Appearance: Kouji has a messy mop of black hair and tanned skin. He's half american so his skin is lighter than most Japanese folks but other than that he's pretty standard. He's got a healthy build, skinny frame, and typically wears loose fitting clothing. He has brown eyes, and has started to grow some peach fuzz but not too much that's notable at the moment. He is par average in terms of looks, and some people may even think he's as shaggy looking as his hair.

Costume: Kouji's outfit is simple, and sleek. A white hero uniform with googles to protect his eyes, and a utility belt with simple first aid equipment. Due to not being in a fancy school, and most of his powers being geared towards his mind there's very little Kouji needs for a outfit to succeed.

Kouji is an confident, and very headstrong young man with a passion for life, and a fierce fiery personality. He believes you need to go all in or not at all. He is inspired to be a hero not for a famous career but so he can make his city a better place. While he does push himself to get stronger its not out of ambition to be the greatest of all time but simply to be the very best he can be. He's stubborn but friendly but quick to temper when he's insulted, or looked down upon. He really is flirty with the girls, and can tend to be called a playboy. Though he tends to like girls who are more energetic he doesn't mind quieter girls either.

He's a very in your face fighter and tends to be fairly predictable but he understands that much but fails to understand why that's an issue. If a target needs to be taken down why not go all in from the start? He doesn't think he has much talent for safety operations and should his hero career fails he hopes he can maybe join the cops. He has a strong sense of comradely and wants to believe the best in his companions. But if there's one thing he hates...its the idea of a desk job.

Background:
Kouji was born, and raised in Osaka Japan in the lime light of the busy city, his father, and mother were both heroes who retired early to focus more on a stable living situation. Kouji as an individual has a childhood like most people he grew up admiring heroes. He lived on Super Sentai, and cartoons while his favorite local hero Stone Giant inspired him personally to be a real life hero. Kouji didn't discover his quirk until he was 6 and was focusing hard on a test when he accidentally blew it out the window. Kouji hasn't suffered any especially tragic events and his life has mostly been upbeat. However due to his lack luster testing skills he wasn't particularly notable despite his possibly very useful quirk.

Kouji has always surrounded himself with the bums, and losers but he also has made friends with the occasional outcast popular kid, or the rich boy who no one wants to talk to. His one unique friend was an ex-yakuza named Roku who often played games with him at the local arcade. Though Kouji to this day doesn't know why, or how he left the Yakuza he still enjoys playing with his friend whenever possible. To say Kouji has had a bog standard, and easy life is an understatement.

What set Kouji out from his peers is his drive to be better, he works out every morning before school with a jog, he never gives up and is very accepting of the criticism his teachers gave to him, and he genuinely tried his best to make friends. What his parents speak most highly about him is his ability to simply push himself to be better. Confident and not very humble Kouji fiery passion to just be a better version of himself everyday is what drives him, and sets him apart from the average person despite his weaknesses he wants to overcome them to protect his friends, and family, and his home.

Quirk:
Psionic Wind Storm - Mutant Type - Similar to what most people put into category of espers Kouji is able to control the wind around him using his brain in order to create strong gusts/blasts of wind, and or manipulate it in other ways. However Kouji tends to get very rapid headaches if he uses it too much, and it hampers his ability to focus. It is more due to the strain and untrained talent Kouji has that effect this and he needs a guiding hand to help him. Likewise things like head injuries, or brain freezes also harm his ability to proper channel his quirk.

Personality:
Yukari is gentle and careful. Being blind she has to take things slowly and balance everything closely, since she has no idea just how tilted things really are. Yet she’s also fearless and isn’t afraid to get right up to the faces of villains and problematic people. Yukari is like a sweet flower, pretty and kind to her friends, but those who try to pick on her would find that she has thorns. She can certainly be cunning, even savage, as the situation demands and isn't afraid to take advantage of other people's weaknesses to get by. But she tries not to manipulate others and is mostly honest, but she's not going to let honesty put herself or others in a bad situation.

One problem Yukari does have is her reliance on others, not only to help her around her daily life, but just the fact she’s very clingy. While her disability and her ability despite that has garnered her many fans and friends she still is very self-conscious about how others perceive her and always suspects that they might be lying just to make her feel better. She has issues trusting people’s words yet at the same time tries too hard to get them to like her. She hates the thought of people just using her just about as much as people taking pity on her. Ultimately Yukari is actually a very selfish person who has gotten too used to always being praised and can sometimes to bad things in order to gain more attention or just to make sure she herself doesn't end up in a very pitiful position.

Background:
Some kids run away to join the circus. But Yukari was born into the circus; her parents were both acrobatic dancers for a trope of quirk-powered freak shows and performers. But Yukari took things up a notch; while she showed early sign of sharing her parents quirk (Flexibility and shock absorption), she was born with one more thing: Blindness. They learned about it when she was three years old, unable to see where she was going nor identify simple patterns and shapes. Despite this her parents didn’t let this stop them from teaching her everything they knew; if anything they took advantage of their daughter’s disability to turn it into a strength.

It wasn’t long before Yukari learned how to balance, tumble, and jump as well as her parents, and without ever knowing how she looked. Her parents trained her hard and emphasized her blindness in order to help the circus bring in more customers. Little Yukari became her own attraction at the circus, combining her high-risk acrobatics and her quirk to impress the audience and bring in droves of attendees. However Yukari quickly started to get disillusioned at the whole circus life; it was just one performance after another with very few chances for her to relax or just be herself. Her only solace was hearing about the gossip and news outside of the circus tent; tales of other super powered individuals making a real difference in their lives. In the entire world. While Yukari might’ve been able to entertain others on the stage she wanted to bring smiles to everyone in the world.

So one day, she ran away from the circus.

Yukari fled to Japan, where she personally sought out a place she heard so much about. UA academy, a school for super heroes! She wanted to apply but... As it turns out having a strong quirk isn't good enough when you're effectively an illegal immigrant. When Yukari approached the proctors of the UA entry exam and told them her situation, they didn't allow her to participate due to her questionable legal status. But because she was too young to be left on her own, they tried to get into contact with her old family, but Yukari refused to return to the circus and ran away once again.

Without much direction and no where else to go, Yukari ended up having to find a different school to attend, going through some very questionable means to do so. That's how she ended up in Matsubara Academy. It wasn't the greatest place to be, and Yukari struggles with some of the more mundane topics of a Japanese Highschool, but it was better than having to go back home or living in the streets. There was even a hero course at this school. So Yukari was going to make the most of it.

Quirk:
Rubber Soul - Yukari’s quirk gives her insane flexibility and turns her body into something akin to rubber. She can stretch any part of her body out, or expand it like a balloon. Yukari can contort her body extremely and literally tie herself into a knot with no problems. This also makes her practically immune to blunt-force attacks and being crushed to death, and even her bones cannot break. She can twist her neck without hurting herself or even suffocating. However she can still get hurt, and thus die, from cuts and stabs.

Others:
Despite being blind, Yukari’s other senses have sharpened exponentially, allowing her to live a somewhat normal life with a fair amount of ease. She utilizes all her senses, her ears, her nose, her sense of touch, and even taste to sense the area around her. While the range of her senses isn’t as far as some people's regular sight, she can still perceive most of the world around her in a 60 feet radius and react to it quickly.

Yukari has an amazing sense of balance and acrobatics thanks to all her years with the circus. She can balance on a thread and always lands on her feet no matter how she falls. Her balance extends to anything else she’s using to balance too, such as unicycles, sticks, and other people. Yukari’s acrobatics also allows her to easily avoid people’s attempts to trip her or maneuvering on slippy surfaces like ice or water.

Yukari is technically still homeless, but managed to apply to Matsubara due to her sorta part-time job at a flower store. The old woman who owns the building thought Yukari was one of her grandchildren, so Yukari took advantage of this to make the shop her residence and the old woman her legal guardian. Yukari does actually work there to help the old woman, mostly by carrying flowers and arranging them by scent. Yukari just lives at the shop after it closes.

Personality:
Seijin is naturally a lazy person and is inclined to do as little work as possible to accomplish any task in front of him. Throughout his middle school life, Seijin is able to get away with this, spending his days sleeping, watching the clouds, or playing basketball. Despite this, Seijin still responds well to the authority roles in his life without hesitation but with subliminal cynicism. He dislikes formalities, often acting in an unpredictable way while being cocky and taunting. He acts nonchalant and jokingly submissive since he does not care about social status or recognition. His goal is to live life without a care in the world, free of anything to be concerned, whether good or bad, and wishes that same kind of life for everybody. What many come to realize about Seijin after knowing him for so long is that he has a stubborn streak to him over holding grudges. Becoming determined while somehow simultaneously keeping true to his lazy self when wanting to get even with someone he feels very strongly about.

Background:
Takahashi Seijin was born to and raised by a single mother, one Takahashi Seiren, in the Kagoshima Prefecture with an uninvolved, nameless father and estranged maternal family. Single-handling a child on her own while providing for the both was no small feat done by Seiren, who despite working tirelessly as an accountant at a big-time law firm to barely make ends meet, pampered her only child on stories of inspiring heroics by great men and women. But she needn't do all this on her own for much longer. When Seijin turned ten, her mother began seeing one of the most notable, if not the most, client at her law firm, Tatsuda Ryō once a Pro Hero by the name of "Skele-Lance". This relationship blossomed into the two of them getting married two years later.
And by all accounts, Ryō proved to be a good father to Seijin, filling the father role that he had lacked all these years. With him being a former Pro Hero even kindling his motivation to follow in his footsteps. His natural talents combined with his Quirk would have guaranteed his enrolling into any of the top Hero Academies in the country which it almost did when it came to U.A. his stepfather's own alma mater. It did until he overheard the very same man speaking in hushed whispers said Seijin's application was fast-tracked to getting accepted on account of a personal favour to Ryō. Going on to say that his stepson just lacked the genuine drive to become a Pro Hero to be accepted without his help. Unironically, this conversation sparked a 'drive' in Seijin to prove this man he looked up to dead wrong by purposely choosing to enroll in the school least likely to produce a top-tier Pro Hero: Matsubara Academy.

Quirk:
Speed Theft - Seijin siphons or 'steals' the speed off of objects and/or people to slow or even outright stop them in their tracks. The upper limit of his ability to steal speed caps off at the point when his bodily functions begin to run too fast, raising his body temperature and causing him to overheat.

Personality:
Saki is easy going and cheerful girl, always smiling and curious about what others are doing. Saki is very helpful when there is a person in need and accepts almost all of the work that is asked of her without much hesitation. She doesn't make much of a fool of herself however.

Saki doesn't like people commenting about her quirk however so she quickly tries to let is pass. Furthermore she is a very kind and sweet girl and will happily share her wifi password with you.

Background:
Saki grew up fairly poor, her father being a toaster and her mother a television they didn't work the best jobs. They would come by every month but it did require a ton of energy. While her parents worked Saki did all the house jobs to help her parents out. Saki would try to charge herself away from home as much as possible to be as cost efficient, sitting at family restaurants drinking only water.

During her childhood Saki fell into the river short-circuiting her batteries completely destroying her battery pack. Once she was found way down stream emergency operation was done on her body to change out her batteries. Due to costs however it was swapped out for a way smaller one which still hasn't been changed back.

When she had to go to high school Saki chose for one of the basic high schools around the neighborhood which wasn't all too pricey and seemed to be a good school to her. Her mother and father didn't accepted it however and knew from a long time Saki wanted to do a hero course. Instead of visiting the preview day of the high school she chose they went to matsubara to have a look and Saki couldn't stop flabbergasting about the school. With the small amount of money they had, they did manage despites their daughters refusement.

Quirk:
Saki's quirk is called Robot. Robot is a mutation type quirk, this quirk has mutated Saki her body mixing her own with part technology. Saki still preserves most of her human body but has other needs.

Saki runs on a battery that is powered by eating and electricity. A normal charge cord would power her up. Integrated in her skin are solar cells that power her up throughout the day as well. This energy can be used to enhance her human traits like speed or power. The more energy she uses the faster her energy depletes, once this is empty she stops working. Her energy can be used for various gadgets as well which are integrated in her suit.

Saki can use her quirk as well to hack into any other computer and control it if she is able to. She still needs her own brainpower to hack into a computer, for anything that had a wireless connection available is a 10 meter radius. anything non wireless needs a cable from herself plugged in.
