Short Bio:
Born on a slum planet, Millard was born with no name. Given to an orphanage, he was brought up in a less than healthy environment. He had made a few friends there, yet he wished to leave this hell hole. With pirates and raiders constantly attacking places around him and even got him caught up in some of their terrible choices, Millard wanted nothing more than to leave and find a good life. Well with his great intelligence he had figured out a way to join the military at 16 and start a new life.
When he joined the military he had taken up the option to have his schooling paid for him as he was going to college and signed onto a 20-year service program. Sure Millard knew he was selling his life away to the Ascendancy, however, that was better than being in a slum for his whole life and dying in some shit-stained alleyway. So he spent his first 4 years going through school as he had to spend every weekend at a training facility, constantly testing and working to make sure he was in good enough shape for any time they need to call people in for a war. However, during these first 4 years, he met someone with who he felt a deep connection, a bright smiling man who wanted to help others, Kerry. He was a man who helped Millard find what he wanted to do and even helped Millard get over some of the PTSD that he had during his earlier years of life.
So after the first 4 years of college Millard wanted to then go to medical school, while Kerry wanted to go to an advanced tech school for weapons creations, as Kerry wanted to be a Research and Development member, while Millard wanted to be a Doctor. Firstly, as a doctor, you get paid a bunch of money, while it also allowed him to help many people very few ever could. So with this, they left each other, closer than they thought they would be, yet still to pursue dreams they had.
During these years, Kerry and Millard stayed in touch, not only as they were military buddies, but because they felt a deep bond. So Millard spent the next 10 years, Millard went on to become a Fully licensed doctor, while Kerry went and started producing many new advancements in technology and research into the idea of magic. Yet the most important part of their lives was the connection that they had deepened to a point of love. As they got married and lived together as they both still lived out their dreams. However, their lives were changed when the military made good on their promise and called them both in for service.
Because of their status as being both enlisted and from the outer rim worlds, they were both put into combat roles. Kerry as a small arms repairman, and Millard as a field medic. Soon they were put to training, learning what jobs they are to do, and what skills they need to learn. However, they learned quickly that the war they are fighting isn't a simple war, it is a war for Humanity's existence. Millard was a remarkable close range combat expert, and thankfully he was as he found himself in a million different close-range fights with creatures of all races. Yet his little knife never did him enough, so he always talked to Kerry and saw if he could ever get an 'upgrade'. And like a wonderful husband he provided and gave Millard the edge he needed over any being, may it be Rau've, Kaisoken, or even Tayanen. He was always there fighting to save others in the line of danger while bringing those he can back from the clutches of death.
Yet one day, he noticed something that made his heart sunk, he saw Kerry on the frontline, fighting the aliens while accompanied by an armed carrier with explosives. Sadly that was the last time he ever saw Kenny as it was said he was killed in a blast that was supposed to take out a high-value target on the planet. This made Millard furious, he knew Kenny was not a man to just die like that, yet what could he say? He just promoted to Field Officer and still had no power, as every other officer was from one of the inner rings, he had no way of fighting back without being demoted or even sent off to die like Kenny. So he just soldiered on, biding his time.
At the end of the war, he was sent back to an inner ring homeworld as he was put into a civilian aid role, as they are now using his skill as a surgeon to good use. As there was our break of these strange Rau've spores that grow out of people and many doctors had been unable to take them out. As when magic was even used on them they grew larger and started slightly sprouting. So they used Millard as a scapegoat to see if it is possible to remove these. As he proved with the absolute deftness of his hands, and his determination to do so, he was able to start to stop this outbreak before it got too bad. Giving both the Ascendancy a good image, while also allowing Millard to be honorably Discharged. As soon once his 20-year contract with the government was up he was discharged from service reaching a nice and respectable rank.
He spends a few months as a Doctor as he helped those who had been affected by the war. He felt a little empty really, yet he held a smile, knowing Kerry was smiling down onto him as he worked. Yet when he heard of this resistance against the Ascendancy something in his heart strung, and it felt like someone was telling him to go and take this lonely rage out on this terrible government. A government that killed his lover, a government that had sent children to war, and a government that had caused a war that nearly caused a pandemic, all for power. So Millard faked his death and took up his old war gear, the few things he had left that Kerry had ever given him.

The Evil Business Man's Profile: Conner Leo Hadley
"I've never once regretted anything in my life, but profit is overwhelmingly what I require the most to feel happy. And the extinguishing of those who would be classified as trash to me."
Name: Conner L. Hadley / Victor N. Returner
Full Name: Conner Leo Hadley / Victor Night Returner
Alias Information: Conner's alternate alias Victor is tied to the underground world of the Ascendancy. He uses it to keep his hold over the shadier organizations that would harm his businesses. In that case, he usually meets with mob bosses, with them not knowing they are dealing with Conner himself. He uses his pull to help the Ascendancy's President for Life Emmanuel to keep his power base. Anyone against Emmanuel will get everything coming to them.
Age: 47, August 25, 2429
Conner's hair is a normal length for a CEO of an Interplanetary MegaCorporation based off of Mars, which it was started at. His hair is always well kept and styled more or less by a hairstylist, which he pays for their great work in keeping it short and rugged. There's an outward aura about him that makes him seem nice or otherwise able to work with you in reality; he's hiding darker secrets about himself with this facade. He wears clothes that make him feel comfortable but not too comfortable because the Hadley Family is always on edge to make a quick buck on others' backs.
He has the same eyes that Scott had, showing how much of a visionary he is. He was the second coming of Scott Noreen Hadley, which scared some people in his family while others held out he would do great things for the family. He exudes confidence and shows every person he knows more than he lets on; it helps him bribe people into having them tell their secrets.
When he speaks with a more thick wealthy accent, it has an underlining cunning to it like he's trying to get his way in whatever deal he has. There's a specific nature to him. He is an Overseer / Business Man first. He only puts certain people on the totem pole of his priorities if they are truly required to be, making the family his third of his overall priorities. His body language is a grown-up outright knowing about everyone's vices and weaknesses since he mostly deals with the mind. He has feelings of support who require support, which would be the President for life.
Height: 5'11" Weight: 195 Body Type: Athletic Hair Color: Black Hair Eye Color: Orange
Birthmark/Scar(s): Conner's birthmark is the generational birthmark within his family, which started with Scott. His back is covered by 25% to 35%, which are stars encased in a tight circle. It symbolizes a caged, ambitious personality that wants to control space's vastness and has infinite possibilities for doing that. He wants to spread his influence to every corner of the galax to keep the Ascendancy in power as long as possible. There's a scar on his left arm, which he was defending against his father by trying to block their sword, which was created by a disgruntled employee from TLI Research Institute.
Important Item(s):
Scott Class, Luxury Deluxe Heavy Cruiser
This is the Scott Class of Luxury Deluxe Heavy Cruisers manufactured by the Hadley In-Vector Corporation. In terms, this represents the founder of the Hadley In-Vector Corporation. This cruiser was upgraded to become a Heavy Cruiser, which boosts heavier armor and increases its weapon systems. The Maddening Variance Cannons are three 203mm Cannon Emplacements, which are apart of the Scott Victory System. As well, the Heavy Cruisers have Torpedo Launchers on the Aft and Rear of the starship. There are lasers, which are fired from the cannons, which primarily affect Electronics on Starships.
These weapon systems are hidden on the starship to make it look defenseless on a surface scan. It usually is in a Fleet of Gravia Military Company Ships or escorted by Ascendancy Ships. It will defend itself to keep its VIPs onboard protected from any attack. This ship shows Scott's paranoia to an extreme, which it has stealth detection in its suite to scan for stealthed starships. As well, the Bridge Crew are from a known Mercenary company called the Sky Callers, which are very capable starship pilots that can pilot almost any kind of starship all the way up to Dreadnoughts. The Gravia Military has a small contingency of forces on this vessel to keep everyone safe. The primary places they are deployed are near the Bridge and the Engineering Part of the vessel. There are additional guards to protect the passengers, the staff, and Conner's guests, and his true family themselves when it has a meeting onboard.
The Emblems on the Starship are the Hadley In-Vector Corporation and the Gravia Military Company on both sides of it. The owners of the Starship are only Conner and Shelly. However, no one from his previous family knows he has this starship or hasn't even cared to give them the access codes to the vessel.
It has around 25 to 30 decks. The primary decks that are off-limits to VIPs that aren't Conner or Shelly are the first and 24th deck, which are the Bridge and Engineering Decks. Every other deck that is in between the Bridge and Engineering aren't off-limits to the VIPs. The 25th Deck is a hanger bay, which the VIPs fighters or shuttles are docked at. The Ship's lift system skips the 24th Deck and goes straight to the 5th Deck, which is the Deck to check in with Conner, Shelly, or one of the Hostesses if Conner is busy with another meeting or whatnot.
Deck 26th to 30th is storage decks for the Starship staff to bring up more alcohol, food, and stuff for sleeping on the starship, which is bedding and anything to keep you relaxed. The Bridge staff is usually given the people on the starship before they arrive as VIPs for meetings and whatnot. To make sure they are not hostile to the Hadley Family. The people classified as hostile are disarmed and patted down for any other weapons to make sure the other people on board the ship are safe. The people onboard takes priority over a firefight. However, there’s a reason for the Armed Guards and Gravia Military Company personnel's small contingent to stop hostilities quickly. Basically, subdue the person and take them to the Brig, which is on Deck 9. Deck 9 is off-limits from anyone on the guest list, and they will be let off at the nearest Starbase or Planet if they are in the Brig.
This weapon's creator is called Frederick von Steiner, which manufactured this blade for the Hadley Family, a rogue scientist. Mr. Steiner created this weapon basically off of research he stole from the TLI Research Institute. He was kicked out of the TLI Research Institute for insulting the Amberdine's Family only child, an annoying girl named Debra. This weapon is designed by stealing experimental nanites and weaponized them to create this blade.
The Weaponized Nanites don't harm the wielder of the weapon. The blade gives off an eerily glow of bluish-green when the nanites sense armor, which will devour that will reinforce the weapon's structure. The Destructive Power of the weapon increases, which happens with every material it consumes on the blade's contact. In turn, the blade can activate its special function after it increases its density by 25%. The blade's center will start to spin, which the blade will split open and fire a plasma beam at a target, which didn't expect the additional attack. After firing off the plasma beam, it'll slowly start going back to normal. When it is fully normalized back into its blade form, it'll be on a cool-down period of an hour.
It has similar functions to all TLI Research Institute weapons. It has a DNA Lock and has been biorhythmically attuned to Conner only before finding his true family. If someone tries to wield the weapon other than Conner, it'll cause them to feel intense pain and suffering of being bitten or stung by a swarm of microscopic ants or spiders. It'll also give out an intense pulse that directly affects the person's mental functions to let go of the weapon before it starts devouring their flesh. Stuart used to hold it, but that was wiped from the DNA lock; the only people who now can wield it are Conner, Gregory, Sarah, and Shelly. However, it will still give them a mental warning to drop it after 30 minutes since it doesn't recognize Gregory, Sarah, or Shelly as its wielders. But it will get used to them in the time since these Weaponized Nanites learn on the wielders' movements. Steiner reprogrammed them to make them a bit more friendly towards those three in particular.
The hyper-specialized sniper rifle, which Conner uses, can switch between anti-heavy armor rounds to the more anti-personnel based rounds. The variance within this sniper rifle usually switches between whatever round is needed for the time, which requires the blue glow on the sniper rifle to switch colors between green or blue. Green controls the anti-heavy armor rounds, which blue controls the anti-personnel rounds. Each round is specialized in destroying tanks or personnel with ease; however, the more armored a tank, the more anti-heavy armor rounds must be used. It has a self-personalized AI that connects to Gravine-XS356 Charged to help with range finding, wind, weather, and human error factors. It increases the range of the sniper rifle by 50 to 150 meters. The self-personalized AI has a soft female voice, which is recognized as his mother’s voice Rena. This sniper rifle was upgraded with a DNA Lockout on top of having a Biorhythmic attunement to three users. These users are named Gregory, Sarah, and Conner specifically.
The sniper rifles, which aren’t upgraded, are called Gravine-JS560 Variance Rifles. They are built for a singular purpose, either using Anti-Personnel Rounds or Anti-Heavy Armor Rounds. Each round is differently sized to pick, which one is more useful to the situation required. They don’t have a DNA lockout, but they have biorhythmic attunement to the specific Gravia Military Personnel trained to use a sniper rifle. The Gravine-JS560/JS561 were upgraded by Frederick von Steiner to be equipped with a DNA Lock / Biorhythmic attunement gear within the weapons. They are now eerily similar to the TLI Research Institute weapons.
Hadley Family Ring
Conner wears his family’s ring since it was passed down to him by his father, Stuart. He wears it on his left-hand ring finger as a wedding band. There’s an H in the ring's direct center, created out of the darkest of all metals. It contrasts perfectly with the gold on the rest of the ring. There’s an inscription on the inside of the ring, which says, ’ There are always only two soul mates for any of the Hadley Family. However, if you don’t require two extra souls within your heart, then only marry one.’ It mainly means if you don’t want to have two wives, you don’t have to.
222 years ago, Scott Noreen Hadley created this ring on his 18th birthday. He created it to marry his two soul mates and true loves because he saw himself with a large family. It was the happiest time of his life, which he poured his entire soul into creating this Family Ring. The Ascension of Scott Noreen Hadley to his family's head happened simultaneously as he married his two soul mates on his 18th birthday.
Galactic Credits
His exact amount of worth in the Galactic Market is a bit insane. He makes most people cringe whenever he starts investing in something, which gains him more support and other things. However, his family is worth an untold amount of credits, which has been slowly increasing ever since the family started being an Interplanetary Corporation; the last estimated value of the Hadley Family was around Multi-Trillions worth of credits. He usually only keeps about 250,000 credits on him at all times in physical or digital form.
The Datapad of Ascension, Hadley Estate
The Hadley Estate has a specific datapad for access, which is controlled by Conner L. Hadley. It is nicknamed Ascension, which means it was altered by Scott when he became 18 years old and became the family's head. The Hadley Estate is very strict regarding who is allowed to have access to this datapad, which has to live in the Estate and the Family's head. It has a DNA Lock and a biorhythmic attunement to only anyone in charge of the family. This gives them access to everything, which the Hadley Estate has regarding its defensive and offensive capabilities. It can even lockdown the Estate if there is an intruder, which wasn't invited on the premise.
There's a verification code, which tells the Estate to do everything to make sure nothing is wrong and normal at its location. Conner returns from the Headquarters of the Hadley In-Vector Corporation back to the Hadley Estate. It can contact elements within the Hadley In-Vector Corporation and the Gravia Military Company to help with its defense or maintenance. It acts as a prison to anyone, which doesn't have access by Datapad to the Estate or mansion. There are only three people who don't have access passes are Narvia, Freya, and Ashley. It is because they cannot leave by normal means. However, he created new access passes for Shelly, Gregory, and Sarah, but will soon take away the access pass that Lana has still in her office. Everyone who isn't apart of the Gravia Military Company or Conner will have to ask Conner for one. It gives Conner a warning if anyone tries to enter the Study, which is highly taboo in the house since it has the Maddening One's Prophecy Book there.
Gravia Military Company's Overseer Omnitool
The Overseer Omnitool is the Gravia Military Company's primary creation. As a black ops organization, it is high tech but has the schematics to be heavily scrutinized by creators of Military-based omnitools. Conner built this to the specs he required of it, which it tracks all personnel in the Gravia Military Company, which are chipped with the Gravine-XS561 Loyalty Chips. It tracks their loyalty levels (brainwashing), condition, location, mission-critical assignments, which they are given by Overseer or Dedicated. If their loyalty is lacking, they will have to go into Mandatory Loyalty Training, which is heavily invasive in their lives and reconditions them not to betray the Gravia Military Company, their Overseer, and the Dedicated.
Conner created the Dedicated, which are for his true family's children Gregory and Sarah. It is for them to help him keep track of all of the Gravia Military Company's personnel. The Dedicated were augmented with a heavily specialized chip called the Gravine-XS611 Augmented, which augments their roles within the Military Company. The augmented chip's specialized nature gives them the ability to track each other by their condition and location. It gives them the ability to talk longer distances since the augmented chip helps locate them by longer distances.
The Overseer Omnitool has access to the Hadley In-Vector Corporation, but it's much less invasive compared to the Gravia Military Company. He gives the employees their off time and relaxation dates to keep up the goodwill the Hadley In-Vector Corporation has. The highest stress factors will be given a vacation anywhere in the Ascendancy free of charge to show they aren't sheep in a megacorporation.
The other features can contact anyone in the Ascendancy, the president, or any loyal military commanders. He hates to talk to one person in particular, which is named Nikolas R. Zahrin, the Dragon, but he has to since Nikolas is his children's godfather. Additionally, contacts anyone else in the Ascendancy who has similar business values like he does. If it weren't for his bribing of high-ranking military officers in the Ascendancy, he wouldn't be able to get rid of his daughter, which was because of his access to Berkeley K. Jensen. Still, he's dead ever since after the Battle of Proxima.
Conner knows the only person in the entire Ascendancy that's unbribable is no other than the Grand Admiral of the 1st Fleet, Alexander Kherol. If it weren't for his excellent maneuvers in the Battle of Proxima, the humans would have lost completely probably got eradicated by the aliens they were eradicating left and right. However, the only accomplishment he's sick of tired of hearing is from Nikolas R. Zahrin talking about Alexander's 'leadership' in getting a Wyvern to be on his side. It's like a massively big thing, but to him, it's nothing but hogwash. Only because he can't really stop Nikolas' talk about that annoying in pain the ass' accomplishment, but there are Dragons on Draken'vina. He wonders what is actually there since it's a massive wasteland minus were exactly the humans live on it. A bit strange to say...
Exceptional Skill List:
Self-Repairing Blade Combat (Exceptional Swordsmanship) - His Swordsmanship primarily focuses on the Steiner Nanite Self-Repairing Blade, which he excels at. Still, he is much less skilled than Nikolas R. Zahrin's mastery over the Diffuser Sword.
Gravia Military Sharpshooter (Chip Augmented, Exceptional Marksmanship x2) - Conner primarily uses the Gravia Military Company's Sniper Rifles, which is specifically called the Gravine-JS560 Variance Rifle. He can shoot 900 to 1,050 meters away but cannot catch up to the longest shot that the poster girl to the TLI Research Institute can shoot.
Eye Sight Upgrade Package (Exceptional Sight; Biotech Upgrade)- He has a dual packaged biotech upgrade in his eyes, which he can detect when people are lying to him and see three times further than a non-biotech upgraded human. Conner can change his eye color to any other eye color than his own natural-born eye color. As well, switch between normal vision or ultraviolet vision. It helped him eliminate his color blindness since he couldn't see reds, blues, greens, and yellows before getting the upgrade. He can turn off his detection of lying features by blinking his eyes three times in succession.
Corporate Shadowman (Exceptional Intelligence x2, Exceptional Speech) - Conner was raised by the Hadley Family's traditions, which he can know all the strings behind the Hadley In-Vector Corporation. He's a cutthroat Megacorporation CEO and knows much about the inner workings of every single thing about his businesses and many other contacts. In terms, he can find out the primary vices or weaknesses behind someone's power like he had with Berkeley L. Jensen, the Admiral of the 11th Fleet. He asked him to get rid of his daughter if necessary, or his life would be ruined since he knows Berkeley is a rogue. This guy does absolutely everything in his power to make every other person hurt and outright hates brains over brawns.
Overseer (Exceptional Generalship) - Conner controls the Gravia Military Company like his own personal playground since it kind of is. It was given to him at the age of 13 years old by his stupid father, Stuart, who was still depressed by losing his angel to an attack. Therefore, all his soldiers are used as toy soldiers, minus his true family, which helps him run the Gravia Military Company. If anything, he enjoys what he's doing in the world as long as he controls every single movement and deployment of the Gravia Military Company.
Personality: Conner's personality has changed much throughout as long as he lived; he used to be a kind and caring child. However, that all changed because his mother Rena had died, but he keeps from everyone; he does still care, but it's hard for him to care. He has a massive understanding of the mind, saying something since he has always used brainwashing to deal with them. The Hadley Estate and his family means everything to him, but it has shifted to his true family from Shelly that matters since the Hadley Family will continue to exist as long as they have a male child. He will have to answer many things when his daughter he sent to war will catch him, but he never will regret anything in his life. Money is all that matters to him, and getting rid of those that are an affront to his family will be a priority. His plans are still going no matter what, and he won't let his personal feelings get in his way in getting his true wife Shelly instead of his false wife, Lana. The one person he had to realize that was a true friend this whole time was the one he hated so much, Nikolas. Only because of the reason his stupid father forced Nikolas onto him. He hates and wants to know his own father; whatever secrets he keeps will be intriguing to learn. At least, he gave his daughter Sarah the right to decide Lana's fate and her children still with her.
Short Bio:
When Conner was born on August 25, 2429, to Stuart and Rena. In terms of his childhood was quite strange compared to the entirety of everything else. He was going to be the next family head, but there was a shock in his entire family, which was the death of his mother, Rena. This happened when he was ten years old, which was a great shock to him, but he had always been somewhat of a kind child. On the other hand, his mother, Rena, was very religious and always told him that she would die no matter what. Like the Demon was going to take the Angel away for the rest of his life, which neither Conner nor Stuart took seriously until it actually happened.
This caused Stuart to give Conner the leadership role over the Gravia Military Company when he turns 13 years old. Only because he was grieving the death of Rena, but he felt like he was dealing with other things in the family, like the disappearance of Conner's Aunt. In terms, he outright hated his father for this specific thing; it was like a great responsibility to give the Gravia Military Company's entire ownership to a child. However, he changed slightly since he always wanted to get revenge against the one who took his mother away from him. Obviously, enough it would have to be the Steven Family who had done this specific task. If anything, he was intelligent to the point of creating his own specialized AIs and other types of things. However, he had something a bit thrown onto his lap, which was a marriage between him and a Steven by the name of Lana.
Lana was a beautiful girl, who lost much in her life, which made him slightly smile about this specific thing, which he hid his true feelings of what he thought. He had a nice guy act but met someone that would change his life for the rest of his life, and that was Nikolas. If anything, it was annoying that Nikolas' had to be him and his soon-to-be wife's godfather, but he only agreed since it's better to have someone else name his children. Grand Admiral Leon, the leader of the Dragon's Brigade and his son Nikolas, feels like the Zahrin Family are going to be a great obstacle to his ambitions.
After he got married to Lana, he planned and planned to easily brain control his wife, who was pretty much easily manipulated that way. However, four years later, he met and fell in love with someone charming to him by Shelly's name, which they had similar feelings about the Steven Family, and she was a year younger than him. He had to keep up the plan with his wife Lana; therefore, he got her pregnant and got Shelly pregnant. However, Lana only had a single child named Freya, and Shelly had twins named Sarah and Gregory.
Much time passed after all that, and he had another two children with Lana by the name of Ashley and Narvia. He somewhat cared about the youngest of Lana's family since she looked like Lana when he first saw her. It was a bit sad when he learned about the birthmark, which he had to keep up with the code in the family, get rid of her. However, to do this, he basically hurt his other two children much and waited until Narvia turned 5 years old, which was when he had a meeting later. She would be at her birthday party, while her father is dealing with much more important stuff.
Conner was sitting at his desk in a meeting room of the Hadley In-Vector Corporation. He was on a call with an influential figure, which was no other than Grand Admiral Berkeley. It was a little bit before the meeting with Nikolas R. Zahrin, in which he had time to chat with Berkeley for some time. "Berkeley, I do hope you keep with your word you will get rid of my daughter Narvia by any means necessary... Unless you want your dirty laundry leaked all over the web by some unscrupulous information brokers." He spoke with a definite superiority over the brawn idiot that Berkeley is. It would be interesting what Berkeley would say to counter what he said since it's quite fun to make him skrim.
Grand Admiral Berkeley laughed slightly at the threat, which he never takes seriously by the Military's R & D brainiacs or other more idealistic members of the Ascendancy's Military. However, he did see Conner's eyes, and they were amused by his trying to get off lightly. "I will make sure the reasons for her death will be an 'Accidental Friendly Fire or Whipping her to death would be better.' Don't you worry, I won't fail you. You have my word as what I enjoy the most, Butchering others. As well, I do hope you have a good life, Conner." He spoke with assurances of his guarantees towards Conner. Hopefully, that will get the bastard of a CEO his just desserts. However, he signed off from the call since time flies when you are talking and planning things you want to do.
Conner rolls his eyes at what he sees is just by base instinct and what Grand Admiral Berkeley is a monster that will never be satisfied until he gets what he wants the most. He wants the most would be strangling and killing his Ex-Wife, a Stoutfield, which is in debt to Nikolas R. Zahrin of all people. This makes him grateful that Berkeley disconnected the call because any more of that brute gives him a headache as much as Nikolas' strong idealistic beliefs. 'Ugh, Grand Admiral Berkeley is going to die a pitiful death since he's a coward as much as he loves butchering others... Not really a point anymore in telling him how he's going to die since he will learn it when it happens. The one who will get the last laugh at his death will probably be the Zahrin Family of all things.' He thought with a frustrated look while rubbing his forehead like he had to go through tons of channels to reach Berkeley for just a bit of talk. If anything, if he dies, Conner doesn't have to deal with Berkeley as much as he's a useful attack hound; he's not that bright and only believes in brawn and not much else. It takes him a bit to look at the time; if he were a much kinder man, he would be at his daughter's birthday party, but he's not that type of person since Narvia isn't his daughter. However, he was waiting when Nikolas R. Zahrin would get here so they can hash out the deal he made with the military on bribing them to get rid of Narvia, which he never really said the exact reasons for him wanting to get rid of her.
When Nikolas walked into the meeting room with Vienna R. Stoutfield, his captain of his honor guard in the Dragon's Brigade Fleet, in terms of Nikolas' mood, he would rather go to his goddaughter's birthday party than be anywhere near Conner. Still, he was ordered by the President himself and eighty percent of the Ascendancy's Military. However, he knew something was up; it was in the air since he learned of the using children as guinea pigs to create magical super-soldiers, which he would call them 'Star Marines.' "I must ask Conner, what do you want? I haven't got all day, you know... I'm required to make sure the Dragon's Brigade Fleet is ready for anything from Berkeley's Butchers." He spoke with an irritated tone of voice and held his forehead. However, he did know about Conner's other family since those bastards did try to kill him, but Lana's children in his mind are much more important than Gregory and Sarah. He did notice seven armed guards, which were unprepared altogether, and Conner sitting behind his desk. It took him a bit to sit down at one of the seats, with his Diffuser Sword held in its sheath.
Conner noticed and was heavily irritated with Vienna walking into the room, which stood slightly behind her commanding officer. Only because she had two sisters, which the youngest one worked for him, Jennifer was her name, while the other one is a captain of one of the starships in the Dragon's Brigade Fleet. He sighed slightly, which he finally smiles slightly towards Nikolas. "It's straightforward enough, why you were called here by almost everyone in the Ascendancy's High Command, besides Alexander Kherol. I know how much he despises my military company anyway, but you can't really stop a majority order by only being one man. It involves the little whore by the name of Narvia F. Hadley, and this farce, we call a friendship. Stuart was a total idiot when he allowed you to become the Godfather of my children, but we can't really alter history now, can we?" He questioned with a slight bit of a smirk on his face. It made him roll his eyes since he always had hated Lana and was using her for his own gains. However, after a few moments of thinking a bit, he wants to insult Vienna too. "Also, Vienna, I must say, I can't wait until Jennifer goes back to your family in a container, the size of a small cube. Her usefulness is at an end, you could say, she's no longer needed as a maid in my home. She can go back to the Dredge Point Refueling Station and live her life in constant pain and suffering. I never once liked the people born in the frontier; they are a means to an end in all honestly. Their Cybernetic Implants are an affront to the purity of our human forms." He spoke in a slight superiority complex towards anyone who's from a much lesser background like the Stoutfields themselves since Maya is definitely a Stoutfield. It wouldn't be surprising if he riled up Nikolas a bit with his insults of Vienna, Maya, and Narvia.
Nikolas had one emotion rise up to the surface; it was all over his face, and that was rage would be the first time anyone would see the Dragon's Rage. It was specifically because of Conner's insulting of the Dragon's Brigade Fleet, Stoutfield Family, and Narvia F. Hadley. This means that the reason why he was called here, for this reason, is because Narvia is going to be put into that god awful 'Star Marine' program to be killed, so Conner doesn't have to. He slowly gets up and rapidly takes out his Diffuser Sword to point it directly towards Conner. "You complete and utter bastard... I can't believe you would harm your wife's children all for what? Petty Revenge..." He spoke with a blatant rage in the tone of his voice, and he was about to the deed of cutting Conner in half. However, his sword was blocked by something, which he looked and noticed his honor guard's sword blocking his Diffuser Sword. Impressive, Vienna had come a long way from when he first trained her.
Vienna looked at her Commanding officer and Conner at the same time, which she sighed because it seems these seven armed guards weren't quick enough to stop Nikolas. "Nikolas, stop this, you shouldn't go down to his level... Do you want to be court-martialed for what? Killing one of the President's supporters, he would hang you for this..." She spoke with a bit of emphasis on the president's supporters more than Conner's level. However, she was furious too, but she wasn't going to take out Conner for his words because it isn't the Brigade's Way, or they would be classified like Berkeley's Butchers. "I can't believe I am going to say this, but can we get to the business at hand instead of being enraged or angry now? Both of you should be ashamed of yourselves; you should act like adults and not children... You are both in your thirties, while I am barely 20 years old..." She spoke towards the two men in the room, which shows she learned much from the idealism in the Brigade. Vienna did put back her sword since Nikolas would do the same since drawing your weapon means others would have to defend the one you attack, no matter what.
Conner was unironically grateful for Vienna's save, of all things, since his guards are incompetent since they are barely able to take out their weapons and shoot out at Nikolas. He sighed deeply and looked at Nikolas, which he was actually going to kill him if it wasn't for Vienna. "Yes, please reseat yourself down, Nikolas... Looks like from the onset... My plans won't come to fruition, with Grand Admiral Berkeley..." He spoke with a tone in his voice that he was deathly afraid of Nikolas since he has never seen anger like that so suddenly. However, he did realize that what he said would probably make Nikolas angry, but he had a good scenario for everything. It took him to breathe in and out and move his hands to the armed guards that were useless to get the fuck out of here. And they did without any arguments from them since they knew failure isn't something to take likely in Conner's services.
Nikolas saw Vienna's putting up her weapon, and so he did with his; he laughed somewhat. If it weren't for Vienna, he would definitely be hanged by the Ascendancy's High Command for this. However, he reseated himself back on the chair he was sitting on before going so gun-ho on the bastard. But what he heard really pissed him off, which means Nikolas would have been the exchanger to give Narvia to Berkeley, which wouldn't be in his best interests. "You were going to give your daughter to Berkeley? I always knew your connections with Berkeley, but I can't believe you would sink so low as to use him to do whatever he wants is utterly stupid... Therefore, I must ask, what are you going to do, Conner? As well, may I be so kind... Don't Harm Narvia or those little brats you care so much for will blood on YOUR Hands." He spoke with a definite knowledge of what's going on. It definitely shows he's disgusted at this whole situation; Conner would allow Narvia to be near Berkeley when that bastard doesn't do what he is told most of the time. This is the reason why he had to save Maya from Berkeley.
Conner's eyes went wide for once in his life since he hasn't really realized what Berkeley does to women under his command since he didn't really want to know. He deeply sighed and shook his head slightly about the whole situation with Berkeley. "Alright, Alright... I concede... I hereby announce that the safety of Narvia Folspear Hadley is your responsibility and no one else's. Since I didn't know what Berkeley did to his female crew. I heard rumors of what he does but didn't know that's the truth. However, I will get back at you for this crime against my sensibilities... It's a bit funny, I am giving Narvia to the one person I hate the most, but I don't want Narvia's Innocence to be destroyed. I beg of you, to hide this from... her." He spoke like a true father for once in his life to Narvia, but he does hate her still only because of what was on her. It is funny to ask the one person to hide it from his own child that he truly cares in only this moment. However, he needs to tell Nikolas about when she's supposed to be taken by him. "Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you, Five years later is when she's legally allowed to be taken to become a Child Soldier of the Ascendancy. Also, one more thing, what was that one thing you wanted to tell me before we got heated?" He questioned slightly since he was interested. Odd for him to ask this at all since he never really enjoyed Nikolas or his stories.
Nikolas had a feeling Narvia would be taken at 10 years old since that feels like the age of all the children would be taken at. However, he was more shocked at Conner didn't know about what the monster does to his female officers and soldiers, but sighed with relief about the whole thing. He will have basically care for Narvia like she deserves, like a father she deserves. He laughed slightly at the one thing he wanted to know. "Alexander Kherol is a legend on my planet by 'taming' a Wyvern. But he's really more of leader material than a Wyvern Tamer. It's nice you are giving me your daughter; it seems like you have shown your true colors even more than you know. You truly do care for them, but you will never actually tell them to your face, will you?" He questioned Conner because it's obvious as the day he truly does care, but his hate for what flows in their blood is blinding him to the truth of the matter. However, it was now time for him to leave since he definitely learned from what he has done today. Nikolas knows their relationship is over, but he will keep his word that Narvia will never know the truth about this event since he's the Cryptic Rear Admiral of the Dragon's Brigade Fleet.
The two went their separate ways after that moment; no matter what, they still hate each other from this day, but they learned something important from the other. Never underestimate Nikolas' Rage or his willingness to make things right. Conner often looks back onto these moments with a bit of a miscalculation on his part in getting the Dragon so riled up he almost died for it. However, he still hates what Nikolas brought up about the legacy of Alexander Kherol since all those Wyverns would be useful would make much more money to keep his corporation on top of Mars' Corporations and Research Institutes.
Conner had an oddity appear on his screen on his desk in the office, which said someone went into his study at the house. It had the signature of Narvia F. Hadley, which was definitely odd; what does that mean. He rushed home to figure out what had happened, but his daughter was sleeping when he did get home. Therefore, he had to figure out what had happened in the office that made that oddity happen since the Estate's Warning System tells him if anything enters his study without permission. It took him some odd time to look through the cameras and saw the oddest thing ever. However, he wouldn't want to bring this up with Narvia since it's taboo to enter his study without permission.
It was like it was real as day, but he had much to deal with to make sure his plans don't get ruined, but he told his children with Shelly not to harm Narvia no matter what. This was because they would be giving Nikolas the little girl on her 10th year birthday. When the day had come, the one good thing he learned was Gregory and Sarah were shaken with their next encounter with Nikolas but unharmed. It is like the Dragon does keep his word, which means it is funny enough. The Honorable Dragon that he is makes it easy to know what should happen to the Dragon.
He sent an encrypted message to the president or anyone in league with the President since he knows that there's going to be a war soon, from what he learned from the Butcherer. That there was alien scum that built a massive Galactic Bazaar. Obvious as day what the humans wanted to increase their living space and be the first ones to give the aliens a decisive blow to the aliens. This encrypted message was to ask the president to disband the Dragon's Brigade Fleet after the war and update him on any developments. With the most decorated military officer to this date, the only other one would be Alexander Kherol. It feels like the two most opposed fleets because one fleet is on a harsh Ice World, and the other is on a Paradise World like Draken'vina. However, Nikolas outright respects Alexander Kherol out of all the Grand Admirals in the Ascendancy. The fleet's idealistic behavior is a massive problem, and the Dragon is definitely a dangerous man for his beliefs. The Dragon's Brigade Fleet would be better to 'disappear' in the ether as the last known remnants of the Zahrin Family.
Year, 2476 AD; Conner is patiently waiting for information on the data on what Nikolas R. Zahrin said during that meeting with Grand Admiral Alexander and Grand Admiral Laguna. Therefore, he can activate his next stage of the plan; he knows many things. Still, he fully supports Grand Admiral Laguna and Emmanuel in everything they are doing for the Ascendancy. No matter what, humanity will regain their rightful place in the stars and take down all their enemies. It is better to be dead than an Alien slave, is what his Military Company's Motto is. Hopefully, he can look at the unique technology that is on the Dragon's Brigade Fleet ships. They are definitely dangerous compared to other types of ships. He always wanted to get his hand on a Black Ops Ship, and now his loyalty will be rewarded for all he has done. In this case, he cannot wait for the arrival of Grand Admiral Laguna to Astervole One, his second Headquarters of the Gravia Military Company. It is because his military company protects the Primary Core of space.
Conner would have done that no matter what to protect the blue pure world from anyone since Emmanuel's primary power base. His power base is on Mars, which is why there are always two headquarters for his company. Slightly funny, he threatened Berkeley constantly to leak his dirty laundry, but he truly never did, but he learned by a rumor that Berkeley killed himself at the Battle of Proxima. Good Riddance to bad rubbish, one less trash in the galaxy. Primarily from a source, which used to work for that bastard with his sister of all things. Interesting, but he didn't like the tons of wasted resources that Berkeley had planned too much money wasted for little effort. Guess Grand Admiral Berkeley's last will went to his family's Mercenary Company called the Krillian Drive Force. He has been hearing they are angry at some things and been going against the one that completely deleted the history of Berkeley's Great Names. It made him laugh seems like Alexander Kherol is definitely trying to clean house basically, but in his own way because Berkeley's family isn't really that important to him. He wondered what Alexander would say and do if he reads the Encrypted Message from no other than the Gravia Military Company's Overseer.
The Encrypted Message was sent directly to Alexander's HQ, telling of a world of the Jensen Family controls called the Desitu. It is a stronghold of Anti-Ascendancy Forces that outright despise Alexander for erasing Grand Admiral Berkeley's history. The Gravia Military Company is only sending this data since they are going against the whole Ascendancy. The name of the group is called the Krillian Drive Forces and must be crushed completely. Therefore, who would want to defend the Butcherer? It would be the Butcherer's family themselves. With congratulations to everything that Alexander is doing, not seeing eye to eye is always good when we have a common enemy. That's where the Encrypted Message Ended. All Conner has to wait with what would be a message to his message from Alexander and Laguna. Berkeley's Family is a danger to the entire thing that the President has planned anyway.
Extra Information:
Scott Noreen Hadley is the founder of the new age of prosperity for his family. It took him only ten years after founding the Gravia Military Company to form the Hadley In-Vector Corporation. The MegaCorporation's Date of Creation happened in 2276 AD, under complete control by the Hadley Family. The Hadley Family lives on Mars, which had many different families, underdogs vying for supremacy. However, Scott was nicknamed the Maddening among his family because of his outrageously skeptical prophecies, which came true with every single step forward for his family.
He was a visionary compared to his competition, which made him one dangerous man to deal with in any way. The Gravia Military Company helped him keep his other competition down, which had him as the Overseer. Additionally, in the 210 years has grown the Company to have two Headquarters; the first one is called Scott's Heritage on Mars. The second one is called Astervole One, an Asteroid Base in the Sol System over the Asteroid Belt. The Prophecies of the Maddening One is the tomb where he kept all his visions written down. Scott's primary vision saw the Hadley Family's fall by one born into the family by a foreboding, omen bearing birthmark, which has three stars surrounding a triangle. This child in question would have the worst luck in the family, no matter their gender. This is the family's biggest secret, which only members of Scott's Bloodline can know it. That means no one outside of the family can know this secret, or it'll cause a panic in the family as a whole. It has only been passed down to the eldest or only son throughout the two-hundred years under the Maddening One's Prophecies. However, most family members are still skeptical about this omen bearing birthmark since it hasn't shown up in the family so far.
In terms of Conner, he had a presence or birthright surrounding him, which was the second coming of Scott N. Hadley. This means Conner has been leading double lives as a loving father and planning something terrible for the other part of his life, including Lana's family. The Double Life comes from the reason he cheated on his wife Lana with a woman named Shelly L. Marshall. Simultaneously, both women had children, which he's much kinder to Shelly's kids than Lana's children or even to Lana herself. He had three children in 2449 AD, one with Lana by Freya and the other two with Shelly, twins by Gregory, and Sarah's name. Lana had two children, additionally, with Conner by the names of Ashley and Narvia. Conner & Lana's children have a godfather named Nikolas R. Zahrin, which also named his children on top of it. If anything, he despises how honorable and idealistic Nikolas is, making him unbearable to deal with most of the time while trying to hide the truth. In all this time, he outright hates his father for giving him the burden of controlling the Gravia Military Company at 13 years old.
Afterward, Conner learned an important detail from a Frontier-Born Maid, Narvia, his last-born daughter with Lana had the Omen bearing birthmark. This information pissed him off, which made him smile to the maid in allowing to keep her position for now, but she's a Stoutfield, the worst of the frontier-born people, who live on a Refueling Station called Dredge Point, near a Gas Giant in bump fuck nowhere. At least he had a mistress on the same plan as him since she was his advisor in the Gravia Military Company and the mother to Gregory and Sarah. However, Conner did have perfect control over his wife, Lana, from a broken family home called the Steven Family. Lana could've been a catalyst to stop the feud between the two families, but Conner hadn't enough patience to deal with that problem. He still hated her family for killing his mother, Rena. Derrick, Lana's father, was brutally killed by Lana's older sister Maria, a tragedy, but it was one less thorn in the Ascendancy's side. Conner knew how close Lana was with her two sisters, but her closest to Maria was greater. It didn't help when Lana learned about Maria's trial and execution by Berkeley R. Jensen, the Admiral of the 11th Fleet. Berkeley was young for his time, but he was the most brutal of the Grand Admirals already, mostly because killing an anti-propagandist dissident is the military's job. Conner never thought possible it would be easy to control Lana, who was grieving over her father and older sister's deaths. It was odd that she was grieving for Derrick for what his assumptions were cruel beatings, but Conner never really cared or wanted to know the truth about the matter.
Conner had many plans, with Shelly's help, to get rid of Narvia and use Lana's eldest daughters as tools in his schemes. If anything, he once had genuine feelings for Lana when he first met her, which was love at first sight. The family's tradition was meant to make sure he would get rid of Narvia F. Hadley and get the others to leave his life for their pitiful existence. He already had his true family with his advisor Shelly and her children Sarah and Gregory. However, he has to wait before implementing the second phase of his plans with Lana, Freya, and Ashley, by good news from Emmanuel, the Ascendancy President, and Grand Admiral Laguna, about the second other greatest thorn in his side, the Dragon. Because Nikolas outright saw through his plans with his youngest daughter, which makes him a bit worried that if the Dragon's Brigade Fleet is allowed to stay operational, it will ruin his plans. The Hadley Family never breaks from Scott's one family tradition, and that is never to kill your own family and allow someone else to do the deed. It couldn't be helped that Berkeley utterly failed in that one task he asked him to do, but Nikolas' brigade protected Narvia throughout the war. Conner waits and smiles, hoping to hear the words of 'the Dragon will stay at his roost,' because it will be a good time to start his next part of his plans. However, he has given Shelly and his daughter Sarah the right to pick Lana, Freya, and Ashley's Fate. Shelly Lina Marshal (Mistress, 46, Alive - Advisor in the Gravia Military Company/Mother)
Sarah Riley Marshal-Hadley (Twin Daughter, 27, Alive - Dedicated of the Gravia Military Company)
Gregory Iris Marshal-Hadley (Twin Son, 27, Alive - Dedicated of the Gravia Military Company)
Profiteer (Exceptional Trade x2)- Conner makes excellent decisions, which keeps his Hadley In-Vector Corporation to keep making profits. If anything happens to be wrong, he corrects the inbalances to make as much profit as possible. As well, he definitely plays by the book in terms of keeping his MegaCorporation Profitable.
Presidential Connections (Exceptional Politics x2)- Conner talks directly with the President for Life, Emmanuel. As such, it makes Conner one of the chief supporters of Emmanuel's vision of what makes Humanity greater than all the alien filth in the galaxy.

Name: Laurey Karlin Age: 27 Physical Description: Perhaps the most striking thing about Laurey are her eyes, neon diamonds with their own inner light; the same inner light that leaks through slender screens of her cyberware in pulses. Whilst not unattractive, she cultures a neo-punk look, complete with shaggy mohawk, piercings, and tattoos in some questionable places. What comes with this is a lack of hygiene; her clothes are old and worn and reek of the same blend of ripe sweat and soy-curry mix.
Important items: Crystal Necklace: A shard of translucent crystal, about as long as her thumb, set into a silver cord. It catches the light in its many faces and throws out rainbows. The crystal never seems to warm, yet the feel of it against her skin is comfort enough to sleep. Sometimes.
Flimsy ID of someone who doesn’t exist: The picture isn’t even of Laurey. Why she keeps it isn’t immediately obvious, but if a lab was to analyse it, they may find traces of Bliss residue along one edge. It helps keep the lights in check.
Short Bio:
L: “Why did I ask to be taken prisoner? Gee, I don’t know, you must be a smart guy, why do you think?”
~: “I can speculate, but I want to hear it from you, Laurey.”
L: “Maybe it starts with saving my skin. Maybe it goes I don’t want to go back. Maybe I don’t like it there. In fact, maybe I hate it.”
~: “And if you hate it so much, why only leave now?”
She snorts at this, her face twisting in derision before she seems to grow bored suddenly and leans back into her chair.
L: “Ain’t got much choice. This might have been the only chance I’d ever get to get out. It’s worth risking pirates for that.”
~: “What makes it so bad?”
She shrugs at this. I wait, but she isn’t forthcoming.
~: “Why didn’t you have the chance to escape before? I was told you were crew, not a prisoner of the vessel?”
L: “I was both, in some ways, innit. Crew and captive of the Ascendancy. Not normal military, no no. They keep a close leash on us, give us the illusion of freedom but really we’re whipped dogs. All hush hush. Whoever had those goons attack can’t much like the Ascendancy; there were some good minds there with me. I watched them die.”
She sniffs.
L: “Pretty gross really.”
~: “It was an intellectual transport?”
L: “I guess you could call it that. We were being moved to another station. To work on the Shadow Weave project. But I’m not supposed to tell anyone that. Classified.”
She winks.
~: “Right, and you’ve worked on other projects before?”
L: “No! That’s how they move all newbies about. What do you think? Yeah, cybersecurity, robotics, engineering, anything with numbers and puzzles, ever since they minced me through that special division of their Grand Military Academy. Gave me my own little disco.”
She taps the chrome and neon on the side of her head.
L: “It’s nothing compared to the light show in my head.”
She lowers her hand and fixes me with a stare that I can’t quite explain. It gave me shivers.
L: “Look, can I go now? I need… I need some alone time.”
She begins to scratch her arms as she says this, and then catches herself. I press forward.
~: “And that’s why you wanted to escape? Because you never chose to be there? To be what you are?”
At this her eyes seemed to glaze over, bright though they were, and I could tell she was a million miles away, back into her memories. I gave her time but nothing.
~: “Is that why you kept asking after Moonstrike?”
When she speaks next, her tone is flat and she never meets my eye.
L: “I’ve always loved shiny things, my mum called me ‘her little magpie’. Even since I was a mite. Then I found a shiny thing better than all the rest. It loved me, you know?”
~: “Okay -”
Before I can say another word, her eyes snap up to meet mine.
L: “I’ve always found intelligence attractive.”
I decided to abandon that line with her. Clearly there’s something there. Perhaps you can hash it out with her? If she lives long enough.
~: “Okay, okay. Laurey, I’m going to be frank with you now. I need to know if you hate the Ascendancy.”
L: “Yes.”
~: “Enough to risk your life, or some worse fate, to strike out against them.”
L: “Yes.”
~: “Then I’m going to send you on your way to someone who can help you with that. Does that sound good?”
L: “Yes.”
So there you have her, a little broken, but aren’t we all? That was my latest conversation with her. I have sent the files of our other conversations, and the reports of those who took her captive. Natasha, she’s bright, really bright, and her gear… it’s not like anything I’ve seen, and I’m no expert, but that stuff would be expensive. To put it in a keep so much of her cognitive functioning intact? I could retire on whatever they’d paid a surgeon that could do that. She’s too hot for our team Natasha, we can’t risk somebody coming to reclaim her, so I’m sending her to you.
Consider my debt repaid in full.
Exceptional Skill List: Cybernetics, Neural Augmentation (Exceptional Reactions, Exceptional Learning): Installed by the military after a period of mental and chemical conditioning so that Laurey might better serve the Talos division. The bulk is localised in her grey matter and skull but stretches throughout her nervous system and to key glands. Via electrical, physical, and biological means, it endows enhanced neuroplasticity and neuronal transmission speed, allowing her to learn, process information and react faster. However, these alterations make Laurey more vulnerable to sensory overload and increase her basal metabolic rate, not to mention there have been reports of certain psychological effects from such alterations. The studies in this area are yet inconclusive.
Cybernetics, System Interfacing and Data Plane Projection (Exceptional Systems Engineering, Exceptional Robotics, Exceptional Hacking): Another hypocritical atrocity conducted in secret under certain factions of the Ascendancy. Cerebral connection ports in her skull allow Laurey to connect to Ascendancy technology directly. Paired with the Neural Augmentations, this allows Laurey to process the information rapidly and form visualisations and abstractions of computer systems, allowing intuitive manipulation. In addition, the index finger on her right hand is bionic and can open up to form a port that can interact with a wider array of technology, but is slower due to the distance from the brain.
Naturally Gifted, Unnaturally Trained (Exceptional Intelligence, Exceptional Robotics, Exceptional Engineering): Selected for her intellect and creative flare in engineering, the training Laurey received made her an expert in robotics at the bleeding edge and gave her a compliment of skills that any contemporary engineer would need, ship, base or planet-bound. She has the most experience with starships and infantry weapons.
Important items: 1. Revolving Blade Sword: A superheated rotating blade capable of slashing through the metal of most body armors. The sword is constructed similarly to a chainsaw, wherein small blades (also known as teeth) circulate around the length of the blade; the main difference is that heat is used to further the effectiveness of the sword, making it even sharper.
2. Hecate 41 Sniper Rifle: Trajan's trusty companion throughout his career as an assassin. It is highly accurate, has clips of up to 12 shots per reload cycle, and uses a rather sophisticated targeting scope.
3. Winchester 2700: A shotgun that fires shells loaded with a plasma spread, which ignites combustible materials upon impact. Some say that it is a shotgun that acts as a flamethrower.
4. Stealth Suit: A suit that allows its user to cloak temporarily. It is still detected by thermal scanners and sensing magic. Short Bio: Trajan was born on the same world as Tarak of the Star Marines. He was brought into existence by a case of rape in the back alleys of the undercity; his male primogenitor was just another of the drug addicted tramps that stalked the streets.
This isn't something that he knows about, however.
The man that would act as his father, at least for the first ten years of his life, was the fiance of his mother, who did not care if this child was seeded by some pervert; for him, this kid will be his. So, for the first 12 years of his life, Trajan had a normal, if not hard life. He attended primary school at day, and then worked at night, helping his (adoptive) father with his job in the port.
That was, until they died.
One day, a group of armed men crashed into their house, if one could a couple of rooms a house. They called out for Trajan's father, demanding that he pay his debt to their boss. Apparently, he had gotten into some bad company, and was screwed over when a bunged up attempt at gambling caused him to owe an impossible amount of money to the local gangster lord. This was the seventh time that they had demanded for payment, and this time, the cost will be his life.
Trajan, who was 15 at the time, was ordered by his parents to run. Run as far away as he could, as the two of them cannot escape the fate that had been placed unto them. And thus, he ran. He ran and ran until he fell unto the street, unconscious, but alive.
He would wake up hours later, as the faces of several other teenagers and kids looked back at him. They had found him there, half dead from exhaustion. But now, he was... well, an orphan. In an orphanage. It was a terrible place, far worse than the hard life that Trajan had endured so far. During his stay there, he would befriend the children. Especially this one boy named Tarak...
Barely a year later, the orphanage burned. Trajan had been taken by a foster family the day before that, but when he heard of the place going up in flames, he begged his new family to take him there. They obliged, and though he looked everywhere he could, there was one he could not find. Tarak. For all he could know, he was probably dead.
His new foster family, the Salazars, were wealthy, and gave him a second chance at life. Trajan would soon enough wear the name with pride, though he never forget his first family: Pyke. Trajan Salazar would prove to be a rather intelligent boy, and by the time he was in his mid20's, was on track to become a soldier of the Ascendancy. During his training, Trajan was seen to have the makings of a sniper; a watchful assassin, waiting in the shadows for the kill. He was thus placed on the Sniper Brigade at the onset of the war against the Coalition, where he would garner a thousand kills in the five years of war. However, he had also been watching as the child soldiers were sent out against their enemy. Where, he asked, did the Ascendancy pulled the sheer indecency and immoral mind to subject children to the horrors of war?
To this end, he concluded that the Ascendancy was a corrupt institution that must be brought down. He went AWOL from the army, and now serves as the sniper with the alias Sharpeye within Moonstrike. Exceptional Skill List: 8 Skills.
Alright, here goes nothing! Time for a new crewmember!
AGE: 22 (???)
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
Amy stands at roughly 5'10", her body covered in a pale purple skin that is contrasted nicely by her pearlescent eyes that shimmer when light is shown at them. Yet her eyes and skin color isn't nearly the most alien thing about her, plenty of people have grafted themselves with similar changes. It's her long, thin tail and curly horns that give her a truly unique look. Despite this however, one can quickly forget about all these abnormalities as her overall looks are quite appealing to look at. It's also immediately obvious that she isn't going to be the strongest member of a team, and probably weighs less than the guns and armor that some people carry with themselves, despite her tall stature for a girl. Or, well... one can never tell with these Zvezd what they are, but it's always painfully obvious what they are once you try and touch them and feel the coarse skin that defies their looks.
IMPORTANT ITEMS
Travelling bag: For travelling and for being a bag you can store things in. It seems nobody can quite find the things they want inside of it, except for Amy.
A pack of butter cookies: Amy's favorite, doesn't leave without a pack or two of them. (VERY IMPORTANT!!!)
Flute: It's just a flute, what did you expect? Still, Amy is quite skilled in using it, which does mean some nice melodies when she gets the urge to play. One can never underestimate the power of a merry time when in perilous times.
Dagger: A dagger. This one seems to have a strong imprint of Mind Magic within it's age-worn but well balanced body, but no signs of any enchantments can be found.
Teddy bear: Let's be honest, no prepared thrill seeker would ever leave home without the comfort of a fluffy and cuddly teddy bear that they can snug up to when the going gets rough. Amy is no different with her incredibly charming and nearly irresistible plushie. This particular toy has been sewed together a few times already, but has retained all it's floofiness.
A small pendant: A small metallic pendant that Amy keeps with herself at all times, containing a slightly faded image of a man standing next to Amy, the both of them smiling into the camera.
SHORT BIO:
There isn't a whole lot to know about Amy. Where she came from, why she came and where she is headed all remain a cloudy mystery to those around her. While normally quite talkative, such a subject is one that she never likes to answer. However when not asking such broad or such specific questions about her past or future, she does tend to open up and say quite a bit: maybe even too much.
For the last few years, Amy has been travelling around with various groups of aliens, humans and other assorted kind as she travelled the galaxy. In her own words, she wants to know what lies out there in the great world before she makes her decision about what she wants to do with the rest of her life, however long it may be. Nobody really knows how long the Zvezd live, so it is entirely possible that Amy has been out an about for far long than she's claimed, but chances are she is telling the truth. One thing is for sure however: she has seen many things, and her knowledge of random trivia is quite impressive, but she can say something smart just about everything, though she often lacks the knowledge to follow up on them. She can probably patch up a wound or replace a fuse, but she can't perform a surgery or fix a broken machine. Still, she can be handy at times to have around, as she is more than willing to help with whatever needs helping: as long as it doesn't involve any fighting of sorts.
It is also well known about Amy that she is not afraid to use her latent Mind Magic to play tricks on people every now and then, though never out of any malice. While the full extent of her powers remain unknown, it is clear that Amy is not like many of the Zvezd who have chosen to do harm with their powers, and it is most likely that she has never killed someone before.
SPELLS:
Illusion: At will, Amy is able to conjure up a complex set of illusions, be it image, sound or touch. The effect is seen, heard and felt by all that Amy was able to see when she cast the spell, and it's effects last until she dispels it or the afflicted people realize that it is an illusion. Amy can only cast a single illusion this way, as creating a new one will dispel the first. Additionally the illusion is limited to a 20x20x20 feet cube, and it cannot be heard from more than a 300 feet away, though Amy can move the illusion as long as it is no more than 200 feet away from her.
Sleep: Amy can put a creature she can see to sleep, inducing a coma that is not lifted until she decides to dispel the effect or if the target gets hurt, or it expires by itself in an hour. Once the spell ends, the target will remain asleep for another 2 minutes on their own, or if someone tries to wake them up.
Hideous Laughter: Enchanting the mind of a creature she can see, Amy can send the target into a laughing frenzy by making them perceive everything as absolutely hilarious. The afflicted creature will be unable to focus or acts as they lay on the floor in a laughing fit. This effect ends once Amy decides to dispel the magic, or after a minute has passed.
Telepathy: Amy can use her magic to tap into the minds of a creature she can see or one that is no farther than 20 meters away from her. This way she can read the thoughts and emotions of the target creature as if they were her own, and she can maintain this mental link as long as she stays within range. She can also send messages to anyone in sight, or creatures she is familiar with and are no farther than a mile away. Messages sent this way can only be replied to if Amy can read the thoughts of the recipient so she can understand the answer.
Suggestion: Tapping the mind of a creature that can see or hear her, Amy can usher a single sentence that the afflicted creature will do it's best to accomplish. This can be an action that they should take, or an idea that they should believe in. The spell fades away once Amy dispels it, 5 minutes have passed, or if the target creature has completed the action it was given, or the idea suggested to them has been proven wrong.
Enchanting Tune: As long as Amy is playing her flute, any creature that can hear her tune will become unable to stop dancing if Amy wishes so. They will follow her around and be unable to do any complex actions while they are able to hear her enchanting tune, but they will not follow her into obvious danger, like a pit or fire. The effect of the spell ends if Amy dispels it, stops playing the tune, or if the target creature can no longer hear it because of a loud sound lasting more than 3 seconds.
EXCEPTIONAL SKILLS LIST:
Amy is exceptional at being Amy <3
And here goes the custom race description, just so it's obvious what it is :)
Little is truly known about the Zvezd and their origin, as they are a race often shrouded in mystery despite their frequent dealings with other races of the galaxy. However, everyone has heard and perhaps even seen their ability to use their latent mind powers to influence those around them to do their bidding or to confuse and distract them. As as is often the case in such businesses, the Zvezd are highly sought after for these abilities, though not all of them deal with the shady figures who most required these talents, neither do they all manifest the same magic. Some have magic that is able to crush a person's mind with a single thought, while others focus on harmless illusionary effects that linger only for a few minutes or seconds. Indeed, just as varied as their abilities are yet conform to the limitation of only being able to use Mind magic, so are their appearances varied from one individual to another. It has long been speculated and even confirmed by some that the Zvezd look distinctly alien in their original form, however those without an exceptional resistance will not see through the facade of an illusionary appearance that the individuals take up. This illusion is most often something a bit more familiar and less alien, something the Zvezd have come to follow if they wanted to get by with the ever encroaching and xenophobic humans, though it is a common sight to see these facades appear with a long tail, not unlike mythical creature of ancient human history. As confirmed by those who have seen past these latent illusions, the Zvezd do indeed have tails, though a few try to appear even more human by hiding that in their illusionary form, making others percieve them without it. Of course, stories told about objects mysteriously being knocked over can often be written up as Zvezd with a particularly believable human appearance who have forgotten to check where their extra appendage was before turning around.
Addendum 1:
Whilst often appearing tall and lean and often even bulky, the base physiology of the Zvezd is rather weak. Whilst they are not too fragile in their own right, their mechanical prowess leaves a lot to be deserved. Whereas even weaker humans are able to lift their own body weight with some effort, even the strongest of Zvezd find it hard to manage such a feat. As such, even if their appearances might be fool the eyes and even those with great resistance to mind spell effects, it does not take too long to find a Zvezd among a group if one knows what to look for.
I created this basically to the template of a child soldier since it is them who mostly use spells and I didn't want to do anything fancy with it. Wasn't sure how to handle skills and spells, bee went to sleep before he could tell me. Still, I hope you will find this space tiefling enjoyable ^^
I know this is kind of stupid to ask, but I'm not entirely sure... would being specialized to this extent in Mind Magic protect Amy from other's Mind Magic, or do I need Exceptional Willpower for that?
If she does still need it, I might ask for those skills after all, just to keep the character's flavor together.

It protects, but only if you focus, if that makes any sense.
I apologize for how long it took me to make these CSes. But they are now finished. Enjoy ^^
Name: Joseph Bartholemew "Joey B" Albion
Age: 25
Physical Description:
Important Items:Multi-Tool and Credits
Weapons:
Joey has a plethora of lasers pistols, designed to look like 9mm glocks, around his belt. However, in addition to the design, he also customized the magazines of each one with a sharp dagger blade at each bottom. This way he can not only use these guns for mid-range combat, but should the situation arise, they can be his close range weapons as well.
Joey's Pride and joy, and his signature weapon. A military standard Peacemaker plasma rifle personally customized by Joey himself by fiddling with the energy core and adjusting the scope and barrel, he crafted a multi-purpose high-powered plasma rifle capable of leaving dents in particularly strong military grade armors. The scope of the weapon was replaced with a sniper-grade one with the barrel capable of extending outward to generate the necessary reach of a sniper rifle. In addition, the once single-barrel was now three interlocking barrels that could spread outwards, producing pseudo-shot gun effect to the plasma bullet, albeit in only three directions as opposed to larger range of a normal shot gun. The three barrels, when interlocked, can give way to a more powerful plasma bullet than one would expect of a rifle, as the additional energy's needed when for the longer range in sniper mode.
Of course, there's a reason this kind of weapon has never been official military despite its power far exceeding that of the military norm. The fiddling of this gun provided a number of drawbacks, the most concerning one being that larger exhaust of plasma energy, regardless of which mode, causes overheating immediately upon firing, allowing only one blast to be fired at a time. There's also the possibility that the largr amount of energy generating larger amounts of heat could potentially cause internal damage to the gun. To reduce this possibility, although they're all connected in the same way to the same barrel, only one "Mode" can be used at a time. In normal mode, the blast is more powerful, but is mid-range and the cooldown takes a little time. In Sniper Mode, the range is longer and the blast is still powerful, but the gun will need much longer time to cool off, so every shot has to count. In shotgun mode, the range in length and power are nothing impressive, but the width range is superior and the ventilation from multiple barrels allows the cooldown to go much faster.
Misc. Abilities:Weapons Expert (Exceptional Marksman x3, (Bonus) Exceptional Smithing x2)- As a former soldier of the Ascendancy, Joey has had military-grade training in all manner of weaponry a soldier could carry on them. After the standard training however, Joey spent his time extending his training further to other sorts of weapons, while also gaining knowledge of weapons he's normally use from said military training. Rather gifted with a gun, he got to a point where he could customize military weaponry on his own, much like he did with "Mickey", and has used that specialty to help enhance his crew's weaponry to be more efficient. His skills with the gun were of such high quality, that when his Captain was finished with her own standardized weapons training for the Ascendancy, she turned to him for further training on how to best wield a gun.
Martial Artist (Exceptional Gunkata x2)- As a former soldier, Joey also had standardized training in martial arts combat in the event that he is in a situation without his weapons. While not nearly as gifted or capable with hand-to-hand combat as he is with the guns, he is still about as skilled with close quarters combat as any soldier. In addition, Joey self-trained himself in "Gun-Kata", essentially a martial arts that allows the use of guns - specially pistols - to mix close and mid-range combat together into one.
Archaeologist (Exceptional Archaeology x2 (Bonus)) - One of the most important things - and one of the only things - that he was taught as a member of the Albion family was the ancient languages, teachings, and ruins of the worlds. Supposedly, it was to help better prepare religious traditions that would cater to any race and perspective one would think of. Joey may not have had an interest in those traditions and lore, but he certainly learned about them regardless, whether it be by force or actually taking an interest in some ancient ruins of other worlds. He may not necessarily know every single possible ancient language or ruin - the family abandoned him before they could teach him everything they knew - but it's rare to find an Archaeologist who would know more about this sort of thing than he.
Short Bio: Joey Albion was born to a rather large family, assumingly somewhere in one of the middle-ring systems of the Ascendancy. It doesn't appear to be very large, he only has two brothers, a sister, and a father with the Mother nowhere in sight, presumed deceased. However, what makes it large is that his direct family has practically a plethora of relatives, mostly cousins both close and distant that practically lives with them at their home.
The entirety of the Albion family's a very devout one, often traveling to across the Ascendancy for every gathering of the religious for every occasion, something everyone of them, save for Joey, dedicated themselves to. From the moment they are born, they are raised to respect their patriarch, and protect the sanctity of the Ascendancy's religions, often learning ancient languages and writing to undergo whatever ritual was necessary at the time. Some of them even went as far as supporting the religious extremists and templars in their protection and negotiations of said religions. But they are never to interact with people directly, and never involve themselves outside their religious activities, less they be ex-communicated and disowned.
Good thing then, that Joey was always considered something of a black sheep for not being as interested in religion as the rest of the zealous Albions. Laid-back, and not nearly as interested in the religions that his family adores, nor the apostles support. Instead he was interested in the general life of a person: Social activity, learning, training, friendships, technology, the kind of things his family would disapprove of getting involved with. Most of the family were not supportive, but were tolerant so long as he chose only to learn and not get involved with these things.
Which is why interacting with a woman not affiliated with the churches, and instead affiliated with the military of all things, was the last straw that stripped Joey of his inheritance and ex-communicated him from their life. Needless to say, Joey wasn't exactly shedding any tears for them, and decided to take part in the Ascendancy's military. Though he was a bit old when compared to others who joined the military academy, and his family restrictive teachings did not help him in the slightest, what he lacked in general academics and military knowledge, he made up for with a fascination with military weaponry as his primary focus. He found guns to be far more effective and convenient than what little training his family forced him on with more traditional weaponry, and so he got to knowing more about them, what makes them tick, and ultimately became interested in outright upgrading his weaponry for more firepower than it was originally designed for. It helped that he seemed to have a keen eye for marksmanship, becoming a very skilled sharpshooter during the training.
He got separated from the woman that got him to that point after he was assigned to the Xuanxang to be under the orders of another woman: Captain Natasha Zhang. The relationship with his captain was...complicated, The one thing he could never get used to in the military was someone who claimed to be higher in rank and better barking orders at him - it reminded him too much of what his family was like for most of his life - and so he hardly ever actually listened to Zhang whenever she commanded him to do something on her ship. Instead he often marched to the beat of his own drum and ignoring whoever yelled at him for it - usually the captain. Still, it wasn't as if he wasn't listening nor aware of the troubles of the ship, and so he often came up with his own solutions to whatever problems they appeared to be having at the time, even when it's against protocol. Not all of them worked, there were even times where he was very close to getting court marshalled for what was deemed to be recklessness. However, never once did he not try to make an effort to help his crew regardless.
After the Battle of Proxima, however, Joey got tired of the Military's chain of command. He knew the orders were something he had to bear, but it was becoming too much like his past life for his liking, especially when Zhang was being blamed for something she could not have possibly helped. That strict merciless attitude reminded him too much of his own father's attitude towards him, and so he followed his Captain into resignation from the military.
But that's not to say he completely followed her though. Ever since leaving the military, he often got into fights with Zhang on how to do things regarding how to progress from there. it was during one of them that he began to realize that, for all of his want of freedom, for all his wanting to learn about others and learn about the ways of the universe...he never truly became free. He was born to take orders from his Father, he then left to take orders from a military's commanding officer, and he now left only to take orders from someone he began to think of as a friend, especially after surviving the Battle of Proxima together. He realized he needed to be truly free to do what he wants in life, and that leaving the crew was his chance at doing so. Therefore, he stripped himself of whatever medals he earned in his military career, took a fighter, and left the Xuanxang to go where the nebula road takes him. (A play on "where ever the wind takes him.")
That said, he did truly care about the Captain and her crew, and so while reveling in freedom, he never stayed outside the Xuan-Gang for very long. As such, every now and then he finds his former crew and comes back to them, to hang out, to sleep, to help them out on whatever's needed at the time, before jumping on his ship and heading back out again. The ship became something of a small home he knew he could always go back to at the end of the day.
Theme Song:
Name: Alan Mortigal
Age: Supposed to be 17 physically, but the attitude and knowledge he holds suggest a much older age.
Physical Description:
Important items:
A memento of his Mother. There's not much to it as far as he knows, just a pretty jewel in the shape of a rose. However, he is very protective of it, keeping it on his person at all times.
Multi-tool- Your standard multi-tool, not much to say here.
Spell List:
Mana Flare (High/World)- Alan's signature spell. The Raw mana generated from the Kaisoken dust within his body combusts into a powerful white flame, with which he can use to various effects from simply being a source of light to being a powerful fireball he can throw at his enemies. While it appears to be a world-class magic, in actuality, it is the pure magical energy of a High-class magic in the shape of a flame. As such, it can be used in the general applications of High-class magic, such as fueling magitech or enchanting items. However, he has not learned to draw from sources beyond his own dust, and as such, is prone to taking energy from himself to generate the white flame, exhausting himself from overuse as a possible result.
The following two are not separate spells, but rather, different applications of Mana Flare usage.
--- God-Hand (High/World)- By concentrating the white flames around his arms and legs, they become enchanted by the mana and allow him to become physically enhanced all-around for a short period of time.
--- Magic Thruster (High/World)- By concentrating his magic, he can make the flames burst out from his feet as rocket thrusters hovering him off the ground. combining this with erupting the flames from his hands as secondary thrusters allow him the capability of flight for a short period of time. As it is fueled by the mana in his dust like any application of Mana Flare, it can extinguish and exhaust him considerably.
Exceptional Skill List:
Hand-to-Hand Mastery (Exceptional Hand-to-hand x3)- Despite being a Star Marine, Alan focused less on the training his magic, and more using it to help him in physical combat. For many years since his time in the Star Marines he trained himself to be a hand-to-hand fighter, for one reason or another abhorring weaponry of any kind. During the Star Marines' stay with the Rau've after their "capture" he found a particular female Rau've that was a master of close-quarters combat, and begged her to be his mentor and instruct him how best to discipline and temper his physical capabilities. As a result of that training, Alan's skill in a fist fight has been honed and mastered, especially when combining it with his magic.
Swift as the Wind (Exceptional Agility x2)- Alan's always been the small agile sort ever since he was a kid, but further training with his Rau've master allowed him to compliment it with his hand-to-hand skill.
Symbiosis (Exceptional Will; Exceptional Endurance; Bonus)- After his resurrection during the injection process of the Dust, said dust seemed to move on its own, as if still alive within him - a feat that should be impossible for Kaisoken in such a state - to protect his mind and body from harm, creating both a physical and mental resistance to attacks. That said, because of said dust-like state, the Kaisoken within can only do so much in both cases.
Short Bio: There was not much to say about Alan's life before being taken as an experimental test subject other than that it was the typical life of an Orphan living on the streets of a run-down world in the Ascendancy's outer rim. He doesn't remember how long he's been like that for; it felt like all of his life was lived in broken down alleys of an otherwise crappy town feeding off what's taken from more fortunate people, doesn't even remember what his parents look like or how they died. Maybe they never died, maybe they just abandoned him on the side of the street to get rid of him, or sold him off to someone for a quick cash grab and he just happened to be left out in the dirt after that. It really never mattered to him how he came to be like this, he was never the type to focus on how he got there, it's not like talking about it or thinking about it's going to change a damn thing about his predicament. All that matters is that he was there, alone and unrelying on anyone but himself, a little thief self-taught on how to steal and be quick on his feet from the successful survival-necessary thefts and twice as many failures.
At some point in his life things finally changed for him, as he got captured and rather than placed in some small holding cell, he was instead taken off planet by some sort of black-suited individuals, the guards calling it a 'transfer to a more suitable facility'. At first, Alan thought that it was just a case of them finally having enough and sending him off to rot in some federal prison of the ascendancy, or getting executed, or just moving him off the planet just to get rid of the little thief once and for all.
...If only it was so simple.
It seems someone high-up on the Ascendancy food-chain caught an interest for the little boy for one reason or another, likely due to his physical quality as a thief, and selected him to take part in a science project of sorts, supposedly to make him and other children like them some sort of super soldiers against the Coalition of alien forces the Ascendancy was warring with at the time.
Supersoldiers... out of children... Alan was far from educated but even he couldn't help but chuckle at how utterly insane and stupid it sounded.
Regardless, he was a prisoner - albeit a misdemeaning one - he may as well be held at gunpoint when they told him to take part. He didn't fight for most of his childhood just to get killed off because he said no to the wrong kind of people, and so he cooperated in taking part in this insanity. Besides, at least they'd have food and shelter prepared...hopefully.
So they went to some remote location off the radar and he was injected with the Kaisoken dust like the rest of the children. ...Unlike the rest of them however, there was a complication during the surgery. The dust seemed to react violently to the boy and as a result, his heart stopped. Fortunately, the doctors managed to get it beating again, but for about 5 minutes, Alan was dead. The fact they managed to get his heart pumping again after that long a time was nothing short of a miracle; to this day, it's believed the dust may have had a hand in Alan's revival.
Ever since the surgery Alan seemed to change a little bit... His memories became hazy and while he was still aggressive and more likely to talk shit than most, he was also calmer and more rational than his life before then would have you believe. The theory the doctors have for this change is euphoria experienced as a result of his near-death, and brain damage due to those five minutes where his heart wasn't pumping blood to the brain. By all accounts, he should be brain dead at least, but it's likely the kaisoken dust somehow kept the damage to a minimum as well.
It didn't take very long afterwards for Alan, or this memory-hazed Alan, to get a grasp on the situation and begin his training with his new magical power, pure mana erupting into a white flame around his hands and feet. Although it was something he never experienced before, something only a handful of children in this facility has ever felt in the whole of the human race for as far as he knows, it felt...natural for him. That being said, researchers picked up immediately that it seemed he only had one actual spell, and while he found many applications for it, it still made him far less varied and multi-purposed than any of his peers. To top it off, they noticed that he was instead focused more on training his body than anything, often seen punching and kicking the air, trying to get a feel for hand-to-hand combat. It was...an unusual reaction to observe to say the least. He has magical white flames, and yet he's focusing more on how to fight physically? Perhaps his awareness of his own situation was lacking... Regardless, they shrugged off this anomaly, chalking it up to a mental defect caused by his surgical complications, and continued with their observations. At the very least, he seemed aware of who is friend and foe, and so they sent him off on missions alongside the other Star Marines.
Indeed, Alan did his part alongside everyone else. Undergoing covert missions in the Ascendancy's name against the coalition of aliens, up until the Battle of Proxima where he, like others, were captured by the Rau've and 'imprisoned' once again.
But this time, there was hospitality to be had, he has seen what being a prisoner was like, and he felt nothing of the sort while with the Rau've.
In particular, during his stay at their planet, Alan found a particular female Rau've, living as a hermit far from her people. Unlike the other Rau've, this one - known in the human language as Belladonna - was a particularly aggressive outcast among them, who did not welcome these children with open arms like every other, who preferred they died for what they did to her people. Not as if Alan could blame her, regardless of their age and circumstance, the fact is that the Star Marines killed off many aliens during their time. The Rau've on this planet lost family and friends because of them. If anything, the fact that they're welcoming these same little killers of their kind's a fortunate oddity.
But something about Belladonna spoke to him, the 'Hellfire Rose' as the Rau've called her is someone outcasted by the rest of her society for something she had good reason to have opinions on, just as he was outcasted for being a little survivalist.
Splitting off from the rest of the Star Marines, he followed her to her humble abode in some distant desert away from the bountiful forests of her society, and asked - nay, begged her - to take him on as an apprentice. For Belladonna earned that title of 'Hellfire Rose', being formerly one of the most aggressively brutal of the Coalition against the Ascendancy, complete with actual fire magic of her own - fire magic considerably stronger and more potent than most with dust from a world-class Kaisoken. Naturally, she refused at first. The fact her people were sheltering and showing hospitality to their enemies were bad enough as it was, but for one of them to ask her to essentially be made stronger by her is adding insult to injury. However, something about him reminded her of her son, whom the Ascendancy caught and killed in the early days of the war. Seeing her son in this boy, she eventually caved in and accepted to train him...brutally.
Which beings us to now. Alan has been training with Belladonna both in how to use magic - he may have had high-class magic, but that didn't stop him from adapting her lessons, shaping his magic to become flames of white light - and how to properly fight hand-to-hand, all the while strengthening his body.
Trained and built up, albeit late to the party he was - the others left to stage their own rebellion against the Ascendancy - he left to stand by his fellow Star Marines against the government, not necessarily for revenge or for any kind of justice, but simply because the Star Marines were the only real companions he ever had in his life; a very simple reason for committing acts of terrorism against humanity, but his entire life has been driven by simple reasons...
Why stop now?
Theme Song:
Name: Maria Wilhelm
Age: Physically, she should be about 16 by now, but she still looks the age she was when she was first seen in the experiments: 10.
Physical Description:
Partly because of her age and partly due to unknown reasons, perhaps a lack of exercise or maybe the implant stemming growth, she stands at a measly 2'5" and weighs about 23 lbs. It should also be noted that he eyes lost their shine long ago, giving her an eternal look of apathy and internal death.
Weapons:Circe's Hand - As if to essentially embrace her magical nature, Maria possesses a staff with which to channel her magic through. Apparently she tore off a metal pole in the building they were all in via telekinesis and fashioned it up to look like a typical staff a wizard would use. Said staff is a bit big for her though, standing at six feet tall, almost 3 times larger than she herself and weighing about five pounds - likely due to the metal itself, possibly perfected electrum. Despite the size, it's useful not only as a channel of her mind magic, but also as a blunt weapon in and of itself. That said, while she can use magic without the staff, she'd be less able to properly control said magic without it; attacks would be less precise, and mind magics would require more concentration.
Arcane Shot (High)- Maria has the ability to harness the magical energy within herself, and shoot it outwards as silver projectile of light. While she can fire those bullets from her index and middle finger in their strongest state, she can also fire a multitude of weaker magic bullets from all of her fingers in rapid succession. In addition, while she can concentrate it into a powerful beam, she can also concentrate a lesser powerful beam from all of her finger tips, concentrating all beams into one or two larger and more powerful ones as a result. The implant valve can be turned to increase the power and potency of her shots.
Flight (World)- While in her case, it's more used for levitation than anything, Maria can harness her magic to be granted the ability to fly. While it's considered World magic, it's possible that all she's really doing is moving her own body into the air using her telekinesis.
Telekinesis (Mind)- One of the most basic of psychokinetic abilities, Maria can carry and move things of the physical plain by the power of her mind alone, and throw them at decent enough speeds to be considered an attack. While normally there is a limit of how large a thing she mentally grabs can be, specifically about 100 or so pounds, her implant allow her to increase that limit with each turn of the valve, making her able to carry even a fighter ship with her mind if she turns it enough.
Illusion (Mind)- A mind ability of intermediate skill, Maria is able to tap into the minds of others and generate illusions based on what she sees to trick her opponents, need it be of a loved one, perhaps they fear, and is even capable of casting illusionary doppelgangers of herself to trick them to thinking she's either somewhere she's not or multiple versions of her to make tracking her more difficult.
The illusions are a trick of the mind, however, and so have no physical manifestation, making them more akin to holograms you can go through. Furthermore, one could break through whatever illusions she creates if they have the eyes for it.
That being said, if she turns her valve to regulate the implant in her brain, she can enhance the quality of these illusions temporarily, making it harder to break through even with good eyes, and even giving them a physical, solid existence, as if they were real.
Telepathy (Mind)- The other most basic form of Psychic abilities, she can mentally contact and talk to people from afar. This is usually used as a form of invisible channel of contact for the Xuangang, an effective method when any other form of contact is shot from, say, an Electro-magnetic pulse. The turning of the implant valve extends her range the more times she uses it, but the longer the range, the less time she has to cocieve a thought to send before the cooldown hits. As such, she reserves exceptionally long ranges telepathic communications for an emergency SOS.
Exceptional Skills:
Cybernetic Brain Implant (Exceptional Will x3) (Bonus)- It is unknown what the reason was behind this, perhaps something went horribly wrong in the procedure for her in particular, but it is revealed that she has a cybernetic plate of some kind implanted directly into her brain, a valve of some kind sticking out of her head behind her left ear as a way of regulating and controlling it. Gruesome as it may sound, it seems the implant acts as a mental shielding unit, immuning and shielding her from mind magic and other methods of brainwashing, hypnosis, mental dives, and mind-reading. To top it off, She can use the valve behind her ear to temporarily enhance her own magic for a short time, though after which a cooldown process shuts down brain functions for a time resulting in paralysis or outright unconsciousness. The more spins of the valve she makes, the shorter time she has in using it, the more time it'll take to recover from the cooldown. There has been a case during the war where she span the valve too much and while releasing considerable magic power against her Coalition enemies, it ended with her in a coma for about a month.
However, while this seems like an upgrade, in actuality, its more like a life-support system. She needs this brain implant in order to stay alive. According to her medical/experiment records, the removal of this implant will result magical berserker-like state where her magic goes beyond her limits, matching if not outright surpassing the power of Kaisoken themselves, followed by death.
Exceptional Polemanship - There may be a case in time where she is unable to use magic, something she has been heavily reliant on ever since gaining it. Not wanting to be completely defenseless in her ways, she trained herself in the art of polemanship, using her staff as the pole with which to defend herself. While she's hardly a master, she has trained enough to where she can at least defend herself in such dire times where her best weapon, her magic, is unavailable.
Exceptional learning (Bonus)- Born a prodigal child, Maria had a gift of being able to quickly learn about whatever subjects she was interested in at the time, quickly absorbing information like a sponge. As a result, she is quite knowledgeable despite her age, (both her appearance, and her real age.) and seems to know more than her silence suggests. While she is smart, her body and mind are still that of a child's, and whatever was done to her mind did not help in the slightest. She needs plenty of time in order to properly learn about a subject, and she can only hold so much information at a time.
Short Bio: From the moment she was born, Maria was expected - destined some would even say - for great things. Born a prodigal daughter of a rather noble family - highly influential to a point where family members were also members of the Ascendancy Government - her parents put her through a ringer at an early age of her life. Feeling happiness was an award of success to her throughout her early life, only coming out of her home in order to properly learn about the outside world as part of her curriculum, never truly having friends outside of perhaps the servants in her home and the specific fellow students of her curriculum into the family business. By the age of ten, her intellectual gift placed her in a position of potentially being the youngest to ever attempt at the "family business".
Of course, being a prodigious learner that she was, she made for a perfect target for the kidnappings that have been going on throughout the Ascendancy during the wars. In spite of those familial connections - or perhaps because of them - Maria was indeed taken in and eventually brought to the Black Site of the Ascendancy like other kids, to become Star Marines, the first magical child soldiers of their kind.
Unlike most kids, however, it seems she was one of the few who chose take part in this voluntarily; it is likely the decision was influenced by those in her family who were aware of this project and wanted her to take part in it, perhaps as a want to use the power she would gain as a further influence of power.
But also unlike most kids, Maria suffered a terrible accident. What exactly happened on the lab table no one knows - it's likely some were even kept shut about it - but the reports indicate something went wrong in the injection process of the Kaisoken dust. The surgeon in question messed up the injection of Kaisoken, too much dust having a collective negative reaction causing outright cellular mutation in certain parts of the brain. The process was stopped, but the damage to the brain was immense, the raw magical power of the dust constantly in a state of perpetual growth using the brain as an engine. The pain was immense, the sound-proof walls barely contained the sounds of her cries of agony as the energy slowly ate away at her mind. If nothing was done, the resulting magic power would be immense, equal to higher-ranked Kaisoken, and constantly growing... but it would be the end of her life. As such, The Professor at the time halted the magic through a special cybernetic plate made of perfected electrum implanted onto her Cranium, sealing off this energy within her mind.
The plate managed to do its job, saving her life and preventing a potential catastrophe - the surgeon responsible was found and immediately terminated - but at a cost greatly limiting her ability to emote. While circumstances at her house were not the greatest, she knew of joy, of sadness and frustration, and knew how to emote them properly enough, having experience most of the emotions a child would. She still has these emotions, but emoting anything beyond a blank apathy is difficult for her. In addition, the energies within her mind combined with the implant caused a stunt in her growth; so matter how old she is or how old she becomes, she will appear to be a 10 year old child for the rest of her life. To top things off, the incident that brought to this, that pain, that fear, continues to haunt her dreams even now...
Still, the plate was not entirely bad, and the Professor in question also implanted a way of controlling the restrictive nature of the plate in order to use that energy against her enemies. in addition, the combination of both the plate and energy made become essentially immune to most if not all Mind Magic spells.
From the moment she was able to join the rest of the kids, her lacking emotions made her rather an uncomfortable child to be around, and she in turn kept to herself. Never in her days did she expect her parents' lessons and expectations would lead her to this, a glorified prison/boot camp building magical child soldiers. Her life up to that point gave her a disadavantage when it comes to socializing with others like her, and seems the only ones she could even see herself around were those who were more mature and disciplined.
In particular, it seemed she struck a fancy for the Star Marines' "big brother", Tarak. Out of all of the Star Marines who were with her at that site, he was one she was seen around most of all. Whether that was because he was indeed seemingly the most mature and disciplined of them all, or because she never had a big brother in her life is unclear, but like the little sister to her "Onii-chan", where Tarak went, she followed as a member of his "Army of Demons", alongside the likes of the Twins, Samuel and Iris.
...This of course included the Battle of Proxima that most felt she may not have been ready for. But who could have been ready for the events that transpired that day, their capture, their betrayal, and of all things, the hospitiality of their Prison of War. Yes, the Rau've was indeed a kinder group of souls than the Ascendancy led her to believe, and while she could not express her gratitude like others around her could, she made clear through her actions and her choice of words, rather than the empty emotion behind them, that she was grateful to them for taking care of her and her "Big Brother" in particular. Unlike most, she didn't cry over his chest over this confusing frustration, she couldn't, and while she was nowhere near as charismatic or as capable of gentle feelings as Tarak was, she tried her best to comfort who she could in order to help ease the burden on his shoulders.
The Rau've then gave them an offer of a home among them, now that a treaty was made the war was essentially over. Deep down, there was a part of her that considered the offer. Since the day she left her home, Maria's world was more of a hell than it was anything else. The nightmares, the pain from her mind, everything she went through in her short life was something she would not wish upon anyone, and a chance to escape it was right there in front of her, a chance to finally have some degree of peace.
...But that would betray them, It would betray everyone who was there for her throughout that time, everyone who stood by her, and who she stood by her brothers in arms, her big brother, and the experience and scars she made throughout her brief time of living would be in vain. No amount of peace or happiness would ever let her forget all the pain she has been through nor betray everyone who made an effort to help her through that pain.
And so, like the others, she refused. When the others suggested to rebel against the people who brought them that pain and suffering, Maria was quick to show her approval once her "Big Bro" Tarak showed his.
However, she did not join them right away, Tarak gave her a special assignment of which she was quick to accept. Tarak was told before Proxima of her family and their connections, and so he thought she'd be able to use those connections to their advantage as well. Needless to say, while doubtful, she accepted the task given to her.
Thus, when the time came to leave the world, Maria parted ways with her allies, on a separate ship to parts unknown...
Hoping, very soon, that she will be able to reunite with them once again.
Theme Song
Name: Kotaro Winterborn & Paragon
Age: 19
Physical Description:
Important items:Multi-tool- Being an Ascendancy soldier, it's only natural that he'd have one as well. Not much to it beyond the standard functions.
Weapons:Paragon- The Ancient sword of the Winterborn family, but in actuality, an old High-Magic Kaisoken reaggregated from death, reshaped into the form of a sword and passed down from parent to child of the Winterborn family as their partner and guardian. Being a Kaisoken, the sword is made of crystal instead of metal, and as such is immune to magnetic abilities. More importantly, because it is actually a Kaisoken, Paragon is a magical sword, and is capable of spells that its wielder can harness, one in particular being the sharpening of its edge to create a monomolecular one. However, like most magical swords of ancient lore, it is a weapon that chooses its wielder, and can cause bodily harm via those same magical abilities should someone it doesn't like tries to wield it.
Commander-issue Projectile Pistol- Although it is a side-arm, it is useful to have should he ever be without Paragon at his side, or in need of a long-range weapon that does not require Paragon's Mana. It's old-fashioned compared to lasers, but it packs a hell of a punch against energy-shields and most standard armor platings.
Spell List: (Note: Technically this is not Kotaro's own magic, as Kotaro technically has no magic to speak of. All Spells here belong to his Kaisoken Sword, Paragon. Should he be without Paragon, Kotaro is no longer capable of any of these spells.)
Guiding Hand (High)- As Paragon is actually a Kaisoken in the shape of a sword, it is sentient and capable of movement. The experience it had as a sword wielded by others made it able to learn a variety of swordplay from the classics of the knight and samurai of yore to the modern day soldiers of the Ascendancy. Using some of his energy as a Kaisoken absorbed into the arm of the wielder, Paragon can effectively guide the wielder's hand and direct it to defend or deliver precise blows. It takes a lot of strain and energy to keep control over the arm for the duration of a fight, so he often takes momentary control every now and then to make offensive blows or defensive positions more accuracy.
Penance (High)- Just as Paragon can help guide the hand of the one worthy of wielding him, so too can he direct energy into the host body offensively by discharging his mana into the wielder at high enough intensities to create pain and damage into the person from the inside out. Unless held for a long time, the energy isn't enough to kill the wielder, however, it generates an incredible shock of pain in the arm and eventually the whole body until they let go of him, like a blast of plasma moving through your bones and muscles.
Flight (World)- While this was an ability he lost when he first fell to earth, eventually overtime Paragon regained enough mana to be able to fly again like any Kaisoken. Because of how unnatural it is for a Kaisoken to be shaped and used like a sword like he was, despite his knowledge of Swordplay he cannot wield himself like a ghost sword, save perhaps for a straight-on thrust in an attempt to pierce the enemy. However, he can use this ability to fly as a way of returning to his wielder's hand should he ever be separated from him.
Excalibur's blade (High)- By focusing his mana onto a majority of his body - that being the blade of the sword - Paragon creates a white coating upon that enhances both its durability and its sharpness. With this charged state, it's able to cut through all but the strongest of materials, and can even pierce through magic itself. Even Perfected Electrum falls before the holy blade. The downside is that it takes time to charge up, and can only be used for a limited time before Paragon exhausts his mana.
Silver Wave (High)- By focusing mana at the tip of the blade, Paragon can create a wave of offensive high magic at a target like a projectile when Kotaro move him in a slashing motion. Said energy has a sharp edge akin to the sword itself, but because it is done by using Paragon's mana, there's only so many Silver Waves he can throw before the sword tires itself out.
Paladin (High)- By spreading its mana throughout Kotaro's body, the mana bursts outwards and crystalizes into a suit of crystal armor Kotaro Wears. In addition to the Armor being exceptionally durable as is, it also uses the mana that created it to physically enhance Kotaro's body overall for a considerable period of time. Combining this with Excalibur's Blade, while dangerous for the both of them considering just how much mana and energy it can exhausts, generate an ultimate form as a Magical knight, harboring the physical enhancements of Paladin and the ultimate power of Paragon through Excalibur's blade, becoming a one-man army as a result.
Misc. Abilities:Master Swordsman (Exceptional Swordsman x5)- While Paragon is indeed capable of moving Kotaro's arm to help him fight his battles, Kotaro had no intention of relying on his family sword and be a burden to it. Mentored by Paragon, Kotaro trained himself to be a master swordsman worthy of wielding the holy sword for most of his life. As a result, Kotaro has become essentially peerless in the art of the sword, being capable of using Paragon to go so far as piercing through magic itself. The downside of this, of course, being that a sword is a close-range weapon, and while he's not necessarily defenseless against long-range attacks, distance does create a disadvantage.
Soldier (Exceptional Marksmanship)- While nowhere near as much focus on it than with his sword, as a military officer who went through the academy, Kotaro did learn how to properly aim and fire a gun. While he is fairly decent at it, because his focus was elsewhere, the lacking of training and experience in comparison makes his gunmanship unreliable, being more likely to miss with a gun than he would with sword strikes.
Well-educated (Exceptional intellect x2)- To reach the heights of his big brother Kherol, Kotaro studied as hard as he possibly could at the Academy, and as left the school as a Valedictorian as a result. While he's nowhere near the level of Genius as Kherol, he has enough knowledge of things overall to use to his advantage for any case where strategic thinking, such as using environments against an opponent, are necessary.
Exceptional Commanding Officer (Exceptional Tactics x3; Exceptional Leadership)- While he is indeed inferior to Grand Admiral Kherol, he would not have been assigned to be his Vice-Admiral on his swordplay and his relations to Kherol alone. As Vice-Admiral, Kotaro is to serve as a Commanding Officer to a fleet of thousands, and command them to where ever and to do whatever his Grand Admiral commands of him, separate from him. Should anything happen to Kherol, Kotaro must take the reins of the armada in his place and fulfill his will in substitute. Kherol recognized Kotaro as being capable of leading others to victory which is what led to his promotion to his side.
Short Bio: Kotaro's story begins centuries ago with his ancestors.
The Winterborn has a legend that has been passed down from generation to generation about the history of their family business. Around the Medieval times of the ancient planet of Earth, in the midst of the brutal feudal era of Europe, a white sword of holy light descended from the sky and landed blade first into the grounds of Britain. The legend goes that God, saddened by the state of Europe at the time, ordered his son Michael to send his sword to them, that one worthy of becoming its savior and ruler would take up this holy weapon and become the enforcer of his will, the giver of his love, and the instiller of his wrath. The Winterborn family found that sword, and was deemed worthy of holding it, but chose not to rule as monarch of Europa, instead vowing to wield its might to protect the world and humanity with it from any forces that may spells its end. The sword was a torch passed from parent to child, from generation to generation, remaining hidden in the shadows as thankless guardians of humanity.
The truth, however, was far less epic than the legend percieves.
In reality, the "holy sword" was not a sword at all, but rather a sentient crystal, a Kaisoken, that was exiled from the worlds from which it was born and happening to land on the planet earth by pure coincidence. Because of the peculiar shape of it, its body being lengthy but thin and its hole near the top being a perfect size and shape for a hilt and handguard, the Kaisoken was mistaken for a rapier and was pulled out by Winterborn, who just happened to be at the right place and the right time. One can only imagine what must have been going through the human's head when they heard a voice echoing through their mind and a shock of electricity coursed through the arm. Yes, the first to wield this sword was deemed unworthy himself, though not because of his deeds, or his morality, merely because of he happened to stumble across an alien that was unfamiliar and scared.
For the Kaisoken was broken and drained, only barely able to reaggregate itself to become what it is now, had not the power to break through this planet's gravitation, barely enough to even float. The Winterborn man had soon realized that this object wasn't some ordinary sword, that it was alive, and while it did scare the superstitious mind of a medieval peasant of Britain, the white light it gave off, combined with it falling from the heavens, suggested that it was some kind of holy weapon, an angel perhaps in the form of a sword, and that it was given onto humanity from God. Deciding to treat it as an angel that perhaps lost its way as it fell, the man took up the Kaisoken, which used the opportunity to peer in and learn the language of the planet it was on...well, one of them anyways.
People thought him mad when he came onto them with this crystal sword and swore that it was given to him by god, madder still when he talked with it as it communicated with his mind to further adapt to his new environment, and it did not take long for the superstitious to start coming to conclusions of evil and insanity, striving to put an end to him for the good of their society. As much as it did not want to stay for much longer, it still could not move on its own, and did not want to be constantly thrown around and used for others benefits. Thus he mustered what magic he could to help the man defend himself using it, protecting his only source of knowledge and transportation.
The man named the sword "Paragon", a name often attributed to benevolence, excellence, and example, (Coincidently also happens to be the name of a Perfect diamond of a 100+ carats.) and a deal was struck between man and sword. Paragon would use the man for transportation, knowledge, and for his own ends of gaining energy for itself, and in return, Paragon would protect him, his family, and he would be allowed to use the Kaisoken to be strong. This in mind, Paragon shaped himself to give a cutting edge to his slim body so that it may be used as a weapon.
It was unknowing just how small a time humans have to live, and he was quickly realizing as his "partner" grew older that he would need to switch hands to someone more able to use him and be used. Thus the tradition was suggested, that the sword be passed from generation to generation of the family.
Thus, Paragon live on earth throughout the ages, watching as the world changed around him, learning more about the humans, gaining energy from what little mana could be found upon the planet, until finally they were at a point where they could take him to space once more.
As the years rolled by and the Commonwealth becomes the Ascendancy of Man, Paragon grows stronger and stronger as he returns closer and closer to his own people.
Leading us to today with his current partner, the young master Kotaro Winterborn.
Born to Matthew Winterborn, a man who managed to let the Ascendancy recognize his family as nobles and became Governor of one of its planets, Kotaro was born to a life his ancestors before him could only dream of. He was raised to the traditions of taking up the sword of his family, and being a guardian of humanity, and an enforcer of peace.
If Kotaro would be honest, however, he wasn't necessarily focused on such an old tradition, and Matthew could understand why. The Ascendancy was the very epitome of human negativity and corruption, it was filled with the vain, the power-hungry, but most especially the xenophobic. So afraid of what they don't understand, that they have been ready to destroy creatures simply for existing, including Kaisoken, as Paragon learned.
The two were in agreement that humanity has become so full of itself as it became the Ascendancy, that the vows of ancient to protect them, no longer seemed viable. They were willing to try, to be kind, optimistic, and sincere to others as an example of how humans should be, to be helpful and charitable and hope it could change even a small thing in this cruel life. But deep down, both of their hopes were waning.
But there was one person that changed that for him. One person that made him convinced that maybe there were still people truly worth dying for after all, that maybe, just maybe, things really can change for the better. That person was his brother, an older boy at the time who his father took in and adopted, Alexander Kherol.
Kotaro admired Kherol; although they may not be bound by blood, he was his older brother nonetheless, and Kotaro always listened to how he viewed the way things are and the way they should be. It felt as if he and his father were the only people who made any sense in this insane universe, and so it was through them that he could keep his hope alive. Likewise, while Paragon has been interested in the future Grand Admiral as a person of potential, a rarity in the many many humans he has seen in his life on Earth.
When Kherol was sent to learn at a Military Academy, Kotaro followed suit. He may not have wanted to follow a corrupt government's orders, but if he could be of any help in Kherol's eyes, nothing would make him happier.
His grades in the academy were nothing like Kherol, however his experience with Paragon, the exceptional want for leadership and the experience he held at being one, plus his usefulness as someone with a "magic sword" earned him position after position from captain to admiral, until finally, he rose up to his dream job as Grand Admiral Kherol's Vice-Admiral, his second-in-command. In this position, he could be of the upmost help to Kherol's goals, as well as be there to protect him the way Alex has been there for him.
He was there at the Grand Admiral side, when it was revealed the sickening experiments that were happening to children, when the Battle of Proxima failed, and he continues to be at his side to this day.
For only through Kherol, can this universe find peace and benevolence.
