Alright the powers that I am thinking of for this magical winged-man are:
Chlorokinesis, also known as Agrokinesis, Botanokinesis, and Phytokinesis, is the ability to mentally and/or physically summon, control and manipulate plants and vegetation. The person with the ability can control and manipulate wood, rock soil, roots, fruits, and flowers, even moss found in natural field or habitat. They can use this ability to have their enemies ensnared in plants, or even telepathically communicate with plant life and vegetation; an ability known as "green-speaking." Users can influence and accelerate the growth of plants causing flowers and other plants to mature with supernatural speed, grow to unusual size, and produce in abundance. User can cause plants to grow from seeds to full-grown plants in moments, cause them to flower and produce fruits, seeds, etc. outside season, cause a cut plant to grow roots and other similar feats.
To make plants grow and appear out of nowhere. To cause plants to quickly manifest from the soil and wrap around a target. To mutate plants by rearranging DNA structures, and revive recently withering plants or dead plants. To create bridges out of wood or make vines grow and support the person to get him/herself on a higher level from the ground. To manipulate wood (dendrokinesis). To weaponize plants by hitting or grasping the target with roots and vines, projecting thorns at a distance. To release deadly toxins, venoms, and pheromones (toxigenesis). To keep bacterial fungi at bay. To summon Karpoi To sense magical items made from wood. To telekinetically move plants. To sense the location of plants. To telepathically communicate with plants ("Green-speaking") To teleport through plants. Summoning or creating plant-based weapons such as spears, shields, or arrows.
That is my thought for the only power element my character would have; planet-based.

In life, Yorick was an Oracle to a mighty emperor of a coalition of universes and chaos realms before known existence was even created. He was killed by assassins for his gift of sight. And so his own brother, the emperor's chief necromancer, brought him back to life as a discarnate spirit. The Ghost of a Highly Developed Protozoan Organism, whose entire concept of reality was upended after witnessing the end of time multiple times. Of course this is Yorick's own version of the tale and he is perhaps not the most reliable of narrators. Although he is certainly one of the more entertaining ones. And so some necromantic scholars believe that he is simply a very old but normal ghost of this world who has survived without passing on for so long that he has been driven mad, and since he is a spirit, his form reflects his state of mind. Of course many occultists would dismiss both theories as pure nonsense and claim merely that he is a typical trickster spirit or low level demon just having his idea of a good time.
As a wandering ghost he has been given to haunt the world of the living in a variety of capricious ways. And legends of his pranks abound. From causing nightmares or possessing the bodies of the living to make them do embarrassing things in public to more elaborate jests and even semi heroic feats like tricking dragons into burning down fake villages in order to give the real village time to escape. Sometimes, he claims, he has had passionate love affairs with female spirits and even living women. Though he has yet to really explain how the latter actually works. Probably better for the sanity of all involved that way, to be honest.
(The Divinely) Other:
This incorporeal court fool comes complete with two perfectly autonomous subordinate spirits who are as sure to delight and entertain as they are to disturb and rattle your brain!
@Solarpunk usually the characters follow a more fantasy setting/fantasy-esk setting. But i suppose i could accept it if it follows the character sheet.
