Hey, we're in the same boat. We could start off with our characters' beginning arcs entwined just to help carve ourselves out a good foothold without intruding on preset plots, if you want!

Or we could just make a "Part 2"? We could finish up the current story-arcs, maybe a time jump, and start a new thread. We would still have the established characters, but we would also give others a good jumping on point for new characters.

Agreed. Nut nothing would really be thrown away. All of our posts have been saved and we can pretty much pick back up where we left off, if we chose, eliminating some of the stuff from people who are no longer here, more or less it'd be a soft reboot. And believe me, this is the last thing I want. That's why I'm sitting back a bit and seeing what happens with this site.

That sounds interesting and very resourceful. What type of faction were you looking toward? Hero or villain?

Yeah, that's a good idea. I'm holding back a bit until the guild sorts itself out more (it doesn't help that it seems to go down every time I try to post something OC). The only reason that I'm thinking of doing a sort of restart (granted, it would essentially start the same way because we have everything if we want to use it) is because a new game on a new site with so much pre-established stuff is a hard sell.

Villain with a little less of a homicidal lean, though that will probably change at some point.
