I think it turned into a waiting game... which someone should likely fix? Who has yet to arrive, and who's in a position to do anything?

As for me, I'm just a bit stuck for now. XD I'll give @EnterTheHero, @Tearstone, or @nitemare shape(only when you're feeling better, don't push yourself!) a chance to interact on the current scene I made with Rach for 2-3 more days. After that, I'll move on as they can contact Rach pretty much any time.

@NeutralNexus: Due to NSM's illness and Hero's busy life, I might have a back up plan to allow Rach to escape and go free if you're up to helping me? I am considering scheduling a meeting between Jacqueline and Cowl that happened a few (3-4) days prior to Rach's present one, if that's possible? She would've gotten wind of Racheli's condition midweek but logically have her hands tied and can't abduct the girl without creating a high risk of leading it back to Gene Corp. Namely since the CDC and the Company are connected, it would be a bit difficult to have the CDC transfer Rach into their custody when the building itself has the required equipment to deal and care for her at the present. This would give who's every put in charge plausible time to set something up or at least a spy in the building to keep tabs on her development to date.

So, due to the Pax arc, I'm going have the CDC decide it would be safer to move Rach to an location outside Lost Haven and allow the Cowl's thugs, or whoever he sends, to intercept and possibly capture Rach in order to deliver her to another location where Jacqueline's thugs can pick her up. However, this is up for debate and brain storming by the way as I don't know how the Cowl will react or approach this honestly so I'm up for ideas or adapting.

I'm actually hoping to use this scene to attract other Heroes/Walk the Line/etc (not sure any villains would be interested really) types who aren't directly involved in the current arc into meeting Rach. With that said, anyone who feels they might have a PC they could toss into the event and within the city, feel free to. However, I would like for it be said over the OoC first so NN (if he's able and willing of course to help me with this mini-arc.) and I know how many people to account for. :p No fun if the villains get their asses whooped too fast, right?

This might also allow NN to place targets on characters too, giving him full right (with permission) to help out plausible with the Cowl's syndication as an enemy or added element in those PC's future arcs. Or at least make the guy known among others and even start other shenanigans, who knows?

Anyway, that was mostly rambling and sorry for that. >,<

It would wholly depend on when you plan to set up this jail break and how quickly me and Nexus can sort out Lekh's intro, but if things work out I'd be interested in throwing him into this. It would fit story wise as well, the question is if I can get the particulars sorted and get Lekh into the present day in time.

I don't know about you, but to me, this group currently has proven when push comes to shove, they are very a capable bunch when it comes to moving the story and moving around issues. I'm sure they can gloss over your parts and you can do a flash back with your bit which they can work in later. However, I don't think the anxiety of trying to push yourself to get better soon will help that. So... get some soup or whatever, kick back and get better. Or I will sick your ex on you (or worse, VAT!)! I swear it.

If you don't get directly involved with this scene, I'm sure NN and I can work out something else for a bit later down. After this event, if things go well, I'm aiming to have Rach wandering the city. And in the state she's in, she will need help since her processing senses are being literally overwhelmed. So I can easily have her stumble across your PC later on. With her escape, the Cowl's organization will likely come looking for her and this easily allows her to come into the events around that. Also connecting the White Witch to @Tearstone's Justine, and @EnterTheHero's Icarus. It's not a direct tie to the Cowl, but it's a starting point. How does that sound as a compromise and possibility?

It's not as much as a Jail break as Rach's only a Walk the Line type, antihero if you want to get technical, as much as a kidnapping. Though one thought that crossed my mind that might be useful for both of you is why not have Lekh infiltrate the CDC to collect information over Racheli's condition and details over when, how, and where they intend to move her? That might help with getting you a tie in and minor enough job for his first. It's a thought and idea at least?

Let me know what you two think and if you go for it, I can pop you both a pm over the ideas stirring in my head and what Lekh will have been able to deliver to Cowl.

I love when your mind goes into the gutter automatically when I mention using you. I only need your rope tying skills and creativity to make NSM's task of getting out of bed an epic challenge that way he can rest and have a plausible reason to skip work... YOU jumped to the rest. Which says a lot, lol, about you.

Then again, if you don't want to help NSM get better well I'll remember this moment for the future. :p
