Guin Stark

Location: Stark Tower - the Roof
Skills: Telepathy
Guin didn't have the heart to correct Iris - wherever she was, as she could only hear her and not see her - that only Pietro was babes. Though, she was proud of her fiancé for not instantly attacking Iris for calling Guin babes in return. While Guin had been dating Pietro for a few years now, it didn't make her any less bisexual and she figured that Pietro's jealousy would be triggered for both boys and girls. I half expected you to punch Iris for that, Guin whispered into Pietro's mind.

Thanks to Bethany, the Silver Surfer had been defeated and all of the clones were gone. They were in the final stage of the plan - threaten the hell out of Galactus. Allison suggested they end the world ender, which Guin took to mean humiliate and not destroy given their earlier conversations as to why they couldn't just murder Galactus. Lance made Neil and Iris reappear, before sending off a gigantic blast of light to get the attention of the Big Bad. Vaguely, she remembered something Thor had mentioned once before - that on Asgard, they'd have epic insult competitions to decide fights sometimes.

She couldn't think of any stakes more epic than the fate of the world.

"Hey, ugly! You're the second person to say that shit to us today and the first person just got knocked on his ass!" Guin shouted up at Galactus. "We have your fucking Nullifier and if you don't back off and leave Earth alone, then we're going to use it on you. We're crazy enough to do it and we don't care if we have to die, because if the Earth is going down, then you're sure as hell going down with it, you fucking dildo!"

Neil Spellman

Location: Stark Tower - the Roof
Skills: N/A
Neil was visible again, the Silver Surfer was finally down (and he sincerely hoped that the herald was dead). Guin Stark was shouting abuse up at Galactus and while Neil knew that he could probably join in on threatening the cosmic force, his voice died in his throat. He was quiet by nature and his strength was fading him. Instead of thinking on ways to belittle and demean Galactus, his attention was on Sara. If Galactus didn't believe them or didn't care... this might be the last time that he'd ever see her. These could be their last moments alive. His family was too far away to spend that time with them. He wanted to make it count.

The words spilled from his lips before he even realized what he was saying. "I love you, Sara Grey." He then placed a kiss on the top of her helmet. As much as he wanted to be angry and murderous with the people threatening his planet, it just wasn't in him at the moment. His heart was aching, preferring for him to declare his feelings than spend what could be the end of his life in misery and pain. If this was his time, he didn't want to have any regrets.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Block from Hospital ---> Nearby Building -- New York City, New York
Skills:

As the group moved towards the subway, Antoinette noticed that the streets were starting to quiet down. Part of Antoinette felt relieved by that but another part of her worried. Was this just the calm before a second wave? There was often a second wave at these take over the world things. As they ran, Antoinette managed to get the group away from falling debris in the nick of time before Captain America passed them all. Antoinette waved cheerfully at him before making it to the Subway with the others. ”Stay here until one of us or the authorities come to get you. Stay together and stay safe,” Antoinette said, smiling at all of them before her visor covered her face again and she turned around.
Antoinette debated on going back to the hospital but she also hadn’t seen Carolina in a while and Mirembe was safe in the hospital. She located Carolina through the suit's GPS before launching forward with the help of the suit’s boosters and made it to Carolina in time to watch Captain America lift a pillar off of a woman who started to scream.
As she ran though, Antoinette noticed a shifting in the sky and a face looking down at them but it’s attention was on Stark Tower. It seemed the crew there had gotten through to Galactus and were now taking the fight to them. Hopefully, Carolina and her could get there in time to help them finish this.
At the moment though, Antoinette focused on her friend and the screaming woman. She dropped the visor and rushed to Carolina’s side to help her pull out the woman.

Bethany Bell

Location: New York City, Stark Tower, Roof
Skills: N/A

Bethany looked over towards Mary and gave her a slight smile, she was really pissed off at the Silver Surfer when he took away her powers, and it actually felt really good knocking him out. The guy even said that they couldn't even win, and yet she easily knocked him out and laying on the floor. "Just don't take away my powers and I wont hurt anyone." Bethany said jokingly as she watched Neil and Iris suddenly reappear again. Bethany listened to Reed as he spoke, and then Lance shooting a little blast of light up into the sky in order to get Galactus' attention. Which it did, seeing the massive world eater looking down at them all, they were certainly little tiny ants to him but she remained calm.

Bethany stared at Reed again and shook her head slightly. "So we basically tell him a bunch of yo' momma jokes at him or something and then he will just go away like that?" Bethany asked, as Guin suddenly yelled at him, hearing Guin calling him a dildo was actually a little bit funny. "I easily knocked out your silver ass plug, and we have the nullifier in our hands we wont be afraid to use it on you, just go and eat some other planet, theres a lot of others in the system to munch on you big ugly fat purple bastard!"

Carolina Reed

Location: New York City

Carolina looked at the woman and tried to give her a reassuring smile. "Flora that is a really pretty name." Carolina said trying to cheer the woman up, as she told her a little bit about herself. "Well it's going to be your lucky day you will be able to see them again alright?" Carolina said, hearing Cap's voice over the radio that he was getting close now, and then a few seconds later Captain America came into the room. "Told you help was coming." Carolina said as Captain America lifted up the pillar she quickly nodded and went over and helped the woman up to her feet gently.

Seeing a familiar face Carolina couldn't help but smile seeing her best friend coming over to help her out. "This is my friend Annie." Carolina said looking over at Captain America and nodded towards him gratful for his help. "Thank you." Carolina said, as she started to head out of the room with the woman in tow.

Iris Rivers

Location: Stark Tower - The Roof
Skills:

Iris pulled her head back in surprise as she saw the dark-and-brooding teen take down the ineffably powerful metal spaceman with one attack from her shadowy tendrils. It was an impressive sight, and watching the real Silver Surfer crumple to the floor - or, rather, the roof - was more satisfying than she could put into words. She was half-tempted to walk over and give his unconscious body a hard kick to the ribs, but she thought better of it. Instead, she turned to look at Guin and Bethany, spouting insults at the massive alien in the sky. They caused Iris' lips to curve up in a grin, lowering her helmet and turning her head up towards Galactus to join in.

"I'm not sure how much you can appreciate it without a more in depth knowledge of human sex toys, but someone should probably tell you that these guys are absolutely devastating you, my dude! She yelled up at his oversized face, standing on the tips of her toes. Once she was done, she lowered herself back onto the heels of her feet, looking over at the others. Her expression shifted to one less jubilant and carefree than it usually was, one which looked uncertain. "We should probably decide who'll actually...pull the trigger if it, you know, comes down to it. I-" She began, before pausing, eyes shifting down to look at the sprawling city below them. She'd hate to die in a city. A frown adorned her lips for a moment, before she looked back up, a small smile replacing it, one that made it look like she was about to discuss what kinds of flowers she should plant in her garden.

"I'd be up for it. I don't really have any friends or family who'd miss me, besides my mom. But she's strong. She'd get over it." She said, pausing for a moment, before her small smile broke out into a joking grin. "Plus, it'd be totally worth it for the look on Mira's face when one of you tells her I saved the world."

Elizabeth Flame

Location: Stark Tower, Roof
Skills:

"Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, that's somethin' else ain't it?" Elizabeth said, slipping for a moment into her southern tongue. If this were the face of God, she'd honestly not be surprised. Things this large were not supposed to exist, and something in her monkey brain felt the urge to either deny its existence on the face of it, or get down and worship it. Deciding now would not be the time to prostrate herself before this alien threat, she opted to let her brain tell herself that, whatever her eyes might be seeing, it couldn't actually be that large. Elizabeth blinked for a moment, as they seemed to turn this summoning of Galactus into a comedy roast.

"We're not scared of you!" Elizabeth found herself calling up to him, in spite of the actual fear she did feel. "We beat your tin man, what makes you think we won't beat you?" She was speaking out of her ass right now, but she did have one thing on her side; their ignorance, "Even if you are powerful enough to stop us, we have the nullifier, and we're too stupid and reckless to be afraid to use it!" She called up at him, "So what'll it be, you fucking off to another planet, or oblivion? I know which I'd choose." As she spoke, she gestured up at him, trying to seem too crazy to call. They had to convince him that there was a chance, just a chance, of them killing one of their own to save their world.

Marygold Isley and Lance Banner

Location: Stark Tower Roof
Skills: N/A

Lance really was not sure what else to do once he got the attention of the giant being from another universe or wherever Galactus was fun. However he couldn't help but be amused by everyone instantly taking the words "threaten him" to mean insult him in every single way possible. This whole scene playing out in front of him was making it fairly hard not to laugh. Especially since he knew that Guin easily got super creative with insults and knew the best ways to come up with them on the fly.

I'll be honest Guina, I almost did punch her. Actually it probably would more have been me strangling her more then anything... But figured that you would frown on that, so I didn't, Pietro responded mentally to Guin.

"Going to be blunt, pretty sure threaten and humiliate and insult are two different things, but honestly I'm down with everyone doing that, makes things more entertaining," Mary said with a bit of a laugh.

"I'll be honest, was not expecting that sort of thing, but I suppose it works, maybe I should take a page out of Johnny's book," Richards commented, before looking up towards Galactus. "You know that we've beaten you before Galactus, so why don't you just buzz off and leave Earth alone alright?

"You know, if you stayed away from Earth odds are you wouldn't have to deal with too many people who'd be willing to use the Nullifier against you! I mean really... We knew you feared the thing from the start, so why not just stay away from Earth? Or are there no brains in that incredibly large head of yours!" Mary called up, deciding to join in on the insults. Though her words did have a ring of truth to them, not many people knew what the Nullifier did, but they did, so why would Galactus be dumb enough to actually just keep coming back?

The giant planet eater didn't say anything to them at first. Just peering down at the group, as if he was thinking about what was going on, and of course what was being said towards him. "Perhaps going to another planet would be more beneficial," he more or less mused.

"I think it would be best if you left now before we do end up using this thing."

Galactus nodded his head towards the group, "There are very few people who have the nerves to stand against me Reed Richards, your team is one of the very few. However those who are newer, who I have not come across before, much like you and your family Richards, stood against me, despite the odds against them. For that, you have earned my respect. I do not plan on returning to Earth in the near future, but perhaps we will meet again," the giant said, before he suddenly disappeared, as did the Silver Surfer who was still knocked out by Bethany's attack. They'd be able to see the giant ship above them suddenly take off, disappearing from view.

"...So I guess that's it then..." Lance commented, looking over at the others now.

"Odds are that we will see Galactus again, just not for a long while... And now, well, obviously New York needs to be rebuilt, which will probably take a little while."

"Well I mean considering how things went after the battle of New York back in 2012? I bet they've gotten used to this sort of thing by now. I mean sadly last I checked New York tends to get hit, a lot, by alien threats and all of that fun stuff."

"Well I mean, considering the fact that there are a bunch of superhero teams all in one area, that isn't really that surprising is it? Guess we need to get going and see just how bad the damage is."

Nearby Building
The instant Flora was out from underneath the pillar, Cap set the pillar back down again. "Okay, now we need to get you out of here and to the hospital, they're expecting you there," he said as he walked over to Carolina, "I've got her, it'll be quicker this way," he said to her before he simply picked Flora up in his arms.

"T-T-Thank you for your help," she said softly towards Annie and Carolina as Captain America carried her the rest of the way out of the building. Once on the street, Cap looked up at the sky letting out a small sigh of relief. The street was oddly quiet now, but the one obvious thing now was that Galactus was no longer in the sky above them.

"Looks like Galactus is gone, seems like they actually pulled it off," he said towards Annie and Carolina, before he took off running, taking the woman to the hospital.

Allison Andrews and Sara Grey

Location: Stark Tower - Roof
Skills: N/A

There they stood, up on the roof, facing a giant, purple monstrosity within minutes of him potentially obliterating all life on the planet and they stood, chiding him, taunting him, and threatening him. This was what the team was about. Facing insurmountable odds and laughing them off. It was why Allison stayed, why she continued to fight for peace for everyone, even if it seemed like the world hated them. It was why Sara wanted to be part of the X-men so badly.

Sara looked at Neil as he confessed his love. She had never felt something like it before. She had dated off and on, explored, but she never considered any of her exes her true loves. Neil was different. He was someone she could feel had her best interests at heart. Even in his nature, shy and reserved, and yet he went to bat for her. The warm sensation of seeing the person and instantly smiling surged inside of her. "I love you too Neil."

Soon, Galactus took the odds and decided he would leave. Allison had to admit...it was a bit anti-climatic, but that might be for the best. "What about the people he imprisoned on his ship? I'm glad he's leaving us alone for the time being, but are we going to let them go without trying to help?" That was something that bothered her. Could they save them or would that be dooming Earth all over again?

Sara shrugged it off. One less giant ass fight to worry about. "I say let bygones be bygones. Chalk this one up in the win column. Who's down to party? We literally saved the planet, I think we could all use some R and R." She linked her hand with Neil's and gave him a squeeze. Surviving the near apocalypse put her in a good mood.

Guin Stark

Location: Stark Tower - the Roof
Skills: N/A
Guin snickered at Bethany's insults, having no trouble at all with imagining Galactus using the Silver Surfer as a butt plug. In fact, the only thing that she could figure from a logical standpoint was that the Silver Surfer was probably too small - it would take the herald to spawn a bunch of clones and then, collectively, they could plug up Galactus' butt. "I think he gets the spirit of it," Guin told Iris. She didn't want to openly discuss who was going to pull the trigger on the Nullifier, mostly since she figured that Galactus would perceive that as weakness, that they were wavering in their resolve.

Elizabeth seemed to be channeling the spirit of Dorothy - or was she the Wicked Witch in this situation, since the Silver Surfer was the Tin Man? Would Elizabeth even have the singing voice to carry herself in Defying Gravity? Reed Richards' insult had to be the most pathetic, sad little thing she had ever heard. For a moment, it was like Mr. Rogers was trying to insult Galactus - especially since the best one of the smartest men in the world could come up with was buzz off! Mary's insults were rather practically minded, though people seemed to be deviating from threaten and insult to just insult.

Either way, Guin was still a bit shocked when it actually worked and Galactus, butt plug in tow, retreated. "Hot damn... We should try just roasting our villains more often," she said. She then pressed a few buttons on her heads up display, trying to get a direct line to her father.

"Dad? Daddy? We won! New York lives to fight another horrible cosmic battle in probably a few years!"

Neil Spellman

Location: Stark Tower - the Roof
Skills: N/A
Neil turned bright red as Sara returned his sentiment. A not so small part of him was relieved that she felt the same way - he didn't expect that someone so bright, spunky, and popular as Sara Grey would be interested in someone like him, even after all of this time. He was the quiet guy who liked to draw and run Dungeons & Dragons campaigns - in the movie of their lives, he probably would have been relegated to a background part. "Cool," he said awkwardly, smiling at her.

Neil wished that they could have saved all of the aliens on Galactus' ship... but they had barely saved the Earth. They had the Nullifier now, so at least he couldn't go and threaten them again. The Silver Surfer was gone. Maybe it wasn't what heroes did, letting Galactus keep his zoo of prisoners but... He didn't know if there was anything they could really do. Galactus was gone. To seek him out and challenge him again would be madness. Maybe the Fantastic Four could do that. They'd had a lot more experience when it came to space battles. "Galactus is gone... He could be galaxies away by now... I don't think there's anything else we can go. We got lucky as it is."

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Nearby Building -- New York City, New York
Skills:

Antoinette took up on Flora’s other side and helped Carolina limp the woman from the building. ”Do take care. Thanks Captain America,” she said politely. She looked up at the sky when Captain America mentioned the other team having taken care of Galactus and it did seem that the sky was clear. Antoinette watched Captain America carry the woman away to the hospital and breathed a sigh of relief before looking at Carolina. She hugged her friend tight, made difficult by the iron man suits but the intention was the same.
”Should we go to the hospital and check on Mirembe? I hadn’t heard anything when a car came through the wall and I left to help some people,” she briefly explained. She at least wanted to leave a number behind for the hospital to reach them if Mirembe wasn’t out of the woods yet and then she would return to Avengers tower and see what the damage was. The vital screen that they had for everyone seemed to show that all were alright, except for Mirembe of course and Lance who no longer had suits.

Bethany Bell

Location: New York City, Stark Tower, Roof
Skills: N/A

Bethany looked at the others who decided to join in on the insult party on Galactus which was still really entertaining regardless as well, Guin's was good though Mr. Fantastic's was by far the most lamest one out of them all. "Insults aren't really your thing." Bethany said as she laughed slightly towards him. She looked up at the sky as Galactus mulled over his choices, and he ultimately decided to leave which was a good thing. Beth let out a slight sigh as she relaxed now, they saved the world yet again as the Silver Surfer's unconscious body was taken as well. "I'm happy we saved the world yet again." Bethany said as she looked over at New York City down below they would need a lot of fixing and rebuilding as well.

She looked over towards Guin for a moment, she really hoped that they would be able to keep their suits she thought that they were really cool. "Can you ask your dad if we can keep these?" Bethany asked removing the visor off of her face and looked over towards the others, they all worked really well together with dealing with Galactus. She shrugged slightly she wasn't sure if they could save those who were trapped on the ship she didn't like the shi'ar that were on there who had stabbed her and hit Mary really.

Carolina Reed

Location: New York City
Skills: N/A

Carolina turned her head when she heard Captain America releasing the fallen pillar and offering to take Flora off of them she nodded and handed the poor woman over towards him. "I'll check up on you in the hospital later Flora, we have a friend in there getting treated as well, thank you Cap." She said as she started to walk out of the building alongside Annie and looked up just in time to see Galactus himself disappearing. Carolina closed her eyes and relaxed, their world was now saved again which was good, when she felt Annie hugging her, she quickly returned the hug.

Carolina nodded, she wanted to see if Mira was doing alright as well, they had left her in the hospital alone which she felt bad though she couldn't really do much to help her alone. "Yeah lets go ahead and check on her, hopefully she is up and awake now." Carolina said softly as she quickly started to follow shortly behind Captain America back towards the hospital.

Iris Rivers

Location: Stark Tower - The Roof
Skills:

"Oh thank whatever deity slash deities that may or may not exist," Iris groaned, letting out a large huff of relief as she watched the massive face in the sky and the much smaller, unconscious silver face (and body) on the roof disappear from sight. She leaned over, hands on her knees, breathing heavily for a few moments. "If I died in New York City, I'd fucking kill myself." When she raised her head back up, a grin was spread wide across her lips. They'd done it! And everyone survived! At least, she thought everyone did. Her eyes scanned the crowd, counting heads, eventually stopping at Neil and Sara. Their little show of affection reminded Iris that, with the threat gone, she had time to kiss her own true love.

The blonde girl stepped out of her beat up metal suit, shaking out her lengthy limbs, letting her body breathe in the not-so-fresh air of the city. She then dug her hands under her skirt, into the pockets of her leggings, pulling out a joint and her lighter. Tucking one end between her lips and lighting the other, she took a deep inhale, holding the smoke in her lungs for a few seconds, before letting it float out of her lips. The gray cloud that formed in front of her face was accompanied by a hum of enjoyment. When Sara spoke, Iris took one more quick puff before responding.

"If by R and R she means 'reefers and respiration,' I couldn't agree more," Iris said, flicking away the bit of ash that had gathered on the tip. "Let's wait to ponder our moral obligations as heroes until sometime we're not walking around with cracked ribs and concussions." She reached behind her head, touching her injury and cringing slightly. Her hair, along with her flower crown, were stained bright red from the wound. "Do we by any chance have a personal doctor on hand? I don't wanna be that asshole who goes to a hospital after an alien attack because of minor head trauma."

Elizabeth Flame

Location: Stark Tower, Roof
Skills: Transmutation

As the giant face recessed from view, Eliza felt that primal fear in her mind sink away. The massive alien was gone, and the day was saved. Some might see it as an anticlimax, but Elizabeth collapsed to the ground once he was gone, a smile spreading across her face. That was her first mission, and more than that, it was for the fate of the world. This felt surreal, and amazing, to have done something good for people. More than that though, the existential threat was gone, and that was a load off her back like nothing she'd experienced before. Looking at the group, she said, grinning, "I remember one of you promising me Vegas after this, y'all better not cop out."

Locking her eyes towards the sky, she took a breath in. It'd been a hell of a day, and she needed some celebration in one form or another. If this was what her life was to be, then she'd have to find some ways to deal with the stress. This was fun and all, but hell if it worrying about constant death didn't take an emotional toll. She felt like she had a headache, and wanted to sleep for a week, neither of which were particularly pleasant feelings. Sitting straight up, she looked at the people around her, and smiled. They'd make good friends, she thought, and decided she'd have to get to know them better after this. Almost forgetting, she smacked her hand back on the ground, and freed Sue, before they left her on the roof in a concrete dome.

They had had dinner in Rome, enjoying the marvelous views of the city underneath the hazy night sky. Almost everyone present were at least eighteen years old, allowing them to drink, but even those younger were able to order a glass of wine or some other spirit. Italy's policies on alcohol were a lot more loose than those in the United States. After dinner (and a little too much gelato), they had gone to the Stark Villa. It overlooked the water, with at least eight bedrooms in the house and a private pool.

"Okay, Mare, what's next?" Guin asked, as she unlocked the door and let everyone inside. Mary was the maid of honor, meaning that she was running the party. Carolina, Annie, and Allison were serving as the bridesmaids.

"I'll be honest Guin, did not plan that far ahead. I'm up for suggestions though, not use to this sort of thing at all," Mary responded as she walked in after Guin, looking around the house which was pretty large. She walked over to the couch and picked up a pillow. "Guessing it pays to be rich sometimes, cause this place is huge... Hey Guin, catch!" she said instantly before she threw the pillow at Guin, and managed to hit her in the face with it.

Allison had never been traveling for pleasure much, but to say she was excited about a trip to Italy to celebrate Guin's wedding was an understatement. She may have drunk a bit too much because she was feeling very fine. So much so she had put her phone away, leaving contact with Oshea out of the question. This was a girl's trip, after all. And damn if they didn't deserve it.

She was curious about what the next thing would be, but Mary had given her an idea. "Ooooh I have an idea. Let's have a pillow fight! And we can wind down after with a game, maybe. Truth or dare? This isn't a sleepover but its damn near close to one. And I never had a sleepover before."

Iris had made no effort to stay sober, though it'd be an exaggeration to call her outright drunk. She was tipsy, which didn't do much to alter the already eccentric girl's personality, only really slightly increasing her tendency to let out thoughts in the form of half-thoughts. A city vacation wasn't exactly her usual cup of tea, but getting to know the girls of the X-Men was heaps of fun, especially if free food and drink was included.

"Oh hell yeah!" She exclaimed when Allison put forth the idea, a big, excited smile dancing on her lips. "Sleepover-themed bachelorette party sounds dope!" She said, before adding, "I've only ever had sleepovers with my mom, which isn't as fun as it sounds."

Cassandra was pretty surprised that Guin had called her to invite her over for her bachelorette party, she definetly did need to take some time off and relax, and requested the time off. She was also there with her sister Carolina which was also a plus, since they didn't really have much contact aside from a few phone calls here and there. It kind of reminded her of the Christmas party that she and her team had months ago, she laughed a little bit seeing the wanting to start a pillow fight first.

Carolina was excited she was of course going to have as much fun as possible as well, and having her sister there with her to the party was also really nice. She did take a few drinks here and there as well, feeling more relaxed as well she couldn't help but giggle slightly when Mary threw a pillow at Guin and quickly went and grabbed one and hit Mary with it at the back of her head. "This will be a lot of fun."

Antoinette had been enamored with the Italian countryside as soon as they landed. It was absolutely gorgeous here and the people were so friendly. At dinner, Antoinette engaged in a bit of a wine tasting and was feeling as if she were floating on clouds. Her head was buzzing a bit but not so much as to impair her completely. She walked into the Villa behind her friends and trialed her hands over different objects as they all convened in the living room. She had been surprised that she would get be one of Guin's bridesmaids, only thinking she was invited to the party but she was honored all the same.

The pillow fight started and Antoinette grinned before she gathered a couple and threw one at her best friend Carolina before she took the other and took aim on the bride-to-be. No one was safe from a pillow fight.

Guin was at least slightly tipsy, as she picked up the pillow Mary had thrown at her. She had had a few pillow fights at boarding school. Despite what she liked to claim, she hadn't been a complete loner. She and the other rich girls had done some of the stereotypical sleepover activities, especially towards the end of term. "I'm gonna kick all of your asses," Guin warned, a smile of pure mischief on her face. She then went at a charge with the pillow, jumping on Mary in an attempt to tackle her and hit her with a pillow at once.

"Hey rude!" Mary responded to Guin with a bit of a laugh as Guin managed to tackle her. She instantly grabbed another pillow though and swiped at Guin with it, hitting her over the head. "Don't say I didn't warn you!" she added before hitting at Guin again with the pillow, still giggling.

Mira had been fairly quiet regarding everything, watching everyone else first. She wasn't one who typically was used to this sort of thing, it was definitely a bit strange to her. She actually wasn't even too sure what a pillow fight was (having never had one) but she got the idea fairly quickly with people grabbing pillows left and right and throwing them at each other. This was definitely weird, however, she was not one to back down from any sort of fight (no matter how silly) and she instantly grabbed a pillow to defend herself with, as well as deciding to just hit Allison with one of the pillows as well. She couldn't help but smile slightly at this whole situation.

Glad to see everyone jumping on board with her idea, she was about to launch her pillow-pummeling when she was hit anawares by Mira. A grin forming on her face, she turned to her new foe. "You made a powerful enemy this day," she said in a joking manner as she cocked her pillow like a gun before running forward, swinging her pillow at Mira's head. She'd have to take the powerhouse down first if she had any hopes of gaining the upper hand on Guin, though she was sure Mary could handle her for now.

Iris' grin grew wider as the chaos of the pillow fight ensued. She'd had been in pillow fights before, with her sisters when she was younger, and then occasionally with her mother later on in her teen years. This situation wasn't exactly a mystery to her. The only mystery was what side she'd choose. As Alison brought down a pillow on Mira's head, though, Iris made her decision. She scooped up a thrown pillow up from the ground, speedily walking up behind Alison, slamming her fluffy weapon into the back of the blonde's head. She followed it up by giving Mira a fake salute, saying with a crooked grin, "I've got you covered, commander!"

Carolina turned her head around and faced Annie and started to giggle a bit as Annie hit her on the head with one of the pillows and then swung it as hard as she could at her friend's head. "Hey, I thought we were friends?" Carolina said teasingly as she went in and hit Annie again on the side with her pillow. Cassandra meanwhile reached over for another pillow and then swung it at her sister as well, which she turned around and faced her. "Hey, aren't we family so aren't we suppose to be on the same side or something?" Carolina asked jokingly as she went and hit her sister back in retaliation, and Cass went and hit her in the head again. "Nope, not when it comes to pillow fights." Cassandra said back to her sister jokingly, having had a few pillow fights in the past.

"No one is safe in a pillow fight," Antoinette countered and went in for an attack on Carolina since Guin was well under siege. Antoinette kept her attention on Carolina, adopting the two on one mentality and slipped around to Carolina's unprotected side to attack her from behind. Antoinette smiled and laughed as she attacked her best friend and there were counter attacks. There hadn't been this much pure, childlike join in a long time. For any of them.

"You guys are picking sides? It's every bitch for herself!" Guin announced, laughing. She hit Mary over the head and grabbed a fallen pillow, standing up from the ground as she smirked. "I'm dual wielding, so I get a +7 attack bonus now, right?" she quipped. She hit Mary again with one pillow and with her other pillow, she hit Iris in the back of head, cackling the entire time. "Wait! Does anyone want Jell-O shots while we fight? 'Hydration' is important!"

"This isn't dungeons and dragons Guin," Mary couldn't help but say in response to Guin as she threw another pillow at her head, not really caring that Guin had asked about Jell-O shots in the meantime. "You should keep your guard up Guin don't you think? Though I wouldn't be opposed to Jell-O shots, Guin."

Mira rolled her eyes slightly at Iris's response, but she giggled when Allison hit her over the head with a pillow. "Oh really? You better watch yourself," she said instantly as she swung her pillow at Allison again, though she also grabbed another pillow and threw it at Cass, hitting her with it. She was more or less ignoring Guin's question since she wasn't exactly a drinker and was the youngest one there, so it all depended in her mind what everyone else wanted.

Allison felt the hit from both sides, turning to see Iris. She put her hand to her heart, "Et Tu Brutus??" she said before smiling. Doble-teaming didn't seem allowed as it was every woman for herself. Allison grabbed another pillow, dual-wielding them. "Jell-O shots sound excellent. But for now...it's war!" She unleashed her pillow-fueled fury, striking Iris and spinning to send a pillow flying at Mira. She held up her remaining pillow as a shield. Who knew who else would be joining the fray?

Iris wasn't surprised by Mira's lack of gratitude. In fact, she'd been half expecting Mira to wack her with a pillow in response to her cheeky comment, but that didn't happen. Her salute put her in a position that wasn't exactly defensive, so when Allison struck, there was no protecting herself. The face full of pillow sent her stumbling back a little bit, and she was gearing to throw her pillow at her assailant, when Guin's words distracted her. She twisted her head around to look at the bachelorette, head tilted. "The fuck's a Jell-O Shot?" she asked, having never heard of such a thing. She was no stranger to alcohol, but she tended to stick to things that came directly out of a bottle.

"That's totally not fair!" Carolina said pouting as her own sister and best friend started to hit her on both sides with her pillow as she laughed a little bit. She then threw her pillow at Annie's head and quickly snatched Cassandra's pillow and smacked her on the head with it, when Cass turned towards Guin. "I wouldn't mind some Jell-O shots. Cass said before getting hit again by Carolina. "It's alcohol mixed with Jell-O which is made in shot glasses. Carolina answered Iris.

Antoinette squealed and abandoned her pillow before she tackled Carolina to the ground and sat on top of her. "I like Jell-O, so alcohol infused Jell-O shouldn't be bad," she noted. Antoinette hadn't drank much before her time at the school and during the Scarlet Witch world change, she had drank more there as well. Or at least, that Antoinette had memories of drunk infused nights. She didn't mind the warm feeling alcohol gave her but she wasn't a complete fan of it.

"Jello-O shots it is, noble Valkyries!" Guin declared. She threw a pillow at Mary and then one at Allison for good measure, before half stumbling, half running to the kitchen. The household staff had prepped the place for just about everything the partiers could want. Guin eyed the prize and pulled out a tray of Jolly Ranchers flavored Jell-O shots, all made with vodka. She didn't mind the tequila version, but vodka was by far her favorite. "Cheers!" she said once she had passed a shot to everyone, before downing her blue raspberry wonder.

"Ooh, you know what? Shots and truth or dare sound brilliant... Mary, you start us off then."

"I mean, Truth or Dare sounds like fun let me think for a moment..." Mary said, contemplating who she should ask a question. She knew that odds were if she asked Guin, odds were that she would choose the dare (she is a Stark after all and she knew that at times Guin could be a bit reckless). So she was leaning towards asking someone else the question to make things more entertaining. Mary took one of the Jell-O shots, downing the drink as she thought about who to ask. Mira looked at the alcohol, picking up one of the shots and sort of sniffing it, unsure really of what to do with it. Drinking alcohol wasn't something she typically did, but she shrugged somewhat and downed a shot herself.

"Alright then... Carolina, Truth or Dare," she said towards the younger Reed, looking at her.

Carolina laughed a little bit when Annie decided to tackle her to the ground and laid there on her back groaning a little bit, as she looked over at Guin as she decided to switch things up. She smiled when suggesting Jell-O shots with a game of truth or dare, she gently rolled herself off of Annie and grabbed herself one. While Cass went over and grabbed one herself, and they both downed theirs quickly Carolina looked at Mary for a moment. "Uhm, truth." Carolina said.

"Alright, I'm going to ask a tame one first, leave the weirder probably more embarrassing ones for later. Since knowing at the least how Guin tends to be the questions and dares are going to go really crazy really quickly," Mary said, looking at Carolina. "Do you have a celebrity crush, and if so who is it?"

Carolina looked at Mary for a moment as she thought about who her celebrity crush was, she liked both guys and girls honestly though she liked girls a little bit more. "If we are talking about celebrities' then Katherine McNamara she's a really cute redhead." Carolina said blushing slightly. "Guin Truth or Dare?"

"Yeah, McNamara is hot," Guin agreed, before smiling widely. "Dare. Let's fucking do this!" she cheered, downing another Jell-O shot. In some moments, it was easy to forget that Guin had been a drug addict and she spent a portion of her high school experience in a rehab facility. But with her downing Jell-O shots (just two so far) like candy, it was probably a bit easier for people to imagine.

Carolina thought for a moment as she took a quick shot from one of the Jell-O shots as she thought of a question looking over towards the kitchen and smirked a little bit. "I dare you to dump the kitchen trashcan over yourself."

Guin smirked. "Game." She got up instantly and walked into the kitchen. She didn't really like wearing nice, clean clothes anyways - her favorite pieces were covered in grease from the lab and generally had a million holes in them. Pietro, for some reason, was bothered by those choices. He had started finding the most damaged shirts and shorts and burning them. She opened up the cabinet under the sink and pulled out the trashcan - there wasn't really that much in there. For the most part, it was just the empty powder packets for the Jell-O. There wasn't anything liquid.

Of course, Guin wasn't going to do this on herself in the kitchen - that wasn't bold enough! With a huge smirk on her face, she walked back over to the circle of women and stood in the middle. "This is the money shot, girls," she said, before turning the trashcan upside down over her head and letting the garbage fall, laughing the entire time.

"Iris - truth or dare?" she asked, still giggling as she threw the trashcan aside. It hit the ground with a soft thud.

Iris was in the middle of laughing at the bride's display when she heard her name. She quickly quieted herself, perking up as if she'd forgotten she was even there until she was addressed. She gave Guin an impish grin. "Do I look like a truth kind of girl. Dare me, Stark!" she exclaimed. As if to show how ready she was, she slammed back the bright red shot that had been sitting undrunk in her hand since she got it. Her face contorted; she didn't mind the vodka, but the Jolly Rancher flavoring didn't even taste like the fruit it was trying to mimic. Another thing to add to the list of things she hated about the 'civilized' world.

Guin thought for a moment, before she walked back into the kitchen. She reached into the fridge and grabbed the ketchup. Picking out a glass, she filled it up with the red condiment and triumphantly returned, handing it to Iris. "I dare you to chug this," she challenged.

Iris tilted her head as she looked at the cup of red, an eyebrow raised. "Uh...what is it?" she asked, gingerly taking the cup from Guin. She didn't wait for an answer, however, instead bringing the cup to her lips and beginning to sip. As she took her first mouthful, she pulled it away from her lips, face twisted up in disgust. To her, it tasted like someone had mixed sugar into melted plastic within a few feet of a tomato. But she brought it back to her lips, drinking down the sludge, though with its consistency, the word slurping would perhaps be more accurate than drinking.

After what felt like forever, she set the glass down. Save for the thin layer of ketchup clinging onto the sides and bottom, it was empty. As soon as it was out of her hands, she snatched up two Jell-O shots and downed them. They weren't pleasant, but they washed out the sickening taste that remained in her mouth. Feeling queasy, she grabbed the trash can Guin had just tossed to the side, holding it between her legs and positioning her head over it in case she needed to puke. She looked up at Guin, and despite the unpleasant experience, she still grinned. "I'm so downgrading your wedding present," she said, before turning her head towards Antoinette. "Annie, truth or dare?"

Antoinette grinned at Guin tipped the trash can over head, rather tame for dares Antoinette thought but she didn't mind. She was certain they would get more extreme as the night went on. When Iris chose dare, Antoinette watched Guin curiously before she covered her mouth and held back a laugh until Iris started to chug the glass of ketchup. She wiped back tears and patted Iris on the shoulder before the girl questioned her and Antoinette smiled. "Dare," she said boldly. There would be time fore truth telling and confessions later on in the night.

Iris raised her eyebrows, seemingly both surprised and impressed by Antoinette's choice. "Oh, fun, gimme a second..." Iris said, pursing her lips and putting a finger inquisitively on her chin. She raised her head from over the trashcan, scanning her surroundings, looking for inspiration. After a few seconds, her lips spread into a wicked grin. "This is such a beautiful place, truly an elaborate show of wealth. If it's alright with our slightly inebriated but still very gracious host," she nodded towards Guin, impish mischief in her eye, "I dare you to steal something from the Stark Villa. Something expensive. And keep it as a souvenir, a reminder of this lovely occasion!"

Antoinette watched Iris look around the house for inspiration and sat a little straighter, feeling a bit more confident in her task. However, Antoinette should have known that taking longer would mean a more difficult dare. Iris wanted her to steal something from the villa and Antoinette's face paled. She had never stolen anything in her life. Her nose started to twitch and wiggle as she thought the whole ordeal over and looked over at Guin before looking over the Villa herself. ”Is it really stealing though when a Stark is present,” Antoinette asked.

She stood all the same and wandered the villa, looking for something she would find enticing. She found herself a medium statue of an eagle about to take flight from a branch, with its wings spread. It was a pretty standard looking piece. Antoinette detoured to the room she was staying in, grabbing her sketchbook before she returned to the group and quickly made a rough sketch of the statue. ” There, stolen forever,” Antoinette declared and showed Iris the drawing that would last as long as Antoinette cared for it. ” Allison, truth or dare.”

Allison had been patiently waiting her turn, quietly excited at the prospect of doing something she had never been able to do before. Being the "weird girl" in school didn't offer many invitations to sleepovers. So when Antionette asked her, she felt very giddy. But that was also probably due to the alcohol. She also let it go that Antoinette technically did the dare, but what was the fun in that? "I'm feeling risky, so truth. Give me your worst." There weren't too many secrets she held. She considered herself a pretty open person, more or less, especially after everything that happened.

Antoinette smiled at Allison and tapped her chin while she took a minute to think on what to ask Allison. She could have tapped into her intuition to ask the perfect question but what fun would that have been. Antoinette shifted and crossed her legs, moving her sketchbook and smiled. "If you had an opportunity to leave the X-Men, would you?" The X-Men were a bit like family but it was also dangerous work. If the opportunity arose for any of them, would they leave?

Allison had to give Antoinette credit, it was a hard-hitting question. After all, hadn't she considered leaving before? "If I had the opportunity now....no, I wouldn't. If you asked past Allison, she would have said yes in a heartbeat. After all, she lost the love of her life, was screamed at, targeted, and ridiculed by the court of public opinion. But it's my family. We are doing good work, even if it isn't appreciated. I can use what I have to help others. Not only that, but I grew as a person and you guys are my family now. So no, I would never leave." Allison felt emotional, so she took a breath before turning to Mira. "Truth or Dare Mira."

Mira was a little bit surprised that someone had turned and asked her the question, and her mind instantly blanked regarding everything. She wasn't really sure what to respond with right off the bat since she wasn't too sure about doing truth or dare for this game all things considering. "Oh... Uh... Truth?" she finally answered a bit hesitantly.

Allison pondered a moment. Truth or Dare was a way to get juicy secrets out of people or make them do something embarrassing, but Mira never seemed comfortable with the team in general. She worked hard, fought with them, but she never seemed to enjoy herself, unless she was participating in a DnD campaign with Neil and Sara. "All right. Bypassing all current relationships and interests, if all of the guys or girls were single that are part of the X-men, who would you be interested in. Oh, and you have to pick someone."

She had a bit of a deer in the headlights look regarding Allison's question, since in all honesty Mira didn't really have an answer to that question. Her experience regarding dating and even really paying attention to people was virtually non-existent considering until she came to the mansion she kind of was an outcast regarding everything. "You essentially are asking me to lie by saying that I have to pick someone, but the truth is I would pick no one." Mira answered truthfully, shaking her, "I've never really been all that into dating or anything... Or really interested in anyone... Okay then, Cass... Truth or Dare?" she asked, looking over at her.

Carolina looked towards Allison for a moment. "I don't think that is apart of the rules and defeats the purpose of the game, since the answer wouldn't really be the truth." Carolina said towards Allison once Mira answered her question, and looked over towards her sister wondering what she would do. Cassandra turned her attention towards Mira when she addressed her, and thought for a moment, before shrugging slightly. "I'll go with a dare."

Mira thought for a moment, not really sure what to have Cass do, considering the fact that this whole situation was an entirely new thing for her. "Ummmm..." she started to say, before her mind completely blanked and she ended up looking more of down at the floor, not really sure what to do, so her mind went with the dumbest thing she could possibly think of at this point. "...Lick the floor," she said with a shrug towards her.

Cassandra looked at Mira and smiled a little bit, at least it wasn't something embarrassing like running around naked, or dumping trash all over yourself. "Alright then easy enough." Cass said as she got up and moved over towards the tile floor, and got down onto her hands and knees licking the grout between the tiles with her tongue shuddering slightly before getting up, turning her attention towards Mary. "Mary, truth or dare?"

In Mary's opinions, a few of the things that had been said regarding the truths people told was getting a bit ridiculous, though the fact that Iris had asked Annie to steal something was a bit ridiculous. Typically committing a crime was frowned upon with the games, and stealing definitely fell under that category. However her attention was drawn away and she thought for a moment, "Truth."

Cassandra thought for a moment, looking over at Mary as she thought of a question for her, before settling on one. "Tell us is there anything about your life you would change or wish you could have changed?

That definitely was a difficult question for her to answer, all things considering. There were a lot of things that have happened over the course of her lifetime that she probably would have changed if given the chance to. "Wow, that definitely is a hard one... There are more then a few things that I'd change," she responded slowly, thinking, before her mind went to what Allison had referenced, her being yelled at. Considering the fact that Allison had more or less the fact that Mary had snapped only really once during the course of her leading the team, she thought that was a decent track record. "Probably the events that happened regarding OMEN... From me snapping from stress to not being able to prevent people getting caught by the organization. That entire situation is something that still bugs me, and I'd change a few things regarding how the entire situation happened and the sort of snowball effect that happened..."

Guin had been a bit worried when people went for the negative drama inducing questions - and she had been annoyed when Iris asked Annie to steal something, especially since most of the items in the villa belonged to her late grandparents. The Allison and Mary drama though was something she did not want to revisit during her bachelorette party. Maybe it was selfish of her, but they just didn't need that right now! "Sooo everyone let's do a shot!!" Guin exclaimed, handing out Jell-O shots all around. Psst, things are kinda taking a weird turn here, I might ask you to kidnap me, she whispered to her fiancé through their mental link. "And yes, this shot is in fact required!" Guin added, before knocking hers back.

Allison fought the urge to dish out what she was being served, but this was Guin's party and it was supposed to be about her. If Mary wanted to act like this, it was her prerogative and one of the reasons Allison felt, at that moment, that they deserved better leadership. Mary has since proved herself to be capable and Allison assumed they had moved on. Clearly, she was wrong. "Yes, shot please." She took the shot and downed it. "I needed that."

Iris raised her eyebrows, pursing her lips as Mary answered the question. She hadn't been there, and she hadn't really heard much about it, but just from reading the room, it seemed like there was some unsettled grudges that Mary's answer caused to surface. Despite not actually liking the taste of the Jell-O shots, she slammed one back as Guin instructed, hoping doing so would inspire those who actually needed it to follow suit. "Alright, not sure what that was about, but from now on, how about we avoid asking or answering questions in a way that might cause us to go all Hector versus Achilles on each other, yeah? No reason ruin to ruin the bachelorette party of our blushing bride-to-be. In fact-" Iris said, before putting down the shot glass and digging into the pockets of her leggings. A second later, she pulled out a small bag of marijuana, as well as some rolling papers. "Why don't I make us a few joints. After all, you can't be angry and stoned at the same time. As a wise woman once said, 'when you're high, you let things fly'," she offered, a tipsy smile on her lips.

Antoinette took her shot as instructed by Guin and took another for good measure. She sighed happily, leaning against her best friend and felt all warm and tingly inside. "Perhaps we could go for a walk outside, or a late night swim," Antoinette suggested. She was far from ready to go to bed and they had to make sure Guin had fun on this girl's trip. Antoinette stood up, stumbled a little until she got her barrings, then walked over to the stereo to find some good music to play.

Cassandra listened to Mary's answer and nodded slightly towards her there was a lot of things that she wished that she could have changed as well sometimes. But you were pretty much stuck with them once things actually did happen, and leadership was really hard as well to she looked at Guin and nodded as she took a quick shot. Carolina went over and got up for a moment and gave Mary a friendly hug and smiled towards her, in her eyes Mary was a pretty good leader after all, she went back and sat down next to Annie and hugged her friend quickly and smiled. "A night swim would be really nice." Carolina said.

Guin put an arm around Mary protectively. She grimaced a little bit as Iris offered the pot. Truthfully, she didn't care if other people smoked it, but she didn't trust herself. "I'm gonna pass on the joint - but I'll bring the Jell-O shot tray to the pool, and some Mike's," she told people with a smile. "Swimming under the moonlight sounds super fun."

A few weeks later

It had been a few weeks since the situation involving Galactus, and Lance was heading to Stark Tower. He still was getting used to the idea that he had a Hulk form of his own, considering he had been told years ago that that sort of thing might not be possible at all, but oh well. Guess blood transfusions with the Hulk were a really bad idea. When he got to the top floor, he glanced around, wondering somewhat where Tony had wandered off to. "Hey dad, you around here?" he called out, wondering partially what his dad had wanted to talk to him about.

"In the kitchen, buddy," Banner called out. When Lance entered the room, his father wasn't alone. With him was a rather strong yet elegant looking woman with green hair and skin. She wore a purple power suit and a briefcase was sitting on the ground next to her - the sort with combination locks on them that lawyers carried. "I want you to meet my cousin, uh, Jennifer... Jennifer, this is my son, Lance... He's uh... like us."

Lance wandered over, and froze when he saw her, since this definitely was not something he expected, and that's coming from someone whose seen a lot of weird things in his lifetime already. "Uh... Nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too Lance, your dad's told me about you." Jennifer responded, giving him a slight wave.

"Okay... I'm really confused at this point as to how... Uh... Well how your you know, green."

"Now that is a bit of a long story."

"That kind of seems to be a reoccurring theme with this family, everything is a long story of some sort."

Banner nodded, rubbing the back of his neck. He didn't really want to get into what had happened to Jennifer - just like with Lance, it had been his fault. His blood had caused the problem. He had tried to explain to Jennifer what could happen, but it had been too late. She would have died if he hadn't given blood to her after the accident. "She works in court with Matt Murdock sometimes," Banner said, trying to change the subject. "You know, the lawyer that always insists he isn't Daredevil."

"Yup, I sure do, though the fact that he won't admit that he's Daredevil is more hilarious then anything. Though the fact that most people are oblivious to it is even more entertaining."

"That sounds like fun. Guessing by the way you all have been talking you're a lawyer then."

"Yup, sure am," she said simply with a shrug, it was fairly obvious that not only did she have complete control over her own Hulk form, but actually sounded like she might prefer being in hers. "Not like any of the court cases are really big ones for me at least."

"...Well I mean, that's usually a good sort of thing when you think about it. But the conversation changed topics... How did you become green essentially?"

She let out a bit of a sigh, knowing that her cousin at least in part likely blamed himself for it. "I was visiting your father and we were walking around when I got shot. I was defending a criminal who got double crossed by his organization and was going to turn witness for them. Course they didn't want me helping him so they came after me and pulled the trigger. If your father hadn't been around I probably would have ended up dead."

"So... A blood transfusion like what happened with me."

"Yup, but honestly I don't mind it. I'm fine being this way, and I'm glad he chose to save my life even knowing what could happen," she responded, before giving her cousin a bit of a smile. They more or less grew up together after what had happened to his parents, so she viewed him more as her brother then her cousin.

"I really am sorry, Jenn," Banner said softly. "You too, buddy. If it weren't for me... well, you wouldn't be cursed... From what Tony and I can tell, I will never die. Or... maybe Banner will die but the Hulk will stay... I don't want that to happen to you guys... Lance, you're my son, my pride and joy... And Jennifer... You're the only other family member I give a damn about. Only other sane one at least."

"If it weren't for you we'd probably both be dead," Lance pointed out with a shrug. He'd come to accept that this was going to be his life more or less, and as he had pointed out years ago to his dad, he had given up having any sort of normal life.

"I'm with the kid on this one Bruce, don't blame yourself, ever, alright? I know for a fact I'd be dead if you didn't do anything to help me. And honestly, as I said before, I'm okay with that."

"I'm alright with the whole not being dead thing too... Though at the time I may not have exactly been too thrilled about getting that blood transfusion," he added, referring to when he had gotten the transfusion, nearly causing a fight of sorts to break out in the medical area at the mansion.

Banner nodded, though he was smiling at Jennifer and Lance. "I guess we're the Hulk family then..."

"Oh totally, not like that's a horrible thing though."

"Yup, lighten up Brucey, we've got this."

The day had finally arrived for Guin and Pietro's wedding! It was later in the afternoon, early evening on April 30, 2021, and it was a beautiful clear night. There was a small pathway lined with lights leading up to the alter at the end of it. The ceremony was a fairly small one, with only a few different people invited. Of course, the entire X-Men team was invited, with Mary serving as the Maid of Honor, and Annie, Carolina and Allison serving as the bridesmaids. Pietro's side of the wedding party was a whole lot smaller, since he didn't really have anyone to invite or any really close friends, so the only person on his side (serving as the Best Woman) was his twin sister Wanda. They actually got two of Hawkeye's kids to participate in the wedding as well, with Cooper and Lila Barton serving as the Ring Bearer and Flower Girl respectively. Of course, the wedding wouldn't be complete without an officiant, and they actually had the literal God of Thunder Thor to be the official who actually would officiate the wedding. It was a bit strange, but then again this was a strange lot (just keep Thor away from the beer until the reception).

Other attendees included Wanda's boyfriend (and the one labeled as a toaster by her brother) Vision, as well as all 6 of the main Avengers, obviously considering the fact that they are practically her family, and her father was one of them, so that was kind of an important thing (and the God of Thunder was the officiant). The other two members of Hawkeye's family, wife Laura and youngest son Nathaniel, were also there. Other members of the group were a few of Guin's classmates from high school (which included one Peter Parker), Pepper Potts (Guin's pseudo mother), Colonel James Rhodes, and Happy Hogan. Once again making it clear that Guin had a lot more people to invite then Pietro did, but in all honesty he didn't really mind it. One person who was clearly not invited was Guin's mother, Maddie Le Fay, and Tony made sure to have decent security setup around the place to keep her out, as well as any sort of journalists or reporters.

The ceremony was a simple affair, though a few times no one would be able to understand what was being spoken, as a few things were switched into Serbian on occasion due to that being Pietro's native language. However, things moved along, until eventually, they reached the end, where the pair were to exchange vows in front of everyone.

"Pietro, I met you for the first time properly when I swept your legs and you landed on top of me in Washington D.C. Honestly, I think I was just as surprised as you that I was able to take you down. Our life has been an insane roller coaster of never ceasing action since then. We saved New York countless times, met your future self, defeated a hypnotist, and saved reality and the universe.... all in the span of just about three years, give or take.

You're quirky and funny, an adorkable kleptomaniac with an appreciation for the 80's that would take Billy Joel's breath away. You're as quick on your feet as you are in conversation and even though you hate my AIs, and my father didn't approve of you at first, you stole my heart. You're incredibly frustrating and sometimes annoying, but I can't help but love you, for better or for worse.

I vow to walk by your side as we continue to save the world from most likely weirder and weirder threats, like the sequel stories in a popular Young Adult franchise. I vow to argue with you constantly. I vow to be there when you're sick and feed you chicken soup, and to watch countless Star Trek reruns in between Star Wars movies.

I vow to always love you to the moon and back - to love you more than there are stars in the skies or possibilities in the universe."

"Guina, you were one of the few people who seemed to see me for me, and not as anything else. I know the way we really met was a bit of a strange thing, but I will never forget that when you knocked me to the ground just because I kept a roll of tape out of your reach. Meeting you changed my life for the better, and helped me get off the path that I seemed to be following, and I will always be grateful for that. We've been through more then a few crazy scenarios together, and I doubt it will get much easier, but I know that together we can get through anything.

You have made me a better person just by being yourself, a girl who shares my love for the 80s and is a tech monkey who is super stubborn and who can build just about anything it seems, and are one of the few people who can keep up with my brain that tends to runaway like a train sometimes. You are a geek like me, and will stay up to watch marathons of Sci-Fi shows even if for some reason you've never even heard of them. Sometimes we argue, actually scratch that, we tend to argue quite a bit, but I'll always love you no matter what, even if we sometimes don't see eye to eye.

I vow to be there for you, no matter what it takes, if we're apart, call me and I'll be there in an instant. I vow to try and not be so over protective of you, since I do know you are more then capable of taking care of yourself. I vow to be there beside you as we face the world to try and save it numerous more times.

Volim te Guina, no matter what, always remember that no matter what happens, I love you more then you could possibly know."

After the vows were spoken, it was Thor's turn to say something to wrap things up for the wedding, "And now, by the power invested in me by, well, me - I bless thy marriage with the hammer! As Midgardians do not exchange ancestral swords, I suppose it is time for you, young son of M, to kiss the bride! Excelsior!" he said to the two. Pietro instantly pulled Guin into his arms and kissed her, before he took her hand and led Guin back down the aisle and towards the area where the reception was setup for them and the guests.

The area where the reception was setup, not too far from where the actual ceremony was held in a clearing surrounded by trees, with lanterns hanging from the branches, multi-colored ones that had no sort of pattern to them. The clearing was decorated with tables scattered about for everyone, food was setup on a long table, and in the center of the setup was a black and white tiled dance floor, and music was playing for the party already. A young woman was standing there in charge of the music, however she was a fairly popular musician, and a mutant herself with light and soundwaves swirling around her, Dazzler.

Enjoy the party! Mingle with the other guests! Enjoy your downtime! You all have certainly earned it!

Allison Andrews and Sara Grey

Location: Guin and Pietro's Wedding
Skills: N/A

The wedding was absolutely beautiful. It fit what Allison knew about Guin and she hoped Guin felt important on her big day. When she was asked to be a bridesmaid, Allison did not hesitate in her response. She had gotten closer to Guin over the years and seeing her and Pietro fall in love was inspiring. She only wished Oshea and herself could be as happy as those two were. Allison fought off tears through the entire ceremony. What would it look like if one of Guin's bridesmaids was a bawling mess on stage?

Sara had enjoyed the proceedings. She had dressed up in a striped suit as she was never fond of dresses. As rocky as she felt about the two's relationship, even she had to admit it was nice to see two people who were in love tie the knot. She had never given too much thought about marriage. Most young girls spent time planning their future wedding. She never had that luxury.

Once all was done and the reception started, Allison excused herself into the restroom to touch herself up. She tried, dammit, to not cry, but weddings did it for her. She looked herself in the mirror. The dress picked out was gorgeous, but she would have rocked an ugly dress if Guin wanted. She thought about texting Oshea. She was so full of love and she needed to let it out to someone and Guin wasn't around at the moment. She opted not to do so and exited the restroom and made her way to get herself a drink.

Sara, meanwhile, sat observing it all. The music slapped for sure, but then again, was it a surprise? The wedding and reception was decked out. Hell, they got Thor to officiate and that said a lot. It made her feel tense and she didn't know why. Did she want all of this? Ever? And then thoughts of the future poured in and she immediately pushed them out. No sense in thinking about that tonight. It was time to let loose and party. They deserved it, after all.

Guin Stark

Location: the Reception
Skills: N/A
During the vows, Guin had burst into tears. She hadn't expected to be the sort of bride to cry on her wedding day, especially since Thor was the one performing the ceremony and everything he said tended to be comical. Her hair had finally grown out enough that she could pin it up, suiting the style of her dress, with the blue and purple flowers of the bouquet giving a splash of color to her outfit. After she and Pietro kissed, following Thor blessing them with his hammer (something that Guin felt just sounded wrong out of context), she managed to blink the tears out of her eyes, beaming at her family, friends, and loved ones gathered. Her father looked like he had been trying to hold back tears most of the time.

My Guina, Pietro said to her mentally before he picked her up in his arms and went to the reception area.

"You are so ridiculous!" Guin laughed. It would have been annoying or obnoxious any other occasion, but at their wedding, it struck Guin more as adorkable than anything else. Her fiancé - no, her husband - was sweet, charming, silly, and mental. He was everything a girl could want in a kleptomaniac ex-villain speedster. When they reached the reception, the scenery took her breath away, even though she already knew what the decorations were going to look like. The blue and purple lights were an amazing, colorful touch that she adored.

"So, husband," Guin began playfully. "Do you want to go have our first dance? I might have already asked Dazzler to play one in particular for us...Uptown Girl," she finished with a smirk. She knew it was one of Pietro's favorite songs, the song that he had been listening to when they first met properly. She didn't count the time she met him as a high school student.

Neil Spellman

Location: the Reception
Skills: N/A
Once the ceremony concluded and everyone got up, heading to the reception area, Neil followed suit. He had sat next to Sara during the ceremony and he really hoped that they were placed at a table together. Everything was so fancy and extravagant that he assumed there were assigned seats. So many rich, famous, and powerful people were just casually milling around, making the young mutant feel a bit out of place. He didn't really like crowds that much either.

"Erm, Sara? I'm not imagining things but... is that a magenta robot walking with the Scarlet Witch?" he whispered to his girlfriend, looking at the Best Woman. The robot was wearing a smart collared shirt and sweater, yet that did nothing to disguise the glowing yellow gem in his forehead or the portions of what looked like grey steel. The Scarlet Witch had linked arms with the robot, wearing an impressive ruby red gown that somehow fit in perfectly with the blue and purple color scheme of the wedding.

During the ceremony, Neil had been relieved to notice that Magneto was not in attendance at his son's wedding. Wolverine apparently had been hired to do the security, though Neil wasn't really sure what the man with metal bones could do against the master of magnetism... It seemed like a bit of a liability to him. He wasn't about to go tell that to Tony Stark, though. He liked not having his credit score instantly plummet to subzero levels, his discord account not being read by a billionaire, and being able to play games without worrying that Tony Stark was about to delete all of his progress.

Cassandra Reed

Location: - The Reception
Skills: N/A

Cassandra sat in the crowd along with all of the other guests that were invited, seeing her sister up there among with the other bridesmaids made her smile. Seeing Guin up there she felt really happy for her as well, remembering that a few years ago she was the one training her to be a SHIELD agent. Once the ceremony was done Cassandra followed everyone over towards the reception area, though she wished that her boyfriend was there with her.

She noticed Vision was there along with Wanda as well, seeing them together was really nice as well, and they weren't fighting each other as enemies anymore to. Cassandra found herself a comfortable seat and leaned back a little bit to enjoy the scenery and seeing those that she counted as friends as well. She continued to watch Guin and Pietro, before getting up from where she had been sitting and approach them and wrapped Guin in a friendly hug. "I'm really happy for you Guin and congratulations as well on the wedding."

Carolina Reed

Location: - The Reception
Skills: N/A

Carolina stood with all of the other bridesmaids watching the ceremony playing before them, she couldn't help but stop smiling seeing Guin and Pietro getting married together. They were really cute and adorable together as well, seeing them doing their vows as well she looked at Thor for a moment as he officiated the wedding as well. It was pretty cool and interesting to see him as the one to do the wedding for the two of them but it was still really cool to see as well.

By the time the reception started Carolina watched her sister going over to congratulate the two, Carolina stood by Annie looking over to her best friend and hugged her, she looked really adorable in her dress as well. "Isn't this really fun?" Carolina asked Annie and smiled some more seeing their friends as well, this was really nice and fun as well. She noticed Scarlet Witch and Vision there seeing Wanda was happy there as well to.

Bethany Bell

Location: - The Reception
Skills: N/A

Bethany sort of stood more in the background from the others, though she was happy for the two of them she didn't really like large gatherings at all really. Seeing all of the bridesmaids together, Guin and Pietro together she thought it was cute in her opinion though she didn't really want to get in everyones way either. Once the reception started Bethany made her way over towards one of the empty tables as well.

Bethany felt more like a loner a lot of the time in her opinion and she did prefer it that way more than anything as she enjoyed watching the others all mingling and having fun. She reached over and grabbed a glass of water and took a sip from it as she enjoyed the time by herself a part of her thought about going out and dancing but decided against it for now.

Antoinette McCarthy

Location: Pietro & Guin’s Wedding Reception
Skills:

Antoinette had found the wedding ceremony lovely with the twinkling lights and freshness of the outdoors. She had momentarily become distracted with the lights but hurried forward so as not to hold the line up. She had smiled brightly at Pietro when she took her place up front with one of the bridesmaids. Guin was stunning in her simple, yet beautiful dress and she couldn’t wait to see his face when he saw her. She had teared up as well during the vows but tried not to cry too much and ruin the make-up she had on to complement the two toned dress she wore.
The reception was laid out nicely, with more twinkling lights for her to admire and enjoy. She knew they would have been there but she hadn’t seen them in the darkness of the night and was pleased to see how lovely they were. Antoinette stood with her best friend and fellow bridesmaid, Carolina and sipped on a drink. They watched Pietro carry Guin in and Antoinette laughed but smiled. It was such a rare thing to see unbridled pure love and joy on those two faces. ”Come, let’s get a closer look for their first dance,” Antoinette said and pulled Carolina to the edge of the dance floor.

Iris Rivers

Location: The Wedding -> Reception
Skills:

When Iris first heard about the wedding, she had been less than excited. She didn't believe in the institution of marriage. Wedlock was just that: a lock. If a pair of people love each other, they shouldn't care what the law has to say about their union. Not to mention, she wasn't exactly fond of the idea of sitting in a stuffy church and some over-the-top recital hall for an evening. But she considered Guin a friend, and she liked Pietro well enough, so she decided it would only be right for her to attend. She was pleasantly surprised to discover, however, that both their wedding and reception would be held outside.

During the ceremony, Iris had taken a seat in the back. She knew that there were people who were better acquainted with the married couple better than she was, and she was really just lucky to be invited, so she didn't mind being in the pew farthest from the front. Despite having gotten it only a weak prior, grass stains were visible on the bottom of her dress, from when she'd decided to take it for a test run around the mansion's gardens. She had listened intently to the vows, savoring them. Even if some might disagree, vows were a deep, heartfelt form of poetry, which Iris appreciated. Despite her enjoyment of the vows, however, she was one among the first people to start towards the reception area once the ceremony was finished. Poetry was all well and good, but nothing beat a good party.

Between the ceremony area and the reception area, Iris managed to ditch her flats in a bush, opting to go barefoot. Once there, she began dancing before the music even began. In fact, as soon as they were in the reception area, she couldn't help but start bouncing on her heels as she walked, her lengthy limbs rhythmically swaying around her body. Despite this, she didn't head to the dance floor, instead dancing around the outskirts of the clearing, making her way to the bar, where she grabbed a bottle of beer. Growing up with a rather relaxed parental figure, it often slipped her mind that drinking at her age was technically against the law. She continued to move wherever her subconscious took her, until the music actually began, at which point, a grin spread across her lips. "You guys might've fucked up with pollution, capitalism, and corporate greed, but your modern music is fucking dope!" It was unclear who exactly she was talking to, but the person closest in vicinity to her was Bethany Bell, the X-Men's resident goth.

Elizabeth Flame

Location: The Reception
Skills: Transmutation

This was the first wedding Elizabeth had even been to, and it was a lot. She supposed this was one of the perks of being an X-woman; fight with the big boys, party with the big boys, it seemed. That was a fair trade to her, she was sure many would kill to be in her position, but she just felt off. Socializing around the wedding, Elizabeth had tried at one point to copy that magic material that made up Captain America's shield, getting her hands on in for a few moments, but being unable to replicate it with her powers. That disappointed her a bit, but she wasn't going to let something like that keep her down at a wedding.

Not feeling much like dancing, instead she opted to find the bride and groom and wish them well. Tracking down Guin and Pietro, Elizabeth gave them a smile and said, "Congratulations, both of you. I just wanted to say um..." She trailed awkwardly, before continuing, "Thanks for inviting me." She wasn't used to feeling out of place, but in all honesty, she did here. She was getting to know these people better, but she just had trouble internalizing that she belonged with them. Ever since her accident, something inside of her had been damaged, and left her with a kind of self doubt that made it hard for her relax properly..
