Beckham made a running kick on a rock, sending it soaring into a slightly larger Woobat, which Liam guessed would be the leader of the pack, sending it crashing to the ground, stunned. Beckham stood there, beaming with his hands on his hips and didn't notice the swarm of Woobat now charging him, which the momentum of them sent him flying onto a cart of coal than then came to live and barreled into the cave. Beckham cried out in fear as the cart soared away from the heroes.
"Beckham!" Liam cried out trying to run after it. Some of the Woobat saw him and launched Air Cutter at him to keep him from moving.
"Alright, no more Mr. Nice Guy," Liam said annoyed as he called out Goodra and activated the Z-Ring. Goodra channeled Draco Meteor into Devastating Drake, leaving all the Woobat KO'd on the ground. Liam and Goodra ran into the cave to go find Beckham.

Shiranui figured whatever abducted Beckham was an evolution of Rolycoly as he turned his attention to the downed Woobat, specifically the apparent leader. "Dusk Ball, go!" Seizing the opportunity, Shiranui threw a Dusk Ball at the Woobat in question. The ball shook once and pinged shut, signifying a critical capture. He scattered some Oran Berries to help them recover before taking off after Liam.

"Zoku, come on out!" Shiranui called his Nickit out and gave the thieving fox a task. "Zoku, help us find Liam." Drawing from what he was taught by his trainer's Zoroark, Zoku started tracking Liam's scent. Shiranui scooped up Sogekishu into his arms and started following his Nickit.

Aura the Lucario follows the moving coal cart with Beckham in the cart. Bandit her Nickit comes out of his ball as Jen and Nanfit catches up with Liam and Goodra.

Selina visable face palmed at the situation, before sighing as she said "I remember making that same mistake myself when I was younger, though I guess we should play this smart". She pulled out her phone and moved some team members around before she sent out Fazbear the Urshifu and Mudford the Coalossal. She told them what had happen and the two pokemon nodded and quickly vanished into one of the secret passage that lead anywhere in the mines.

It was not long before they found where Beckham was heading and Mudford appeared to infront of the Carkol, putting his full strength behind his stance to prevent the pokemon getting further while Fazbear was also blocking the route as well, ready to catch Beckham if he went flying.

Chuck sent out Hibiki, who skated on ice that formed beneath her feet, to see if there was anything they could do to help the situation.

Beckham was sent flying from the sudden loss of momentum. Liam arrived just on time to see a Pokémon he didn't recognize (plz PM me @Bloodwolf 2 which form the Urshifu is) catching Beckham. Liam turned his attention to the living cart that abducted Beckham.

"Carkoal, the Coal Pokémon. A Rock and Fire-Type. It forms coal inside its body. Coal dropped by this Pokémon once helped fuel the lives of people in the Galar region. By rapidly rolling its legs, it can travel at over 18 mph. The temperature of the flames it breathes exceeds 1,800 degrees Fahrenheit.

Urshifu, Rapid Strike Form. The Wushu Pokémon. A Fighting and Water-Type Pokémon. This form of Urshifu is a strong believer in defeating foes by raining many blows down on them. Its strikes are nonstop, flowing like a river. It's believed that this Pokémon modeled its fighting style on the flow of a river—sometimes rapid, sometimes calm. "

"Too bad I don't have a Water-Type on me right now, Liam said annoyed. "You guys got this one?" Liam asked.

Once Beckham had been caught, Fazbear put him down so he could return to his trainer before Selina appeared from a passage and smiled "Good work Fazbear and Mudford, I'll leave it to you guys. Fazbear is a water type but I already have the fully evoled form of this pokemon"

“Michiru, I choose you.” Jen said as her Floatzwl pops out of Great ball. “Muchiru Gydro Vortex,” Jen said as she activates her z ring. Mirchiru summons a powerful whirlpool hitting Carkoal. Jen throws a Ultra ball. Jen hears the ping a few she arrange her party as Aura the Lucaeio picks up the Ultra ball.

"Beckham!" Liam called out happily while he was down on one knee. The Scorbunny cried with joy as he ran up and leapt into his trainer's arms for a hug. Goodra then hugged the two, sandwiching Beckham in the middle.
"I'm so glad you're OK," Liam said. He then turned to the others and thanked them for their help.

Serina nodded as she stroked Fazbear and Mudford, before giving them each some pokeblocks. "I hope you've learned something from this experience Beckham" She said to the Scorbunny.

Shiranui had arrived in time to see Michiru dispatch Carkol with a Hydro Vortex. He petted Zoku for the help the Nickit provided.

Jen pets Michiru for helping her catch Carkoal. Mirchiru waves her tailes as she thank Serina for the Pokeblock, Aura is thankful for the pokeblock.

"Glad everything turned out okay." Chuck said, relieved.

"You said it, Chuck," Shiranui agreed, "We might have caused a cave-in."

"Doubtful, you'd be surprised how frequently the wild pokemon here have smashed into wall and rebuild passageway, I only know of all of them and the hidden one since I caught Mudford here as a Rolycoly and he's showed me all the paths here when I got myself into a terrible situation with a group of Woobats" Selina told them, showing them a minor scar on her neck that resembled a Woobat bite.

Jen close her eyes seeing a maze of paths the wild Pokémon had created and open her eyes. “Could Nudford shows us the way to get out of this cave?” Jen ask as she looks at Swlina’s scar then recalls Michiru ball into her Great ball.

Serina nodded as she stroked Fazbear and Mudford, before giving them each some pokeblocks. "I hope you've learned something from this experience Beckham" She said to the Scorbunny.

Beckham bowed in apology toward Serina.

"Yep, funnily enough. We're not actually that far from the exit here, just need to go though a door here and then a hidden gem path that takes you directly to the exit" Selina told them, brushing her hair down so her scar was hidden once more since it was shape like a love heart because of how Woobat were.

"Lead the way," replied Shiranui.

"Pathetic," said a cold voice behind the heroes. Liam turned and saw the boy in the pink coat from before standing there. "I thought you said you were a 'Champion'" Bede said using air quotes, "but you nearly lost your Pokémon because of some Carkoal? You're a joke."

Beckham began yelling and pulled down on one of his eyelids and stuck his tongue out at Bede.

"Now Beck, don't be rude," Liam said before continuing in a very low voice. "No matter how much he'd deserve it."
"I'm not letting you tourists leave until I have taught you a lesson," He said tossing up a ball and letting a Solisis out.

Beckham jumped down.

"Solosis, use Confusion!" Bede commanded. The Psychic attack hit Beckham and pushed him back slightly.
"Ember!" Liam ordered. Beckham kicked a few nearby rocks toward the Psychic, causing them to engulf in flames in the process.
"Confusion again!" Bede called. Beckham managed to dodge this attack and used another Ember, scoring a critical hit, and a burn.

"Use Endeavor," Bede said. The attack was buffed due to the burn and hit. Beckham tackled in retaliation, leaving the Solosis to be defeated by the burn. Liam recalled the celebrating bunny and sent out his shiny Rookidee. Bede sent out Gothita.

"Psybeam," Bede ordered. The attack scored a critical hit and confused the shiny bird.
"Use Peck!" Liam called. The Pokémon managed to attack through the confusion.
"Now, Tickle!" Gothita began to tickle the yellow bird to lower its SP DEF.
"Use Pluck!" Liam called. Rookidee divebombed Gothita and got a clean hit, KOing it.

Bede sent out a third Pokémon, one he called "Hatenna".

"Hatenna, the Calm Pokémon. A Psychic-Type. Via the protrusion on its head, it senses other creatures' emotions. If you don't have a calm disposition, it will never warm up to you. If this Pokémon senses a strong emotion, it will run away as fast as it can. It prefers areas without people. "

"Lousy tourists," Bede said annoyed at Liam's use of a Pokédex on a Galar-native Pokémon. "Use Disarming Voice." Liam quickly popped the Dragnium Z out of his Z Power Ring and inserted a new Z Crystal. One that he had won, but yet to actually use in combat. "OK, time to get serious." Liam said as he began striking the poses. "Take this! By the skies under the Alolan Sun, and the stary nights under the Alolan Moon! Take this full power Z-Move! Rookidee, use Supersonic Skystrike!" Rookidee was enveloped in a blue aura and flew up as high as it could in the cave before dive-bombing the Hatenna, KOing it.
"Way to go Rookidee!" Liam praised. Rookidee began to glow white, illuminating a big area of the cave as it changed forms. It evolved into Corvisquire. The yellow bird was not mostly grey, with a white body. Liam praised it for its evolution.

"Hmph," Bede scoffed. "Fine! I'll leave you tourists alone for now, but if you get in the way of my destiny to be the one to defeat the undefeated Leon, I will show you no mercy." Bede then shoved his way past the heroes and went through the cave toward the end.

"Hey guys, is it me, or has since we got here to Galar everyone that mentions Leon also tells us he's undefeated?"
