Hello I just wanted to say I'm interested in this if you would like 1 more? Tell me if so I'll write some sort of heroic individual in no time. : D
Been lurking a while, but I'll probably get a sheet up for this.
I really hope this is okay, I haven't made one of these in ages. @HushedWhispers@lovely complexHarold Jefferson the III

Harold stands at 5'8 feet tall and 140 Ibs. With his lightly tanned skin with three moles on his right cheek and others on his lower breast, back and legs. Though he doesn't have abs he has a toned stomach and toned legs, slightly larger thighs than the average. His arms are average, since he works out mostly his torso and lower body. Bags are always under his eyes, giving him the impression that he's an insomniac even though he gets the right amount of sleep. His eye color is emerald green, but sometimes shifts to a hazel tone. His hair is cut short and moved to the right side, he's a natural dirty blonde. His shoe size is an eleven in men shoes.
He has no tattoos because he thinks they're ugly, and also because he doesn't like needles. He has two ear piercings, one on each of his ears. He got them at a very young age so he had no say in them.
| Habits | Quirks | Oddities |
* He speaks his mind all the time, which is very problematic. At the most inappropriate events he would bluntly say a rude remark or comment on a situation, and at that moment he doesn't feel remorse. For example someone may be crying or seem depressed and he will tell them to suck it up and stop taking everything to heart. Which could be helpful advice if he didn't word it in that format.
* He can sometimes go a long time without blinking or moving in general. Some may find this very difficult but Harold can just stand absolutely still, it was questioned if he also stops his breathing. This is useful for when he's trying to be stealthy and hide from enemies but it's always scary to see a boy frozen like a statue in the corner.
* This one is pretty adorable but every time he comes across a cat he smiles and waves subtly, maybe even saying "Hello." in a whisper. He is a huge sucker for cats and sadly has not been able to adopt one. He remembers faintly in the past when he had a pet cat, but his father got rid of him because he would cause a mess and be an annoyance. He knows though when he gets his own place he will surely get a cat for his own.
* Actually not too bad at giving advice. He is blunt but he means all the well.
Hobbies
* Reading is an obvious hobby Harold has. He reads almost everyday and when he misses a day he reads twice as much the next. His favorite book genres are surprisingly romance and fantasy, also the occasional dabbling in history books.
* Playing instruments is one he usually keeps to himself, since he feels he's not good at playing. The instruments he plays are mostly classical base, violin, viola, piano, flute and even a bit of guitar. He hates loud instruments like any horns, drums and especially the electric guitar.
* Babysitting little children, unusual right? He loves children because they're so naive and pure, if they do something stupid it's not their fault since they know no better. Harold only hates young adults and adults that act ignorant and uncivilized because they should know better and act they're age. He especially loves toddlers because he finds them humorous and fun.

Personality
Harold is a confusing and difficult young man to get to know. He isn't much of a social talker in most discussions and when he does say something it might come off as impudent and disrespectful. Most of the time he is indifferent of the feelings of people he had just "bashed" or "bad mouthed" because if he said it to that person it's only because they deserved it. So because of this he comes off as cold and rude, which isn't false but isn't all true. Most of the people he is cold to are those who are, dirty, unrefined, ignorant and disrespectful to people who don't deserve it. He is still a sophisticated young gentleman, he follows all the formalities and respects all the other knowledgeable people he meets. He especially respects women, even ones that identify as women. He will follow any pronouns or anything else any person goes by, as long as they fit his criteria.
He likes to keep all of his supplies, utilities and even furniture in his own locations and positions. He always has to keep everything organized and neat or he will get stressed and anxious. In any situation he tries to think it over and then act instead of the opposite. He tries to find the rational solution and not just follow with his heart, even though this can still happen. After seeing that Harold is partially a jerk who has no morals and thinking "How can HE be loyal to Mayweather Academy?", you'll be surprised that he is actually pretty sweet. Even if someone doesn't fit his standards or they were disrespecting him, if they're in danger he will most definitely save them. He's actually always compassionate, he just doesn't like showing it so it doesn't ruin his mature and profound demeanor. His kind, compassionate and sweet behavior can be surprising to most people and they would even say that it's an act. Of course he would like to not be so harsh but he thinks if he does that people will begin to walk all over him, and he never wants that.
Abilities
Bone manipulation and shape shifting
Limitations
* Whenever he's frustrated or is not calm and relaxed his abilities will not work properly.
* Cannot shape shift longer than a couple hours, must take a break until he can shift again.
* Bone manipulating on himself can only go for 15-20 minutes , if it goes on any longer he will begin to feel sharp pains and damage himself internally.
* When manipulating someone else he can go for 30-1 hour but he must stay at a certain distance so manipulation isn't difficult.
Place Of Origin
Born in Paris,France
Family
* Harold's mother, Juliet Jefferson is the sweetest most sophisticated woman Harold has ever seen in his whole life, and he loves her to death and back. She is the perfect house wife and even business woman, not only flawless in all house chores but also a hardworking lady in the office. She is the reason Harold is not cold-hearted man, he is forever grateful. She only has one ability which is plant manipulation, she loves it because it helps when she nurtures her gardens.
* Harold's father, Harold Jefferson the II is so stuck up and harsh that its a complete surprise how he married Juliet. Harold only remembers his father forcing him into different extra-curriculum activities and to get the best grades in his school. But of course he was not evil, he just wanted the best for Harold and meant no wrong, he never beat him and he never insulted him in any way. He would play with him often if he had no more work to do , which seemed like never. His father is truly a good man at heart but he hides it by being forceful and strict. His abilities are telekinesis and fire manipulation. He doesn't like them because they seem too ordinary.
* Harold's younger sister, Stephanie Jefferson is now deceased because of the fire at Delphina Academy. She never understood Harold, and the feeling was mutual. Stephanie never understood how Harold could be so harsh and yet want good in this world. He would always be the first to bash her views and tell her she sounds like an imbecile. But then always be there when she's in danger or she's in the time of need. Harold never knew how she could want to be evil, why did she want to be considered scum? He was by her side through almost everything and it shocked him when she confessed she wanted to go to Delphina Academy. She changed for the worst but he already saw it coming, she lashed out at her mom the most because she was the most vulnerable and never yelled back. Harold quickly kicked her out of the house and "disowned" her. That was the last time he has ever spoken or even saw her.
History
Harold was born Paris, France with a mountainous, opulent mansion in a first-class gated community. He was born with great privilege and very high academic and athletic standards. His parents worked in a big corporation together and were both sharing the roles of CEO's. This was a very big cool factor Harold loved about them, but also that meant they couldn't play with Harold or take him out. His mother later on only worked half time which wasn't a big problem for the family it was actually a huge convenience.
Harold began using his powers at a young age and it wasn't because he just suddenly felt something inside of him and POOF SUPERNATURAL CAPABILITIES. His parents, mostly his father, would teach him how to bring out his inhuman abilities when he was only a few months old. Once he started to get used to his powers, they would test him by hiring numerous teachers and even his father trained him. When his sister was born and he got some time to himself, he would relax and read instead of doing more rigorous training. Of course he taught his younger sister how to strengthen her own abilities and the normal things like swimming, reading, etc. Harold and Stephanie never broke their strong relationship, they loved each other too much to ever dream of breaking apart.
When Harold was in school he had little to no time to interact with his classmates or other children outside his school. His father told him to only study and train and nothing more, Harold never disobeyed and if he did his father wouldn't do anything else but persuade him that he knows what's best. His mother on the other hand told him to talk to the other children in the gated community instead, when he did this he was just bullied because he was so quiet and awkward.
This is where his oddity of standing completely still comes in, he would try to hide from his father and children in the community and in school under desks or tables and behind other objects. He didn't want anything to do with them and hiding was the best choice, until he was caught and either got yelled at or beat down by the children for being a pansy. No matter how many times he would plead to be home-schooled his parents told him to just relax and not care about those filthy, ugly trolls and to always act like a gentleman. And he did that, he would go to school and get the highest grades, he would play sports and mostly win and gave no thought to the other students.
When he told his remarks and would later get beat down, he never fought back, he never wanted to fight back instead he would just laugh and call them fools. In middle school he started to become more aware of bullies and started to bash people he thought were similar to bullies, he didn't care if he got hurt because he always knew he was stronger than them. At home things didn't change, he would train when he had the time and was taught house chores like cooking, cleaning, doing laundry by his mother and his father would teach him how to do sports and defense/offense techniques. He spoke to other children that he actually liked and was starting to get invited to more parties and gatherings. In high school everyone started to leave him, they all just drifted away from him. He was alone again. He only had his family, which wasn't too bad.
He still helped his sister and they never stopped talking, his mother told him marvelous stories and taught him how to be the best person he could be. His father still forced him to train no matter how strong he may seem to be and forced him to study in all his subjects more than the average teenage boy. He also told him to never take any shit from other people, never feel like he's insignificant and if it feels like he's being walked on he should put them in their place. This is the reason he never shows his kindness too vividly and is cold because that's what his father taught him to do. His mother told him that he shouldn't be so harsh because of this, he still listened to his father. His mother still saw her sweet son in there and it showed so much some times, so she accepted this change.
After being accepted into Mayweather and was already settled in, he gained news of Stephanie enrolling into Delphina Academy. He quickly went to their home and spoke to her about why this is the worst plan in the whole world. She didn't listen. She said this is what their father taught her to be, a cold-hearted freak and she loved her new self. Harold tried to look deep within her to find her old self, her logical self, but it was just dark and emotionless. He stayed at the house, getting his assignments mailed off to him and witnessed in person the horrible things Stephanie said and did to their mother and father, they did nothing but tell her this is wrong and this is not her. Their father took it worst than the mother, he blamed himself for everything and apologized to Harold repeatedly saying he never meant to be the father he was. Of course Harold accepted these apologies from him and quickly kicked Stephanie out of the house and told her she was not apart of this family anymore. That's the last he seen of her and he went back to the academy, everything was back to normal.
Then the fire at Delphina Academy happened and all Harold could think about was his sister. He asked around where his sister was, if she was okay, if she was in the hospital getting care. Once he heard that she died in the fire, he was a mess. He couldn't talk to anyone, he couldn't trust anyone for a while. He became distant and only talked to his parents who were in much grief and despair. For his free time he trained his abilities, studied harder and pursued his hobbies. After his depression eased down he tried to socialize, only getting a few true friends and started to become himself again.

Keats could best be described as physically menacing. He is muscular, well-built and much taller than average, with several burn scars on the back of his right hand. His blonde hair is intentionally slightly messy, and his blue eyes shine with an arrogance that makes some people immediately dislike him. Aside from his stature, the most striking things about him are his arms and legs, which are almost entirely wrapped in various long white strips of cloth that resemble bandages, visible due to the vest tops and shorts that he tends to wear.

Keats can be a little βdifficultβ to put it lightly. He has a tendency to pick fights with others, for no other reason than being bored at the time. He is arrogant, almost unbearably so, a fact that is almost made worse by the fact that he can actually back it up most of the time. He doesnβt find it easy to accept the authority of others or listen to orders when in a group, and is likely to stubbornly ignore them completely unless they come from someone he respects.
He views people who allow themselves to be treated badly by others as weak, and tends to try and protect them from harm. While an urge to protect the weak may be an admirable trait in most people, it is far from ideal for an aspiring villain. It is somewhat cancelled out by the way that he himself treats the weak, with disgust and borderline venomous hatred. This means that despite wanting to help others, and deep down caring that they donβt get hurt, he comes off as a bit of a bully.
Most of his attitude towards weakness stems from his insecurity. He portrays himself as being tough and cold-hearted in order to try and hide his more sensitive side, which he is afraid to show to people in case he loses their respect. He hides his interests such as singing and stargazing from others for this very reason. Once he gets to know someone, this tends to come out a little more, making him easier to get along with as he drops the 'tough guy' act a little bit. Not to say that he won't still slap you if you get on his nerves.
Abilities
Textile Manipulation β Can control materials such as cloth in almost any way he sees fit. This means that he can direct its movement, increase its durability until it is as tough as steel and use it to carry out tasks as he sees fit. When being manipulated, materials become much more durable and are able to exert more force and carry more weight than otherwise.
Enhanced Physical Fitness β His physical fitness is amplified slightly, meaning that his strength, speed, agility etc. are higher than an average personβs.
Limitations
Textile Manipulation β He must make direct contact with the material with bare skin to begin manipulation. His control only extends to materials such as cloth, etc. that would normally be used in clothing. While he can increase the strength of a material, there are certain properties that he cannot affect. For example, if a material is highly flammable, then it will remain that way when being controlled.
Enhanced Physical Fitness β The boost is not incredibly large, and only amplifies what fitness he already has. This means that his fitness is only slightly above that of a professional athlete. It does not enhance his endurance or regeneration, meaning he is just as vulnerable to taking hits as the next person.
Place Of Origin
Mesa, Arizona
Family
Natalie Keats β Mother: A reserved, but slightly cheerful woman. While she never decided to be a hero or villain, she is able to manipulate earth.
Frederick Keats β Father: A former villain - βTakedownβ - with super strength. Mentored his children from a young age, and was the one who decided to send them to Delphina together.
Jane Keats β Sister: Samuelβs twin sister, always much more controlled and calm than her brother. Often looked after him and covered for his mistakes. Could manipulate metal, and was in the same class as her brother at Delphina. Deceased.
History
As far back as he can remember, Keats was always competing with his sister. He was born first if only by a few minutes, a fact which he would endlessly remind her of, but at everything else, it always seemed like she was one step ahead. Schoolwork, she got As where he got Cs. Staying out of trouble, she was always the one having to drag him away from fights. Even when it came to discovering her powers, she managed to beat him to it, finding hers a couple of months before he did.
They would always train together, under the supervision of their father, who was thrilled to find that both of his children had powers. They trained all aspects of their powers against each other, week after week trying to improve, but at the end of the day, Keats always seemed to come in second. Still, both of them became effective combatants and well-versed in their powers, and grew to be close friends as well as siblings.
When they were both accepted to Delphina, their parents sent them off with a smile, and Keats promised them that he would look after his sister no matter what happened. As it turned out, she really didnβt seem to need his help, topping most of her classes with what seemed like relative ease. To his credit, Keats didnβt leg far behind, and managed to do well in his own right. The pair of them would often call their parents and boast about how well they were doing, much to their fatherβs delight.
On the night of the fire, Keats was outside, stargazing alone. Heβd had an argument with his sister which was mostly his fault β sometimes he would find it hard to deal with her outclassing him β but heβd managed to cool off, staring at the constellations with a smile on his face. It was only when he smelled smoke that he realised something was wrong.
Panicked, he rushed through the crowds, trying to find Jane, growing more and more afraid the longer it took. It wasnβt very long before he heard a familiar voice screaming, more afraid than heβd ever heard her before. Desperate, he tried to rush in, but was held back by a teacher, who knew that it was simply too late for him to help her.
He remembers screaming, fighting and trying to make sure she knew he was there, that she wasnβt alone. That he just wanted his baby sister to come back, that he was sorry. He remembers having to make the call to his parents and tell them that he couldn't keep his promise.

Uhhh. Well, I'm 5'11. I weigh 170 pounds (of pure, unadulterated muscle!) I've been told I like a bit old for my age. Not super important, but I'm being in depth here. The tattoo on my left arm says "ProsochΓ Fang tis arΓ‘chnis," which means "Beware the spider's fang" in Greek. It was my dad's idea. It's been a tradition in the family since Great Great Uncle Jesse first got his powers. The tattoo, I mean. We all have matching tattoos. Uhhh, I tend to stay clean shaven, although I've been known to keep stubble for weeks at a time 'cause shaving is difficult. My enhanced metabolism causes my hair to grow faster than usual. Which sucks. Because I have to work extra hard to keep this beautiful face maintained.

Bruh. My chess skills are just...unmatched. Okay, that isn't entirely true. But I'm pretty good.
It's less of a 'hobby' and more of an unofficial homework assignment, but one of my teachers pushed me into joining a dumb gymnastics class. Those nerds call it 'parkour,' but come on. I might as well be in tights. What are a couple of fancy flips going to do for me in a fight anyway?

--Overview of Subject's Character--
James Spinne never grew up. He consistently treats everything with the same amount of care; that amount being none at all. No matter how serious the topic or situation presented, James always has a 'humorous' comment or 'witty' retort. The boy, and I do mean boy, rarely shows interest in anything beyond the trivial or superficial. James is infuriatingly laid back and casual, to the point of slothfulness. He never writes anything down, no matter how pivotal. He constantly finishes work moments before its due, late, or not at all. He's disorganized as well. I can't put into words how impossible it was to navigate his room when we first met for initial evaluation. Speaking of which, Mr. Spinne's first impressions are quite honestly horrific. He left me outside for a full five minutes (after I spotted him looking at me through the window, mind you) before finally letting me in. From what his father told me, James doesn't so much as greet someone before he can determine they're not some sort of threat.
All of that aside, James is an absolute joy to interact with. He could make the most boring and uninteresting activity feel like an adventure. His mannerisms, albeit frustrating at first, grew on me. I've met few men his age with such a pleasant disposition. James was quite polite as well. He treated me with a surprising amount of respect once he actually let me in the front door. Mr. Spinne was quite honest, as well. He knew his flaws well and wasn't afraid to admit them. He never beat around the bush with me. The boy was very direct. His genuine attitude was refreshing when every other student we scout out looks to be a compulsive liar. Most surprising was when he apologized to me after the meeting was over. Not only did he know that he was flawed, but he seemed to actually care how his flaws affected me. Astonishing, really, coming from the son of a Spinne.
I recommend accepting his application, if only to keep James out of Mayweather. That boy's life is nearing an important crossroad; he draws close to the place where he must make the most important decision of his life. Whether to follow in the footsteps of those who came before him, or abandon it all for the life of a hero. We should be the ones to influence his path. Not anyone else.

Abilities
I can do whatever a spider can! No but seriously, I totally can. I have these crazy spinnerets on the backs of my wrists. They shoot webs out at high velocities and stick to the first thing they touch. Pretty nifty, yeah? It gets better. My webs have five times the tensile strength of steel, just like an ordinary spider. But that isn't all. I've also got these tiny hairs on my fingers that let me stick to practically any surface I want. They were pretty annoying before I learned how to control 'em. My dad had an old colleague of his whip up a pair of shoes that could do the same thing too. They're totally rad. The least interesting part of my powers is what is does to my...I dunno...Physiology, I guess? Basically, I'm better than an ordinary person in every way. I'm faster, stronger, and my brain works a bit faster too.
Limitations
Ugh. I'm deathly allergic to a number of different pesticides, and its the worst. A small dose'll have me sick for weeks. Too much can kill me outright. Almost any amount puts my powers on the fritz.
Okay, so I'm not better than every human. I'm enhanced, but not to the point of most Olympic athletes. I can't keep up with Usain Bolt for very long, and I can't deadlift 1180 pounds. (I totally looked that number up, by the way. You a beast Tom Magee.) But I'm better than most. Unless you spray me with pesticides. Or kick me in the nuts, I guess. But that's every man's weakness, so I'm not sure I should write that one down. But I'm going to anyway since I already did and erasing is too much work.
Place Of Origin
In the good ol' United States of O' Muricah. Uh, more specifically, Brooklyn.
Family
Ellen Spinne was my mother. She didn't have any powers; well, other than her delicious home made pizzas. Mmmm. So freakin' good, dude. Mom died a few days before I turned fourteen. Sucky present, am I right? Cancer's a bitch.
Jeffery Spinne is my father. Spider-powers have been in the family for generations. He used to keep me up all night, telling me wild stories of his daring robberies and clashes with famous heroes. The guy was a legend, at least in my eyes. I later learned that he embellished pretty much every story he ever told me; but I got over it. He's the only family I have left. Too bad he's basically become a recluse since I ran off to college. Won't even answer the phone. I t-think he's still dealing with what happened to mom. All the pain probably came back to him when I upped and left. Poor guy.
History
I was born in the back of a taxi cab to two loving parents. Yes, that's actually what happened. They were on the way to the hospital and apparently I couldn't wait any longer. Dad had to pay for new back seats. On the plus side, we tipped pretty well! My mother insisted I be homeschooled while I was younger. She had gone to college to be a teacher but dropped out because she wasn't up for it, I guess. So Ellie (as dad called her) thought it a wonderful idea to test all of her new found knowledge on baby me. Must not have worked out well, because as soon as I was old enough to understand that I needed to hide my powers, they shipped me off to public school. It was pretty bad at first. I was a shy kid (strange, right?) and didn't know how to make friends. I only ever hung out with my neighbors, Benny and Edwardo, because they had superpowered parents too. Ben and Ed were brothers, by the way. I didn't know how to keep my special bits a secret very well until about sixth grade. That's when I made my first normie friends. They were pretty cool; I contemplated showing them what I could really do a few times. Of course, I never went through with that. Dad always said that if we didn't want to move, I had to keep my true self a secret. I didn't get it back then, but dad was way too scary to disobey. I got lucky and never had to move. Not once.
High School was when I really started to come out of my shell. I got to show the whole world what a massive dork I was. I went through the usual motions; not doing homework, acting out in class, trying desperate to avoid the bullies. Never really worked out. I've been told I have a very punch-able face. Well, as you can imagine, there were a handful of people who thought I had a really punch-able face. I may have accidentally put one of them in the hospital. Whoops! Guess I don't know my own strength. That little ordeal almost exposed me. Luckily, Benny and Ed (still the best, by the way) stepped in and vouched for me. They managed to convince the principal to not tell my father (which is probably why I was able to graduate High School there. Thanks guys). My grades weren't the best. I was lucky to get B's. However, I always pushed myself to never fail a class. That took a lot of work, by the way. With that much missing homework, I was surprised I managed a D+ in Physics.
My dad's letter of recommendation got me into Delphina, his old college from back in the day. The place seemed pretty cool, but intimidating at the same time. I hated not knowing anyone. But it was also kind of exciting? I dunno. Emotions are weird. Anyway. Didn't have much time to settle in before it all went to hell. Apparently, somebody started a fire in the school that spread like crazy. Faculty started evacuating people as fast as they could, but all the exits from some of the higher floors were cut off. I-I watched...I watched one of the students fly up to a window and try to carry some trapped kids to the ground. Ehm. Well. He flew too close to the fire and got caught in a small explosion. Closest I'd been to a dead body. 'Course, being the idiot I am, I decided to get a closer look. When the teachers weren't looking I grappled my way into one of the compromised floors. I was moving on instinct. My feet seemed to have a mind of their own as I dragged as many students I could to safety before the floor started to collapse and I had to get out of there. Somebody told me I could've helped more. That...there was time to save someone else. But I knew I was in danger. Had to get outta dodge 'fore I got burned, ya know?
There was so much pain. You could see it in their faces. If someone wasn't balling their eyes out, they were seething with rage. But it was all pain. All...grief. I received my fair share of dirty looks from the less decent types for going back in to help. But what was I supposed to do? Stand there and listen to those people burn? Not a chance in hell. I'm a selfish asshole, not a heartless murderer.

Spinnes age faster than most humans due to an increased metabolism. This also means that James has to eat twice as much food to maintain his weight.
I think its pretty obvious who this is. Just look over there < and down there v

For some reason, my pictures are not showing in preview mode. Is this because I'm on mobile or do I just have to post the post to see the picture?
