Johnathan looks more badass than ever, Lol. Truly a match to counter Magnus. Before the RP starts I might modify his CS a bit, not gunna make him too OP but there are a few things I want to change and such.

Updated Magnus's CS. Tell me if he seems a bit OP or if it seems fitting for a Vampire of his age and personality.

The only thing that seemed OP to me was this:

"Using his speed and the weightlessness of his claws he can reach a target and kill them barely giving them enough time to react,"

That wasn't changed from the last RP, But yea. If he sneaks up in you you are pretty much fucked. Whilst other vampires as old as him can lift cars, He can't. He spent more time honing his speed. I don't mean he will like instantly appear in front of you in a fight, but he is faster than most vampires. His claws barely weigh much, so they provide more wind resistance as opposed to a sword*

Well. Considering the Compact is broken, if you are proved a Vampire and not in SOLDIER you will most likely be killed on sight.

Weapons:(One main, Two support, One hidden, Max) A flash light with fresh batteries, a canister of bear repellent pepper-spray (3 uses before depleted), a battered riot shield with a signature on it that is nearly impossible to read.
Hair: light blond dreads, most of it concealed by the hat, one sticking out on each side of his face.
Eyes: dull grey
Personality(Optional): Overall perky and confident, loves a good joke, compulsively investigates and analyses anything new to him, ambitious (and not aware of it), fairly intelligent (but not nearly as intelligent as he thinks he is)

aside from that he owns an old 2nd hand car. It's completely filled with camping equipment, spare clothing, tools for things like repairing the car or breaking and entering, 2 spare batteries and 2 spare canisters of gas, a microwave, a laptop filled with videogames, a box of jewelry (questionable orgin) and 300$.
