Don't worry. I have already planned the missions. I also have something else planned. You just have to play the leader in the IC. Missions are given to the sector leader by HQ. You can give orders, though everyone else doesn't have to follow them ;).

I don't mind it too much but my character clearly was in another room than the other characters that's why I brought it up. He won't be a loner he's just not too excited too get started on leadership duty (He all too 'fondly' remembers his time as an Arctic 'Teacher') and he's taking his time.
