"We're just going to talk to some people. I don't suspect they'll do anything too funny as long as we're on our best behavior. Of course I can't say the same for any unwanted company that might show up." As Damian was packing his things up another girl chimed in. He knew she was here, but he didn't think she was eaves dropping on them. Judith Astera. Damian didn't know much about her aside that her quirk had something to do with spiders? They don't really speak too much and he was hesitant to let a total stranger join them. Then again more hands made lighter work and frankly, Damian didn't entirely trust Eira by himself. Not to say she's treacherous or anything, but simply that if things do go badly he wasn't sure how well Eira would be able to handle the situation. Considering her overall performance last Friday, Damian had an idea of what she is and isn't capable of.

"I'm not against it if Eira isn't. Anyways meet me at the parking lot, look for the Black Audi. We don't need to go in costume but be ready for anything. We might need to use our quirks if things go bad, and things can always go bad."

Waving goodbye to the two girls Damian headed straight to the parking lot. Most of his hero gear was stored in his car anyways though he also had a copy of the stuff at school too. More importantly was his car: A jet black Audi R8 that his dad spent a good part of his recently life assembling with Damian. It's based off a super old video game that his dad loved to play as a kid and he really liked the signature car in it. Damian himself always wanted to drive it around himself and he had to beg his father for three years after he turned fourteen to be allowed to drive it, even when they were under witness protection. Damian had to do well in school, pass his driver's tests, and earn at least $5000 dollars via chores and part-time jobs in order to prove to his dad that he'd be responsible for his car and anything that happens to it. It wasn't easy and Damian did have to negotiate with his dad to get rid of the $5000 condition, but he managed to earn enough to prove to his dad that Damian had the drive. And now he had a sweet ride.

Putting his school bag into the trunk Damian put the key into ignition and drove around to the pick up lane. He'd wait for the other two girls for a while as he pulled up his phone and made a few calls. "Limehouse? Hey. I'm going to pick up some egg drop soup, you want anything? Wantons huh? Aight. Just hurry up before they get cold." Hanging up Damian started calling more people, about all of them usually asking about what sort of food he's going to get and what they wanted him to get. By the time the girls would finally show up Damian had written down various orders and restaurants he needed to go to.

Dean turned as the voice came suddenly behind him. Well, looks like his question had been immediately answered. An amusingly convenient time of entry for this new villain. He watched intently as she moved forward in a way that seemed physically impossible. He was already making guesses about her quirk as she got closer - levitation, maybe? No, that didn't seem right. He felt an ever-so-slight tug on the back of his chair, barely noticeable unless you were thinking hard, which gave him a clear clue. Even if he couldn't see it, something was pulling this new arrival along the ground. This was confirmed as the woman would almost be lifted.

The new arrival, now identifying herself as Marionetta, now posed a question to the villains that were there - could they guess her quirk. Dean leaned forward to speak. "If I were to hazard a guess... you can extend things from your body which enable you to be pulled along. But I'm not able to guess any specifics of how exactly that mechanism works.". There wasn't any way his quirk could be easily guessed - probably. Although they could guess that it was perhaps bird-themed.

A new arrival joined the group shortly after that. This one was much less composed than the last one, and Dean did not have as much respect for him due to that. But any villain was needed, he'd have to put aside his strict ideas purely so what must be done can be done. That looked to be everyone else who would be arriving. Two new recruits was still very useful.

This time they had a new leader, as Noxious would not be joining them. It was a shame, Noxious was a good leaded and an adept fighter. Anarchy Red was an unusual choice. If she could get past the obsession with snark and focus on the mission at hand, then Dean supposed that she could effectively lead this mission. But Dean did think he would be a much better candidate for leading the group than Quinn. Oh well, in due time perhaps.

Quinn explained the plan. Well, no she didn't. She just described the nature and route of the convoy. Hopefully they wouldn't run into any more annoying schoolchildren, unless there happened to be an absurd school trip to a prison convoy. Their roles would be explained in the helicopter. He would prefer to be given them now, but he supposed it made for conversation in the helicopter.

But now he was asked a question. How attached was he to his birds. A simple question with a simple answer.

"My personal collection? A great deal. The ones I take spontaneously from the wild, not very much at all."

Breeze Porfirio || Arsenal
everyone in the gym

This Erika girl didn't seem to be the nicest apple out of the bunch for sure. It was one thing to act ignorant about a situation she had no business of butting her horns into, but she essentially called them all fodder compared to the three of them. Breeze wasn't the type to ever get angry at something like this, but hearing the confidence drip out of the dark girl's mouth was definitely annoying. Breeze was sick and tired of the comments that just so happened to jab at her already receding self-esteem, but before she nor anyone had a chance to shut the other girl up, a newcomer joined the steady growing group, earning a yet another squeak from the green haired girl, eyes wide and watery at the sight of one of the other homeroom teachers Maple King. Despite how use Breeze should be to seeing Mutant Quirks and the like, it still managed to bring a reaction out of the girl whenever she did see them. She could only hope the other wasn't offended by it...

The teacher seemed to be up to overseeing their sparring which was good, Breeze nodding slowly to herself in agreement to Kerianne's previous warning on the sparring session. A thought crossed the green girl's mind to take this more seriously and take out the weighted blocks coating her pale skin, but she eventually opted against it since it would make the experience all the more real; plus, none of them should have anything sharp on them so she should be fine, right?

Knowing, but ultimately dreading that they'd have to split into teams, Breeze remained mostly quiet, an earnest whimper rumbling in her throat. Hearing Gabby desire to team up with Momo made the girl think she should try and pair up with one of the other class students. But Erika was scary and she didn't know anything about the blonde one. She was going to ask either Yi or Kerianne, but there was probably the chance they would want to spar with new people. So...Breeze was in a predicament.

"..." Downcast green eyes fell to her feet as she waited to see what the others wanted to do before voicing her thoughts.

Marionetta Molly

The first person to take a guess at her quirk was another newcomer like herself, having arrived just after her entrance. She couldn't deny she was amused by his demeanour, even if his visual aesthetic was a little too close to her own for her liking - what with the elegant-looking costume and emphasis on blacks and whites. Kind of made her feel like she stood out less. Though she found herself able to forgive him as he voiced his guess, elliciting a laugh from her in response. Oh, if only being goth had been her quirk, her life would have been much different. Probably better in a lot of ways. Although she imagined her classmates through school would have still given her the same amount of "creepy girl" comments.

She paid attention as the group's leader, Noxious, outlined the job they'd be doing - breaking another member of the League out of a prison transfer bus. Okay, should be a quick job. Noxious appointed Anarchy Red as their leader for the mission. No reason to complain about that, either.

Following were more comments directed at her from Sharkman and Corvus. The former complimented her "threads", making Molly quirk her brow as she smiled toward him. Something about the way he said it made her feel like he wasn't just talking about her outfit. The latter provided a genuine guess at her quirk, and he was as accurate as he could be given how much information she'd given about herself.

"You're right on the money, sir Corvus. Though it doesn't look like I have time to expound the details to you," Molly replied, looking around at the others. Given how few details Anarchy Red had given about how she wanted to handle the mission, it looked like they'd be making their way shortly. But for the moment, she had opened the floor to questions. Although it looked like Sharkman had taken that to include suggestions as well, suggesting he be dropped off seperately. "If I may make a suggestion as well, how about using me as a crane? If I hang from the helicopter, the pilot would only have to swing low once the prison convoy has been stopped and Animus is in the open, and I could snatch them right up for us, allowing a quick in-and-out."

Yi Sighed as the teacher came in, taking control of a situation that wasn't honestly out of control. Now this was an 'official spar.' He raised his eyebrow and look at the possible teams. one of them would have to be by themselves.

He looked to the others, feeling this would be a good exercise for him to test his physical ability against multiple people . Once everyone was done he simply said, I will be on my own team, so everyone else will have a teammate. He looked over to the wall and saw a bowstaff on one of the racks. Making his way over too it he picked it up and spun it effortlessly in his right hand for a second before turning back to everyone else.

Renard didnt have more to say, he watched as the maple king entered. not believing his students then turned to ask if thats what was happening. Renard shrugged and half nodded. But didn't say anything. Freya already said they were not in the mood to spar. He really wanted to, Momo was pretty interesting... but he wanted to give his leg another day or so to loosen up.

As freya muttered 'crisis adverted' under her breath, he sighed. "YYYYup." He glanced at her and said, "I'm a little hungry, you want to go to the cafeteria?"

Dawn narrowed her eyes as Chole tried to explain how she saw her quirk. Her aura huh? that sounded very flowery and new agey to her personally. She hit the mark though so there must be something too it. She was a chatter box though...which wasn't a bad thing. the girl was odd but interesting.

She blinked and pulled her head back as a bead of sweat droped from her temple when chloe said 'lifelong friends.' W-w-w-what? Shreaking violins played in her head. She was kinda worried at the moment. But she couldnt' tell if the girl was just sheltered or extremely clingy. She sighed slight when she couldn't even say hamburger right...probably former. She opened her mouth to speak but stopped as she realized she was actually kinda hungry as well.

Peter then spoke up. She narrowed her eyes at him as he called her sunshine as he walked up to her. When he said she came onto him she couldn't help but burst into laughter. Genuine laughter as she bent over holding her gut. C-come coming onto... YOU? HAHAHAHAHAHA. She wiped a tear from her eye as took some deep breaths and then Yeah sure, pebbles. I...Came onto.... YOU. What ever helps you sleep at night. I was just bored and wanted to mess with someone.

She looked to Chloe. "I'm actually hungry, so if you want a hamburger I can show you where the cafeteria. she reached down and picked up her bag. "Im sure Don Juan over here will continue to try and flirt you out of your socks if you stay here."

What a Monday it was, everyone was pretty down in the dumps making it hard to focus during class as there was barely any life in the students. It was clear as day to see that the villain attack dealt a serious blow to the class's moral, incorporate the stormy rainy weather and it just made the day even more dreary as sky was devoid of all positivity. Raymond mind was now in the gutter as he began to ponder what might've happened if he had showed up to school that day, guilt was beginning to chip away at him slowly. Yes, he was indeed absent that day but it wasn't for naught.

Physical training had been canceled for the afternoon as Mr.Hayes had to attend to a meeting, this meant the students were allotted free time to train or study. A rare occurrence as Specter was held somewhat of a reputation with his attendance. Raymond best used this time to grab a bite and knock out some homework in the lunchroom, some space from everyone else was probably exactly what he needed. Raymond wasted no time with the opportunity gifted to him, having the opportunity to do his homework in school freed up his afternoon pretty nicely. The boy grabbed a large bottle of water as well as a medium sized assortment of fruits from the lunch line before plopping himself in the corner of the lunchroom.

Freya Leander ~ Cait Sith

@Heartfillia @pkken

Freya smiled in agreement. "Yep, lunch sounds good," she replied, grabbing her bagged tuna sandwich, stretching what she could of the stiffness from her body as she stood. Heading towards the exit beside Renard, she glanced over her shoulder at the group. "See you, everyone!" Hopefully there was no need to worry, with the teacher keeping the situation under control.

She kept her pace slow on the way to the cafeteria, so that Renard wouldn't have to walk faster than was comfortable. "You know, once you're up to it..." She hoped her voice didn't sound as uneasy to him as it did to her. "The training offer still stands." Her insides writhed, but it would be selfish to go back on her earlier words, however hastily spoken they'd been. If Renard felt weak, he needed proof that he wasn't. And if she did badly, maybe at least he'd feel better about himself by comparison... Or it would remind him why he'd seen what he'd seen, because he'd had to save her from her own screw-up.

Suppressing a sigh, she entered the lunch room to see someone else there. Raymond sat at a table in the corner, a variety of fruit spread out in front of him. "Ah, hey there," Freya greeted him, giving a smile that was meant to be friendly but turned out strained. It had been an incredible stroke of luck that some students, Raymond included, had missed the disaster of an outing. Still, despite her gladness, Freya braced herself. He was more than likely to ask about it.

Kerianne Morley ~ Nightwatch

@SimpleWriter @Nyahahameha @Tenma Tendo @Aerandir

Kerianne's attention turned towards Breeze. It wasn't often the shy girl displayed anger, but Erika's taunts and bragging brought out noticeable tension in her. Yi kept his usual calm confidence as he announced he'd go without a teammate, but Breeze, in contrast, remained silent. Knowing her, she seemed to be waiting for others to make their choices first. Right there and then, Kerianne made hers.

"Ok Breeze, want to team up with me?" She figured her classmate would rather work with someone she knew than someone she didn't, especially given a certain newcomer's rudeness. Although she'd considered doing the friendlier thing, getting to know the third Class C student better like Gabby had picked Momo, it seemed working together had been the friends' original plan anyway if Erika's earlier comment was anything to go by.

With each hand respectively gripping the shoulder and elbow of the opposite arm, Kerianne stretched from one side to the other, not just as a warm-up but to test her balance while waiting for people's input.

"Haha!" loudly laughed the teacher, arms still crossed on his massive chest. "Now that's the spirit of a hero in training! Battle might not be the go-to solution - but training's always handy!" Taking a step forward, he dropped his hand on Gabby's shoulder as he said this, loving hers and Momo's attitudes.

With Freya and Renard gone, it still left one too many person. "Hmph..." Lost in thought, Maple King was brought back by a small person pulling on his arm to get his attention. The small girl couldn't be more than 5'2, at most. Long and frizzy blond hair falling mid back along with a band-aid on her nose bridge and other few scrapes and bruises spoke tons to her personality; a bit shy and very clumsy. "Teach'...if it's nothing, I'll stay out of today's training." she said, one hand holding her arm behind her back, uncertainty in her voice and shaky smile.

If Maple King minded, it sure didn't show one bit as his next move was to land his massive, furry hand on the girl's head with an exclamation of approvement "Ah! Always the fair player you are, Alex. So be it! You there..." he said, pointing at Yi who was coming back with a staff "...Sorry, I think I've missed your names. Although for sure you can't be alone, so you'll team with Erika. It's decided !"

Gabby would be teamed with Momo
Kerianne and Breeze would be another team.
Yi was put with Erika, only...

"Alright, here's the training. Every pair will...face one another in duel! Ah! The Gym is large enough for three duels to be held at the same time. Let's make it quick, but give it your all!"

"Alright!" yelled Momo, as she ran a bit to distance herself from the others before planting her feet firmly on the ground, looking at Gabby with a big smile. "Let's dance!"

Erika, as for her, sighed. She was more than just a bit annoyed that Alex stepped out, but it was what it was. Slowly, she also made her way a bit further in a lazy manner before turning to look at Yi. Out of all of them, she had to fight this guy...

Repulsa Libre

Feeling the weight of Maple King's hand upon her shoulder made her heart jump, her grin growing wider. It was the same weight her grandpas' hands would have when they did the gesture. As if she couldn't be endeared toward him any more than she already had been! She had half a mind to request to be transferred to his class after school that day! No, she couldn't do that to Mr. Hayes. In fact, it was probably better for her to have an educator that didn't act like her grandpas. It would make her more well-rounded as a person.

"Alright, here's the training. Every pair will...face one another in duel!

Oh....

When Gabby had volunteered to team up with Momo, it had been on the assumption that there would be two teams, and she would be fighting beside Momo and others against whoever was on the opposite team. Instead it seemed she had volunteered to be Momo's opponent in a series of simultaneous one-on-one duels. That was...not the bonding experience she had been hoping to have with her new friend.

Frowning, Gabby looked to Momo, who...seemed more than excited at the prospect, which seemed to be her default state. ...I should have her attitude. This is just like learning lucha libre with my grandfathers, after all! Finding herself imbued by Momo's infectious energy, Gabby joined Momo away from the other students, smiling back at her.

"If dancing is what you wish to see, then dancing is what you shall receive!"

And dance she did. She raised her arms in the air and kicked off her sandals, leaving her barefoot in grey track pants and a black tank top with a vertical green stripe on the left side of the chest. She put her right foot forward and rocked her hips, eyes locked on Momo, then repeated the motion with her left foot forward. A few repetitions of that would see Gabriella move within 8 feet of Momo, at which point Gabby would twirl around while leaping up in the air, throwing her huge body toward Momo while tilting her body sideways. Her right leg came up and over as she came down, attempting to hit Momo with a powerful leg drop that would leave Gabby prone on the gym floor.

Chloe was an odd one to say the least. She must be from generals or support, since he can't imagine how aura vision would be too helpful with heroics. Still she was willing to help Peter with his quirk and he knows he could definitely use it. Much like him, Chloe knew she could improve. If they could help each other out and make things easier for the both of them, great. Another weird thing she did was say that Peter was going to be a lifelong friend. "Life longfriends huh? That's kinda heavy, but I can dig it. At least if we live long."

She wanted to go get some hamburgers, but Dawn still had some verbal barbs for him. He just rolled his eyes and smiled. "Hey, take all the time you need Halo, when you're ready to confess your true feelings I'll be around. Probably. As for hamburgers, unless you like the taste of soggy gas station burgers, I doubt the cafeteria is going to have anything good right now. Fortunately there's a Smash Burger just a short trot from school. It's not exactly gourmet but it's legit. Plus I got coupons." Peter took said coupons from his wallet, two stubs for two classic burgers for the price of one. Good until next Friday. "Assuming the light of my life here isn't too bougie for free burgers, I'll even pay."

Raymond broke focus from his studying as Freya gave him a strained greeting, he winced a bit as he could clearly see it was pretty painful for the girl to act cheery right now.

”Don’t hurt yourself trying to put on a mask” he replied softly with an inviting smile. Raymond then turned to Renard and winced a bit upon seeing him trailing behind Freya. ”Those villains got you good huh jumper cables?” he said jokingly as he popped a piece of cantoloupe into his mouth. The guy looked a complete wreck as he was bandaged up all over, the most pitiful thing to see though was his demeanor above all. It seemed as though he had barely any fight in him at the moment.

”You guys want to take a seat an explain to me what exactly happened that day?” he said gesturing towards two empty seats placed in front of him.

Sparring Match Part 1 of ?
In collaboration with @LuckyBlackCat

Pairs were meant to...duel against each other? While Breeze looked very relieved and quickly accepted Kerianne's offer to team up with her, the slight surprise on her face was evident when the other turned out being her opponent. This surprise faded as quickly as it appeared, Breeze probably feeling even more glad that she didn't have to fight any of the scary newcomers; well except for Alex, she seemed nice enough.

At the teacher's unexpected announcement, Kerianne's forehead creased. She should have been clearer. "Uh, Sir, that isn't what I mea-" she started, then fell silent. It wasn't her place to question the rules. Facing Breeze, she relaxed as she saw the little smile on her face. Maybe this was for the best. Maybe Breeze would be even more comfortable with an opponent she trusted than an ally she trusted.

The girl completely littered in square shaped tattoos looked to her fellow classmate, lowering herself to a more crouched fighting stance. The normally meek and easily frightened girl now held a serious expression on her face, one ready to battle.
"R-Ready?"

Taking her own battle stance, Kerianne nodded. The room no longer swayed as she moved, the side effect of her Quirk having worn off. "Ready."

No sooner had she given the okay that Breeze lunged with a rubber knife, her arms initially crossed in front of her before swiping outwards, aiming straight for the blonde's torso region. Kerianne's reflexes kicked right in. She dodged the blade like she'd dodged the steely glint of the real thing on rough streets those few times. Her face the unreadable mask of someone in survival mode, she dived into a cart's shadow and surfaced behind Breeze. She reached out, aiming to hold her opponent's arms behind her back.

Had Breeze not been aware of the other's Quirk, she probably wouldn't have been able to react quick enough to escape. But fortunately, the green haired girl knew how to get around something like this. Just as Kerianne's presence appeared behind her, Breeze crouched down lower than she had originally, grabbing one of the hands that came forward to restrain her and hooking it over her shoulder. Using her smaller hands to secure her grip on Keri's own, the shorter girl pushed backwards onto the other's chest before pulling forward, flipping Kerianne over her shoulder. However instead of letting her fall, Breeze let go so that the blonde could recover without any problems.

She proceeded to lift up her shirt and push the knife into her skin for safe keeping. Now that their previous scuffle had returned to their original standstill, Breeze tried a different approach. Whether Kerianne had fully recovered or not, Breeze approached the former with a cartwheel followed by a halfway back handspring into the air. Instead of her feet hitting the ground first, both feet aimed straight for Kerianne's face.

Catching her breath, Kerianne had no time to sit up. As Breeze leaped, the blonde turned her head, reaching for her opponent's growing shadow and vanishing. She reappeared by the punching bag as Breeze landed on the ground, the later needing another leap to lower her momentum. "Good trick there," she called, spacing her feet for balance as if she'd jumped from a moving vehicle. She'd have to be careful how often she relied on her Quirk in this fight.

"Th-Thank you!" The younger eventually called out with a slight stutter before letting out a breath she didn't know she was holding in.

This time, Kerianne ran at Breeze. It was only halfway towards her that she crouched, thrusting her hand at a shady patch. Green eyes immediately shifted away from her figure in anticipation of where she would pop up next. Instead of teleporting, though, she sprang back up and kept running. Making use of the momentary confusion the feint move had been meant to cause, she gripped Breeze's shoulders, sweeping her foot towards the green-haired girl's legs.

With no time to brace herself, nor react defensively once her shoulders were grabbed, Breeze was forced to the floor on her back, one hand instinctively holding onto one of Kerianne's wrists while the other went under her shirt. The taller girl found herself bending double. With the wind mostly knocked out of her, the shorter swiped upward with the rubber knife she'd placed on her stomach prior, hoping the attack would be enough to at least stagger the blonde and give Breeze a chance to roll back up to a more favorable position.

Swiveling her wrist, Kerianne swiped her arm free of Breeze's grip and stepped the the side, too slow to evade the blade's tip that glanced off of her ribs. The blond pursed her lips. It hadn't hurt, but in a real battle, even if she avoided lethal injury, an attack like that would still weaken her.

This was just a sparring session, yet she couldn't let her guard down. Some day the fights wouldn't be so friendly. And to reach that point of being a pro hero, she had to show how seriously she took the training.

Eira Winters ❄ Antartica

@OwO@Ryonara

"Alright then. I'll go follow after Damian, you come too. If there's anything you wanna do, get it done now because I'm not sure you'll get the chance until tomorrow. It seems we'll be missing this afternoon's classes," Eira said to Judith. She picked up her bag, wincing at how heavy it was. So much useless shit in there. But she wasn't the one who put it there, of course. She slung it over her shoulder before walking after Damian at a leisurely pace. There was no rush. They had the whole afternoon to do their detective business.

As she made her way out of the school, she pulled out her phone. There was no harm in telling someone what she was doing. If anything went pear-shaped, it might come in handy.

message to Aidan Winters: Doing something. Don't ask what, but I won't be in for the afternoon lessons, so if the school calls home about that, then you'll know why. I will keep my phone on me. Don't worry, nothing too dangerous. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Maybe it was a little too vague to be of any use. But it wasn't like the three couldn't handle anything anyway. Eira had (some) faith in her classmates, after all. She also had faith that her brother would check his phone and hopefully tell someone if she disappeared for more than twenty-four hours.

Eventually, she had wandered onto the pick up lane. There was Damian, in his car, sitting on his phone. Eira wondered who he was calling - telling someone they where they were going, perhaps? Nevertheless, she walked up to him and tapped on the window a few times. "On your phone in the car, are you? Not very responsible."

She didn't ask for permission as she promptly opened up the back door and sat down behind Damian. "I hope that you have a decent plan for what we're about to do, because I don't. Judith might, I suppose. Let's just hope all get out of this in once piece."

VS
Momo

Part 1/?

Momo, for her part, was stretching by the time Gabby made her way into position and got ready to charge at her. She smiled as a sort of holographic dial appeared hovering slightly above the strange bracer thing on her left arm. Momo waited but, surprised by Gabby's speed compared to her body, she had to give up her act and move quicker than she wanted. She moved her hand in a demi circle and pushed forward with it, the holographic dial following her movement. As she did so, a very sudden and loud sound came from both her bracer's...speakers? As it did so, Momo was propelled backward and out of Gabby's kick. The sound kept on going though. It was quite clearly...music? Techno music, and the loud sound had been a very large drop in the tune. The hologram? Music controls; forward, backward, slow down, etc.

"Woah! You're fast for your size!" she said happily jumping as she did so. A quick glance would reveal something that Gabby might have missed about Momo at first - the two strange pieces of tech on her wrists was also on her ankles. "Ok - let's try this then!"

With yet another movement of her hand, the song fast forwarded to a moment where it became low pitched, but had very fast notes. Momo began spinning gracefully, half fighting half dancing, while giving a series of punches and kicks in Gabby's direction sending multiple small projectiles of what looked like 'air', but solid. At the end of her spins, she stopped to look at how well Gabby would manage.

Gabriella's hefty body hit the floor of the gym, though the impact was lessened by a gentle use of her Repulsion quirk in order to avoid hurting herself. She briefly considered calling a timeout so they could move more safety mats out, allowing her to perform more of her wrestling techniques on a softer surface, but didn't have time to decide to follow through on the idea; Momo went on the offense. She was able to attack from range, aiming what appeared to be projectiles made of condensed air at her. Figuring Momo wouldn't use them if they weren't effective, instinct told her to dodge.

A repulsion from her heels got Gabby's feet up off the ground, which she then hefted upward using her muscle. With a quick curl and arch of her back, she was quickly in a handstand, her arms able to lift her own body weight - a feat in itself - which got her out of the way of any air bullets aimed at her while prone. She walked a couple of steps on her hands toward Momo's left side, her body being angled with its side facing Momo to minimize the surface area available for the bullets to impact. She then allowed herself to fall forward, still toward Momo's left, while pushing off the floor with her arms, flipping herself onto her bare feet, the change in movement helping avoid subsequent projectiles from Momo.

Her feet hit the gym floor with much less of a noise than would be expected of Gabby's size, owing to how light she was on her feet. Twirling as she switched directions and moved toward Momo right, she dodged the last of the air projectiles. As she came to a stop, having kept her eyes on Momo as much as she could while twirling so she could see her stop spinning, the music playing from the blue-ette's wrist and ankle bands could more clearly be heard, and Gabby found herself unable to help bobbing her head to the beat. She smiled back at Momo, readying herself for her opponent's next attempt at attacking.

Momo was quite surprised at the way her larger opponent moved - but not displeased. If anything, it made her happy that she was able to keep up. To the blue-haired girl, fighting was like music and no matter how many times she was told to take it seriously, it was hard for Momo to focus. "Alright!" she said happily "I'm loving those moves ~ !" Momo moved her hand over her equipement, changing the tune completely this time. It seemed Gabby was on the defensive, not having counter attacked, so she switched to something with a faster pace while keeping her distances.

"This one is my own composition ~ It's gonna be a workout!" The tune had a buildup at the start but as soon as she finished her sentence, a huge dropped came about - to which Momo upped the sound at the same time, sending a huge wave in the form of an arc towards her enemy. It spanned at least a few meters from right to left, but Momo also followed up with multiple more projectiles. Her strategy was clear; keep the enemy at a distance, tire them and outnumber them.

Gabby smirked to herself, pleased that she'd impressed Momo with her "moves". In part, she had been so evasive for that reason, but there was also another reason, which would hopefully bear fruit now. Momo, for her part, reacted exactly as Gabby had hoped she would - by turning up the intensity of her attacks, so it appeared. Undoubtedly, Momo was expecting to preserve the distance between herself and Gabby, wearing her down from a distance. She couldn't dodge forever, after all.

But she didn't need to, as she had led Momo into thinking.

Seeing the first wave of air barrel toward her, Gabby held out her right forearm vertically in front of her, and as Momo's attack collided with her arm, she took a heavy step forward, her bare foot slapping the smooth gym floor loud. A quick repulsion from her arm at the moment of impact dispelled Momo's air blast while leaving Gabriella visibly unharmed. That being the case, Gabby quickly realized that the blast of air that time had been stronger than the ones Momo had fired off before - it struck her with about equal force to someone of her musculature punching someone. She wouldn't be able to repel many more like it before she started losing feeling in her arm.

As she continued moving toward Momo, she made sure to vary up her defense - some waves she would dodge over or under, one she would repel with her left arm, then dodge again, then allow one to collide with her bare abs to dispel it with a repulsion. Doing these while continuing to move forward, she attempted to close the gap between Momo and herself. If Momo didn't move from where she was, Gabby would be within striking distance in no time.

Renard followed Freya out with out saying a word, only waving over his shoulder if his friends were to look. As they walked he noticed Freya walking slower than normal, clearly she was trying keep his leg in mind. She then still offered to train with him. He smiled softly, “Thanks, sometime ill take you up on it.” He cleared his throat as he moved a little faster trying to show that she didn’t need to baby him.

As they walked into the lunchroom he groaned slightly at the sight of Raymond. As freya awkwardly greeted him, when Raymond turned his attention to him he then he hesitated for a moment and gave a slight nod at the mention of the villains getting him. When he then asked what happened, he gritted his teeth and sighed, dropping his bag on the table. ”There’s nothing to explain, we got stuck in a bad situation. Lucky to be alive. Just want to put it behind us now.”

He then turned and walked to the serving table to get some food, Getting two cheeseburgers and some fruits of his own, he made his way back. Placing his tray down he looked to Ray, ”So what were you doing friday?”

The other two exchanged banter blows as Chloe spectated, giggling at the situation, once the conversation had turned towards a meal Chloe gained a sparkle in her eyes. Not that anyone could see that. This entire event sparked a light in her heart. One she had never known before now. Her entire life before was one of cold isolation, whilst Chloe was tended to with love from her family of servants she always lingered for more human connection. She read countless books on the concept of friendship, guides to create friends and the power in numbers.

For many years Chloe thought she would never experience such thing, but now she saw a glimmer of hope. The light was faint but it burned ever so dainty in her heart. These wild characters, their banter, it was a concept Chloe longed to experience for herself and now she could finally do it. For many years she dreamed of making friends and having a meal together, whatever it may be, this was her chance.

Chloe joined in with the banter. "Ahahah! Oh Dawn, you're rather funny, I understand he's attempts at courtship and flattery but believe me I'm sure they're only in jest. He's harmless. Besides, did not hear his offer of somewhat promising meal? Not only that but these coupons he speaks highly of!"

"Hmmm? Coupons?" Chloe paused for a moment in thought.

"Ah yes! The paper currency used in place of bargaining to obtain a discount on products! How useful. I can't actually see these coupons you're obviously holding out towards us ahaha." Turning to Dawn she quickly added to her excitement of the coupons. "We should take on his gift, a meal sounds good, no?"

"Regardless I'm much excited to go try some, won't you two guide me onwards? I've never experienced this before and my heart is beating in much excitement" Chloes faced radiated an aura of happiness. She was ready to eat a meal with whom she considered her new friends.

Freya Leander ~ Cait Sith

@Heartfillia @pkken

Grimacing, Freya was silent for a moment. Then, despite Raymond's advice not to, she put on that smile once more. Going into what happened wouldn't do either her or Renard any good right now. It seemed slowing her steps wasn't helping her friend either, judging by the way he cleared his throat. Not wanting to make him feel worse, she advanced at a normal pace, sitting down and taking out the tuna sandwich. As someone who took comfort in food, normally she'd have opted for the scampi and fries instead of a packed lunch, but today she lacked much of an appetite.

"Yeah... It was an eventful afternoon to say the least," she added after Renard made it clear he'd rather skip over the details, "but all that needs to be said about it is we're going to be ok. Both of us, and everyone else who went along." She slouched forward, taking a bite of the sandwich. Maybe food would energise her at least a little. "Although yeah, hopefully you had a better Friday than we did."

@LuckyBlackCat@Heartfillia

Raymond just smirked at Renards reply, grabbing a grape and popping it into his mouth before turning back to Freya. ”Yeah, I know you guys will be alright. At least nobody died or suffered any career ending injuries. Raymond’s eyes returned to his book as it was clear that neither of them wanted to go into detail whatsoever. Once Renard came back the question of where he was at that Friday sprang up. Why he was absent was personal topic but he didn’t mind sharing.

”I was paying my respects to my Grandfather, he died two years ago and the date of his death fell upon the same day you guys were attacked by villains. If I knew that you guys were going to get into some trouble then I definitely would have been present protect everyone, that’s what my grandfather would have wanted after all.” Raymond returned to his book as he was slightly agitated, of course there was no way he could’ve known what was going to transpire that day but knowing that still didn’t lessen the pain a bit. ”I hope those injuries you got weren’t for naught Renard, I’m the only one allowed to beat you silly.” he smirked as he flipped a page in his book.

There was a short moment of silence before Ray spoke up once more, “Looks like we’ve got our work cut out for us” he was trying to cheer them up but it didn’t seem to be doing any justice. Perhaps it was time to use the ace up his sleeve.

”Do either of you guys have a thing for sweets by any chance? My Grandmother owns a bakery not too too far from here. I’ll treat you guys after school if you’d like?”

"Interesting ideas, Twunko. No idea what your motorcycle does, considering how a transport bus easily weighs twenty times that, but you do you." She then turned towards Marionetta. "Kinda strange, but okay. I can work with that."

Her plans (more like brief notes) began to fully take shape. She could see everything now; as long as her compatriots didn't absolutely moff everything up, the rescue would turn out fine. It was now time for action. With no further necessary discussion, Quinn left the villains with six simple words:

"Ten minutes to get your shit."

With that, she left the room to go to the prison's armoury and grabbed the supplies for the operation. Some armaments for the... less offensively inclined, some circuitry and wires, enough explosives to level a building, and a stun baton all to herself. After grabbing that, it was time for the opening night of their little play.

Once in the air, Quinn had finally shared her plan with the others. With a few additions from the others, it remained mostly unchanged from her original plan. Throughout the entire ride, she had been (much to the disarray of the group) fiddling with the explosives and the electronics. She was making bombs. In a confined space. With their entire squad within the death radius. If she didn't know what she was doing, she would have blown them all to kingdom come. Thankfully, bombs of this calibre were like child's play to her. Easy-Make bombs, that's what they were. At the same time, she shouted the specifics to the others over the rotary noise of the helicopter blades.

"It's a classic offensive play. Hard to fuck up, unless you decide to do something that's not your part. The operation is in three groups, three stages. Groups first: Mario and I are on exfil. She's going to be in the air taking the real Animus home. I'm going to be jumping onto the bus and breaking her free. Wonderland and Shark-boy, you two are on distraction duty. You guys are going to do your best to start shit, get the cops on your ass, and then peel out none the wiser. If you can't lose them, I'll help you once I'm out. Corvus, you're on demolitions. All of these bombs," she shook the small explosive device in her hands, "are going to be attached to the shit birds you don't like. You're going to pilot them into and under the escorts. Once armed, the bombs go off when the red wire is pulled out. Just get your shitty birds to either collide into something hard or pull out the wire with their beaks. And stages are just taking control of the transport, pulling out a disguised Animus and creating a distraction, then everyone getting the fuck out of dodge. Just remember: we're going to make it look like Animus died."

And with that, it was time for the mission to begin. With a ton of explosives strapped to birds, Sharkboy and Wonderland placed neatly at the garage (if he agreed to the plan; villains weren't exactly the most cooperative), and the helicopter within close range of the transport, it was time for everything to begin. First up was Quinn; under the cover of explosive birds dealing with the transport's escorts, Quinn leapt a considerable distance from the helicopter to the transport. As she fell, her tail thickened and coiled. Timing was everything. Until the very last second, it remained coiled and ready to strike. Then, when she was only a fraction of a second away from brutally striking the roof of the transport, her tail extended with considerable force. The roof dented and Quinn rolled from the front all the way to the back, catching herself before she could fall off. Carefully reaching into her bag of many things, she pulled out a small disc with a circuit board on it and placed it on the back window. She could only hope that he allies wouldn't make asses of themselves and completely ruin their rescue.

Arachne || Judith Astera

@Aviaire@Ryonara

"Oooh, we're skipping classes~ That's some villainous behaviooure." Judith teased the two. Well, there was no point in delaying the hard, gumshoed detective work. She picked up her satchel with a great big tug and slung it over her shoulder. With a hop, skip, and a less-than-enthusiastic and rather pathetic second hop, she was off to the parking lot

The car that Damien had drove was definitely not a teenager's car. 100%, it was a daddy's money car. Well, no sense making fun of the car. That wasn't Judith's style. Well, that and getting kicked out of a free ride kinda sucked. When he pulled up to the pick up lane, Judith walked around to the passenger side door and entered the car. Eira talked about what they were about what their plan was (and the lack therefor of her own) and her own worries. Was it going to be dangerous? Well, they were just asking around about a few bad guys, weren't they? It wasn't like they were going to stumble around and do some really bad things to bad people.

"It's gonna be fiiine~ Besides, my little source of information is soft and lovable. No other man is as helpful as him~!"
