So my plan is to skip the initial meeting of us all, as that usually bogs things down to a standstill.

Instead we're going to say Daniel introduced us all to eachother, alongside a Republic representative so we're going straight to the planet. If you wanna discuss what you feel your crews would think of eachother feel free.

Blue Typhoon: The party has a feeling He's met one of their kind before

George Hammond: Raekar probably nerds out on advanced tech with Sam

Avenger: XCOM immediately tries to kill Raekar for being a new ADVENT xenotype.

Malevolence II: Kai stares at the ship for a while, before only having one thing to say

So, what was the setting of the meeting? Were they all just in a holo-call or the equivalent with all the ships just gathered out in the middle of space? I suppose they couldn't assume every ship would have that tech (depending on how much Daniel told the Republic), so they probably met in person, face to face. Who was the Republic representative? Did they bring any Jedi? If so, who?

Daniel brought them to an equivalent of a 'World between worlds', so Face to Face, and lets say Yularen. No Jedi.

Since I realize I've never said it here, we're later in the Clone Wars. Palpatine is supreme Chancellor and some elements of Imperialism are starting to creep into the Republic.

I've written much of the OP but I'm pretty tired, and need to go to bed cause work. I'm hoping to get it polished up and ready to go tomorrow. I'd rather read it with fresh eyes, than post it as-is.

Edited the Republic interaction section to account for this. :)

I will have to say that the Rangers biggest surprise about this new universe will be that they don't have air in space. Lost Galaxy established that there is Air in Space. We see Mike floating through space without a space suit, with the implication that it has been a few hours and this has no ill effects on him.

My personal theory is that Space Air in Power Rangers just tastes really weird, which is the only reason why ships are pressurized. It's also what annoyed me about the Psycho Green's fight on the moon. There has always been air in space.

I mean, to be fair, in Star Wars movie canon you only need a little breathing mask to survive in space. I mean, they didn't know they were inside a giant worm, so it's safe to assume that, even in the cold recesses of space, those little facemasks would work.

In that particular case, I’m more inclined to believe that the worm’s belly generates a more hospitable atmosphere. Like, it has to be pretty warm inside a living being. And subsequently, the stomach gasses could make it easier on the eyes and such. You certainly got a point that their ignorance of the situation still informing such minimal precautions does certainly say... something.

Although, as a small argument for your idea, remember that Grievous’s fully organic eyes have no shielding. Then recall he blasted open a hole in his flagship in Episode 3 and walked on the outside of it to no apparent harm. Of course, he presumably has a breathing apparatus built into his cyborg-ness to cover him on oxygen, and it’s possible Kaleesh biology is more forgiving/hardy than human, but the point stands.

And I suppose if we acknowledge the sequel trilogy, we can recall Leia getting blasted out into space with no protection whatsoever and surviving. Granted, she was using the Force, so it’s also possible that it was protecting her from the hostile environment as well.

I'm on my phone at work so forgive me being brief.

I feel like mostly everyone else the crew of the Hammond will be in awe in the size of the Hammond. I'll pm you later @Lewascan2 to discuss ion cannon.

The sonic ship... there will be slight issues with a child being present but there's not much we can do about that they aren't from our reality.

The living ship or the Power Rangers vessel will likely interest Sam a lot more than the power rangers themselves.

The Avenger won't be underestimated because Sam knows just how much a team of badass infantry can alter the fate of a galaxy... from personal experience.

The crew of the Hammond (that is US military) will likely notice similarities to home in the Republic, whether this is a good or bad thing isn't for me to say.

@Martian no worries my friend. We all have real lives too attend too... sadly.

So, seeing that everyone else is going into more depth, here's a bit more indepth responses to each ship:

Raekar will hit on Daniel A LOT and Full-Tilt and Wipe-Out don't really interact with the others unless the others come to them. They just serve "The Master" Trypticon.

Don't make assumptions on the alien apprehension xD I intended for the avenger to leave at aobut the start of Chimera Squad, so working with aliens is probably at least tolerated.

@Lord Wraith we've discussed your presence so its good.

So nobody needs to have relations with the Star Trek ship.

They're the wild card.
