As is. I say this is acceptable, well within the realm of possibilities for an intermediate tier. Once Green goes over it I'll add it to the list.

Name: Samuel Lionheart, The Lion God

Age: What is time, lol. Dude's old as balls.

Gender: Male. 100 percent dude.

Race: Lion God. A god of all things lions.

Random descriptors: Very large. Heavy. Smells of bread. Constantly baking bread. The best of bread.

Character Tier: God

Character Type: Critical Character- Background Character

Physical Description: Standing at eight foot five, Samuel is a very imposing presence on or off of the battlefield. He is a very dense man, weighing in at about 6 tons. As a god of all things lion, he is in fact, a lion person. Imagine Simba, but also a person. He wears armor, the kind you find in a JRPG, with exactly ONE shoulder pauldron, no more, no less, because why would you need more than one piece of protective wear? Ah, you know what, have a picture. Its the one on the right, if you couldn't tell.

Personality Description: Sam's a pretty chill dude. There's really no reason to get upset about things when you're an all powerful fothermucker who don't need NO man. He tried the whole "Douchebag god" schtick for a couple years. Totally boring. He's a total paladin who always does the right thing. Hahha yeah right. Absolutely Chaotic Good. He does the right thing, when he wants to, which is admittedly most of the time, but if he doesn't feel like it, he won't, and there ain't a damn thing that can make him.

Character History: In space, several hundred warriors stood on a battlefield. Commanded by the psychic king of their people to watch for any signs of lion. The air soon filled itself with the smell of bread and cat hair as an enormous rift tore itself in the very space above their planet. From this gargantuan space crack poured a literal trillion lions, enough lion to form not one, but two earth sized bodies in space.

Literally everyone in that situation died, not even joking, they're really dead. But the two earths worth of lions crashed together and somehow a blackhole got into the mix and crushed literally every lion there into one entity. Exploding out the rest of the material to create a gargantuan lion head universe. At least 150,000 times the size of your average universe.

In the center of this new universe the lion god Samuel was born. And since then he has dicked around in cosmic...Stuff. For the past few million or so years. Recently he has taken a liking to the internet, and it shows.

Hey, just saying, stop listing things as [intermediate - high]

It's one or the other, unless it has multiple stages. If that's the case, list the stages as different abilities.

Actually, y'know, I'm gonna say it. Anyone who has that, edit your sheets to include the stages or completely drop the multiple ranked label.

Alright, well, I'm going to have to go over a few Character Sheets that have been posted in the past. Re-review them, because some discrepancies showed up, and then I'll get to the new ones.

A submission of most of what I have gotten. I need to add history but, I figure that it was better spent being explained across the rp. Add more dramatic. Plus there are tidbits throughout the Cs...sorta. though I'll write a bit if needed. Also didn't add my ship because ...ships are difficult.

Name:
Tyrion “ARTHUR-224” Snow

Age:
27

Gender:
Male

Race:
After 2450 years of testing and experimenting, Tyrion is cited as the perfected result of the Cyber-Soldier Program. Whilst in fetus form, Tyrion was taken from his mother’s womb and his humanity stripped away to become a Cyber-Soldier.

Character Tier:
Intermediate (Out of armor), High (In Armor)

Character Type:
Critical Character- Active Multiverse Participant

Personality Description:
Tyrion is a veteran warrior with years of combat experience in the battlefield, as such he is an extremely focused man who misses no details, and is a master of quick improvisation with nerves of steel. He has a rather straight-forward and hard-edged personality, with little time for being social, and tends to often be blunt about sensitive topics, without realizing the effect it might have on others. When dealing with life threatening or dangerous situations, he usually maintains a calm and collected demeanor, and rarely shows any signs of fear or panic in extreme circumstances. This allows him to maintain his composure and stay focused on the situation at hand, and eventually notice important details around him, which makes it easier for him to think out proper strategies to fit the situation.

Tyrion possesses a very sharp intellect and has good observational skills, as seen from his ability to gauge his surroundings, noting both mundane and unusual things, people and actions. This allows him to quickly notice if something is not as it should be, as shown from how he can easily see through an opponent’s tricks. He uses his skills to stay one step ahead of his enemies and is one of the reasons why he is an accomplished combatant.

Throughout the years it has been noted by several people, both enemies and comrades alike, that he has an innate desire for conflict, and holds a degree of enjoyment towards battle, namely because that was the only thing he truly knew. Although he was not open about such behavior, and even denied it at first when accused of, but at some point in his life, he began to realize his own desires and the thrill he finds in fighting an opponent. Despite his love for battle, Tyrion has a tendency to hold back and usually conceals his true strength to enjoy a fight for as long as possible. He usually gauges an opponent’s fighting power and will fight according to his opponent’s strength, meaning he will hold back against a weaker opponent and will fight with his full strength against a tougher and stronger one.

He is willing to sacrifice people or kill in cold blood, in order to complete an objective, and will most definitely turn on old friends if they become corrupted. Tyrion will also use unwitting allies to further his goals, if it allows him to accomplish his tasks more easily. He can handle stress extremely well and it is impossible to use torture to extract information from him, due to his strong will.

Skills, powers and abilities:
Superhuman Body (Intermediate): Treatments and the nanites have escalated Tyrion’s body far 2above what any human could accomplish. Most notably is his speed and agility. He can run up to 60 mph in a sustained sprint and 150 mph while in armor. Whilst average speed, he possesses hyper-sonic reactions at their peak, dodging a rail-gun at mid-range in his armor. Out his armor Tyrion would be considered a Bullet Dodger. Acrobatics are easy for Tyrion to execute even in his suit due to the medium weight and and his own remarkable strength. Lifting and striking is not a problem as the Cyber-Soldier can lift 5 tons with effort without his suit, and up to 15 tons with his suit on. He can even jump up to 3 stories high. Such strength is partly attributed to a much denser bone and muscle structure. The least potent of his body is his enhanced healing largely due in-part to the nanites. They are able to repair damage to the body in a timely manner depending on the severity. Loss of limbs cannot be regenerated.

Cyber-Mind (Intermediate): His mind works in the same way as a computer with unlimited storage capacity, only much faster. He is able to perform several mental functions at once without losing focus on any of them. Also, it allows him to instantly recall specific information with incredible speed and accuracy. He's able to store everything that he experiences in a photographic memory and retrieve it immediately without the typical human pause for thought. The sheer speed of his thoughts lead into augmenting his analytic ability so that he is able to make snap decisions about his surroundings and create complex scenarios at that same speed. As such, Tyrion is able to track the probability of an event by piecing together stored data.

Expert Marksman (Intermediate): Tyrion has been trained and conditioned to have accuracy higher then any human could muster. Any firearm/thrown object is deadly in his hands. A testament to his skill is hitting an apple dead center from over 2 miles away with a standard issue sniper rifle.

Advanced Hand to Hand (Low): Extensively trained in various combat forms, ARTHUR-224 is competent in hand to hand. Most of his training was focused in “MCMAP” Marine Corps Martial Arts Program. He is not a master at all but, he uses his abilities to back up his skill disadvantage.

Swordsmanship (High): A natural skill honed through his many battles and training sessions, Tyrion is truly at home with a sword..specifically his blade Durandal. Completely self-taught in such a manner that has granted him master level skill. Tyrion is truly dangerous when wielding a blade, in and out of his armor.

Mechanical Engineer (Intermediate): He can invent various devices with special properties when needed. While not all of his inventions are as good as other geniuses, he possesses engineering abilities and intellect that makes him a peer and has proven to be able to invent and create weaponry that rivals their engineering capabilities most namely his sword and Black Storm Missile. Tyrion can also duplicate practically any other technologies after learning how they work or by glancing at the designs. This is all made possible due to his cyber-mind.

Longevity (Low): Tyrion’s aging process is slowed down considerably. He’ll be in his physical prime long into his 80s.

Character Equipment:
Nanites (Intermediate): Tyrion aka ARTHUR-224 was experimented with various nanites, which are tiny microscopic robots that live within his body. The nanites push Tyrion’s body beyond the limits of the human body, mentally and physically. ARTHUR-224 can use the nanites to remotely connect to external communications systems such as satellites, cellular phones, and computers. He is capable of projecting his voice through transmitting sound systems such as cellular phones via electric transmissions from his central nervous system. This also gives him unrestrained access to his armor and equipment, superseding anyone attempting to take control. Lastly the Nanites are able to interact with the electrical fields to constantly generate the power source of the armor and actively disrupt magnetic fields.

M-32 LR Carbine (Low): This is the M-32 Long-Range Carbine, a standard issue carbine for the U.N.M (United Nation Military). It's powerful, long-ranged, and compact. It fires a clip of twenty 10.5mm armor-piercing rounds capable of penetrating 4 inches of armor plate at ranges of up to 600 meters and he carries three clips of ammunition at a time. It's factory-equipped with three sights. A Mark 45 Reflex Sight on the left side of the frame, an Accuracy 25 EagleEye 10x Magnification scope onto the frame, and a set of iron sights at both ends of the barrel. There are four Misriah rails on this weapon. One under the barrel here, with the capability to fit a shotgun, grenade launcher, flashlight, or handgrip. Another here on the right side of the barrel, and a two ore on the top and left side of the frame, where the reflex sight and the scope are fitted.

Durandal (High): The only sword of its type created solely for Tyrion’s close range combat, an experiment that flourished during the last war that Tyrion preformed in. Durandal is a sword reinforced by a powerful alternating current and resonates at extremely high frequencies. This oscillation weakens the molecular bonds of anything it cuts, thereby increasing its cutting ability. Striking, cutting, and thrusting attacks are performed with the blade, with the sharpened edge and point used for lethal attacks, and the blunt edge used as a clubbing weapon.

Samuel is in, he's a background character and really doesn't need review.

HOWEVER!!!

Grey needed a VERY thorough review.

Stop intentionally miswording things, I study literature because I intend to write a novel. Stop trying to slip things past me because it won't work.

Orsa, I reviewed your sheet.

Finally a sheet that isn't trying to hide its power behind a veil of misleading wordage, thank you so much Kal. Though you should probably relabel him as an Intermediate Tier (When out of Armor) and High Tier (When in Armor).

About your ship, it's fine, they're not supposed to be used in combat anyhow.

I'm gonna say this one more time, and I will immediately toss a red card at the next sheet that ignores it.

Ships are generally considered a backdrop to the setting of the Multiverse. Normally they will not be encountered in combat. If they are, they will always be at the disadvantage.

Random note: I wouldn't consider the EMP an auto-hit weapon. Most military technology today is EMP shielded, so I'd imagine that it would be standard equipment on high-tech mechs and robots. another reasoning for not having it would be that it's almost useless against high-tech opponents, not that it's unavoidable. Unless it's powerful enough to overcome the shielding, in which case it would probably kill people too.

I've made significant edits to Gray. Yes Gray not "Grey" lol.
Everything is connected in a Geometric Sequence to describe my character's physical strength, durability, speed, etc. I admit, there is a lot regarding multiples and multlipication, but it made it easier to write, if it gets monotonous to read, here's why.

Name: James White/Titan

Random Descriptors:
Race: Human
Gender: Male
Age: Old
Height: 2 meters
Weight: 500 kg
Hair Color: Dark Brown (eyebrows)
Eye Color: Icy Blue

Tier: High

Character Type: Active Multiverse Participant.

Physical Description:
Bald and light-skinned, James is a brute of a man with a physique that would not look out of place in a comic book, tightly corded slabs of muscle overlaying bones that have never once been broken, covered by skin that all but ignores the impact of any conventional weapon. The suit he most often wears into combat is dark grey in hue and designed with carbon nanofibers that mimic the position and function of his natural muscles, allowing him complete freedom of movement while still being able to withstand the punishment he puts it through.

Personality Description:
No data available (I'd prefer to let this play out in the writing).

Character History:
James was born a healthy young boy, to parents Arthur and Jenna White of Jacksonville Florida, in the year 1924. At the age of sixteen, he enlisted in the army under false pretenses in order to fight the nazi's, and served with distinction for the following two years. It was this exemplary service that caught the eye of his superiors and got him recommended to an experimental super-soldier program being conducted by the military's most dedicated scientists. He accepted the offer without hesitation, and over the course of the next few months was conditioned for what he had assumed would be a series of stimulant injections, as he had heard rumors of the nazi's experimenting with such methods.

He could not have been more wrong. When he arrived in the "augmentation room", it was half a dozen men he had never seen before that greeted him, rather than the scientists that had been observing him thus far. When he lay on the table for the procedure and was strapped in, there were no needles or syringes brought out for the injections he assumed he would be receiving, but rather the men began to chant and wave their hands at him. When those hands began emanating a dark red energy he realized this was not actually what he signed up for and began to strain against his bonds, though to no avail.

When the energy touched his skin, it felt like fire and ice all in one, driving a scream from his throat that he was sure no one heard as it seeped deeper and deeper until it permeated his entire body. Then the pain grew worse. It felt like his insides were being twisted and torn and burned and frozen as the energy coursed through him, filling his head with nothing but pure agony. Off in some distant corner of his mind, some small part of him wondered how he was still conscious, until finally the sweet release of darkness claimed him.

When he awoke, the first thought in his mind was relief. He wasn't dead. But the thought was quickly replaced by panic when he remembered why not being dead was relieving to him. What had they done to him? How many others had they done it to? Questions whirled through his mind at a rate that made him dizzy, and he laid back down on the bed, unaware of even sitting up in the first place. When the room stopped spinning, he sat up once more and looked around. It was a small room, no more than thirty feet wide, with gurneys lined up along one wall and refrigeration units set into another. Was this a morgue? Why was he in a morgue? With a start, he realized that he too was sitting on a gurney, his lower half covered by a sheet. Had he been dead? If they'd killed him, how was he alive now?

The gurney creaked as he shifted his weight and stepped off it, not bothering to pull the sheet with him, and took a few tentative steps toward the middle of the room. He felt fine, and everything seemed to be working, apart from feeling a lot lighter than he had a few hours ago. Or could it be days? How long had he been out? It didn't really matter at the moment. The first thing he needed to do was find some clothes. He carefully made his way over to a row of drawers on the far wall, hoping it was where the personal effects of the deceased were kept. It was. A pair of pants was easy enough to find, though he had to go three sizes larger than he used to and they still didn't reach all the way to his ankles, but every shirt he tried ended up ripping over his chest, which he now realized had become considerably more muscular, along with his arms and legs. Not only that, but he was pretty sure he'd gotten taller too. At least six inches taller.

He forgot about the shirt when he heard voices outside the doorway, and panic set in once again when he realized those voices were not speaking english. He'd heard enough german to recognize it, even if he couldn't understand it most of the time. Quietly, he moved to the door and listened carefully for a moment before slowly opening it and looking outside. The hallway was empty. Intrigued, he strained to listen once more and there the voices were, just as clear as before. He stepped out and closed the door behind him, then began making his way down the corridors, looking for the source of the voices. He found it in an office halfway across the building, two officers and a grunt conferring over a map of the compound. All three german.

He pushed lightly against the door to open it slightly and get a better view, but it seemed to have other plans and swung open wide at the slight push he gave it. They looked up in surprise at the half-clothed man standing in the doorway, filling it almost completely with his large frame. The grunt was the first to react, raising his MP40 and opening fire on the american soldier.

James watched the bullets come, each one standing out as if they were moving as slowly as snails, then stepped aside to let them pass. It was as easy as avoiding a charging child. He had little time to wonder at the impossibility of what he'd just done though, as both officers now had their sidearms out and were beginning to open fire as well. He avoided their bullets too as he stepped through the door and into the room, then slammed his palm into the grunt's weapon, tearing it free of his grip and slamming it into the wall in a mangled wreck. A chop to his throat, meant to incapacitate the man, left a gaping hole and James' fist covered in blood. His eyes went wide at the sight of what he'd done, and he didn't bother to notice the bullets impacting his bare flesh from the remaining officers. He recovered quickly and turned to them just in time to catch a bullet headed for his face, then stepped forward and snapped their necks one-handed, very nearly tearing the heads from their bodies.

What the hell did they turn him into?

It didn't take long to free the rest of the compound from its german invaders, and in the weeks and months that followed James resentfully resigned himself to his new fate as America's greatest weapon. He'd signed up to become a better human, not a god that could crush tanks in his hands and level cities just by looking at them. the dark reality of war set in hard as he was ordered to engage in increasingly immoral assignments, and when he destroyed the cities of hiroshima and nagasaki, forcing the japanese to surrender, he had become as cold and ruthless as his country had needed him to be.

Following those events, he attempted to resign his commission, but when his superiors would not allow it simply went AWOL instead, leaving his world behind as he tracked down a feeling that had been nagging at the back of his mind since he'd awoken. The feeling led him to a portal, and the portal led him to another world.

Abilities:
Enhanced Body - Simply put, James is two hundred times stronger and tougher than even the strongest and toughest of humans, as well as two hundred times more capable in every other way. He is capable of lifting seventy-five short tons with relative ease, and shrugging off blows from beings of equal strength. This level of physical capability is more than sufficient for James to throw punches that reach several times the speed of sound, clap his hands together with enough force to produce shockwaves that can destroy wooden buildings, and move at speeds of up to mach 2 in combat. This physical enhancement also affects the speed of his perceptions, allowing his eyes to easily track objects moving as fast as he can, even in close proximity. With regards to durability, he is so tough that no conventional weapon can harm him, though those forged of powerful magic or created from the most potent technologies are still a genuine threat to him, capable of leaving him wounded, unconscious, or dead should they inflict sufficient damage. Due to his nature as a being remade and sustained by dark energy, he also requires no sleep, air, food, or water to function, and abilities relying on the manipulation of the energies of the seen universe have a reduced effectiveness on him. Psychics detect no mind to read or control, and those who attempt to manipulate his life-force will find nothing but an empty void. Other users of dark energy, however, will find their spells and manipulations to be just as effective as they otherwise should be, barring his extreme overall resistance to damage.

Galdhr Manipulation - His intrinsic connection to the energy of the dark universe also allows him to apply the force of his will to subtly affect the world around himself, allowing otherwise comparatively frail objects to be lifted by his immense strength without crumbling around his hands or breaking under their own weight, and preventing the ground from simply collapsing beneath him when he exercises the full power of his physique. It is also this ability, via the manipulation of his own matter's inertia and momentum, that allows him to fly, willing himself to defy the constraints of gravity. With enough focus he can increase his speed to achieve orbital escape velocity.

Galdhr Beams - Emitted from his eyes, these beams are composed of millions of particles of dark matter propelled by dark energy at speeds sufficient to generate an impact force equivalent to 5,000 tons of TNT. This impact force can be varied from its full power to a mere half-gram of TNT.

Phasing - By temporarily converting the matter of his body into dark energy, James is capable of passing his form through any solid material or potent form of seen energy. This takes focus, however, and cannot be used instantaneously (requires one prep post). The amount of time he can remain in this form is limited to roughly 30 seconds (6 combat posts) before his mind and body begin to dissolve into the nether. Any attacks made with dark energy will affect him normally even while in this form.

Sixth Sense - Another side effect of his creation at the hands of his earth's most powerful practitioners of the dark arts is his ability to sense the energies of the dark universe around himself, in a radius of roughly 300 kilometers. In the case of powerful focal points of dark energy, such as the portals between universes, the range of this sixth sense is increased a thousandfold (this is based on Skalla's description of the Galdhr sense, impression, and insight abilities).

Immortality - Due to the fact that he is no longer truly alive, James can never die of non-violent causes, and even the violent ones have thus far proved ineffective. On its own, his tremendous ability to sustain damage has been enough to weather nuclear explosions and punches from beings as powerful as he is, but even his durability has its limits. In the case he encounters a force that can harm him, such as highly advanced weaponry or powerful magic, his body is capable of repairing itself far faster than that of an ordinary human, with superficial cuts healing in seconds and deep wounds in hours.

I'll just do this real quick, as there are very few things to adress.

James White/Titan
- Mach 10 speed? Combined with 100 ton lifting strength? Right off the bat, your dude can kill every single character in the entire role play by himself without breaking a sweat, and that's without any of his other powers. Nopety nope nope.

- Galdhr beam; A beam that fires in a 180 degrees cone (more or less) with the force of 3,600 tons of tnt? I don't see how anyone is going to dodge this. How far does it go? Does it require preps to fire? I'm very likely to deny this ability as it is.

- Sixth Sense; What does this do, excactly?

Everything else is fine.
