Okay, so I got most of the Khaliya CS up for the moment. Still need to add the few years after the Brotherhood/Enclave war when she went back home to Montreal, and the time before she got picked up by the Brotherhood. As well as the whole deal about what she actually is.
@Silverwind Blade Approved, though I'll be shooting a message later on a few things that relate to vault 35
I never did get a message relating to this, just thought I'd best mention that since the game has now started and I start thinking about getting an IC post up in response. Though, I'll probably get onto that later. Coincidentally, I have been re-playing Fallout 3 lately, partly inspired by joining in on this RP :)

Wen is quite no-nonsense and very independent, she's survived journeys up and down the carolinas before and isn't afraid of explaining the fate that awaits anyone with loud equipment or a loud mouth if the raiders catch them. She's never had a good relationship with established authority much to her fathers annoyance, Wen is also ingenious at devising ways to give herself the upper hand in confrontations.
She has a soft spot for the average wastelander trying to survive in a harsh world but the same cannot be said for Raiders, her cruelty towards them has no bounds, she feels that they deserve to suffer for what they do to people who have barely anything in life to begin with and her extraordinary brutality towards Raider prisoners and wounded has shocked many a caravaner she was guiding.
Despite her vicious streak Wen is also devoted to her family and friends and very protective of her younger sisters who reside with her parents in North Carolina in one of the many trading towns alongside Wen's Lover.
{Fears/Limitations}
Alligators, Reptiles, Scorpions and Deep Water.
{Place of Origin}
Wen comes from a town in the south of North Carolina where there is a settlement founded by former Chinese-American Internment Camp detainees, She works as a Guide and Caravan Guard for groups travelling up and down the Carolinas. She’s currently in the service of the Marshals as a Guide and Tracker due to her knowledge of the routes and habits of both states.
{Background}
Wen is descended from Chinese-American Internees, her ancestors were detained during the resource wars at a camp in Georgia under suspicion of being Chinese Agents despite many of them being patriotic Americans, when the bombs dropped the guards of the camp fled leaving the prisoners locked in. After a couple hours they managed to break out and overwhelm the automated defence systems; they took a couple days to bury their dead and gather supplies before departing the camp.
Some small groups went west into the internal states of the USA, others went south or north heading to what used to be their homes. The majority of Detainees at this camp though were from the Carolinas so they would head north east following I-85, along the way they faced discrimination for their Chinese heritage, raider attacks, animal predation, radiation storms and mother nature.
After a few weeks the column of Internees with cow drawn carts piled high with sick, elderly and supplies reached a town in North Carolina called Columbus, they’d been forced off their intended route but many decided here was a good place to stop, they were worn out and they needed time to rest and tend the sick and dying. Some continued on and parted ways with the group.
After a few months the main group was still in Columbus, and had set up a basic perimeter and accommodation. A few years later the settlement had turned into a thriving trade and farming settlement at a junction between I-26 and US-74 where they offered hospitality to weary travellers and traders, It was around this time that Columbus earned a new name “New Chinatown” due to it’s majority Asian-American population.
Over time the town would gradually form a more professional militia and would give itself more robust defences with walls, a modest assortment of machine guns and a mortar. The town had negotiated deals with the mountain tribes of Appalachia and some other towns in North Carolina allowing them to offer some modicum of security on the roads creating a prospering trading town.
It was into this environment Wen was born, her family were traditionally farmers and merchants in the town. She has two older brothers and a younger sister, she was known to play rough and unfair with her brothers giving her an insight into underhanded tactics.
As she grew into her teens she received mandatory training with the Militia and went on some caravan escorts, guiding them to nearby towns and beyond and as such learned a respectable amount about North and South Carolina and about defending herself and the use of her weapon.
Upon turning 21 she went into service as a Guide for Caravans going north and south and after a few years in this field of work was recruited as a guide and tracker for the Marshals where she would lead expeditions and units through the hills, forests and towns of the Carolinas and furthered her combat experience.
After 5 years of this work she’s considering her next steps, but before she can make a decision she finds herself in a besieged town with a group of Tarheels and Marshals fending off a Raider Siege when some Northerners in armored vehicles showed up and lifted the siege, she would have to speak to these folks because if they’re going south they’ll need a guide and she's feeling ready for a change of scenery after that siege.

Pandora Subject XW-04 “Typhon”, Appearance Report: At first glance, Typhon is an odd sight for the wasteland. A young girl, about 18 years of age, in peak physical condition. From just a cursory look, the girl appears to be near the pinnacle of human condition. There is barely an ounce of fat visible on her where it shouldn’t be, yet it’s clear her body is toned to its peak. The girl does, however, bear some rather impressive curves for somebody in the wasteland. This, paired with her short hair and piercing orange gaze make her rather easy on the eyes. Hell, a common wastelander might even label her a goddess of the wastes, certainly something more attractive than most others who walk the remains of civilization.The girl stands at a height of five feet and seven inches, leaving her around average in height for a girl of her age.
All that being said, her human appearance is very much the most normal aspect of Typhon. Her arms and legs are completely made of metal, a fact rather obvious for the onlooker. The limbs themselves appear to be powerful, yet smooth. Unlike most robotics products in the wasteland, there is nothing clunky about Typhon’s metallic limbs. If one were to know of the institute and their courser synths they would very likely think the robotic limbs belonged to that very project. The girl only has one exposed eye, that eye appearing an orange color, and even projecting its own glow. If one were to look close, they would notice the glow coming from various mechanical components in the eye itself. Her other eye is not visible, as a solid black plate covers where the eye should be and appears attached to the girl’s face.
Still, her strangest feature has yet to be reached. Running down Typhon’s back is a metallic spine, each plate that would make a vertebrate visible as it was exposed by her skin. Though her skin does grow around the plates, keeping her body safe. From her tailbone, extends a long mechanical tail. One which is fully prehensile, and has a range of about six feet. At the end of the armored tail, it’s a three-pronged pincer that is capable of grabbing objects (or people). In the center of these three prongs, sit three nozzles, though only one functions at the moment as a flamer.
Due to her strange appearance, Typhon is often regarded as a machine instead of a human by the wastes.
- Psychological Profile -
{Personality}
Pandora Subject XW-04 Psychological Report: Subject Typhon has been fully adapted into the expected personality of the Pandora Project. Specifically, she lacks emotional attachment and is ready to comply with orders given in a moment’s notice. Her emotionless demeanor can be compared to that of advanced robotics projects, proving that synthetic technology is capable of suppressing the human mind’s emotional impulses. When engaged, Typhon has all the calculating power of the human mind, yet none of the emotional or moral inhibitions to keep the subject from completing the mission. When engaged, Typhon is typically silent, only speaking to acknowledge commands, issue warnings, or provide action updates similar to most other computers.
Whenever the command phrases are issued to the subject, Typhon’s inhibitors will revert back and allow her to develop personality normally. As an expected side effect of Pandora’s personality inhibition tests, and her prolonged stays under the ice, Typhon has yet to develop much of a personality in this state. The only traits that tend to show up in the subject’s persona when allowed to function normally are as follows:
Loneliness - Typhon will often reach out towards whatever can give her a feeling of companionship, and latch on tightly,
Protectiveness - Typhon will attempt to guard whatever the subject has attached herself to, afraid to let it leave her.
Hunger - Typhon’s ravenous need for energy to support functioning will get the better of her, and often times she will actively seek out food.
Trustfulness - Typhon will implicitly trust whatever the target of her latching is, and act solely on their will. A trait that can, and should, be exploited.
{Fears/Limitations}
Pandora Subject XW-04 Psychological Report:
Subject Typhon only appears to have one fear, likely related to her stunted personality growth, and that is abandonment. She fears the idea that others will one day leave her behind, as her ‘siblings’ in the program did when most of them expired. To this end, subject will often attempt to stick as close to the target of her latching as possible, and go out of her way to please them.
Until command phrases are employed, of course.
{Place of Origin}
Pandora Subject XW-04 Biographical Report: The subject Typhon does not hail from any particular parentage or life within America. Just like the other subjects in Pandora, and the Pariah, Typhon is an artificial life form. She was created, gestated, and saw first life from within a tank at the lab. Here, the subjects were allowed growth to the age of six, where it was deemed their bodies would be most receptive to the Pandora procedures. Most subjects did not survive the procedures, and fewer still survived until the current day.
{Background}
Pandora Subject XW-04 Biographical Report:
The Pandora Program which birthed Typhon and the fellow, surviving, subjects is a United States Experimental Weapons Division Project inspired by the Pariah Program. The goal of this project was to use a meld of living hosts and advanced robotics to create soldiers which would have maximized destructive potential on the battlefield, and provide the upper hand needed to stomp out the Communist threat. To this end, the soldiers which were created by Pandora and survived the process are excellent examples of success, though too few survived this first batch. Each subject had their own specialization of which they were designed to be used. Subject Typhon was meant to be a heavy weapons platform, to be used to remove communist encampments with brutal efficiency.
To this end, subject Typhon received massive robotic enhancements during the Pandora Process at age six, her limbs and spinal column were removed then replaced with enhanced robotics prototypes. This allowed for a higher functioning body, capable of operating for longer than the standard human body. In addition, the subject’s durability was increased significantly along with their athletic abilities. Though this was not without drawbacks, as the load these limbs put on the subject’s mind proved too much for a human to bear. Within a week of integration, the subject experienced a seizure as her mind went into overload from the strain.
The subject was immediately drawn into a medical procedure, where half of the subject’s brain was replaced with the experimental HECATE Biocomputer and integrated with the subject’s body. Unexpected side effects of this procedure featured the formation of nervous pathways through the cybernetic limbs, allowing for the subject to feel just as a human would through these mechanical limbs. Around this time, subjects from other PANDORA experiments began to expire despite having survived initial procedures. Subject Typhon displayed signs of depression following the learning of these expirations. Emotional suppression was implemented quickly following these incidents.

Beep boop I am colour.
{Appearance}
It is rare to see a non-American in the Wastelands of the post-war North America. Even rarer still to see a Soviet from the pre-war World, and one so identifiably so. Viktoriya stands at five feet and ten inches tall, with short - almost boyishly so - raven-black hair, usually concealed beneath a peaked cap bearing the red star of the Soviet Union, or a fur ushanka. Her eyes are of a greenish-grey colour, with a piercing stare that almost looks through you, rather than at you directly, with round, full lips usually bearing either pink or red lipstick. Her skin is pale, almost white - as one might expect from someone who hails from frigid climes such as northern European Russia, and without scar or blemish, though she sports several tattoos - most notably the tattoo beneath her left eye, as well as a large double-headed eagle across her upper back. She is relatively well-built, as one would expect from someone who is primarily a soldier, weighing in at around 190 pounds, with a relatively full bosom, though commenting on such will likely get you a hard slap.
Viktoriya can usually be seen sporting Soviet 'Chasovoy' (Sentry) military gear looted from former Soviet embassy guards, as befits a former member of the KGB outfitted for a hostile environment. She usually has a thick red greatcoat with additional armoured shoulder plates, armoured gloves, heavy reinforced and armoured boots, an armoured chestpiece with integrated rebreather and mask, and a heavy 6B51 helmet, all rated to stop or deflect most incoming fire. Outside of her Chasovoy gear, Viktoriya usually sports a traditional Soviet green officer's uniform with black leather gloves and a peaked cap with insignia of the KGB.
- Psychological Profile -
{Personality}
To most people who pass her by, Viktoriya seems to be a 'typical' Russian; hard-bitten, cynical, no-nonsense and a woman of few words. And that much is true - at least, that much is true so far as she wants most people to see her. Viktoriya is a woman of two faces - an official face, and a personal face. Her official persona is just that: brusque, even blunt, and straight to business. She does not suffer fools gladly, nor will she tolerate idiocy. She is quick to call out bullshit, and does not care for sugar-coating, nor does she overly care for flattery. Those who stand in her way die. Those who betray her, or attempt to, die screaming. The distinction is important. And those who have information she wants... will be broken.
However, on a more personal level, to people she can trust, or to comrades-in-arms, Viktoriya opens up, and almost pulls an about-face. She is a warmer, more tolerant, easy-going person, swapping stories and singing old songs around a campfire. Those who are more familiar with Viktoriya's more official persona may be somewhat shocked, or disturbed, at this change, and might be left in doubt as to which is actually Viktoriya's true personality. The truth is, of course, Viktoriya's personality is whatever she needs it to be at that occasion, as one might expect from a former intelligence operative. Personalities are malleable, to be shaped and moulded to one's situation.
{Fears/Limitations}
Viktoriya is fearless. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
Okay, in all seriousness, Viktoriya has a few fears, and most of them are related to one particular time... Her biggest fear is perhaps that of being left alone in the wasteland to survive by herself, in a hostile world full of raiders, mutants and mutated wildlife. Her journey south out of New York City was a torrid and dangerous one, filled with death, blood and monstrous creatures - one that she is not eager to repeat any time soon. She saw too many of her former comrades-in-arms torn apart by the creatures of the former city of New York, and any attempt to broach the subject with her will not end well. She often wakes up at night from nightmares screaming, where she relives the horrific fights for her life in New York.
{Place of Origin}
City of Arkhangelsk, Arkhangelsk Oblast, Soviet Union
{Background}
Viktoriya Oshkina was born on March 24th, 2050 to Kapitan 1a Ranga Anatoly Oshkin and Natalya Oshkina in the city of Arkhangelsk in the northern USSR, on the shores of the White Sea. Her father was a noted naval officer, commander of the Typhoon II-class nuclear guided missile submarine Komsomolets, assigned to the Northern Fleet, whilst her mother Natalya was daughter of Viktor Serebryakov, a member of the Politburo - as such, Viktoriya was born into as high-class a family as one could get in the Soviet Union, a daughter of the Party and of the Soviet Navy. However, Viktoriya's home life was not an easy one. The Soviet Union in the 2050s was going through a difficult and painful transition to a nuclear-based economy, and common goods and energy shortages were common. Popular unrest was rising, whilst in Europe and the Middle East, tensions had already boiled over into all-out war, with nuclear exchanges. It was in this maelstrom of violence, rioting and state suppression that Viktoriya grew up, with the Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact beginning to slide ever closer to war with its closest neighbours. Anatoly Oshkin was often away from the family home, deployed for ever longer periods of time aboard the Komsomolets, ready to strike with nuclear missiles at any of the Union's enemies.
Life was harsh for Viktoriya - with her mother stressed from the global situation, and bereft of her father for much of her childhood, Viktoriya grew up a loner, dedicating herself to her studies and her physical fitness, for Viktoriya's ambition was to follow her father into the armed forces. The same armed forces were plunged into full-scale combat for the first time since 1945 on the 1st of April, 2061, when the fragmenting European Commonwealth imploded into the European Civil War, and the Warsaw Pact's leaders saw an opportunity to expand Soviet influence towards the Atlantic to provide a buffer against any potential American eastward expansion back onto the European continent... and the Soviet Union saw an excuse to fight a war that could distract its populace from the hardships they were facing on the home front.
Soviet and PACT forces attacked West Germany's Fulda Gap, Iceland, and Norway. Immediate gains were solid, with the European forces having been focusing on killing each other, rather than paying attention to any buildup of forces in the Warsaw Pact's territories, whilst European naval skirmishes were brief. However, initial progress slowed, and the Soviet forces became mired in fighting along the Franco-Belgian-Dutch border line, after the conquest of West Germany. Further strikes against Turkey, northern Italy and Denmark opened further fronts for the Warsaw Pact's forces to make further headway against former Commonwealth states, but still, France and the United Kingdom held firm.
In the meantime, the Sino-American War had broken out in 2066. Despite American concerns as to whether the Soviet Union would become involved in the War on the Chinese side, the Union had no intention of supporting their supposed comrades in the revolution. Indeed, Sino-Soviet relations were at an all time low following several border clashes in Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia, and war had been threatened by the Politburo if the Chinese did not cease and desist with their actions. The Chinese, who could now ill-afford a war with the Soviet Union as well as the United States, backed down after a period of tense negotiations, but this left a bitter taste in Moscow's mouth, and overtures were made towards the United States for another period of detente between the two nations. The Soviets were not the powerhouse they once were, of course, and the United States were wary of the Soviet intentions in Europe following their invasion in 2061, but both sides had a common goal; to contain the Chinese. It was as a result of these diplomatic ties that the Soviet Embassy in New York City was re-established on December 4th, 2068.
At the same time, Viktoriya had turned 18, and had been conscripted into the Soviet Armed Forces. Ordinarily, she would have perhaps been destined for a career in the Navy, as her father was, but instead, her grandfather's influence was shown to have its effect - instead, she was inducted into the lower ranks of the KGB State Security Forces, as a Mladshiy Leytenant (Junior Lt) of State Security. Her posting was initially as a lower-ranking member of the guard at the Arkhangelsk Naval Yard, protecting the Soviet Union's primarily nuclear missile submarine base, but again her grandfather was able to pull some strings in the background - in 2071, Viktoriya was promoted to Leytenant and moved to the Russian Embassy in New York City, where she would remain for the next six years. During that time, Viktoriya became acquainted with several of her opposite numbers in the American intelligence service, rooting out Chinese infiltrators and spies within New York City. The KGB and American intelligence had often been foes of each other, but as always, crises such as the Sino-American War made for odd bedfellows. Indeed, shortly after the conclusion of the Alaskan theatre of war in 2077, talks were held between General Secretary Obukhovskiy and the President of the United States as to a potential Soviet entry into the Sino-American War, citing renewed border tensions over Heilongjiang, Manchuria and Mongolia, but negotiations stalled over potential territorial gains for the Union in northern China, and as such the Soviet Union's forces remained in action only in the European theatre of war - though the Soviet Navy was also widely at sea in the Atlantic and Arctic.
On the 21st of September 2077, the Soviet Embassy took delivery of two large, strange machines, destined for the Sverdlov II-class nuclear cruiser Daniil Moskovskiy, which was steaming at high speed across the Atlantic from Murmansk, escorted by several destroyers. These machines were in actuality cryostorage units, designed to keep those inside in a form of suspended animation until awoken by external monitors at a certain date or through external intervention - To Viktoriya, now a Captain and second in command of the KGB detachment at the Soviet Embassy, no doubt these were prototypes designed by a joint team of Soviet and American designers that were offered to the Soviet Union as an alternative to the 'Vault' Program that the United States government had embarked upon in the decades before the 2070s in order to protect their top governmental structures from a nuclear attack. It was thought that with the Chinese destroyed in a nuclear strike, perhaps what remained of a Soviet and American nation would perhaps be able to rebuild and restore the Earth from the destruction of a global thermonuclear war... though it would be a long process. No sooner had the Daniil Moskovskiy arrived in New York City late on October 22nd, 2077, than Soviet intelligence detected large-scale activity from the Chinese nuclear arsenal. Viktoriya and other Soviet personnel in the Embassy were woken from their sleep to discover that Chinese naval assets had been spotted moving off the American and Soviet coastlines, in violation of territorial waters. Unbeknownst to Viktoriya, her father aboard the Komsomolets had already engaged Chinese submarine forces in the Sargasso Sea, whilst the Soviet Northern Fleet had detected two further Chinese submarine presences in Soviet Arctic waters, and had engaged both with deadly force. By 0330 EST, Chinese bombers were sighted over the Bering Strait, which prompted the Soviet Air Force to scramble all available jets in the area, and all Soviet armed forces moved to full combat readiness. It was only a matter of time...
By 0600 EST, there was no turning back. Soviet air defence had reported initial missile strikes in Petropavlovsk, Khabarovsk, Vladivostok, Magadan, Chita, Irkutsk and Ulan-Ude. In response, the Soviet nuclear arsenal was unleashed on the Chinese, the order being given at 0701, but this brought the Europeans into the fray, with Soviet air defence detecting launches from British and French nuclear silos an hour later. All of this had occurred before even the first launches had targeted the United States. Millions had died, and all the guards at the Soviet Embassy could do was watch in horror as they witnessed perhaps the death of their country in clouds of broiling nuclear fire. And then, at 0913 EST, it was the turn of the United States. The IONDS estimated the first four missile trajectories. Four minutes later, NORAD confirmation, as they say, sealed the fate of the world. The President of the United States ordered the American nuclear arsenal fired in response at 0926, whilst in the Soviet Embassy, all but the most important staff retreated to the embassy's fortified underground bunker. Major Yuri Kurotkin, commander of the KGB guards, was left with a difficult choice - what would they do with the cryogenic storage pods in the bunker? There was no time to load them aboard the Daniil Moskovskiy, which itself had already made preparations to set sail with her escorting fleet, and only two people would be saved if they decided to use them. Kurotkin, as such, made his fateful decision.
Viktoriya, as his second in command, and the Soviet Ambassador, General Ivan Komskiy, would survive. Despite Viktoriya's protests, Kurotkin's decision was final. Viktoriya hesitantly agreed, and stripped to her underwear to avoid the worst of the cryogenic process. No sooner had she climbed into the storage pod, and the world began to grow dark... and cold...
The first nuke hit New York City.
- Survival Characteristics -
{Non-Combat Skills}
Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy - As a former KGB operative, Viktoriya is well-versed in many facets of espionage, including hacking, assassination, sabotage and infiltration. She is a master interrogator in particular, able to wrestle information from even the most resistant of individuals - though she is not at all above using torture or other methods to achieve her goals. However, since the end of humanity as she knew it, she has had little chance to exercise her abilities in espionage save for a few odd jobs, mostly relying on her soldiery to get by since emerging from the Russian consulate.
New York Survivor - New York is widely considered to be one of the most dangerous cities in all of the former United States; a heavily-irradiated hellhole, infested largely by feral ghouls, southern gargoyles, deathclaws and other monstrous creatures, it's a miracle if anything makes it out of there alive. Viktoriya is one of those miracles... though it came at a heavy price to the Embassy guards.
Knowledge of English - It might seem a bit superfluous to note down, but Viktoriya has a near-native command of the English language.
Knowledge of the Past - As someone from the pre-War world (whose face isn't rotten like a piece of meat in the sun), Viktoriya is in a somewhat unique position. Her pre-war knowledge would undoubtedly come in handy in several situations - and even when not, it's a nice way to keep morale up by asking questions about what the world used to be like before the bombs fell.

{Combat Skills}
"She's KGB!" - KGB operatives are trained to a high standard, able to go toe-to-toe with some of the best of the best. Viktoriya is no exception. Able to improvise her way out of many situations, Viktoriya is perfectly capable of killing a man with her bare hands in several different ways, be it strangulation, a broken neck, or even simply blunt force trauma applied repeatedly to the skull. Viktoriya is not afraid to get her hands dirty, and is perfectly happy to engage someone at close range if necessary. She is an adept knife-fighter as well, able to use speed and agility to avoid injury and aim for the opponent's vitals, to deal with them swiftly and as silently as possible.
Rifle Expertise - The AK-15 was the KGB's rifle of choice before the bombs fell, and was one of many that continued the long line of Kalashnikov rifles created in the USSR, along with the AK-112 and other Kalashnikov pattern guns that Viktoriya is familiar with. Trained primarily as light infantry, KGB security personnel are expected to maintain a high level of marksmanship and familiarity with assault rifles, and Viktoriya is no exception.
Grenadier - Grenades are second only to diamonds as a woman's best friend, and Viktoriya would never be without them. Light infantrymen live and die by their ability to deal with larger targets with grenades and other explosive weapons, and Viktoriya is a deft hand with a frag, gas or stun grenade. She also is more than capable of ruining someone's day with an RPG to the face.

A mutant that loves to have deep thoughts about many subjects and is always looking for a person to stimulate his intellectual mind. Caring about animals and plant life. However if a animal was to try to take his life he defend himself if needed. The same can be said with human life. He is unskilled in dealing with computers, bartering, and dealing with social interactions.
Place of Origin: Albany, New York. The fraction he was with in the past was a supermutant group called the Hand Of Doom.
Background: Ahab has no memory of his past. And only remembered waking up in a prison cell with tattered clothing. From what he could tell he was taken as a human and dipped into a FEV tank and mutated into a super mutant. While he was in the cell which was outfitted as quarter. The mutants invitingly activated the prison’s security system. Ahab having only a photo in his pocket of some humans whom he assumed was a group he was apart of. Assuming that he was the only survivor and seeing the dead mutants being dragged away to presumably be burnt and dispose of. For the next six years he was treated as a prisoner. His only solace was a friendly Mr.Handy named Herman. Herman gave Ahab books to read and even read to him. The robot giving the super mutant the name of “Ahab” form the mutant’s favorite book “Moby Dick”. Herman being different form the other robots was Ahab’s only friend and helped him with the mutant’s escape plan. Being given items for his escape he built make shift explosives hiding them form the robots as best he could.
On the day of his prison escape he set off the explosion and was desperately asking Herman to join him. However the robot could not leave as he did not want to be dismantled by the others for helping Ahab escape. Saddened by wanting to leave he escaped the prison in the dead of night taking a small but dense paperback copy of Moby Dick. For the next couple of years he explored the land making caps in the local towns that would accept him and let him work. Working by fixing things and helping build structures among other tasks. During this time he befriended two feral dogs naming one Ishmael and the other Queequeg. The two dogs were his companions and when Ishmael was killed during a fight against raiders he was heartbroken and angry. Killing the raiders by tearing them apart with his bare hands. Queequeg lived until dying of old age which Ahab was also sadden but glad the dog was given a full life. Now alone again he kept traveling the east coast making a sort of home base in a abandoned house. Exploring to gather material, gain some caps and trying to figure out who he was and what his past was.

@Eviledd1984 I'll give it a read through shortly and have my Co-GM's take a look too. If you want to join the discord server the link is on the first page of the OOC.
@Eviledd1984 So to start, we have an issue namely with the fact that the group is mostly Brotherhood and Enclave personal while the BoS tolerate ghouls and the Enclave are starting to tolerate them, they aren't in the habit of tolerating super mutants. The Brotherhood of Steel has been fighting them as long as they can remember on both coasts, not only that but they just won a major war against them. The Enclave reformists and Bos would shoot on sight super mutants.
Baring that, this is an expedition to fight a Super Mutant army and deal with a large number of mutants so even the more local individuals have only heard super mutants would probably be scared of attack him. There is also the fact that for him to reach North Carolina, he would have had too travel all the way down from New York through some of the worst of it. Avoid all the groups that would attack, attempt to capture him, and more. Which the way he seems he might have even tried to befriend or join other groups before North Carolina I'm sure the Pitt would enjoy having a Super Mutant among their numbers.
Either way I'm not sure he's the right fit for this story, as it would fairly difficult to integrate him.
