Almost thirty years later and it still slaps.

Predictable answer is predictable, but I think I listen to parts of this every week.

This one is a close second.

Additionally I feel like as good as all Batman themes are, this remains one of the most underrated:

Athankyew. And might I say, I've been thoroughly enjoying Hulk and Cap Director Steve as well.

One of my favourites is the Winter Soldier’s theme from the MCU. It’s impactful and sinister and I often listen to it when attempting a big lift at the gym:

Additionally, I really like the Netflix Daredevil theme:

It’s a shame but aside from the obvious that’s already been stated, DC don’t have as many great themes that spring to mind as quickly as Marvel ones do.

Updated my GL sheet with some characters I'm hoping to use/have guest-written eventually down the road. I'll probably make an announcement closer to the time at which I'm looking for a guest writer though. Currently, as it stands, I'm a bit off.

I honestly feel like MCU is the opposite, I mean it has some good music but for individual character Motifs I'd say until recently (Phase...3?) it falls down.

Edit: I feel like MCU have more that come to mind as they just churn out more content.

Discussion Time Baby: If you want not everyone is getting involved in these: what's your favourite Superhero-related OST (Original Soundtrack) of all time?

For all of the multitude of issues that the DCEU/Snyderverse may have in terms of writing and tone, I think people sleep on how goddamn fantastic the scores are.

I feel like in general the DC just spend more money on their scores... and it shows.

That Wonder Woman theme is probably the most ear-catching thing I've heard that's come out of the DCEU and that includes this piece. I don't think I'll ever forget it. Easy top ten superhero score pieces for me of all time.

@Lord Wraith Is it okay if I just postpone editing Quicksilver for a while? I was busy when I first wrote him up, and I'm also busy now, so I might not get a chance to correct everything for a while.

Hate to agree with Sep, but yeah, I don't think the MCU has many memorable pieces let alone entire scores.

I'd argue that the main avengers theme is very memorable now, although that's the only one

Thats cause rather than give every character their own unique motif they just blare that every 2 seconds.

Well there's also the title crawl... that one I could hum if someone asked randomly. Can't say that for the Avengers theme but that's just me.

What they should have done is consistently use composers, have every character have a memorable motif and build that all together into the Avengers theme.

Even in Black Widow for a second they had the Avengers Motif! Took me out the movie.

@Lord Wraith knows I get mad about this

You are correct. I occasionally listen to the Nolan film Hans Zimmer stuff but that riff, even though it hit me as kinda out of place, is easily the best thing DC has going in musically in the live actions films. Maybe it's out of place because it's actually very good, I'm not certain

Probably because I haven't really rewatched them all that much. Those are good, yes. Perhaps I ought to give them a touch more credit.

Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude, good choice, Roman. Batman in general has really great music but that's the theme from the show that I grew up watching, so it's got a special place in my heart.

I also go out of my way to listen to this tune, though
