Alright, booted up two Meknik colonies for people to interact with for a change of pace.

Crimson Forge is a armory colony settled in a very cluttered and inhospitable system, but have studded industrial colonies and habitats in underground bunkers to dig in and build up stockpiles. Only despite their measures for secrecy they have someone coming their way. What do?

Civitas is a exile colony mission that ended up on a jungle planet with very hostile natives, and have been waging almost continous war with the local environment and aliens alike, sometimes with nuclear weapons. A tumult of a situation to get into.

Spinning up drive to RP, now to see where to hop in on the plots of others.....

Does anyone want to call dibs on one of the colonies before I start working on a post?

Hmmm, if nobody else wants to interact with Crimson Forge I'd go for it. Be kind of interesting if a fleet of Worldeaters arrived at the system with the intent of setting up and harvesting it only to find the Meknik colony. And depending on how things go, it could escalate in rather unfortunate ways.

But, just to be clear @Skylar, the 'harsh and arid world' isn't home to any kind of life is it?

@Sigma I had the idea for a small empire of a homogeneous race of reptilian humanoids. They're not necessarily warlike but are aggressive, and while not terribly advanced are able to be a decent power. Probably a despotic dictatorship in that sense.

Correct. Inhospitable, there is no natural organisms. The only life are Meknik industrial colonies and armory bunkers beneath the surface to avoid radiation and hostile atmosphere.

This should be interesting.
