`Personality Description: He is a prophetic figure, a religious zealot, the sole drive that fills his character is the desire to enlighten all of creation to the truth of the Killing Intent.

He was once a noble emperor, a ruler of a vast desert empire that got lost to time. His nobility and canny upbringing still hold their embers in him, he carries himself as a nobleman. His footsteps are those of a ruler turned savage prophet of the dark and wonderful liberating truth of all things.

`Abilities, Powers, Skills:
Peak Human Physiology: As a default, if there is anything that a human being can do, he too can do it. There is nothing that another man can do that he cannot, and he has the ability to combine these traits together.

The incredible speed of an Olympic sprinter combined with the exceptional strike force of a boxer and the mass of a lightweight sumo wrestler. While the metrics are measured by normal men, the combination of traits that mere athletes can attain elevates them to superhuman levels.

“I can kill it.” - The Truth of life, allowing him to cause harm to all things. The very intention of his actions can cause harm to anything. Material, immaterial, allegedly indestructible, intangible, divine, metaphysical, and even concepts. With his Killing Intent he can destroy and damage anything, as if it were made of solid matter.

Age: He has eternal youth, and does not age. Time has become meaningless to him.
Fixture to the Ground: When he achieves higher than human ability, he can perform impossible aerial maneuvers. Such as running up walls and jumping in the air.
Weakness: This is how he can perform these superhuman feats.
Breaking Weapons: This is how his weapons do not shatter in his hand when he performs impossible feats.
Fear: There is no authority great enough to bow his head in terror. Not even for a moment will he hesitate in fear of his choices being wrong.

`Character Equipment:
5 5 Cubit Spears: 7.5 feet blade to butt, they’re perfectly balanced and made of flexible wood, the point is a leaf shaped bronze blade. It is razor sharp and keeps its edge uncannily. They are affected by his killing intent and are capable of withstanding the forces he exerts and the blows that he trades. They are extensions of his killing intent, and gain impossible force and killing potential when wielded by him.

A Leather Strap: It wraps from his left shoulder to his right hip, and it has five loops where his spears rest. It connects to his final piece of equipment.

A Graceful Loincloth: A symbol of savagery painted with nobility, it covers his genitals and gives him decency. Despite being impossible, no matter what angle one views him from it will always be perfectly concealing his dignity.

`Character History:
Once the king of a vast desert kingdom, a massive river once fed into a circular nation built into a desert valley oasis. It was a thriving society with seasonal rises and falls of the river water.

An asteroid impact rerouted the river, and shook the world. The river flooded his nation, then starved them of water. There he was emperor, and suddenly for all his prosperity and glory he was laid low, and all his ancestors' works were destroyed.

With his nation lost to the sands, he stripped to a loincloth and wandered into the desert to die in his shame. There, in the wasteland that was growing more and more water starved as the days went by, he saw God.

In the desert he met a man who assaulted him, beat him, laid him lower than he could have imagined, and then lifted him to his feet once more. Healing his wounds and cleaning his feet. They sat and spoke for days, his hunger and thirst gone, and he was taught the truth of the world.

There are no goods, no evils. No coincidences and no accidents. All is meant to happen, and the only supreme authority of the world is Violence.

This authority extends over ALL things, not merely other men and beasts. Physics, natural law, evolution, fate, even death. Nothing is immune to violence, one must truly understand that Violence can control the world, before truly understanding The Killing Intent.

When he learned of the Killing Intent, and the control it conferred, he killed his weakness. He killed his old age. He left the desert and now wanders the multiverse as a prophet, teaching all of creation that the truth of creation is destruction.

Edit: Per discussion held on the 10th, I, Lith, hereby state that all mech suits have access to surface-to-surface missiles. Let's say ten of them. Yes. These won't impede movement, and are intermediate-range ballistic missiles. They are UGM-133 Trident II's, traditionally fired by submarine. They weigh.. quite a bit, are 44 feet long, are fueled by plasticized polyethylene glycol, and can hit ranges of 3100 miles. Traditionally this would travel at Mach 24, but of course, capping to tier™.

Abilities:

Hand of Destruction- Reyes has the capacity to manifest anything his mind can psychologically perceive as destructive into a physical phenomenon via the expression of his psychic potential. This means that he can weaponize his thoughts; catalyzing his mental energy into the states he envisions as a direct result of this. Furthermore, the Hand of Destruction can physically adapt the user's physical body into a vessel equipped to handle both the sheer devestation it can bring upon the earth, and also the sheer strangeness of its anamolous properties. With such a dangerous ability in the hand of a rogue agent, however, the Blacklight Project has found it suitable to install in Agent Reyes' mental programming several safeguards to limit the threat he would pose. Firstly, Agent Reyes can only produce perpetually exploding flames. Patches for carrying additional magazines, one for a knife and gun holster on each side of his waist respectively. Comes with reinforced light-adjusting night vision goggles, and two smoke canisters.

*2x 3000mg military grade LSD tablets. Strong enough to kill a supernatural being with only 500mg, but his body metabolizes it rapidly enough to only put him in an extreme euphoric state before the psychedelics take effect. Banished Bastard Son:

With the loss of his bastard child B-Rad, banished beyond the realms of sight and sound to a twilight zone, sort of like from the television show called The Twilight Zone, the man then known as Danger, Danger Fontaine bent his will toward achieving more power and doing things more Big Leagueier. Finding that no earthly power could allow him to avenge the loss of his bastard son, and thus his only hope of ever banging his bastard son's mom again (or even remembering what her name was, pretty sure it had an E or an A in it), he sought strength from the stars.

Eventually doing a lot of totally rad type shit culminating in him astrally projecting himself into the body of some very Magical and vaguely Future Russian guy in the future. That guy was also like a Power Ranger or something. Hard to tell. But with that new body he did a lot of deep lore type stuff that culminated in him kinda sort rescuing his bastard child's soul but also kinda sorta fusing his bastard child's soul into a Q-Bramble Blade, also known as a Q-BramBlade, but this specific one was named after his dead and banished and soul fused to a sword bastard son B-Rad. It was named Trilobisekni.

Power Ranger Type Shit:

Magical Future Russian dude was like a Power Ranger, or a God, or Boba Fett, or maybe some kind of tyrannical slave trader or something. Not really clear on that. But now Danger, Danger Fontaine is Dangerrutito Fontainiuxic and has a space ship somewhere in the Double Deep Jeiti and also knows a lot of weird words like Jeiti that didn't exist before but now most fully do exist and it's pretty radical.

Only one such as he, Dangerrutito Fontaniuxic, could wield such a blade and only with it could any being even dream of performing the famed but also completely unheard of and just super mysterious and secretive manuever known only as the Hiden Doblee Triplut Forbidan Yin Releese Ohm-Mega.

Atramentously Vantablack like a hole punched through the otherwise actually quite bright total darkness of deep space, the Fontaniuxiciccix is an Alderson Disk, though Dangerrutito Fontainiuxic sometimes calls it an Alfredo Disk. An astronomical megastructure with absurd near limitless power, alas Dangerrutito Fontainiuxic broke the key off in the door to the Extra-Genocidal Control Room and is now left with less than an Eighth of its facilities. That's still a hell of a lot though. It's like several football fields. It's mass is probably greater than the mass of your sun unless you have just a super humongous sun.

Dangerrutito Fontainiuxic mostly uses it to store his Zord and equipment and trophies and sometimes have a bitching party or two. It also has a really nice snack bar.

Aromatic-Polyamide Weave NOT Power Ranger Suit

All scientifical. Skintight suit of Aromatic-Polyamide Weaved Technical Suit Things. I cannot over emphasize how tight it is. You can see like veins and stuff through it it's so tight. Yet also very resilient. Excellent at heat dispersal allowing him to just plummet from space onto a planet with naught but the faintest, and slightly arousing, warmth.

Like a Black Power Ranger uniform except it's also like hooked into his brain or suit or soul or something (possibly his ass) so it can change colors and designs at his beck and call. It's not alive or anything. Definitely not self aware and slowly consuming his consciousness and biological components for some nefarious future scheme. That's canon, that it's not doing that.

It also has a Recursive Diolunium Dial. What purpose it serves is unclear but Dangerrutito Fontainiuxic is forever fiddle fucking around with it.

This energy runs rampant in moderate quantities throughout the circuits and is produced from his existence constantly.
Shinteki-ki Manipulation: Through various breathing techniques an Inabikari are known for utilizing Qi to manipulate and manifest elements, they can shape Ki, harden Ki, and augment themselves as well to perform a plethora of ‘effects’ in terms of offensive and defensive capabilities. It’s also known that they are fundamentally different from those that use Reiki as they are more physically oriented, heal faster, react faster, and produce this naturally as well as use the Ki of their surroundings to be as lethal and overpowering as possible. The limitations. . .are endless so long as the body of the user can handle it.

Reiki Manipulation ‘Rei’ Being ‘Universal Life’ and ‘Ki’ being Energy: The practitioners of this specific branch utilize a more esoteric and ethereal energy system. It allows them to sacrifice their energy to do different things. Aka jutsu. Fire, water, wind etc.

Their blessed eyes allow them to see and translate the certain kinds of magic that are cast within range of perception. As well as see and color assign energies on the most minute scales and on different planes without mental overload due to magical dampening of energy emerging, because useless information is filtered into systems or ‘files’. This doesn’t mean they automatically understand the energy that is perceived immediately, but they become more aware of it and their brain will begin transferring that information to cross reference it with the energies in which they or another clan member and even their Hokori-Rei has been exposed to. Their eyes have magical ley lines that allow them to perceive them as well as the magical ley lines of the planet that are sown throughout the world to him. Gifting them knowledge of natural and supernatural happenings almost ‘before’ they even happen. Even if it's the most subtle thing such as sleight of hand tricks, as long as the one being watched is tampering with these ley-lines that exist in all things; they can see through the tricks. This isn't only limited to magic and energy perception, it accelerates and enhances their ability of perception which works alongside their superhuman nervous system naturally. This allows them to mimic and learn anything they have seen instantly. Plus, their eyes are much like a serpent in terms of having a film over his eyelids which prevents light from bothering them when shined as well as dismissing visual based illusions.

Magic/Jutsu ( universe dependent )- He has a magical prowess and affinity for spontaneous and quick spells whilst engaging in close quarters or hand-2-hand because every action is a means in which to cast a spell without him performing wasted movements. Being highly proficient in three kinds of magic: Transmutation, Abjuration, and Evocation. It’s known is highly capable in ANY of those fields, making him rather lethal if allowed to simply move. Which doesn’t help that he has INSANE casting speeds that can come off as immediate if allowed. This is primarily because he can implement spells through his actions due to his spells being based on the circuits.

Pyrics and Lightning Spectrum Manipulation: He boasts in knowing how to manipulate the pathways of these two abilities, meaning he has an uncanny control over fire and lightning in their regular, mystical and magical forms. The affinity for fire and lightning alone is astonishing and it’s noted he is immune to his elements. Having been struck by lightning and walked out of a burning house, though there is a threshold. That being said he is immune to elemental changes like the cold or even subzero changes because he can produce his own heat entirely and is supercharged by them.

Combat Empowerment: because of this affinity he possesses, in the midst of combat he gains substantial buffs to strength, speed, durability, healing factor, fire and energy manipulation in stupendous amounts. These buffs stack the longer the fight goes on and amplify x2.5 each turn, making him more and more powerful the longer the battle rages on. However, it goes beyond simple augmentation. The essence of combat and competition empower him twice for each person he is in competition with. They intertwine with him on a quantum level. Down to the last meta-quanta. It is what he was born from, therefore they empower him.

Damage Empowerment: The damage he takes is immediately converted into physical might. Drastically increasing, ripping him apart and putting him back together to increase his strength to exponential levels. The celestial muscles hyper-fed by the ethereal conversion of the harm received. Though, it does not make him immune to the pain or infliction. He has to be able to withstand the damage in order to receive the prestigious boost from it.

Solizur-Energy(Infused with his Crimson Knights armor)
The radioactive energy present within Solizur ore seems to be the source of its space and mass-warping abilities. Experimentation and research have led to the extraction of this energy from its source, which we have dubbed "Solizur Energy" for ease of identification. This energy behaves like a vector field and exhibits properties not unlike those seen in conventional physical systems, such as possessing kinetic energy, force, and subatomic particles which make it up. However these particles appear to have no rest mass(or charge) whatsoever(until physically bonded into ore), causing Solizur ore to be classified as the first ever naturally occurring form of negative matter discovered in the universe, though this is only true of atomic Solizur. When forming together as a solid compound Solizur ore is lighter than the air, but loses its negative mass. That said, it has a strange altering effect on the masses of other objects it interacts with through creating subtle fluctuation in the Higgs Field caused by its translocation through a point in space, expanding and contracting masses(and in celestial scales can alter gravity accordingly) of nearby systems near freely. Through sophisticated Solizur-based Intelligent Systems(or other applicable support technology), this and many other effects can be granularly controlled.
Cold Solizur
Solizur, when divested of its radioactive energies gains new properties. As it would seem, Solizur's pliability and effective negative mass were direct emergent properties which rose out of its marriage to Solizur-Energy. The removal of this power source seems to bring Solizur more in line with conventional material physics, although it is still incredibly impressive. When divorced from Solizur-Energy It gains incredible mass and density very swiftly as the energy affecting these things are removed, and in turn hardens far beyond its normal isotope, gaining a GP rating of 3.5x that of tungsten. When creating cold Solizur, the process which strips the ore of its radioactive energies is the same process which also removes any Ethercure upon the ore, which in turn removes its pliability, but vastly increases its tensile strength.
