That is very true. I just kinda dance around the edges of OOC, I wish they still had the thing that showed who was on the forum so people knew I was alive. Then I wouldn't need to worry about posting xD.

I'm fine, passing time by procrastinating and watching some of PlumpHelmetPunk's old videos. Just waiting for someone to post, as is everyone else, apparently.

Can't really blame people for inactivity, finals must be near.

Edit: Should we discuss relationships between characters while we're waiting so we don't fumble around with it once everyone arrives?

That would be at the very bottom of the home page of RP guild.

But I honestly don't look at that often. I'm either doing something else, occasionally refreshing my subscription page, or looking for new RP's to join xP

I've already finished finals though, and am currently waiting for the summer semester of College to start. Hope I have enough money to pay for the classes I need :/

As for character relations...Hrm. I think we should. Have anything specific in mind Dim? All I can really think of is that Ana and Claire would have either a friendly rivalry, or absolutely hate each other xD

I think Sorren and Adomorn could have some sort of rivalry or something. Though I'm not entirely sure how a rivalry with Sorren would work exactly.

I really have no idea what type of relations Zion would have with the rest of the characters, though I think he would be on good terms with the Royal Family.

I think it would be a good idea to have Zion with friendly terms with the royal family. I doubt he'd have much interaction with the guards though, except maybe Chau since he's the head guard.

I agree, mostly. Not everyone is going to like everyone. Like Ana and Claire. They're each incredibly stubborn and refuse to back down from any challenge. As Chau noted in character in the RP, if the two of them were to spar, it would likely escalate quickly xP

I think that would be the only case though. Claire would probably either get along with the others, or at least she wouldn't fight with them or something.

How long has the guard, in their current form, been together? Seems like Ana is the newest addition to the guard, though most were recruited when the king and queen departed. This begs the question of what happened to the old guard, did most of them leave with the king and queen and leave the head guard/royal adviser?

On a side note, I'd imagine Donovan would try to be on everyone's good side, with mixed results. He'd be against actually forming any rivalries if he could help it.

Edit: Actually, what about Pokemon relationships? They are supposed to be our secondary (and possibly tertiary) characters after all, it's fair to think that they'd talk amongst each other, even if they can't talk to humans!

Hey guys. So. I'm sorry I've been absent all day. It's 7pm here, I've been up since 6 but I had classes from 8-2 and my son started daycare today so I spent some cuddle time with him when we got home then dinner then bedtime routine :| then homework now I'm here XD my god, it's the first day of my spring semester (I too, am taking summer schooling at the college) and it's already clear it's going to be... Fun :|

So. I'm sorry about all that. This is usually the time I'll be online since I'm busy the rest of the day lol. We're missing Adelaide and Adomorn, Donovan is just late, but everyone else is here correct? Should I move things along?

Also, Id like it if Claire and Zokura were friends, and Ana too, though they'd have to all be friends at different times to keep Ana and Claire from potentially going at it XD I thought Claire would be a good friend since she's so bubbly and Zokura enjoys her and her latias, but I also think Zokura could connect with Ana since she's the same age and definitely mature. Zokura's only friends would really be the people in the meeting XD she didn't get a social life. Suicune I don't think would have a problem with any pokemon, as she (I'm making it a she) is a very calm, cool pokemon. Though gengar'a pranks might annoy her lol

Would you guys like me to "start the meeting"?

Also, any other relationship suggestions concerning Zokura?

Also also, I think these guards would have been recruited at least 2 or 3 years ago in preparation for the old team's retirement. They'd spend this time being taught and specialized then just maybe, 3 months ago? Just before the queen and king left (one month ago) they took their place as the official kings guard and the rest of the team retired?

I think Zion should be like an uncle/father type figure to Zokura, since he would have been around for quite a while advising the king eh?

Good question I think it would be safe to assume most of the Old Guard retired when the King and Queen left. I think there would be a few of them left, but for the most part it would be new blood, I think. When did the king and queen depart anyways? Two or three years ago? Or only recently? Was that ever put? I can't remember xP

As for pokemon relations, Latias would try to be friends with everyone. Possibly succeeding and failing in certain areas xP

I agree completely with your assessment of Zion's relationship with Zokura. How old are the king and queen by the way?

On the pokemon relations side I doubt that Deoxys would be particularly close to anyone. Not because he is unfriendly, he is just..strange.

And @Traveler: I think the queen should be in her mid to late forties and the king in his early 50's? Having a baby in her early twenties wouldn't be so bad, (I'm doing it :|) lol but then again, back in those days women had children much younger so the queen could be early 40's and the king late 40's?

Either one of those would work just fine, I was just curious upon the age difference between the king and queen and Zion. With their ages so close I think it would be suitable to say he has been with them for quite a while, and therefore it would make sense that Zion and Zokura would have a familiar bond. I presume it would be similar with her siblings, but that depends on what they desire.

I made Latias specifically to be the bubbly one.

As for how Zokura and Claire would interact, I think she may, at first be wary to act too un-professionally around her even if Zokura tells her to do otherwise. in fact, she may have to order her to do so xP (Actually, that would be kind of hilarious to try and see normally serious all business Claire to try to not be serious simply because Zokura ordered her too. xD)
