Mary caught on quickly that Leda was wanting her to not make a comment or anything about her and Rebecca's relationship, especially not at the moment. She understood that sort of thing, considering the fact that now they seemed to be talking about the funeral for Ash. Personally, she hadn't really understood much about Ash, the girl had seemed somewhat annoying, constantly asking random questions that didn't seem to matter all too much. Sure, there was nothing wrong with that, and she hadn't really gotten to know the kid, but she probably shouldn't voice those sort of things.

Glancing over at Andy, she could tell that the girl seemed to be having some troubles coming to terms with this. The sad thing was that this sort of thing, well it wasn't entirely uncommon. Demigods died just like everyone else, just a lot of the times those deaths involved monsters in some shape or form. She walked over to stand by Andy, as she saw the girl as sort of a little sister, and decided to just ask her one question. "...Are you going to be okay Andy?" she asked. Part of her wondered if she should ask Arthur something similar, but he seemed to be handling it a lot better then she was.

Jason and Janelle Gauger

Jason was not thrilled still, despite the reassurances everyone else seemed to be trying to give him. Sure, the fact that he trusted Kristen to make sure Janelle didn't end up dead or something. That only made him feel slightly better, but for the most part, internally at the least, he was freaking out. However he stayed somewhat silent, figuring the fact that Janelle would probably see about smacking him or something with her new cane which looked like it would probably hurt a lot more then the old one.

"Training now would be probably a good idea..." she said with a small laugh towards Kristen, giving her another smile. Though she didn't need to be a mind reader to know what was going through her brother's mind, and part of that made her want to laugh even more. He could be so ridiculous in her mind sometimes, but she did know that he meant well over all. "Hey, don't worry so much Jason, it'll be fine. Lighten up a little bit."

"Wow Janey, so nice to me aren't you? Alright fine, whatever you say," he said with a bit of an eye roll now. He looked over at Zeke when he made a comment about Lauryn being a metalhead. Okay, he had known this guy really for a whole 5 minutes and he was already getting on his nerves somewhat. From the looks on just about everyone else's faces, he wasn't the only one slightly annoyed by it. Though the fact that Kristen didn't seem to care for the guy did not make him feel better about Janelle going on the quest.

Janelle just listened to the voices of everyone else quietly, figuring they all knew more about this sort of thing then she did, considering the fact that it sounded like they'd been on a quest before. A small part of her still was questioning why she had volunteered in the first place, but there wasn't really any going back now. She had volunteered for it, and now she was going to follow through with it. Of course, she hoped for the best, that nothing bad happened while they were off on the quest, but odds were something might happen. It was all about waiting to see what would happen.

Camp Half-Blood, Aphrodite Cabin:

In the Aphrodite Cabin things were pretty busy, some of Mona's siblings were looking at some clothes, while some of them were looking for things to help out with the funeral service. Though the shroud was already covered, they were working on picking out some flowers at the moment as well. Alannah was also in the cabin, her attention turned slightly seeing Mona there and gave her a slight smile, and walked over towards her. "How are you doing?" She asked, remembering that she was with the same group that came with Ash from that school as well.

Thresa wasn't in the cabin at the moment, she ran a hand through her hair slightly and looked outside of the window, overlooking the arena seeing some of the campers were grabbing the wood and bringing it over there. "Also saw you volunteering for the trip to Camp Jupiter, I was thinking of going to in the morning, need some help getting packed up?" She offered.

Kristin Reynolds

Location: Camp Half-Blood, The Arena

Kristin smiled a bit, they could do some good with training looking over at Jason. "You can come train a little bit to if you'd like." Kristin offered, seeing as they were siblings and they were going to be separated from each other for awhile until they finished their quest. She nodded a little bit at Zeke when he told her that she was fine, Kristin had been friends with her since she had been at camp as well. Rebecca came over to join the group as well, and looked over at Jason and Janelle she smiled a little bit and gestured towards her. "Not sure if you were introduced yet or not, but this is Rebecca."

She thought a little bit on what they would be needing for the trip, she wasn't sure where they would even find her, the last time anyone saw her was in St. Louis but that was years ago. "Any kind of potions would be nice, and anything you think would be useful." Kristin said looking at Zeke and smirked a bit. "Some crystals would be good for Zeke." She said jokingly.

Kiera Donovan

Location: Camp Half-Blood, The Arena -> Hades Cabin

Kiera wasn't sure what Ash had done with her things in the cabin, but she was willing to help out with whatever there was for her former classmate and friend. Tammy smiled towards Leda and nodded, as she started to make her way towards the cabin as well, Kiera following shortly behind her as well. Inside the cabin looked like it was a cemetary kind of theme, Ash's things were all left where she had them for the past week. Tammy would give Leda a slight nudge towards Kiera, the girl did seem to be pretty quiet now that they were in the cabin itself.

Kiera looked down slightly though she remained pretty quiet, it was still really weird seeing all of her things there, and she didn't really want to disturb what she had in the cabin just yet. Tammy then decided to speak up looking mostly at Andy, Kiera and Arthur. "Since you three knew her best, you should look for what she liked and Leda and I can take it from there." She offered, Kiera nodded and started to look around before finding her parasol that she always had on her.

Ezekiel Kel

Location: The Arena ---> The Armory -- Camp Half-Blood

Ezekiel was also about to invite Jason to come and train with them, if anything to keep the numbers even but the leader of the damn place spoke up before he could. That was fine, but her giving suggestions on potions was not. That was not her wheelhouse or area of expertise. They were Rebecca’s and the medicine was Ezekiel’s. This quest was already going to hell. ”Do you even know what crystals do Kristen?” He shook his head and headed to the armory. He was tired of her know it all attitude. She didn’t know it all and if she kept pretending she did, one of them would end up dead.
Ezekiel made it the armory and found Juan. He looked a bit of the jock and Ezekiel smirked a little as his sidled up next to him. ”Juan! Heading out for a quest, could I get my hands on a couple sets of arrows and how’s my bow looking?”
Juan was looking around the armory, for something, before turning his head when Zeke came in and smirked a little bit before pulling him into a headlock and gave him a nuggie. "Yep, your bow is fine, right where you usually keep it, and a quiver of arrows as well for ya Zekey."
”Gah, seriously man! Not the damned hair!” Ezekiel placed hands on Juan’s oversized triceps and pushed on his hold to try and squirm out of it. They were children, all of them. "Can you please stop acting like a five-year-old!"

🌈 Leda Storm 🌈

Location: Camp Half-Blood - the Arena -> Hades Cabin

Leda nodded a bit at Andy's concern - it was understandable. "I bet Ash would be chuffed just to know that you're there, if you can't think of something to say - sometimes people tell stories, stuff like that," Leda offered gently. She had seen a few demigods' funerals in her time at Camp Half-Blood and they were never the happiest affairs. Walking with her younger friend, she headed away from the arena and to the cabins, glad to put her ex-girlfriend behind her. Mary was walking with them and she was being sensitive and kind to Andy, something that Leda appreciated.

The Hades Cabin was a bit on the creepy side - Leda shuddered slightly as she entered. The atmosphere was oppressively gothic, an environment where Halloween never ended. The greys and blacks were saddening, as Leda enjoyed the vibrant colors of rainbows and the warmth of light on her skin. This place looked more like Dracula's lair than a home. Her sister nudged her towards Kiera and Leda considered for a moment continuing to hold a grudge over the reaction to Ash's death, but Kiera was rather cute. She walked on over next to her. "You ever used one of those, luv?" she asked, referring to the parasol in Kiera's hands.

✨ Rebecca Eventide ✨

Location: Camp Half-Blood - the Arena -> Hecate Cabin
Skills: N/A

Rebecca tilted her head slightly at Zeke, disappointed by his skepticism when it came to crystals. She expected as much from younger demigods, but Zeke had been at Camp Half-Blood for a long time. It was a pity to see his mind so closed to the possibilities of magic. Kristin requested potions, something that Rebecca figured would not be too hard to procure for them. Rebecca smiled slightly at the two new demigods. "Blessed to meet you," she greeted, noting that one of them was blind. One of her siblings who arrived recently happened to be blind as well. "I'll go fetch some potions." If Zeke slighted her one more time, she would curse him, her own sort of rule of three.

The walk back to her cabin was pleasant, yet hardly as beautiful as the cabin itself. Its stones all had magical writings on them, the bricks primed to explode if dropped (or to otherwise transfigure bystanders into trees). Of all the cabins, it was the most flexible one, as it could instantly be customized and reconfigured - it was even bigger on the inside! Heading on in, Rebecca waved slightly to her siblings as she went to the potions cupboard, pulling out the potions she found that could be of use to those going on the quest. They were largely healing potions, but some were meant to act as stimulants as well.

Rebecca then next looked for some herbs - hoping for ones dealing with strength, clarity, endurance, and luck. Those were the attributes that she figured would bring them the most success on this dangerous quest. Fortune must have been smiling on her as well, as Rebecca managed to find those herbs exactly and she collected them into little vials, labeling each with its function. "Perhaps Zeke should acquire some clarity now," she mused to herself, taking a moment to be alone with her thoughts before she would go off to find the questers to give them these items.

Andy

Location: the cabins -> Hades Cabin

Andy tried to smile at Mary and give her a brave face. "I'll be okay." She said, her voice soft. Andy didn't know if she would or wouldn't be okay. She did know she was feeling more than she wanted to. She wanted to just not care about it, but she couldn't. Andy half followed Leda, surprised the older girl wasn't zipping around faster than any of them could keep up.

Arriving at Ash's cabin she was surprised that there were several other people there, already going through Ash's stuff. At least it seemed they were doing it respectfully. Andy wanted to just hide behind someone, but there wasn't anyone for her to do that to. She had lost track of Demetri which worried her. For a second her stomach twisted and she feared the worst had happened to her brother.

Demetri Rowan Howell

Location: Arena > Aphrodite Cabin

Demetri wasnt sure what to do. Everything seemed to be moving so fast that he couldnt keep up. His mind kept playing the scenes over and over again, thinking of Thanatos, Tartarus, and how this would all come to be. Andy and Arthur seemed to be well taken care of by the campers around them. It was clear that this was more common than some wished to admit, but the numbness to it all hadnt been instilled in him yet. He watched as another camper was also standing, looking lost on what to do or say or where to go. He decided to walk up to Mona, and see if they could keep each other company in these times. His hands were in his pants pockets as he stood near her, staring forward not focusing on anything in particular.

"This is all mad right? I cant be the only one who sees how fucked it is that everyone seems to be acting like this death is just another typical week right?" He looked down on the ground and kicked a pebble away from himself. Watching it as it tumbled away leaving small divots in the ground as it skidded away. "Not really sure what to expect tonight...nor do I know what lays before us tomorrow. All I know is what has been told to me and what news was brought to the campers. But this is bigger than Ash,I can see that now. They dont seem to want to say it out loud but I think this is all connected. Our mission, Ash, and the vision. All of it. We need this Roman mission to go well..."

Arthur Stanford

Location:Arena -> Hades' Cabin

Arthur didn't exactly have a response to Rebecca's question about anything she should bring. Crystals, he had thought, sounded pretty, but he didn't think they were much good for anything. He just faltered, and deferred to the others to ascertain what they needed for this coming journey. As they neared Hades' cabin, he felt himself growing smaller. This was gonna be rough, and he didn't quite have the emotional energy to deal with him. As they entered the cabin, he stuck close to Andy, needing her more than anything right now.

Looking upon the room, his heart sank into his chest. There was something poetic about the scene, all the things that made Ash who she was were still here, but she was not. The thought, that your stuff doesn't leave with you when you do, resonated with something in him. All that was left of her now, was an echo, that was already preparing to dissipate at they figured out which of her things should be buried with her. As he saw Kiera with his sister's parasol, he twitched for a moment, wanting to snatch it out of her hands, but he held himself back. "That.. That should go with her, she'd like that, I think." He choked out, just holding back tears.

It actually hadn't occurred to Mona to pack for the trip. She intended on bringing her weapon and maybe some basic gear, but this trip was probably going to be a long one, so maybe she should pack. "Yeah, that might be good. I don't really know what to pack for a trip like this." How long would they be gone? She had assumed the other camp would be relatively close by, but maybe it was farther away. But then couldn't they use the chariots? Or other vehicles?

She hadn't expected any of her other siblings to give her the time of day, but Alannah came over. "Could be better, I suppose. First funeral where I actually cared for the person that died." It may have sounded harsh, but she never considered her adoptive family her real family, so any members there who passed she didn't necessarily miss. Granted, she was sad anyone died, but she didn't mourn them. This was different. Ash wasn't a friend, per se, but she was one of hers from before this.

She deserved more.

"Are you sure Andy? I'm here if you ever need to talk or something... Okay?" she said softly to Andy, giving the girl a small smile. Getting used to people dying, well, it more of was never something you'd ever get used to. It was more or less just something you learned to deal with. There was no problem in showing your emotions, but it seemed like maybe hiding what was going through her head was what Andy wanted to do. If that was the case, then so be it, she'd just be supportive of her.

She followed along with the others, heading towards the Hades Cabin. Mary stayed by Andy somewhat, in order to keep an eye on her. It seemed like this was the first time she ever really lost anyone or something, which she was somewhat glad about. It was never a good thing if someone, especially at Andy's age, ever really went to multiple funerals. That sort of thing was never easy, and it never ever would get easier, no matter how hard one would hope.

Jason nodded his head slightly, giving Rebecca a bit of a smile as Kristen introduced who she was to them. She seemed like she was nice enough, and currently of the people near him, she seemed alright for the most part, especially considering the fact that the only person he didn't seem to really care for at the moment that he had met was Zeke. Seriously how was it possible for someone to be that annoying? It didn't seem possible. "It's nice to meet you."

Janelle turned her head towards the direction of Rebecca's voice, and nodded her head slightly. "It's nice to meet you too..." She heard Rebecca leave the area of sorts to go see about finding the potions that Kristen had requested. Zeke had headed off somewhere else too, of course after saying something about whether or not Kristen knew what crystals did or whatever. All of that was more interesting, and said a bit about the people she would be traveling with overall.

"...Okay, going to be somewhat blunt. Based on what I have heard and seen, I can definitely say I do not care much for that guy," he said instantly, referring to Zeke once he was sure that the guy was out of earshot. This was something he wasn't too thrilled about, but well, it couldn't be helped all too much now could it? Zeke was going on the quest with his sister whether he wanted him too or not. There was nothing he could do about that.

"Be nice Jason... He might not be all that bad, okay? I mean really, we've only been here for a few hours at most, not too long, so maybe you should see about giving people a chance before you decide stuff like that," Janelle chided her brother, shaking her head slightly in his direction. Of course he would think something like that. He always had been quick to judge others, no matter how short of a time he had known someone.

Camp Half-Blood, Aphrodite Cabin & The Arena:

"Losing someone is never really easy." Alannah said softly as she looked over seeing Demetri coming into the room, and gave him a slight smile and nod towards him. "Camp Jupiter is over on the other side of the country, so it'll take awhile to get there." Alannah said to the two of them. As she turned around and then started to leave the Aphrodite Cabin, and went to get things packed up for the evening, she decided that she would join them as well, having been to Camp Jupiter twice in the past.

There was another horn now that announced that the funeral was ready to get started, and everyone started to get ready and head over to the service now as well. Everyone started to gather up at the arena now, and everyone was seated, Chiron started to give a somber speech about what had happened. And that she was now in a much better place, in the center of the arena was where they had all of her things there, and her body wrapped in the burial shroud for Ash' body. Chiron then picked up a torch and started to light the stack of wood on fire, while everyone remained quiet the entire time. Kiera sat in the front row, with Kristin who she started to try and comfort after finally breaking down seeing her friend dying

Camp Half-Blood, The Next Day:

During the night Kristin, Janelle and Ezkiel would all see each other in the same dream, they would be able to see that they were in what looked like a space museum of some kind. There would be several people overlooking one of the exhibits there and it looked like it was night time as well, but one person would stand out to them. There was what looked to be an overly obese woman, carrying a purse and what looked like a chihuahua poking it's head out of the purse. "Yes, we are getting ready soon." The woman said, as the group of people shifted slightly and started to appear like monsters of various kinds. "My children are ready as well for them to and will make sure that they don't make it to Jupiter as well."

The chihuahua would then turn to look at the three of them, before jumping out of the bag and shifting into a Chimera, growling at the three of them, as the woman turned around and faced them. "It looks like someone is sticking their nose in where it doesn't belong." The Chimera went to tackle the three of them, before the dream suddenly ended.

The morning was still pretty somber from the night before, but everyone seemed to be going on about their business as usual, Lauryn was tending to one of the chariots groaning a little bit, while Alannah was there as well looking down at her fellow counselor. "What happened?" She asked looking over at her friend as Lauryn got out from under it and shrugged slightly. "It still needs to be fixed up a bit more, but we don't really have enough chairots either for everyone to." Lauryn said, as Alannah sighed a little bit and nodded. "We will just go the old fashion way then." Alannah said while she waited for everyone else.

Kristin Reynolds

Location: Camp Half-Blood, Athena Cabin -> Divine Cabins

Kristin quickly shot out from her bed and rubbed her eyes a little bit and groaned, the dream was still really unnerving for her to see, as she remembered pretty much what had happened. And the dream did sound really ominous for those who were going to Camp Jupiter as well, Kristin went to get changed into some regular clothes opting to not wear the camp shirt. She had a feeling where they might be going to find Echidna as well. Grabbing her backpack, the training with Janelle went pretty well as well but they would have to work quiet a bit still as well.

Kristin made her way out seeing Alannah and Lauryn tending to one of the chariots that they used to get the newbies out of their school and overheard their conversation which sounded like they would have to take awhile to get there the old way. "How are you guys?" Kristin asked as the two of them shrugged a little bit while Kristin adjusted her backpack slightly as she waited for the others it was a pretty big group that was leaving.

Kiera Donovan

Location: Camp Half-Blood, Poseidon Cabin

Kiera woke up in her cabin alone, after breaking down the night before she didn't really know how to react to Ash's death the day before when it initially happened. She slowly got out of her bed looking around the cabin did feel a little bit calming and felt like she was at the beach. She had packed up her things, the night before and made her way to get changed as well as her backpack and left her cabin, seeing everyone was out and about already.

Kiera made her way towards Kristin seeing Alannah there as well as Lauryn, she wasn't sure how long it would take to get across the country without those chariots. "Good morning you guys." Kiera said softly as she stretched out slightly looking at the three of them which they gave her a friendly smile and wave towards her. "Morning." Alannah said.

Ezekiel Kel

Location: Apollo Cabin ---> The Big House -- Camp Half-Blood

The funeral service had been, nice. Ezekiel stowed away his chosen weapons, grateful for the horn that allowed him to be free from Juan’s headlock. Ezekiel still couldn’t really believe that the girl had died and so brutally by the sounds of it. He never liked that creepy talking skull anyways, so at least that thing was gone. He had remained silent and respectful while the ceremony went on and even stayed a bit longer to offer up a prayer before he procured the potions and herbs from Rebecca. He put them in a bag before going to the Big House to gather up some more medical essentials before he went to the training area to meet up with the others. It had been a good way to blow off steam as well as figure out how to fight off of each other. Ezekiel knew Kristen’s fighting well but Janelle was the odd one out but he felt better about that after the training.
During the night Ezekiel had been plagued by a dream and judging by who was with him, Janelle and Kristen were having the same dream as well. They were bystanders up until the end, watching a large woman with her dog speak to someone before the dog shifted and turned on them, signalling to the woman that there other people present. Before she could react though, the dream suddenly ended and Ezekiel was awake.
The sun was streaming in through a gap in the curtains of Ezekiel’s cabin. It took him a moment to register where he was after waking so abruptly. He ran over the dream in his head as he laid in bed, trying to piece some of it together. The woman’s face had been a bit of a blur; although, she had been fairly large and the hidden Chimera in her purse was hard to miss. What she spoke of though, Ezekiel knew it had something to do with the others leaving to go to Jupiter. Ezekiel threw back the covers and quickly dressed. He pulled on jeans and a long sleeved, maroon coloured shirt before he pulled his normal beanie over his head and ran to the Big House.
”Mr. D, Chiron!!” he called out.

🌈 Leda Storm 🌈 and ✨ Rebecca Eventide ✨

Location: Camp Half-Blood - Divine Cabins
Skills: N/A

Leda had had some trouble sleeping the night before. The funeral had gone about as well as had been expected and while Leda hadn't really known Ash, she still felt bad about a little kid dying on the hill. She had taken her Harry Potter book and used a soft beam of rainbow light to read until she fell asleep finally a few hours past midnight. Her dreams had been strange, filled with hippogriffs and time turners. She always figured that she would have been a Ravenclaw if she attended Hogwarts. Despite her dyslexia, Leda adored reading and she considered herself to be at least moderately creative. When she woke up that morning, her book covering her face, Leda zipped around at top speed as she got packed, figuring it could be a while before she returned to Camp Half-blood.

There was a chance she would never return, but Leda tried not to think about that.

Rebecca meanwhile had had a pleasant night's sleep. After the funeral, she had meditated and prayed to her mother, the triple goddess, for guidance. She had already delivered the potions and ingredients she had found to Kristin, trusting that she would distribute them to the rest of those undertaking the quest. Rebecca's meditation had yielded no answers, but it had given her a calm peace of mind and always helped her feel more in tune with her surroundings and the universe at large. In the morning, she repeated her meditation and prayed to her mother again, before gathering her items and leaving the Hecate Cabin. They were supposed to gather where the chariots were stored, yet Rebecca was curious as to how they would travel in such a large group.

She smiled, seeing that a few had already assembled. "Blessed morning," Rebecca greeted. "Have you all read your horoscopes for the day?" Rebecca asked. She was born on the 30th of April, meaning that she was a Taurus. Her horoscope had indicated she would have an additional ability that day to see through lies and the need to remain vigilante about seeking the truth. As they were heading into the mortal world and the Mist would be concealing monsters, Rebecca felt that the wisdom from the stars was apt on this occasion. "Or perhaps consulted a star chart? I could help you with your zodiac sign, if you'd like," she then offered Kiera.

Leda then joined the small group with a flash. She decided to stand next to Kiera, partially because it allowed her to not be right not to her ex-girlfriend. "How's everything looking?" she asked, mostly inquiring about the chariots. There were so many people leaving today that she doubted they'd all be able to fit. She had an image of a poor pegasus being strapped to a car in order to transport them all. Most people weren't here yet and she smirked a bit, amused with the thought that Zeke might have overslept on the day of his quest.

Demetri Rowan Howell

Location: Zeus Cabin > Apollo Cabin > Big House?
Skills: Shapeshifting

The funeral service was nice. Not in a happy kind of way, but in the cathartic sense that many funerary services tended to be. Demetri clung outside in the shadows, away from groups or people, not wanting to be seen or spoken to. There was so much going through his mind that he wasnt sure how to process any of it. Was now her time? Was she greeted by Thanatos and her father with open arms as she was given a seat next to Hades? Was this Echidnas doing, controlling a creature of hers to reap Ashs life sooner than expected? Or could this have all been prevented had he only stayed behind with her to help protect her. He wasnt sure of any of this, but he was aware that she was happy and for now that would be enough.

The next morning Demetri arose earlier than Arthur and Andy. His face in a cold sweat as he was plagued by nightmares of Zeke dying due to arrogance in his mission. This wasnt some B-rate monster they were chasing, and that made him more than nervous for the group. Demetri got up, grabbed some female clothes from his trunk and quietly changed. He shifted into a bird and made his way towards the Apollo cabin, peering into the window where a crack lay and noting that Zeke had already left for the morning. He began to circle the air, his raven eyes searching for any sign of the golden boy until he heard his voice calling out to Mr. D, and Chrion. Demetri plummeted down towards the ground and shifted into a Raven haired girl, looking around for the source of the voice. With no luck she began to call out to him. "Zeke! Ezekiel! Where are you?"

Andy

Location: Zeus Cabin

Andy woke and for a blissful moment, she forgot her best friend was dead. And then it all came crashing back. The funeral had been...well a funeral. Andy had never been to one before so it wasn't like she could compare it to any others she had been to before, but at least nothing dramatic had happened. She turned over to look for her brother but found him gone. Then she saw that Arthur was still asleep, but seemed to be stirring. He would be awake soon Andy suspected.

She got up and went to the bathroom real quick. Not wanting to be in there when Arthur woke up. She changed out of her sleepwear and was sitting on her bed again to put on her shoes. And then she waited for Arthur to wake up. To ask him to go to breakfast with her. She didn't want to be alone. She didn't want him to be alone.

"Hungry?" Was all she said when he finally did wake.

Mona kept company with Demetri until it was time for the funeral. The service itself was nice. She hoped she didn't have to attend another one any time soon, but it was respectful for Ash. When it was done, Mona didn't feel like doing much else other than returning to her cabin and hopping into her bed for some thoughts. The journey to the Roman camp would take a long time apparently, what would they see and do? This seemed intense for a group of teenagers.

The next day, she got up around the same time as everyone else. She gathered her packed things, thankful for the extra help, and went outside to wait with the others. She wasn't accustomed to these missions and didn't know where to go and what to do. She glanced around, keeping an eye out for her people. She hoped they wouldn't have to travel on foot the entire way, but she had a feeling this journey wouldn't be as easy as that.

Arthur Stanford

Location:Zeus' Cabin

The funeral was not an easy thing for Arthur, but having friends and people to support him there let him make it through. Happy to have been granted a stay in the Zeus cabin along with Andy, he didn't speak much before passing out. He didn't have the mental or emotional energy for anything like that. He wish he were granted a restful sleep, but he wasn't. Thoughts of Ash kept him from sleeping for too long, between images of her body, and overwhelming sadness, he couldn't calm himself down. Tears stained the pillow he exhaustively clinged to, not so much waking up, as giving up on the notion of falling asleep.

Arthur looked over blankly at Andy as she asked if was hungry. He wanted to say no, to lay in bed. He wanted to have the strength to say yes, an get up ready to face the next day. Neither of those things, would be his course of action though, he just inhaled, and said, "I guess." This would be the hardest part, he told himself, continuing business as usual after what had happened. This is was the part nobody thought about, when considering the tragedy that is death. There's the shock of the loss of a loved one, and then the eternity after, so if he thought about it that way, he was halfway through all of this.

Marygold Isley

Location: Camp Half-Blood - Demeter Cabin -> The Divine Cabins
Skills: N/A

The funeral had been a fairly simple affair for the most part. She hadn't known who Ash was as a person, but she knew that she meant a lot to Andy, so she was determined to be supportive of Andy if she needed her. After the funeral, Mary had seen to getting prepared for the trip to Camp Jupiter, so that she didn't have anything that she really needed to do in the morning. Making sure her bag was ready and she had her sword nearby so that she wouldn't forget it. Hopefully everything would be somewhat simple, but knowing their luck, odds were that they would be having more then a few problems.

The next morning, she made sure that she had everything, before heading out of the Demeter cabin to see about finding where everyone else was over by the chariots. Glancing around at everyone else who had gathered already, she rolled her eyes slightly at Rebecca's comment about horoscopes. "Honestly, I've never really paid any attention to those sorts of things.. How are you all doing? Ready to get going places or whatever?" she asked, looking over at everyone there, and taking into account everyone who wasn't there yet.

Janelle Gauger

Location: Camp Half-Blood - Hypnos Cabin -> The Divine Cabins
Skills: N/A

She hadn't really paid much attention to the funeral the night before, only really paying her respects to the person who had died, having never known the girl. Afterwards, she went along with her cabin mates to the Hypnos cabin and then went to sleep. That was something that Janelle had always loved, even when it came to being blind. That one thing, was falling asleep and being able to enter the world of dreams, a place where she always had been able to see, using her imagination to fill in the world around her, but this time, this time it was different.

This time she had a dream, where she was in a different sort of place, one she wasn't familiar with. Glancing over at those near her, she was a bit surprised to see two people, who based on descriptions from her brother earlier could only be Zeke and Kristen. What happened in the dream was a bit concerning, and she wasn't too sure what exactly to do based on everything. However, the next morning she figured that odds were that she would need to talk to Kristen and Zeke about it. Now, she brushed her hair slightly, having a slight bit of bedhead, but considering she never could see her reflection, it didn't even really matter to her how she looked. Janelle left the cabin after dressing in simple jeans and a t-shirt and headed out, using her new cane to maneuver around. Eventually, using her ears, she heard Kristen's voice and walked over. "Good morning," she said simply, giving her (and everyone else) a slight smile.

Jason Gauger

Location: Camp Half-Blood - Ares Cabin -> The Divine Cabins
Skills: N/A

He wasn't too sure still about Janelle going off on a quest with a grand total of only 2 other people to somewhat depend on to make sure that she didn't end up getting herself killed or something. Jason knew that he could be a bit over protective of her (okay, a lot over protective) but that was just kind of how things were. Growing up, he'd always been there to keep an eye on her, in order to ensure that no one really tried to pull anything or whatever. Especially after their parents died in that fire what felt like just days ago still, despite it having been a while. Somethings never really just went away, no matter how hard you tried.

The next morning, he woke up in the Ares cabin, and more then ready to already get out of the camp. It wasn't that bad of a place to be, but it never seemed to be a place he really wanted to stick around in for long, at least not yet anyway. Then again, he never had felt like he had fit in in the U.S, preferring their old home and life back in Ireland. He headed out of the cabin and decided to see about finding out where his sister was, and hopefully seeing about wishing her luck on her quest. Eventually, he found his way over to where several others were, and where he saw his sister. "Hey there Janey," he said to her with a slight smile.

"Oh hey there Jason," she said simply, looking over at him.

"You ready to go off or whatever?"

"Maybe? Not too sure honestly..." Well that was a totally reassuring thing to hear his sister say.

Camp Half-Blood, Zeus' Cabin:

Inside the Zeus' cabin was fairly quiet for the time being, with just Andy and Arthur in the room and Demetri had gone off to go and search for Zeke. There was a knock on the door and Eva the head counselor for the Demeter Cabin stuck her head in seeing the two youngest of the new group. "Hey are the two of you alright?" Eva asked as she walked into the cabin and leaned herself up against the wall while looking up at the ceiling seeing the clouds there, and hearing the sound of the occasional thunder and lightening strike. Her eyes wondering over at the statue of Zeus, she always did got uncomfortable with the statue of him in there.

"Breakfast should be nearly done now, if you two want to head out there and grab something to eat before you guys leave for Camp Jupiter." Eva suggested, when she felt a tap on her shoulder seeing a half sister of hers who had asked her where to find some gardening stuff. Eva told her where it would be, before looking back at the two of them. "Anyway see you guys later and good luck." Eva said giving the two of them a friendly smile before running off.

Camp Half-Blood, Just Outside the Big House:

Chiron was about to get out of the Big House when he heard Zeke calling out for his name and Mr. D's as well, though he had not returned since the night before. Which left him to run the camp, for the time being which wasn't really the first time that he has been able to do that before. "What can I do for you Zeke?" Chiron asked as he rolled himself over to the porch of the Big House and motioned for him to sit. When he heard another voice coming from somewhere nearby seeing a dark haired girl coming around, he hadn't seen her before but took awhile to know who it was.

To Zeke he wouldn't know who the girl actually was though, and looked over at Zeke, when Rosie started to walk down the nearby trail and approached them. "Good morning." Rosie said as she looked at Zeke and Demetri, though she didn't know that it was Demetri either as she walked over and pulled up a chair while looking at Zeke. "Wheres Kristin and Janelle?" Rosie then asked, surprised that he hadn't met up with the two of them yet either.

Kristin Reynolds
&
Kiera Donovan

Location: Camp Half-Blood, Divine Cabins

Kristin turned her attention over towards Janelle and gave her a smile, as well as Jason. "Good morning you two." She said as she adjusted her backpack slightly. "Are you already and packed?" Kristin asked the two of them, though it was mostly directed at Janelle since she would be traveling with her and Zeke. The training had gone fairly well, though they would of course have to train some more while they were there. Seeing Rebecca as well as Leda both coming up, Kristin was glad to have the things that Rebecca had supplied for them on their quest.

"Thank you for the supplies Rebecca." Kristin said to her, though Kristin shook her head a little bit at the horoscope mentioning, she wasn't really into that stuff to much. Though a part of her was wondering where Zeke was as well as she looked around they would have to meet up pretty soon as well. She noticed Mona coming up to them now as well and smiled waving at her. "Good morning, how are you?" Kirstin asked Desdemona.

Kiera turned her attention towards Rebecca and gave the girl a slight smile and shook her head a little bit, she hadn't really done the whole horoscope thing either. "I hadn't really looked but, I know mine is a Cancer that's about all I really know."Kiera said, when Leda she gave the girl a smile. "Good morning, did you sleep well Leda?" Kiera asked her, when she asked both Lauryn and Alannah how things were looking, she wasn't sure how many chariots that they actually had with them that could take them over to this other camp. "Hopefully there is enough chairots or something for everyone." Kiera said, when Alannah turned to look at Lauryn and she quickly remembered something that they both had been working with together and a few other Hephaestus and Athena campers as well.

"Actually forgot we had something big enough for travel with this large of a group." Lauryn said as she stood up looking at Kristin and Janelle for a moment. "You two should find Zeke or something." Alannah also spoke up, Kiera looked at them and then over at Leda wondering what they were talking about, before Lauryn quickly made her way off to somewhere else. "Meet up at the beach in like thirty minutes or so."

Ezekiel Kel

Location: The Big House -- Camp Half-Blood

Chiron came out of the Big House and Ezekiel set his pack down before taking the offered seat. ”Thanks Chiron. I had another vision last night, well, it was in my dream but I am certain it was a vision,” he stated. He was about to start explaining when a raven-haired girl walked around the corner, calling his name. Ezekiel looked at her a bit confused. She was, well to be blunt she was damn hot and Ezekiel blinked dumbly, at a loss for words. ”Do I know you?” he asked lamely. Rosie joined the trio a short while later and Ezekiel was brought back to the present.
He shook his head, leaving the image of playing the guitar to serenade this girl out of his mind. The dream from last night, right. He relayed his dream to Chiron. ”The woman was blurred but she knew us and seemed to know what the three of us were going to do, whatever that is. What do you think it means?” Ezekiel was a little more than nervous going on this quest and to have had a dream like he had last night, about people knowing the three of them was not sitting well with him and it had only left him more confused and in desperate need of answers.

Demetri Rowan Howell

Location: Big House
Skills: Shapeshifting

The raven haired girl took a half step forward, clutching the white hem of her shirt as she looked away from the golden haired demi-god. They were opposites, no reason in the world as to why they should be attracted, and yet, here she was...he was... heart fluttering as Demetri worried about what to say. He didn't expect an audience, and that made speaking that much harder. No, they were already here so there was no backing down now. She took several more steps forward, standing before Zeke unsure of what to do next. Why did they choose to wear a short skirt today? "I...I...I hope I'm not interrupting anything. It's just." Her gaze slowly moved down, away from Zekes eyes and towards the ground. She back off another half step as she pulled one of the lawn chairs from the deck and moved it in front of Zeke, sitting down before it and crossing her fair skinned legs nearly forgetting the length of the skirt chosen for today.

She leaned forward, clasping Zekes hands in hers, they were warmer than hers as the blood rushed up to her cheeks and they began to turn pink. "Listen it's not like I like you or anything ok? Its just...well, this mission sounds real dangerous and you're a great healer and all but..." her grip tightened against his hands as she looked into his eyes before continuing. "Please be safe, and promise me you'll make it back ok? I don't think I could handle another night like yesterday." Demetri's hand found it's way into her shirt as she pulled out a black braided bracelet with a few evil eye beads woven into it. Why did female clothes never have pockets? It was embarrassing to have to hold things there. She placed the band around his wrist and began to tie it into place as he sat there with a look of stupor. "Its an evil eye, its said to protect the wearer from misfortune or reflect back any ill givings someone may try and place upon you. Please wear it while you're on your mission...for me?"
