After the near-total collapse of the New Republic and the brief reign of the First Order, the Galaxy was left rudderless. Hope came from an unexpected place: the Empire - or what was left of it. Even as the First Order rose to prominence, a small number of the Imperial Remnants scattered around the Galaxy refused to integrate into to this new, fanatical regime. Coming together into a unified whole again under the firm direction of a respected officer, Admiral Gilad Pellaeon, the Imperial Remnant offered assistance to the scattered New Republic Military in restoring order and providing supplies and relief to their many war-torn systems, as well as defending against the remaining First Order and Sith Eternal forces. Over time, the Empire and the Republic convened on Coruscant to write a new treaty, the results of which formed the Galactic Alliance.

After some time spent wandering the Galaxy, the only surviving Jedi, Rey, resolved to continue her master's mission of rebuilding the Jedi. With her constant companion Finn at her side, she established a small Jedi Academy on D'Qar, the forest world that once served as the main base of operations for the Resistance. Though plagued by many troubles over the years, Rey eventually succeeded at restoring the Jedi to their former glory, and before she passed on the mantle of Jedi Grandmaster also traveled to Coruscant to restore the Jedi Temple and remove the lasting touches of the Emperor's influence over the structure.

Today, the New Jedi Order once again serves as one of the main peacekeeping and diplomatic elements of the Galactic Alliance. Though their numbers are few, their deeds are legendary.

The New Jedi Order practices what Rey named 'the Skywalker Doctrine.' Jedi of the New Order are not forbidden from attachment as the Jedi of old were. Instead, Jedi are encouraged to find balance in their lives through the strength that their friends and loved ones provide, and are cautioned firmly on controlling grief and seeking vengeance should the worst come to pass.

After being massacred and scattered by the forces of the Galactic Empire, the Mandalorians were left adrift for many years. They were restored to their former glory by onetime bounty hunter Din Djarin, the first new Mand'alor. The new Mandalorians are understandably distrusting of Galaxy-spanning regimes, and refuse to incorporate into the Galactic Alliance in any form. As such, Mandalorian Space operates on its own terms.

Hutt Space was particularly devastated by the brief reign of the First Order, and the Hutts gradually lost control over many systems. Today, the territory is fractured, with a large chunk ruled independently by the group of merchants, ideologues and rogue planetary governors known as the Free Outer Rim Territories. Though each member world of this coalition is independent of any central governing body, the Heads of State of each meet and make collective policy decisions as the Free Council.

Because the Territories lack any standing army, they are protected by the militia known as Lando's Privateers, a motley assortment of smugglers, mercenaries and bounty hunters headed by the legendary "Gentleman Pirate," Valt Wendyn. The group is named in honor of late Rebel war hero and famous smuggler-turned statesman Lando Calrissian who, while not affiliated with them in any way, serves as an inspiration to all aspiring do-gooders, rogues and upwardly-mobile schemers in the criminal underworld of the Galaxy.

A relic of a bygone age, K'Kruhk is unique among all living Jedi as the sole known survivor of the Jedi Purge and the glory days of the Old Republic. The veritably ancient Whipid was born decades before the fall of the Republic and managed to barely escape the horrors of Order 66. Afterwards, K'Kruhk lived like the other handful of survivors from the Purge, in voluntary exile and in extreme modesty. For many years, the former Master lived without any knowledge of the events occurring in the greater Galaxy, living through the rise and fall of the Galactic Empire and the First Order-Resistance War. The Padawans he brought with him to his settlement aged and passed on believing themselves the last of the Jedi.

It wasn't until the first of the new Jedi, Rey Skywalker, encountered K'Kruhk's place of exile in her wanderings that the old Master was discovered and realized he was not alone. Invigorated by the news that his kind lived on, the Whipid served as one of the first Masters of the New Jedi Order and a close advisor to Rey and eventually her successor, Finn. After another few years, K'Kruhk was himself raised to the position of Grandmaster as all of the current Order deferred to his long-lived wisdom. Today, the Grandmaster presides over his Order with a firm but fair hand, doling out practical wisdom and the occasional hard knock to those learning and growing in the Force underneath him.

Very little is known of the current leader of the Mandalorians, even by their own people. They are humanoid, likely human or a near-human species. They wear the beskar of Din Djarin, the legendary Mandalore the Reclaimer, and like their predecessor remain masked by the gilded helm at all times. They reputedly are a Foundling and not born into the Mandalorian clans, and earned the title of Mandalore at a startlingly young age - uniting the clans through a combination of charisma, guile, combat prowess and remarkable insight into the character of others. Indeed, though the Mandalorians are traditionally a group that shuns superstition and the great mysterious aspects of the Universe, they rally all the more closely around Mandalore the Mystic, who is said to be able to read into the very soul of everyone they meet and determine their nature. It is said that their gaze is piercing and uncomfortable even through the emotionless visor of a beskar helmet, and they have apparently never lost a duel in their time among the Mandalorians.

How much of this is true is hard to tell, as few outside the clans meet the Mandalore face to face. However, in their ten years as the leader of the clans, they have grown and consolidated their power enough to warrant extremely close watch by the Galactic Alliance.

Solo Station is the only orbiting body of any significance in the Solo System - a singular artificial construct orbiting a bright young star in an otherwise completely cold, empty and lonely system. Despite being on the fringes of known space, it is a semi-important hub for deep space salvagers, Galactic Alliance Navy patrols, tourists, and, curiously, Jedi.

When Starkiller Base imploded and formed the star now known as Solo, material from its equatorial trench was first ejected violently out of the atmosphere and propelled far out into space before being just as quickly pulled back in. Some of this material traveled far enough out into the new star system that it began to orbit the new star instead of being consumed. Over time, this material formed loose rings of debris, which in turn became the Solo Salvage Field. Many hundreds of tons of priceless raw materials can be found in the shattered debris orbiting the star, though the rarest of all remain the Kyber shards.

Only select Galactic Alliance officials and the New Jedi Order know the former identity of Starkiller Base as the sacred world of Ilum, where thousands of generations of Jedi youths participated in The Gathering, a sacred ceremony where they retrieved their lightsaber crystals from the Kyber-rich crystal caves beneath the planet's surface. The vast majority of these Kyber crystals were used up to construct Starkiller's superweapon, but now exist once more in crystal form, hidden away in secret pockets in the Salvage Field. Today's Jedi also participate in a Gathering Pilgrimage, though one that is decidedly different than the Gathering of old. Any Jedi of Padawan status or greater may go on the Pilgrimage to Solo Station at any time of their choosing, though what they get out of it remains up to them. Many go simply to pay their respects, or to meditate on the pain still palpable through the Force from the Kyber crystals. Others view it as a healing exercise that brings them restorative clarity. The Jedi Historians retrieve intact crystals to store at the Temple, and some Padawans go along in the hopes that they will get lucky and bond with a Kyber crystal from the Salvage Field, as it is said that these crystals are strong in the Force because of their lived experiences.

Aside from what you see, Tyr holds himself high in a smug self-esteem. Slick and armed with a silver tongue as well as sarcastic quips, he idolises the smugglers of years gone, hoping to emulate them from head to toe. He walks straight backed, with the posture and poise of a ballerina, sure footed in every step.

The man also loves his fashion, spending an obscene amount of time carving out a dashing appearance, with the latest in clothing to match.

Born on Dandoran, Tyr’s mother died during childbirth in a Cartel den that lacked any sort of medical facility. His father, an unknown and faceless member of the gang, set the boy to work in the hideout's hangar bay from almost as soon as he could walk.

Though lush and beautiful, the planet's population was nothing but a seedy underbelly of pirates, cartels and other unsightly underworld figures. When Hutt Space fractured, the planet was thrown into disarray, with any idiot with a gun looking to rule. Cartels constantly fought each other and themselves, with most dissolving and reforming so often that their names became meaningless. Tyr’s father was killed during the conflict sometime during his early adolescence, leaving the boy to fend for himself.

Tyr offered services repairing droids and ships, making a small living for himself all the while building his very own programs. Though he had an affinity for dealing with hardware, it was always the software that interested him. For the life of him, Tyr could never understand why they crammed such intelligent programming into clunky, slow moving robots. Fear, was what he surmised, fear of what AI could truly achieve if given a more form free existence.

Eventually, a loose form of stability came to the planet by the way of Lando’s Privateers, a swanky and well dressed bunch who had let their virtuous sides get the better of them. With work drying up, Tyr being of age and things ‘becoming dreadfully boring’, the now young man, *ahem*, commandeered a ship by installing an AI program and sought off to become a smuggler in his own right.

Keeping his AI program a secret, Tyr managed to edge ahead of his competitors building a decent amount of notoriety, something his father never achieved. Nowadays he has become somewhat known in the region and while he isn’t a part of Lando’s Privateers, he is friendly with them.

With a mountain of tech being uncovered in the unknown region from the Starkiller Base, Tyr is on his way to meet with a new contact interested in selling pieces on the black market.


Tyr is an outlaw, a gunslinger with quick hands and an even faster triggerfinger. He’s also a robotics expert having worked on them since his childhood and a decent ship mechanic. Having spent so much time among his robot companions, he speaks droid and common.

But the man’s strongest ability is his AI run ship. Personally linked to him thanks to a chip in his head, he’s able to navigate sticky situations a lot easier than other regular humans. The ship does have a back-up droid it can deploy, however it’s not a combat model and serves only to be moved to another ship if necessary.

Few these days are familiar with how a Kaminoan may appear, fewer still who know how they compose themselves. Vena Ro is 7'2", towering over most organic species to an almost uncomfortable extent. Powder blue amphibious skin coats him all over, though spots of white appear along his body where Vena Ro has not revealed to the atmosphere, such as his sleeved arms and chest. Three dorsal fins line the top of his head from front to back, and black eyes with white sunburst irises peer out with examining curiosity.

Long, flowing scarlet robes contrast his otherwise light blue skin, and has a tendency to leave his hood up even while in sanctuary or diplomatic meetings. Vena Ro's wardrobe consists of whatever is made available by the Jedi Order, and never makes a fuss over clothing; whether form or function. White markings surround his eyes and upper half of his head, believed to be a type of tattoo harking back to his chosen studies.

Reserved. Decisive. Inquisitive. Cautious.

Piercing eyes scan everyone and everything, preferring to stand in the rear and taking in the situation of people and environment as if attempting to create mental maps wherever he goes. Those that attract his attention, likely in conversation, will be on the receiving end of nearly endless eyes and would be unnerved were it not for his calm demeanor and imperceptible aura. Vena Ro has a penchant for scholarly works and will happily engage in any social standing if he stands to learn something new. His respect for all life, even those of artificial intelligence, permeates every aspect of his pursuits.

Mandalorian Mercenary.

Concord Dawn. He had a farmstead/safe house there.

Kosna Kustir stands around 5’11 and is built well. Years of training and working a farm has sculpted his body, not that you would normally be able to tell underneath his armour that he is almost always wearing.







Kosna Kustir was born on Concord Dawn. His mother died in childbirth. His father remarried to a man. Kosna was raised by his two fathers on a farm on Concord Dawn until he was twelve and his Fathers, who would take turns traveling for Mercenary work, decided that he was old enough to join them. So the three men boarded a starship and took off and Kosna began his career as a Bounty Hunter.
When he was eighteen, Kosna and his fathers were tasked with stealing an artefact from an old Sith Temple by a crime boss. The mission did not go well, as something dark called to Kosna, and he found himself lost and separated from his fathers. After facing several trials within the temple, he managed to escape to find that a squad of Jedi had arrived at the temple and killed his fathers for allegedly trying to restore the sith.
Kosna chartered a ship back to the crime lord, and fought his way through and murdered the crime lord. Forcing him to escape, and flee back to Concord Dawn. Where he payed low and spent the next few years rebuilding and training. It soon became apparent he would need help, so he began traveling again. He etched a promise into his blaster and travelled the outer rim looking for work and allies.

Kosna is a trained warrior. Trained in blaster marksmanship. He uses a modified form of Teräs Käsi in melee fights.
Kosna is technically force sensitive, but is both untrained and unaware. With it mostly manifesting in enhanced reflexes and physical conditioning, with his shots seeming to find weak spots due to a latent form of shatter point.
He speaks galactic basic, Mando'a, binary and Hutt.

Born to unknown parents in an unknown place, Khavos was picked up a wandering band of pirates while he was still an infant and raised as both family and crewmate. The Captain was his mother and First Mate, his father, and the rest of the crew his Aunts, Uncles, Brothers and Sisters; they taught him everything he would need to know about piracy, and his latent force abilities only enhanced his skills once he learned to control them.

After a failed heist, Khavos was separated from the rest of his family and they had to leave him behind with an agreement to find him at a later date, once the heat had died down and it was safer to meet. At the current time, Khavos is wandering the galaxy as he waits for a signal to come back; hitching a ride between planets, all the while scamming, pickpocketing and straight up robbing as he goes.

Denon

A young man with an even younger face. Skai is routinely thought to be younger than his already young twenty-five years thanks to his baby face and dimpled smile. Skai's ginger hair is brushed to the right and reaches to his ears while his neck area is kept clean. He has blue eyes and fair skin, which is littered with freckles, particularly on his cheeks and the bridge of his nose. He is tall, standing at 6'2" though he seems to be averagely built. He has three different outfits depending on the situation at hand. A set of simple Jedi Robes, an elaborate dark blue and gold suit, and armor.


Weaponry: Curved Hilt Lightsaber, Back-up saber, Quick-draw Blaster Pistol, Boot Knife.
Other: Commlink, Datapad, tranq darts.

Some kids had nothing, were born into a terrible situation, and dealt with constant loss and tribulations. Skai was not that kind of child, in fact, he was the opposite. Born into the powerful political family that ruled the planet of Denon, Skai never was lacking in anything growing up. His family and more so, the very planet were very pro-Imperial as Denon was once a stronghold world for the Empire and one of the more famous Generals, General Veers came from their planet. However, the Denonaise were always more diplomatic, being situated on two hyper lanes. It was thanks to that diplomatic expertise, that the Darklyn family and Denon were welcomed back into the new Alliance. And while the political landscape of the galaxy slowly settled down, Skai was found to have Force Sensitivity while he and the Darklyn family visited Coruscant to celebrate the reopening of the Jedi Temple and revivification of that Order.

Skai ended up joining and studied as one of the first of many new Padawans. Most of his time was spent diplomatically, but due to his aristocratic nature and upbringing that was something he was naturally talented with. Most of his time was spent studying Lightsaber combat. He has recently graduated and due to the influx of Padawans has already been asked to consider if he was ready to take one of his own.
