As the young man and housekeeper had gone inside, Matthew it seemed had zoned out as he watched a few brightly colored birds flitting around among the trees. Only when he'd heard the door close did he realize what had happened, "God damn attention hyper deficit disorder..." Matthew lamented while flicking himself on the side of the head as if to tell himself to pay attention. Mat lightly but rapidly wrapped his knuckles against the door and put on his best smile. Time to make a good first impression.

With a sigh the Housekeeper turned her attention to the door. It was a very busy arrival day. "Hello there can I help you?"

Jason layed on the wall and tried to sleep.

Jason dreams of his sister. She is in the house and is sitting by the fireplace. Jason approaches her. "Jenny? It's me! Jason!". Jason's sister falls down dead. He looks in horror. His brother comes behind him and begins to strangle him. -Sam- How's it feel? This is what you did to me!

Jason wakes up screaming. He is covered in swet. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry."

Although she was tired, Liz crawled off the bed. She gentle wrapped her arms around Jason, careful not to hold him to tightly. "Shh. Everything is ok. You are safe here."

Jason flinches at her touching him. No one but his sister hugged him. He was confuised. "She died. I couldn't help her.."

"There are always those we can not help." Liz said sadly. "There are some wounds that are too great even for me heal. You can not change what happens. You can only do you best to make sure it doe not happen again."

Ashur led kyo to the nearest room. "looks like most of the others are finished" he said as he peeked into the room. "that means you get a quiet room to take the test. would you like me to stay with you while you take it?" Ashur offered.

Kyo considered this for a moment. He didn't want to keep him from whatever else he might have to do, but it might be good to have someone around in case his abilities started acting up again. He trusted Ashur to know what to do if that happened, at least. After a minute, he nodded. Reaching into his pocket, he pulled out his bracelet and presented it to him. The bell attached jingled faintly.

He looked at the floor. He slowly got up. "Thanks. For everything."

The housekeeper decided to gather everyone early. With all the new arrivals they would need to do introductions. She rang the bell announcing an event within the building. Then she climbed the stairs to gather those who would ignore the bell.

Waking to the bell Jason rembered that he was to be in his room. He quickly ran down the stairs.

Matthew's smile widened as the door began to swing open, "Hell- huh?". He looked a bit to the left, then the right, why, there seemed to be no one at the door at all. Mat had just been about to poke his head in and call out to someone when he noticed a mop of red hair not much different from his own a bit below him. The young man's smile returned as he saw the little girl peering shyly at him from behind the door, "Why hello there!" he chirped brightly before crouching down so that the girl didn't have to look up. Matthew loved kids, perhaps it was because the aura of innocence that emanated from them, or maybe because he himself still clung to his inner child despite his intellect, in the end though the reason behind this was beyond Matthew's comprehension, "Well aren't you just adorable! Is there an adult I can talk to around here sweetie?". He didn't have to wait long for an answer as the Housekeeper loomed over the child and asked Matthew how she might be of service. Mat bounced a bit and sprung back up into a standing position, "Hi there, the name's Matthew Lockhart, I think my folks sent an email or a letter or something here a few days ago about my arrival?".

Liz sighed as Jason ran out of her room like it was on fire. Still tired she slowly made her way out to the hallway and then down the stairs.

"Get to the room! Get to the roo.." Jason runs into the housekeeper. "Oh boy."

"Yes, The benefactor said you would be coming. Willow show Matthew the Music room. I must gather the others for group."
