Bifrost Bridge
"But you don't know that it isn't. Since even though I'm not a magic user, I do know that if you mess with a spell, it might not work fully as intended," Sif commented softly. Of course this did make her a bit more concerned about something, "And if that isn't Klara, where is she and who is that? And why would they have helped you all at all?" she added.
"Are you guys coming or nooooooooooooot?" Klara called back to them. They were heading into the city, and were getting ever closer to the palace that they were aiming for that was in the center of Asgard.
"We have no proof aside from that spell that you just did to be able to see if it actually is Klara... And without that, how do you propose potentially proving it to anyone else? Klara is a magic user herself, so she does typically try to use a few potential defenses that are useful. Especially since she is, well, a bit of a minor trickster god. Knowing how to cloak oneself from tracking spells without too much thought was one of the first things she learned how to do... And that being a skill that she learned from Loki. She typically tries to remain hidden, so she can sneak up on unsuspecting people without them being able to catch her" she continued, saying the last sentence with a shake of her head. "The best we can do is keep an eye on her... Since that still might be her... I don't know, she's seemed a bit different since returning to Asgard after the whole Loki incident on Midgard not too long ago... So it might just be because of that..."
"Anyway, we're fairly close to the palace, should be there soon!"
"We might wish to catch up to them. All we really can do is keep an eye on her, we have no proof that she's someone else, and we have no idea who she could be if she's not Klara. It might, as I said, be her subconsciously tricking the magic of others to be unable to track her, that might be what messed with the spell..."
The Falls
Mary had to stop herself from giggling at Runa's interactions with the teddy bears. It was funny in her mind, watching an Asgardian fear, of all things, teddy bears, or at least hate them enough to try and destroy them. Watching her throw the last one was beyond amusing to her, so now they weren't having to deal with the bears anymore, which was nice. Since it meant that they might be able to move on and actually do something useful in figuring out what all is going on. A few questions popped into her mind though with regards to where they were heading.
"So Runa... We're heading towards your father's halls and all... So what exactly is the area like anyway? Since I can vaguely see it in the distance through all of this fog, and I know we're by your mother's flowers and such, but you haven't really mentioned much about what it is like inside or anything... We also only know that the streak of light came from near it, not necessarily from inside of it... Just wanting to know a little bit about your home and all, since we're so close to it and all..." she asked Runa, figuring to try and distract her a little bit from the chaos that seemed to be occurring. Plus Mary was somewhat curious about the place.
The Palace
The two remaining wolves were not happy that the other three were taken down so easily, and went into a bit of a frenzy lashing out at just about everyone with an attack in one way or another. The one that had initially attacked Pietro lashed out at him once again, slashing him with his claws yet again barely, Pietro just missing dodging out of the way, before turning his attention to Guin, managing to give her a decent gash across her left arm that was starting to bleed. The one by Lance slashed at him again, this time managing to gash his shoulder fairly badly. It turned to Annie, and didn't manage to scratch her, only managing to knock her to the ground bruising her a bit so she was only a bit sore.
Guina are you okay? Pietro asked her mentally, panicking a bit now.
Lance was seriously hurting now from the attacks, and he was really trying to keep it together. Since he really didn't want to potentially explain to Odin what happened to the throne room if it got more destroyed by him than by the werewolves (since that one at least would be a simple explanation that hopefully Frigga would help with). He sent a blast of light slamming into the one by Annie, though it would be obvious that he was starting to have a hard time, as instead of the bright white/yellow color of the light, it seemed to have a slight greenish tint to it currently. "...I hate these things..." Lance grumbled.
Pietro instantly went to the one that had attacked both him and Guin, he instantly was behind it, and before the wolf could turn around to strike back at him or react, the speedster had already phased his hand into the creature's chest, and yanked his hand back out. The wolf dropped to the ground as its heart was in Pietro's hand now. It had happened so quickly, you actually could see the heart beat one last time, before it fully went limp in his hand, and he dropped it to the ground. He took a few deep breaths, before stopping to actually think about what happened or what he just did, and he was now oddly quiet.
The last wolf was now the only one standing, and it seemed like it realized that now. It got up from where Lance had managed to knock him around, burns and spots of fur singed from where he got blasted by Lance, and it slowly started backing away. It clearly was still prepared to fight, and was growling at all of them, ready to pounce at a moments notice, that much was obvious.
