Jean started to get frustrated. "Alright, demon, just give up." He paced, listening to Aya's sobbing. He screamed. "Just give in to me! You can't resist for much longer, face it!" He spun around, and threw a punch at the demon. "I'm not weak! Just let me control you!" He punctuated each word with a punch, furious. Suddenly, he woke up. He looked at the sword beside him. "You made the right decision." He grabbed it and put it in the scabbard nearby, tying it to his waist. Time to wait for the others.

"Right" Rai replied as he tried to gather his courage. Rai wanted to say that he was completely ready, but he was not, he hadn't been ready for this but nonetheless he had to do it. If he didn't do it now, there was absolutely zero chance that he would be able to face the others again.This is for everyone who died four years ago, this is for you, Aya. Rai thought to himself. He took a deep breath and grabbed the twin gauntlets tightly, before falling into the demon's world.

Rai suddenly found himself inside the room where everyone had died. This time however there was no blood on the walls and no bodies in the room, just a single person standing alone... Aya. "Hi again Rai" she said in almost a mocking, condescending tone.

Eleanor sighs as she grabs hold of the katana which was sealed. She falls to the ground and next thing she knew was Aya stood before her "Nice to see you again Aya, but sadly I know you're already dead. And I know I cant do anything to help you now" She smirks as she just turns around and starts to walk away.

"It's been such a long time, I would love to see all of you again. Oh wait I almost forgot, I'm dead." She said, her words cutting into Rai like daggers. "I'm dead because you left us, I'm dead because you did nothing, I'm dead because you were weak and too afraid to do anything!" She roared. Rai stood there stunned but he knew this wasn't real, he knew that Aya would never have called him out for these things, so this had to be a demon's doing. Rai looked up to "Aya" and said "You're not Aya, and I know that for a damn fact demon!" The demon visibly recoiled at Rai's words, so Rai kept pressing his advantage. "Yeah, maybe I was weak, maybe I was too scared, but I'll tell you what demon, I am not the same person I was four years ago. I am not scared of acting anymore, and I'm certainly not going to let you beat me here!" Rai roared in defiance.

"You know the reason I'm here, I want your power, and I'm done watching you mock Aya's memory! You got that!? " Rai exclaimed furiously. The demon responded by just laughing as she dropped the illusion of Aya, her appearance changed to that of a black-haired red eyed teenage girl. "Oh, you're very easy to anger now aren't you? But you know what? I like your spirit, kid. I'll let you use my power. I'm Sakinade, call me Saki." she said as she stuck out her hand. Rai shook her hand and said "Alright Saki, let's wreak some havoc together."

There was a sudden flash of light and gust of wind, next thing Rai knew he was on his back in the chamber with the others, clutching the gauntlets in his hands. Rai got up and said "Well, I guess its over now." as he gazed at the others.

The demon dropped any pretense of Aya and replied, "Not going to do anything? Not even tell me to give you my power? Like so many others have before you? Hmph...You're weak, just like the others..."

Guren clapped. "Good one, Rai!" He looked at Eleanor, who was still unconscious. "Now we wait for Eleanor."

Eleanor smirks "Of course I want power, but I believe power is not something you can give me, but rather something you earn. If I am weak then does that make you the weakest demon around? Cause you arent really overpowering me" She seemed confident that both the demon and herself were locked in a stalemate.

The demon laughed. "I'm strong all right, I just need a reason to overpower you. See, being sealed up in here...you learn several things. Most demons just want a body to possess. Want to flaunt their power. Me, I just want to keep my muscles healthy, so to speak. So tell you what. As long as you remain wanting to fulfill your goal, I'll give you my power, make myself work hard for you as long as you work hard yourself. That was after all my motto before I became a demon."

Eleanor smirked "Well if thats a deal you want to form, then I think I can live to that expectation" She reached her hand out to the demon "You can do as you please if I dont live up to that expectation" She smiles cheekily at the demon "After all my goal is to avenge my friends death and bring all vampires to extinction" There seemed to be a flame which ignites in her eyes as she seems genuine about her feelings

Eleanor wakes from her meeting with the demon and holds the katana in her hands.She clips the katana to her side and stretches. She gets to her feet and looks around, she notices everyone else had finished there encounters with the demons of their weapons. She gets back up and walks to Guren "When do we start our duties in the imperial army sir?"

"Wait, where do we sleep?" Jean said, toying with his blade. He sheathed it and looked over to Rai. "What's wrong, man? You look like you want to kill everyone in the room?" He said, with a smirk. He stood watching Guren. "Well?"

Guren said, "Come with me." He led everyone to a barracks. "Here we are, your new home."

Aya watched the noble leave and she went to the barracks to catch some sleep.

"Yeah, I'm going to catch some sleep. Night, guys." Jean set his sabre by his cot, flopped onto it, and immediately fell asleep.

"Piss me off and I just might Jean." Rai responded with a cocky grin. He looked over his gauntlets for a moment before being lead out of the room by Guren. "Hey this place doesn't look so bad" Rai stated before walking over to a nearby cot. Rai dropped his gauntlets just to the side of his cot and laid down before saying "I agree, time to rest, see ya guys in the morning."

Eleanor follows Guren to the new sleeping quarters and notices that it is mixed gender rooms. Eleanor sighs walking out and finding a nearby tree to set up and sleep in. She didnt seem to want to know Rai, Jean or Valerian, in actual fact she would prefer to go solo rather than to be with them. She gets comfortable and shuts her eyes still aware of her surroundings.

Guren went to lie down on his cot. "Night, kids." he said before lying down.

Jean got up in the middle of the night. He grabbed his sabre, and walked outside. "Damn. What have I gotten myself into?" He sighed, and sat down, sobbing quietly. "Aya...Why did you leave us?" He sat there, sabre next to him, miserable.

Eleanor listens to Jean intently. She was interested in what Jean had to say. After all Eleanor had no memories of Jean knowing Aya. She tries to not giggle at Jean making an idiot of himself
