[OOC] Pokemon: New World

Alright so its night time. Sunrise is in a week.

Cillian is chilling at his camp.
Leisy is playing in a stream with some water pokemon.
Damian just entered the city.
Tommy and Cici(maybe?) are chilling in a bar place with music.
Olivie is at a resturant chowing down with her new best bud.

Seems like it might be best for me to wait until sunup, as night will be over pretty quick here, though I guess I might snag a Pokemon in my first post or two before then. Is there a big timegap we should note on sun-up occuring? If anyone thinks it'd be fun to interact with Raven I'm totally up for it. I think I'd prefer to interact we somebody before getting a Pokemon and afterward. Something along the lines of meeting them, wanting to battle but having no Pokemon, swiftly catching one then having a match. My first thought for this would be Lesiy or Damian, though I'd be cool if anyone wants to interact with Raven. Damian might work out well because they both don't have one, so they could make it a contest to see who can get a Pokemon first and then battle immediatly after they both get one. Thoughts? Mostly as to whether I should wait for sunup but other feedback is good too ^.^

Whether you interact with someone or not before sunrise is not as important as simply posting as soon as you can to start earning points. PM someone or tag them in an OOC post if you would like to coordinate a battle or simply plan your IC interaction. You can also just approach them IC; just remember to tag them so that they don't miss your post.

REMINDER: Try to post at least once on the days of sunrise and sunset to claim bonus points.

You can split them up, absolutely. You just have to wait till another user posts before you can post again, regardless of what character you are using.

The trainer point earning mechanisms behind Organizations have been simplified yet slightly expanded upon. The next update will either be outlining the details of creating new organizations and locations OR introducing missions.

Which update would you all like to see next? Let me know in your replies below. If you are out numbered on this issue, don't worry. Both of these updates (and more) are on the way. I would just like to know which is more anticipated, so that I can to that one first.

Having forgotten, I'd be glad if anyone reminded me what day on which we're moving on to the next IC day.

@lugubrious I'm pretty sure the new schedule works like this:
First few days of the month are early morning, so like 12am-5am
middle of month is middle of day, so 6am-6pm
Last few days are last few hours, so 7pm-11pm
Hours aren't set, but right now in-game it should be before dawn.

That's right Dusk. And to answer your question Lugubrious, the 9th (this coming Sunday), is sunrise. If you catch sunrise and post on that day, you will gain some bonus points.

KiritoAsuna, I wouldn't worry too much about not posting much, sometimes its difficult when you don't have anyone to interact with, but that should be fixed when the next IC day starts ^.^

Have no worries. There will be plenty of writing prompts in the future that will make writer's block a thing of the past. In fact...

@Eklispe is is correct on two accounts. Everyone is winding down at the moment. When the sun rises on October 9th, everyone will be starting over in a way. I suggest talking to people OOC to plan future interactions.

The other front where he makes a point is that missions should be next. For now I can individually help people that want to create a location or organization. Missions on the other hand are exactly the "writing prompts" that I just mentioned. I think missions will push this RP to the next level. I'm going to try and have them live before the 9th.
