So, what gave you guys inspiration from your characters?

@CadenGallic My childhood XD And one of my friends who's Sri Lankan.

I got the car and general personality of Hex from Shirako Takamoto, a character in Hot Wheels: Acceleracers (if you hadn't already guessed), which is basically the best show from my childhood ^-^ Even now I'll go back and watch it due to how awesome it is. Hex's backstory mainly came from my imagination, with a little bit of influence from myself, another friend whose from the Philippines, and the other friend from Sri Lanka. You?

Well back when I had Malachy, I had been looking around for alternate ideas and something that hit on me was the idea of using a space rover as a racer, seeing as most of the cars in the competition are very standard and usual affair.
I took a bit of inspiration from space based characters like Captain Vladimir from No more heroes 2 and The Fury from Metal Gear Solid 3. generally liking the idea of the spaceman aesthetic that comes with the suit. Making Anastasia female just seemed a bit more interesting.
Plus, biggest inspiration was just being a sci-fi nerd.

So, what gave you guys inspiration from your characters?

Mad max fury road and the ps3 game motorstorm.
I read the rp intro, and wanted a big rig and ram like crazy.

I've played motorstorm like crazy and the latest mad max had some cool big rigs and music.
The song is from motorstorm, background motorstorm-esque.

To be honest though, my character is more the rig than Karv, he's just a maniac who drives it. But i can probably have a lot of fun with him anyway.

@CadenGallic The Redline Amv I used in my character's Cs, my own already created character with basically the same name, and Gorillaz for the car.

My favorite car has always been the 78 trans am, and the new one is just boss. I saw the redline movie around when it first came out and kinda stole the center front wheel from Sweet JP's Trans Am in the second half. My character I just kinda threw together, gonna develop her personality a bit more IC, make her live up to the Rockabilly name.

Honestly dunno. I was searching for pics beforehand. Then the imagination kicked in and you know the rest.

Every character starts as a spark of imagination, a shred of iamge, a tune from a song. Then you add the rest via your imagination and boom. You got some EPIC guyz.

So before the race system was sort of explained was anyone else confused on how winners would be decided or was that just me?

Kinda sorta, as it would possibly be difficult for players to come to a consensus on a winning order. I got it once Dynamo explained how the racing itself would work.
