The timeline of my post doesn't really match up with the current IC, since it's posted after the fight between Cybergirl and Rain. I was thinking since the fight between them is pretty epic, our characters can watch and react to it, as our next move.

Or more of a reminder actually. In the OOC we talked about the addition of character centric plots/episodes/arcs to the main story.
It would be great if you guys can give that some thought, since you're now a little more familiar with your characters.
It really helps if the gm's know what you have in mind for your character, so we can weave it into the main storyline. It's not mandatory however, so feel free to decline.

Currently I have two characters who will have an episode dedicated to their personal struggles/issues/backstory.

A little bit of a preview of the next GM post, so you guys can plan out what your character might do.
After the sparring session between Brightheart and Gold Rush has finished, and the group at the HQ isn't mid interaction we will skip to lunchtime. That leaves a window of time between roughly 9:30 am till 12:00. Your characters could be getting a first or second breakfast, shower, dress up for the shopping trip. Just some ideas.

Red Tornado has arranged a jeep for the Team to use (it fits five people), which is kept in the hangar. You can choose to take the jeep to the mall, the Zeta tube, or even public transport.

Once everyone is decided on how they'll travel to the mall we'll skip right to the shopping. If you do want to write out the trip there, you can write a flashback and insert it wherever you feel appropriate later.
I think everyone has decided so far, only Gold Rush has to post, but he confirmed in the Discord he'll also go by jeep.

We made it to episode two! Here are some important notes to get us started. They're mostly about the two week time skip.

❁ Weekly combat training. The team continued to learn about each other’s strengths and weaknesses and future challenges they would have to face together.

❁ Red Tornado acquired a Jet plane for the team to deploy during missions out of the country.
Cybergirl, Talon and Rain all received lessons in order to be able to operate the Jet controls and fly safely.

❁ The Martian Manhunter worked with Daphne to mentally guide her through her some of her fears and doubts. Because of his patient and skillful guidance she now has better control over her powers.

❁ Daphne gave everyone on the team a gift after their shopping trip. She snuck it into their rooms. It’s wrapped in green wrapping paper with floral decorations and matching ribbons. Metamorph received a green sleeveless hoodie, Viktor a set of workout clothes, Talon a dark blue long sleeved shirt, Cybergirl a hair clip with turquoise stones, Brightheart a pink scarf headband, Hex a pink ribbon for his tail, Gold Rush a custom engraved basketball with his name on it, Zatara a purple silk tie and Mirage an aquamarine headwrap.

❁ School started back up for those still attending. It can be mentioned on occasion in posts, but school isn’t a big part of the rp.

❁ Any sort of changes in character dynamics and relationships can be worked into the story whenever you like. Whether you have pre determined changes (like the hiking trip interactions), or something you make up on the spot while you're writing. Both are great!

❁ For everyone who's wearing a costume, try to come up with a sort of wintery themed/covert version of it for this mission. Like the more muted colors they wore on the show.

❁ For some characters the start of individual story arcs will be set in motion during this episode.

Hey everyone

As you guys know we've had some heroes leave the team. We are down two characters, possibly three. Which leaves us with a team of 8. If you guys are open to it we would allow one or two extra characters. I wanted to check in to see your thoughts, instead of opening applications back up and possibly rob you of the opportunity to make a new character.

I am of the mind to invite new players over additional characters from current players. We have a pretty consistent remaining team for sure, but we invite two characters being held up if someone has to step away for a bit, and could grow to be more work/tiring.

Whereas a new player can come with new enthusiasm and can re-energize a group.
