I may or may not be hashing out a character.
@Angel Eyes My character is a 'Hero' perfectionist (her Alias is Dream Catcher) but her powers could lead to her having a dark side (since it has everything to do with 'mindfucking' someone), which if it wasn't for her father constantly watching over her, she may have very well gone out of control. I'm kind of making a cross between Phoenix (Jean Grey) meets Hermione Granger meets Elsa from Frozen.
So basically someone who is constantly practicing to prevent herself from killing someone/making them go mad. (Her other Alias, when she does let the negative side of her manifest is Night Terror)
Just out of curiosity, who is going for a "hero" and who is going for a "villain"? I air quote these cause I imagine as young people attending school, we don't completely know what we want to do with ourselves. I doubt all the students at either school or downright completely good or bad. There would most likely be uncertainty and grey areas.
@shagranoz You can have as many characters as you can handle. The GM is making a male and female. :)
(I will be sticking with one for now)
Added: Please, please, no one take deepskyblue as their color. It would be a bitch to reedit my C.S. xD (since I'm the type of person to put 1001font in my C.S.)
I'm eating a burgerrrr so I can't work on my character xD
First character is here :) Let me know if there's anything I should change. Toying around with the idea of making a Delphina student, not sure though :)
Edit: Okay so I just saw that @lovely complex reserved deepskyblue so I'll edit that later :D

Some might find it hard to believe that Will is a sophomore in college, due to his young looking face. He's tried to stop the disbelief by getting a tattoo on his forearm, although it hasn't really helped. He has dark brown eyes, and hair the same color that he keeps done up, which takes way less time than someone might think. As for his body, he's thin and lanky, with a little bit of muscle definition, but for the most part, he looks pretty normal. After all, his power doesn't really require him to be physically fit. His attire generally consists of flannels and joggers, and he'll rarely be seen in anything more formal than that.

Personality
Will is your typical nice guy. He's a joker and a charmer, and he's hard not to like. He's incredibly smart and resourceful as well, and loves a good puzzle or challenge. Along with all this comes the fact that if Will is your friend, he's your friend for life. He'd follow those he cares about to hell and back, even if they wouldn't do the same for him. He values loyalty above all else, and those who show it automatically gain some of his respect.
On the other side of the spectrum though, Will has a darker side. He holds grudges for the longest time, and isn't one to just simply forgive and forget. And as intelligent as he is, he's just as hot headed, and when he goes off, it's best to not be around. He's a bit too competitive at times, and has an unconscious need to be the best, a result of the immense pressure that was put on him by his father years ago.
Abilities
Telekinesis - Will's main ability is to move things with his mind. He can lift up people and objects up to around 350 pounds. At that point he has far less control, and it takes much more energy. He can lift himself off the ground as well, although it is rather tiring and makes him very nauseous.
Telepathy - Will has very minor telepathy. He can sense people's emotions, which can sometimes leave him feeling the same way.
Limitations
Plenty of things limit Will's powers. If something is too heavy he won't be able to lift it, and if someone has a particularly strong mind he won't be able to get a reading on their emotions. Since both of his abilities stem from his brain, being tired will keep him from full strength, and anything that keeps him from focusing will keep him from using his powers. Extended use will also leave him feeling too tired to lift anything heavier than a pencil.
Place Of Origin
Willow Creek, California
Family
Melissa Blake - A former hero who went by the alias of Solara. She could manipulate light.
Lucas Blake - A seemingly normal human, Lucas Blake is a kind man, although he can be a bit harsh. Unbeknownst to his son and his wife, he was a graduate from Delphina, and a former villain himself, a pyrokinetic by the name of Phosphorus.
History
Born to the seemingly average Blake family in the extremely average town of Willow Creek, Will was anything but. From the day he was born, his father told him all the things heroes did, and how he was going to do those things as well. To his parents' joy he was an advanced child, although he didn't display even a hint of powers until the age of four.
The first day he did show off his powers he was chasing after his mom in the backyard, a normal game of tag. His mother, much too fast for him to catch, suddenly felt something tugging her back. Having dealt with plenty of telekinetics, she knew immediately what was going on. She and Lucas threw Will an amazing celebration, thrilled that there would be another hero in the family. Will had no idea what was going on, but from that day on, his life changed.
His mother trained him to control his powers, taught him discipline, while his father coached him in expanding his mind, strengthening it. His dad was always a harsher teacher, and this lead to a rift that grew as Will aged. During his high school years he fought frequently with his dad, who'd have preferred him to stay home and train than to go out with friends. Will had a rebellious few years during that time, where he did pretty much anything that his dad didn't want him to do.
This rebellion slowed down as he neared college age and was granted admittance into Mayweather, where he made plenty of new friends. There his dads training payed off, as he proved to be one of the stronger students in his class, although he'd never admit this. He doesn't quite know how to feel about the merging of the schools, he just tries to keep his distance from the Delphina kids.
