Well, I am super later. So, here I am as well. However, I do have some questions. Could I still become an historian or an ambassador?

Also, how many people (citizens) max can the main character bring?

@The Spectre You can indeed, there'll be historical archives and the reason a historian would be awake... support. A lot of people will get it from reading, and ambassador yes for the different people on the ship (Who'll probably look for a civilian leader as well as the military leader) and first contact.

Family members, it'll really only be if they're viable and then unless they themselves meet the criteria to work on the ship they'd be cryogenically frozen. It'll depend on who you say you're bringing, a healthy 15 year old is a good candidate for a new settlement for example. In terms of how many, maximum (if they meet the criteria) it'd be three.

You also aren't the latest, there are a couple of more on a different timezone that aren't online yet.

Just wondering, so there's no civilian areas of the ship? Is everyone awake on the ship a working party? I'd feel like there'd at least be civilians doing civilian things so the atmosphere of the ship isn't totally godawful serious.

@FrozenEcstasy There are civillians, but these are typically in other roles. Not every role on the ship is super serious, but at the same point they're trying to create some diversity. Same reason as some people will be off duty, and others on duty.

My vision for the Engineering Division Uniform

Uniform

The blouse is a lot more conformed to it's wearer and tucked into the trousers, the belt showing. Rank is of course on the cap, as all personnel wear one. The belt has all kinds of tools and electronic devices on it. As required, even if you're a proclaimed pacifist (Like my character) that a sidearm be worn on the right thigh in the issued thigh holster. @Sep Maybe we can get this into the OOC if anyone wants to be an Engineer?

Also @Sep I'm thinking this for the emblem with, what would it be, the united earth alliance? Under the symbol. This would be on the right shoulder.

@The Survivor United Earth Council is on left shoulder, on right is their home nation and below that is the Vitaes, any "Unit patches" like the one you are having as an engineer would be on the left below the Councils.

In terms of uniform everyone will know what they're going for, and if they don't they will ask.

To get it wrapped around my mind, basically guns and weapons are modified to include railgun/ electromagnetic technology right? EG: An AK-47 would have electromagnetic rails inside of it instead of what it has right now with smart bullets and stuff like that.

@Sovi3t Well an AK-47 would have a modern variant, which would have electromagnetic rails/smart targeting and smart bullets. The design will have evolved, they wouldn't just go "Lets strap a rail on this and see what happens."
