* Major Force - A jealous Army officer with ties to Capt. Atom tries to recreate the experiment that gave CA his powers. He joins two other wannabe heroes [Lady Liberty and Silent Majority] and attacks CA and other members of the JLU.

* Peacemaker(s) - Assuming nobody tried applying with this guy for League status, a small army of Peacemakers will stand against the JLU when the League uncovers a secret government facility housing something incredible.

BRIEF Bio: Nathaniel Adams was serving in the United States Army in the 1990's when he got into some trouble. He was given the option of jail or being involved in a government experiment to create their own superhuman. Adams agreed to the experiment, and alien metal was grafted to his skin after a nuclear bomb was dropped on it. The explosion sent Adams packing into the 2020's and after a brief period leading the Justice League International he's now one of the field leaders in the current day JLU.

Notes: I made my Cap a tad younger than he's usually presented and in this timeline he jumped from the 90's to the 2020's.

If your guys are stealthy and/or combat experts and enhanced humans, you'd likely be in the JL Task Force under the leadership of Martian Manhunter, or you would have been involved with the JL International under the leadership of my Capt. Atom as he worked in affiliation with world governments. The JLA is for the more flashy superpowered folk.

Should I change Jane over to one of the other teams then? I was imagining Task Force since she's British, not American, and Martian Manhunter seems like the best match for her mentor/team leader wise. He's able to see past her exterior more, has a calmer demeanor that she'd appreciate working under and start willingly opening up to, and I could see how her strengths and weaknesses could work for more stealth/infiltration type missions. At the very least, he'd have more patience with figuring out the best ways she could help.

Zatanna's magic isn't really what Jane does. Batman might appreciate her being more professional than most, but also have to worry about Poison Ivy flashbacks anytime he fights with her. Then she's basically the opposite of Wonder Woman and so the two would clash, though if JL Europe would make the most sense for her, that could make an interesting past dynamic. Maybe she was on JL Europe for a time before getting transferred to the Task Force? Though if JL International would be doing most of the disaster relief type assignments, that seems like it would be her most natural fit.

As I read it, your character honestly sounds more like a anime shoenon protagonist than a stealth guy and so perfect for JL America, especially with how he gets more powerful based on the power level of whoever the strongest guy in the room currently is. If anything, Rival would be great for crowd control while Lady Stephanie does plant tie ups and emergency healing, Zen takes potshots from above, then the two close combat guys focus on the main objective.

So really, if you want to alter your guy, maybe just have him lean more into that Goku/Natsu type energy.

I regard Zen as Trask to be flashy enough, and he has reasons to remain central to America.

@Cyrania Haha I wasn't going for anime protagonist, but i definitely see it now. And yeah, I wanted to make him a street level hero at first, but honestly thought hed get way outclassed. He's based off of another character i used many years ago. I can still tweak him if OP wants.

@Cyrania Need to pick another character for your background hero since MM is one of the League mentors. I'd say if she's from Britain the better affiliation would be with Wonder Woman and her JL Europe.

Post length I usually shoot for is a couple paragraphs and a little dialog, once a week if possible. No posting order, so long as somebody's not posting back to back. Sometimes I have to do it to move things along, but even then I try not to do it if I can help it. I'll just collab with somebody else in Discord to move things along if I can.

@Kensai Ravager's good but Deathstroke doesn't work as a background hero or as a means to get her into the League.

@Omega Man Thanks for the clarification.hes not quite as busted as the character he was based on. The original idea was a character that just absorbed all forms of energy and converted it into strength. Almost like living Vibranium. This is a bit more balanced but lets my character challenge and be relevant at multiple levels. That's also why my goals for the RP are as they are. I want to find a reasonable upper limit. No way Rival is going toe-to-toe with Darkseid right now, but who knows where this adventure will take us?

BRIEF Bio: Was a Noble Boy, not interested in being Adolescent (making Him such) from a Middle-Upperclass Family moving Homes for fun, local vacations always with the popculture car never exotic like with a plane or yacht. He stole from unlocked vehucles so well He thought to make it agility in a Suburban Setting where the vehicles were parked near Houses in a more silent night. Upon maturity having a Job He began Swordsmanship and using that night burgling to avenge Himself as Spade. He enterred Star City, confessing to Green Arrow His first real Hero gained from doing so. Green Arrow took Spade as a Prodidgy only during Street Trainings. With enough to be granted into the Justice League like He was; Through an Admission Certificate.

Maybe English isn't their first language, IDK. I just don't want the entire team to be street level heroes, gotta diversify and get some other types thrown in. I'll reach out to a few more players and see if they've got any free time.
