoi doesn't want to disturb her or anyone else), Cultural Knowledge (Eastern Snowplains), Physik, Diagnosis
Skaoi rubbed her arms as Emma led her through the maze again. This place would take a year and a day to find anything and it was no small wonder that there were no skeletons of those who had gotten lost! Though, Skaoi had a terrifying thought that perhaps there were skeletons. They just happened to be found and removed. Haplessly tossed into those tunnels to be forgotten. Blushing slightly at her own foolishness, the physik silently scolded herself away from the thoughts as she rubbed her arms slightly.
A girl was on the bed in the CHS's private rooms. Uninvited, Skaoi felt like the unwelcomed intruder which she was. Carefully and slowly stepping on light feet towards the girl of dark hair and sharp features. Skaoi frowned slightly. The girl was in excellent shape and very fit. But nothing appeared to be wrong aside from that. Though there were questions in her mind, she couldn't justify anything else. Turning to Emma the woman nodded towards the door shortly. Best she get back to her original task. If this girl was something... Then she would have something to go on later. Til then, it was merely a mystery and one she had perhaps pried too hard at.
Richard Laine
Location:Great Hall 9F
Richard plucked Navi from her seat and shoved the girl into Zekarra's arms. While he had little doubt that Zekarra was a able to take care of herself, that thought was a long way behind the fact that she was his daughter and like hell she was getting into this mess! "Zekarra, take the girl and Rainbrooke and go outside. Now! Thalia-" Richard clutched his wife's hand and pressed a soft kiss to the woman with a pleading look in his eyes. Even if she could be a dragon, she was his wife and he was a protective bastard. But he didn't ask, knowing she would most likely refuse.
Turning on his heel, Richard swore. "Dammit Bruce! Not in front of my child." While he didn't want to hurt his friend, he did need to get the boy free. A distraction would work well enough. Leaping up the Hulk's back the former assassin started scrambling half of the way up and took a page from his sister's book. Shifting into a komodo dragon, the lizard-man sunk his claws into the Older Green Machine's back before he felt a large hand clamp on him. "Squeaky toy noises..." Richard absently thought as he was sent sailing through the air and against a wall. It was nothing he couldn't heal from, but it was irritating. At least one hand was off the boy and Richard had both his kidneys.
