I changed a few things and added a new character. If we need another go at the discussion about powers. I'm ready bwahah.

Name: Graham Mason
Alias: Zombie Man
Age: 42
Race: Human
Appearance:
Graham Mason is a gruffy middle aged man about six feet and two inches tall. He has a muscular build from fighting criminals as a vigilante crime fighter. He wears a fedora, a thick overcoat, dress shirt, dress pants, and dress shoes.

Social Status: Private Investigator. Crime Fighter. Hero of Justice.
Relationship: Brysen Gray (Partner). Holly Mason (Wife). Sophia Mason (Daughter). Alexander Mason(Son – Deceased).

General Activity: Arresting criminals in the backstreets of Kenan’s Red Light District.

Abilities:
[Power] Esper
An esper is a rare human that manipulates essences using their mind. This differs from the normal use of essences in that the strength of the ability that an esper uses corresponds to their emotional state. Thus, espers can be weaker than they first appear if they are going through a traumatic event or have little confidence in their own abilities.

Their powers are also always related to an important desire the esper wishes to fill in their life. This can be a kindle of fire to remember the warmth of their parents or the power of invisibility after being picked on by bullies. It is because of espers manifest their powers through some unfulfilled desire that it is impossible for them to manipulate any other “magic” than what they began with.

Against mages that can learn a multitude of different spells. Espers are truly at a disadvantage. However, because of the source of an espers powers are based on their personality. All espers possess methods of manipulating essences that are unique to each individual. Of which can be truly bizarre and fearsome when properly harnessed.

[Power] Second Chance “The Deathless Domain”
The ability to restore a damaged object to by using an electromagnetic force to pull the missing pieces of an object back together. The user’s essence is used as a tracer, imprinting the specific chemical make-up of the targeted object, and then inducing an alternating current that attracts the missing pieces back together. This ability does not only extend to inanimate objects, but also to humans and animals since all matter is made up of electromagnetic bonds on the atomic scale.

However, this power has limitations in both scale, complexity, and distance in that the missing pieces have to within twenty yards of the original object, that damage restored is restricted to that of objects that can fit in a five by five foot cube, and that in the case of complex structures, such as the anatomy of a human body, this power can only restore two vital organs before requiring a rest period of several hours with an exception of the brain which if damaged would be instant death.

Personality: Will Show IC

Biography:
Before the destruction of the Hell’s Gate, Graham lived in a small rural area of Europe as a police officer. He was an unremarkable man who never achieved anything of note in his life, but even then he found happiness in his marriage to his wife and had two children, a boy and a girl. Upon the destruction of Hell’s Gate and the turmoil that followed he lost his son while fleeing the ensuing chaos to a demon. It was an event his wife never forgave him for and soon after left him with their remaining child for a better life in one of the ruined cities.

The pain of his wife leaving and the death of his son, whom always saw him as a hero, made him despair. A day later, he shot himself in the chest. Lying on the cold pavement, bleeding into the street, he wished that he could have a second chance to make things right, and that is when his power manifested itself, reviving him from certain death. Since then, he has traveled to Kenan and made himself a local vigilante crime fighter. Living a life that would have made his son proud.

Name: Brysen Gray
Alias: Faceless
Age: 25
Race: Human
Appearance:

Brysen Gray is a man five feet and seven inches tall. He wears an oilskin pure white raincoat with black trimmings, white latex pants, knee high white rain boots, white latex gloves, white leather belt with black edge, black metal buckle, and a blank electronic white mask that changes color. Four large buttons tuck in his raincoat at the midsection with wolf fur outlining the base of the hood. His unkempt hair is baby blue, his complexion is fair, and his physique is very good.

Social Status: Private Investigator. Crime Fighter. Hero of Justice.
Relations: Rachel Gray (Sister), Graham Mason(Partner)

General Activity: Prowling the streets of Kenan in search of clues about his long lost sister. He fights crime along with his partner Graham as a day job.

However, because of the source of an espers powers is based on their personality. All espers possess methods of manipulating essences that are unique to each individual. Of which can be truly bizarre and fearsome when properly harnessed.

[Power] Godless Creation “The Transient Illusion”
The ability to materialize electricity into solid objects by arranging positive and negatively charged particles into a physical structure. It goes beyond the common conventions of physics in that the user’s essence is used as the focus point of the object, acting like a glue that allows charged particles to bind together. Objects created from this ability are stable and won’t shock the user since all charged particles cancel out.

However, these objects will have the affinity of “light” and “electricity” and “magnetism” and break easily when confronted with powerful versions of those forces. This same affinity also allows the reverse to be true. In that these objects also cancel or distort abilities that use light, electricity, and magnetism. As a light based essence, this ability also allows the user to manipulate the visual appearance of any object they create, making them look identical to the real objects they may imitate.

Besides the elemental weakness shown in the paragraph above, this ability is also limited in the scale, magnitude, and duration because his status as a human limits the amount of essence he can properly control. He can only create objects the volumetric size of a 5 by 5 foot cube, the strength of steel, and with a duration of one hour before the item dissipates into the air.

Personality: Will Show IC

Biography:
Before the destruction of the Hell’s Gate, Brysen was an orphan along with his sister at a catholic orphanage in downtown New York. He was a bright and loving young boy who liked the company of people and especially that of his sister. He grew up thankful for his parents, even though he never met them, for giving him life and the church that gave him and his sister a place to live in. Upon the destruction of Hell’s Gate and the turmoil that followed their caretaker, a catholic priest, fled the chaos with him and his sister in search of a safe refuge.

Several weeks later, starving and thirsty, they soon found themselves on in the middle of a barren wasteland that stretched out for several hundreds of miles. Certain that they would soon die. The catholic priest asked the two to stop walking and pray for salvation. Brysen’s sister goes into hypothermia as night falls. Desperate to save her, Brysen decides to carry her to another place to find shelter, but the priest beats him into the ground when he tries to leave. It was then that Brysen manifests his powers. “If god will not give me miracles,” he says as he loses consciousness, “Then I will make my own.”

Light spouts from his fingertips and pierces the priest in the chest, killing him. He grows wings of light and cradles his sister throughout the night and keeping her warm. She later disappears the next morning. Footprints leading off the distance. Brysen tries to follow the tracks, but never finds her. He arrives in Kenan ten years later. Still looking for any clue that she is still alive.

Here's what need to addressed and changed:

Respond to all points, make the necessary changes, and consider yourself approved and ready for the IC.

Okay, I added a liiitle to Nen and also added the stuff for the particular demon that failed to possess him. If there's an issue with the demon's backstory, point it out and I'll edit accordingly.
I'm not quite sure how I want to do his guardian angel, though... hm...

On another note-are there any other pcs currently in Loom?

Okay, I'll look into it for you and check it out.

Regarding Guardian Angels, you could take a gander at Fang here as one way of going about it. You can also look here at Caeldrin. You'll have to scroll down until you see him, should be the 3rd character. He was my guardian angel back on Season 1, and he's coming back with a vengeance. Just felt that his previous material might help inspire you with ideas for your GA. Even with the Angelic Council gone and the Angelic Remnant (led by Yoshua's Saella and joined by Ichthys's Miera) trying to gather in numbers, angels still have a sense of duty. Given a GA's empathy with their charge (the human they're protecting), I don't believe they'd just up and abandon them.

Please note that the word hybrid used in Caeldrin's old CS doesn't mean he is two different kinds of angel (in this case, a battle and guardian angel), but that he was trained in two different classes. He also has had an unnatural lifespan for an angel: over 200 years of solid training? Pshaw. He did not take the news well that he had a demon parasite in his wings (as all angels do) that arbitrarily blackened them if he went against the Angelic Council. It's just his demon parasite also gave him the ability to read auras and live longer.

And I'm pretty sure there are no PCs in Loom at the moment. Not that I blame them.
Okay, Nevis. I looked at Nen's stuff. Not sure if I saw all of the new stuff (a list of additions would have been helpful), but it still seems good.

Looking at Bringer now... hmm.

Alright. I'm done looking at Bringer of Nothing.

Slade, Celaira, Yosh? Gunna need your help making this work. -nods-

Age: unknown; presumed as old as all original demons

Despite what it says on the timeline, Lilith was the first demon (not Lucy) and is the mother of all demons. Lucy was just the first demon that Aaurus fell in love with and later made divine offspring (humans, go figure). Anyway, Lilith's first generation of demons would be known as the Original Demons (by angels and later, humans), but among demons, including themselves, they would refer to each other as Firstborns. Additionally, no demon can be older than 9,014 years, because that would make them older than Lilith. So stick to an age somewhere... between 9,000 and 8500.

Additionally, the Bringer may or may not know Baphomat, Lord of Knowledge and one of the Firstborn. Talk to Synthorian for more details on him (or Lilith).

Race: Demon (ex-Archdemon, now a Hexwulfen parasite)

I don't mind you trying to expand on established lore. Keep in mind, however, that Demon Lord has been the highest title and height of power for a demon. They rule regions in Hell and are very good at it. The term archdemon has never been used, but perhaps it could be established as an old forgotten term that existed before the kingdoms of Hell were made. Sort of like a Lord of Them All...? But then Bringer died and nobody has tried to rule all of Hell since then. So, unless Slade, Celaira, and yoshua (or other Veterans) see a problem with that, we might go with that term (archdemon) having that meaning.

I reckon there might be a problem with it, given parts of Szayeis's kingdom's backstory and how part of it has always been there in Hell. Or something. Yoshua will have to explain that. However, given that Bringer is no longer an Archdemon, this might not be an issue.

Appearance: His actual (and original appearance) is unknown. When he had it's own form as an Archdemon, his favored forms were a shape akin to a shapeless nightwalker with fierce red eyes

Be careful with taking liberties with Nightwalkers. I'm not saying that you are, just.. talk to yoshua171 about this to make sure it's okay. My impression here is that you're using the demon race as a metaphor of sorts.

a sense of hi were every constant-

A sense of what?

Social Status: Ex-Archdemon. His position and kingdom were lost-whether forfeited or taken,it is now known only as rumor and not as fact by all save those involved-long ago, before he last entered the Abyss.

If we decide that Archdemon was a Ruler of All of Hell type thing, then you'll need to change the first sentence to something talking about his kingdom being divided up in the cardinal directions.

Also, change the Abyss to the Void. The Abyss is something else (See Rtron's Mary) and I'd rather not see terms confused here.

Abilities: As a parasite/symboite, he seems to no longer have any abilities of its own. Rather, his own essence seems to bleed out into and infuse its host's, Nen's, granting and/or transforming him abilities related to what he once bore-or may have, had he continued.

This is a bit vague, sir. I would rather it not be a license to pull anything out of thin air for Nen, so let's see a list of Bringer's extraordinary demonic magicks.

Among the abilities that he did have were the ability to shapeshift into a colossal serpentine, razor-edged-winged dragon that breathed something akin to a blast of ether and light that, even being utterly demonic, could only be described as angelic and heavenly, even as it's effects were like hellfire and lightning. Hence his titles relating to heaven and light, even for his omnicidal and malicious nature.

This is fine by itself, but I want to see a (numerically expressed) maximum size, length, and weight for that dragon. ^^

Biography: An original demon, he was created with an absolute dedication from the outset and quickly consumed so much essence as to become one of the first Archdemons. Even then, though, he was insatiable; unlike so many others even among the Archdemons, he did complete only a handful of evolutions-he completed dozens, at least, and, over the course, he devoured pieces of even his own soul in order to grow.

Okay, perhaps we could go the route of Archdemon just being another term for Demon Lord. That'd be easier. Up to you, though.

That last part, however, is not possible. If demons could evolve into a more powerful demonic form simply by eating parts of their own essence, they would have no need to consume other sources of essence (even if it's demons). There's a reason why humans have higher qualities of essence (and angels even more). So take that part out, please. I don't mind if you use self essence eating to mess up Bringer's emotions so that he only feels hate, but not for evolution rituals.

He seemingly posed little genuine threat, though, as he was unconcerned with anything less than a full apocalypse and so actually rarely caused any significant damage, and, as he was constantly latching onto human hosts and evolving or caught in the Abyss, he would effectively disappear for entire lifetimes and was absent from his throne in Hell

Change Abyss to Void, please. And hmm... throne. Perhaps one of our current Demon Lords would like to take up Bringer's old kingdom after he died. But here, it sounds like Bringer kept coming back to claim his throne after reincarnating and evolving back up to a higher demonic form. Is that right, Nevis?

It is theorized that, were it indeed a host of demons that destroyed Chime, he was among or even a leader among them. It is known that it was shortly thereafter that he apparently planned to become more active and, for some reason, several demons and Archdemons collectively assaulted and injured him-or killed hist host body, depending on the version of the story told. Some theorize that the attack was because he was nearing or had already found a means to actually annihilate essence. In any case, he failed to regroup and take a new human host and was lost to the Abyss.

I don't mind that Bringer was in on the action that took down Chime and Heaven's Gate. It is fact though that Krengius the Fleshshaper's abomination is the one that destroyed the Gate. So keep that in mind. Again, change Abyss here to Void, please.

Hmm... annihilate essence? As in, completely destroy the energy and soul that make up essence? No. Take that out, please.

Even attempts to contact him across the void were exclusively met with failure. several decades ago was there any stir or sign that he even existed anymore-at which point a clairvoyant angel assigned another to watch over two seemingly unconnected humans.

I'm not sure communication is even remotely possible. ...-pokes Yoshua, the Void expert-

Also, fix that sentence structure, please. It hurts my head.

Finally, years past, the Bringer of Nothing seeped across the Abyss and spawned in the one being that was ever his own, his own kind, his own kin-one who felt as he did.

It's mostly the wording here that bothers me. It sounds like the Bringer escaped the Abyss Void. But no, he reincarnated and took over the child, right? Escape is not possible in the Void until it is 'time.' Again, Yoshua, please look at Bringer of Nothing's entire CS and help me help Nevis make it cool.
Welp, other than all that ^ Nevis, Bringer of Nothing sounds like a fascinating bloke. ^^

Please stand by for Yoshua and others to look at it.

Apparently I had more typos than I thought. ^^;

I just misremembered the term Demon Lord being 'Archdemon' (though it would be cool if he was ^^;).

As for the part about Lilith-I did not see that anywhere. I'll get right on it.

He isn't actually a Nightwalker (as far as anyone knows); it's just that one of his forms LOOKS like a strange nightwalker. Whether that's actually what he is/was isn't really known (aside from those who actually knew him and they haven't said).

I myself had the terms Abyss and Void mixed up (so much reading @~@). I'll get on that.

The idea, actually, was that he technically didn't lose his throne (until the last time). It was more of that he just was off busy (in a human host) more often than not, though the kingdom and throne were still his-like King Richard gone on the Crusades or Alexander off on his conquests. Because, up until the other demons killed him in his last death, no one had actually really made a (anywhere near successful) move on it.

I'm aware that destroying essence isn't possible in this setting. The idea is that he was aiming (and failing) to find a way to do so, though, and that, given rumor and superstition, some thought he succeeded. Mahaps I should clarify that.

Okay, communication out.

Aaand I'm fix it up now.

Understood. There's a good lad. -smiles- ^^;

And yes, it's not widely known that Lilith is the actual real first demon. Most demons simply aren't old enough to remember, but lore insists that Lucy is the most important demon anyway. Right now Lilith is an Australia-sized dead demon in the center of Hell and is known as the Wildlands. You don't go in there. Her womb somehow keeps pumping out foul monstrosities that aren't even demons anymore. They're just like rabid dogs, really. Except much larger. And that's not even worse of it. You can talk to Mr. Synthorian for more details.

Alllright, then.

I actually only added a line or two in Nen's page, anyways, and that was only stuff pertaining to the Bringer.

All things are fixed (I think). I always get so many more typos than usual when I make long stuff at once. :<
Well, aside from the possibility of an actual past Archdemon. Would be great; not required, though.

And @Icthys-At least Nen's biased towards Omnity's goal o_o' Actually, provided he doesn't go into an omnicidal rage , he'll actually fit into the Iotan ideology pretty well. :/ So, uh, yeah. He should get along with her fairly well as long as she gets over her racism. Also, part angel and all that (I wonder about his GA as well...).

I doubt she'll get over her racism anytime soon. That kind of character development comes with time. :p But I'm sure she kill you on site, if you're willing to work alongside her for a bit. Of course, she'll have a short leash, in terms of the relationship, since she is racist.
