• Weapons: Sonic Vibroblade: A blade that vibrates at the speed of sound, making it an ideal weapon for cutting into GMG flesh with every swing. Is sharp enough to cut through solid steel like warm butter, making most GMG hides ineffectual in defense.
Energy Missiles: From her wings falls the wrath of the heavens, a swarm of plasma based projectiles can be deployed from her jetpack for use in midrange combat. An excellent tool for when getting close to the GMG is not an option.
• Inventory: Energy Hook: After being inspired by the grappling hook used by Tactical Agents, Utena made use of MFF resources to develop this hook for use in subduing weakened GMGs. After hooking into the flesh of a GMG, Utena can fly around the GMG to tie them up and prepare them for transport without needing to cripple the GMG entirely. When asked what inspired her to do this she simply responded "I saw it in a movie once."
• Background: There are many who join the MFF for revenge. A GMG has wronged them in some way, so they join the MFF to exact justice upon the monsters or to make sure they never hurt someone again. Some join out of a sense of duty, perhaps they see it as everyone's duty to do what they can to protect society from the GMGs.

Utena's reasons for joining the MFF are unknown, but what is known is that she quickly rose through the ranks as one of the most talented members to be produced in the history of the MFF. She got top marks in every test in the academy, she proposed revolutionary new ideas and tactics for subduing GMGs, she was even one of the first people to push to capture the GMGs so they could be studied. So why does she do all this? Why has she dedicated her whole life to capturing GMGs and defending society? If she was ever asked, she would tell them.
