Friendly GM! @luckyblackcat invited me over from another RP we're in, and I took a look at the intro post and CS section and realized that the intro post doesn't look up-to-date with all the "taken" Pokemon--is it? I want to make a character with all-new Pokes but there are spme I'm pretty attached to (namely Tyranitar heheheh)

Also, is there any rule about the trainers starting out? I was wondering if I could make a lab-assistant-type character who works for one of the region's professors and is travelling with the trainers and whatnot. Could she maybe start with two Pokes, or the evolved form of one? Or would you rather have me just make a trainer from scratch (the 'ol teenage rebel and whatnot haha)

@fer1323 I have a contest even plans for her since this region hasn't seen much contest light and I'll be using her as a deterrent for some of the new villain team's plans

@Noxx So more contest competition for Oscar. Yeah. Oscar will also try to hinder Team Noble's plans.

@Dusksong Lab assistant sounds good, your chara will get along with a certain one of mine that way (Amber's probably going to assist Professor Bonsai with field work at some point).

At this point we can start off with up to 3 Pokemon, lv10 or under. Though if you have an evolved one, or one that doesn't evolve, it's probably best to just have the one Pokemon for now.

As for called Pokemon, it's fine to have one somebody else has called as long as you ask them first. I'm sure Heckno would be fine with it if your chara also had a Tyranitar, just ask him. (Just so you know, if you want any of the ones I've called, that's ok.)

@AbysmalDemon Welcome back! Right now, everyone's in the ambulance. The second ambulance. The first never made it to Mesalon. We didn't know if you were going to come back, so we went with your character stayed behind... trust me, that's a good thing.

You could travel to Mesalon after the time skip and catch up with us.

@fer1323 Nice contrast between Luna's transformation and Sol's. I like the way they're both dog-like Pokemon, it creates yet another parallel.

@LuckyBlackCat I chose Absol and Arcanine because they are often overlooked and they have revered status (less so for absol). They also are two of the best pokemon that I can apply the sun and moon themes. Yes, I planned to have Sol and Luna as foils to each other. There are many layers.
