Nothing more needs to be said. <3
Kind of feel like playing Skyrim again sometime, though all the save files I had are long lost. Maybe I could actually "roleplay", like play 100% a stealthy Thieves Guild archer, a College mage, Imperial soldier, etc. Does anyone do or has done something like that before? My characters always end up being everything at once opposed to sticking to a certain build or getting in the spirit of the setting.

Never had any issue RPing in the Elder Scrolls universe, myself. Some quality of life mods out there, but generally you just need your story in your head and stick to your personality.
...In fairness, I've stopped caring about Smash, forever ago. So let people have their sixteenth sword user, if that'll make'em happy.
Okay, on one hand that is vaguely insulting to the character.
On another, it's actually 22.
I never understood the sword character hate.
(If only partly because, no single game is worth hundreds of dollars.)
I think the only actual backlash is on the Fire Emblem characters specifically. (That just so happen to play far more similarly to each other, than most.)
Meanwhile I've spent hundreds of dollars over time on FF14 and other MMOs
Wheeee

Same; I've probably spent countless $$ between WoW, SWTOR, and other MMOs too lol
Honestly, I should probably get back into playing MMOs again, but I haven't found much that isn't a) total trash or b) something I'm interested in. Like, I've tried Final Fantasy, but the game never clicked with me during my stint of playing it. Though, that could also be because I was/is never a huge Final Fantasy fan. After all, other than the MMO, the only FF game I've played is Tactics.
