Appearance: Cici's most distinctive features are her long, thick and messy dark hair, which she attempts to tame by tying it back, and the tattoo of a musical score winding around her right arm. Her eyes are bright blue, often staring off into the distance as she plans her next song. She's tall for a woman, standing at 5'10", and her skin is pale. Her usual outfit consists of a black vest top, a pair of baggy blue jeans, ankle boots, and a dark blue guitar pick pendant. She's rarely seen without her semi-acoustic guitar (hollow electric guitar that can be played as either type).

Biography: Cici was born in Central City to two music-loving parents, owners of a musical instrument shop. Her father had been in a few bands in his youth, and her mother ran a choir at weekends. Cici learned to play the guitar from a young age, and in her late teens, did what her father had done and joined a band as lead singer and guitarist. Things didn't go as she'd hoped, though. After the band broke up over arguments and creative differences, Cici decided to make a fresh start. She'd leave her hometown and travel throughout the region, playing alone, looking for inspiration. This, however, is only one of her reasons for starting her journey, the other being stories she's heard about a certain mythical Pokemon - Meloetta. Her greatest dream is to catch this Pokemon, and failing that, at least hear its song.

Personality: Despite her slightly rough-around-the-edges appearance, Cici is one of the most laid-back people you'll meet. Very little gets to her, to the point that it can seem as if she doesn't take anything seriously. This is far from the truth, though. She focuses intently on her music, even if it does mean others often have to pull her back to reality.

Extra Info: Like others in the Guitarist trainer class, she's going to have many Electric types, as well as Pokemon with sound-based moves, such as Whismur, Noibat, Igglybuff and Tympole.

Biography: May was born into a family of Ponyta breeders on a ranch near Central City. She helped her parents and siblings run the ranch from a young age and even though she loved it and cherished the Ponyta, her real dream had always been to capture and train more pokemon from all over the region. Her help, however, was needed at the ranch and when her other friends all went off to become trainers after their 10th birthdays, May was left behind. Realizing how sad this made her in the following years, her family decided to surprise her on her 13th birthday by buying her a backpack and allowing her to leave the ranch to become a pokemon trainer. Overly happy and grateful to her family, May went into Central City to start her journey.

Personality: May is a down to earth farm girl who is very tender and loving towards pokemon. Even though the only pokemon she's ever worked with were Pontya and Rapidash, May is open and optimistic about catching and caring for all kinds of pokemon. She anticipates her favourite will be fire type as she has only ever worked with fire type pokemon. May is eager to make friends while on her journey and one pokemon she would love to catch is a Vulpix. Although only thirteen, May is very outgoing toward everyone and has great self control.

Organization History:

Thomas Rikon was said to be a Pokemon master long ago. Rumor is that he caught over 300 different Pokemon including two of the three Legendary Titans. Some say that he never felt the sting of defeat. Others tell tale of rare occasions that he was defeated. One thing is known for sure, he was the best Pokemon trainer of his day.

Thomas became tired in his old age. Eventually, he no longer had the energy to go out battling every day like he did in his youth. Thomas began to feel bad for his vast collection of Pokemon as too many of them simply waited, never being brought out to play. Feeling this guilt, Thomas retired from battling all together. He released his entire collection of Pokemon, all except for his beloved Pidgeot, the first Pokemon that he ever caught. Pidgeot spends most of its time outside of it's Poke Ball, right by Thomas's side.

Shortly after Thomas retired, he started League Prime. He hoped that this league would help future generations of trainers discover the beauty of battle. Nothing warms his heart more than watching young trainers and their Pokemon grow as a team.

Biography:

Nick was born in a larger city, not too far from Central City. His family home growing up was perched atop the Eastern Mountains, on the outskirts of Central City territory. Every school day, he would take the long bus ride into town, while his parents drove to work on the other side of the mountain. Both his parents worked at a factory making furniture. Sometimes he would wonder why he didn't just go to school on that side of the mountain? They were only a mile from the border. Did it really make a difference? But as he grew up, those questions subsided. His friends were all from Central City now, even if he only got to see them when he went to school.

The Pokemon living in the mountains were more his friends than any actual person. Not that he was unfriendly, but his closest friend lived at the bottom of the mountain, a long hike indeed. The Pokemon however lived only steps outside his door. His strongest connection was to the bird Pokemon, as they were always very abundant near his home. He longed to sore through the skies with them. In fact, flying through the sky would become a reoccurring dream, almost nightly. While Flying Pokemon were his favorite growing up, he also had a strong curiosity toward Dragon type Pokemon, especially flying dragons. Unfortunately, he'd never actually seen one.

After Nick's high school graduation ceremony, his father pulled him aside. "You are a smart boy. I hope you have picked out a good college. I am so proud to see that you have grown into a fine young man. Take this Poke Ball. Find a companion that will keep you safe on your journeys ahead. I wish I could give you more, but times are rough. You're smart though; I have faith in you." Teary eyed, Nick accepted the gift. He couldn't bring himself to admit to his father that he had loafed around during his last few years of school. While his grades stayed up, his motivation fell to the side. He did not have a plan for his future. He just had a Poke Ball.

Personality:

Growing up so far from the city, Nick developed a very dry personality. His demeanor may seem a little distant, even when he is perfectly happy. His friends can see through his allusive veil though. They know that once he starts caring for someone, he will always have their back; he is as loyal as any Pokemon. His personality can also come off as strikingly mysterious. This mysterious attitude too often brought him trouble with the females, being chased around the playground by overly affectionate girls and teasing friends. As he became older though, Nick begun to enjoy the attention... silently.

Nick's Blog

This is a little idea to keep track of my character. It's not something that anyone else has to do. I don't mind if others copy this idea or do something similar. Your Character Sheet is yours to do with what you will. Just don't put in any misleading information.

Entry #1 - Today is the first day of my new life. I've decided to start this online blog, in case I become some kind of Pokemon master or something (yeah right!). But yeah, dad just gave me a Poke Ball as a graduation present. I don't think I thanked him properly, him or mom. My mind is racing, I don't know what Pokemon I should catch with this thing. Heck, I don't even know what I'm going to do next PERIOD!

Entry #2 - I've been back home for six days now. My Pokemon "adventure" turned out to be nothing more than a long walk to and from town. At least I managed to meet a few new freinds, Little Guy and Feathers. Oh, those are my two first Pokemon, a Munchlax and a Starly. The past few days have been awesome. Little Guy and I are happy sitting around doing a whole lot of nothing. Snacks are all we need. Feathers keeps us moving though, she makes us go outside at least twice a day. This sure is the life. The parents have been getting a little restless with me though. It's almost as if their trying to get rid of me! Just kidding, I know. I should be out having wonderful adventures, catching new Pokemon, battling, and making new HUMAN friends. That's why I promised; I will go back out tomorrow, and this time I'll have a "real" adventure.

Biography: Tommy is a guy with no plan and he’s OK with it. Until recently, he spent his time playing his trumpet to add ambiance to the local eateries located around Central City, but didn’t join any of the music based groups. Growing up, his mom and dad were concert musicians, his dad on the trombone, his mother a flute player. They got him into music and so when he isn’t actively playing his trumpet, he’s listening to all kinds of music with his CD player, getting ideas for things he could write. He often did this near the river north of town, where he’s watch the Water type Pokemon play. He’d eventually come to be friends with many of them, growing close to them when he joined them in their waterside fun.

After his high school graduation, Tommy’s parents gave him a pokeball in an effort to get him to leave home, since the young man had never shown any interest in anything but his daily routine. His grades had been above what they’d asked (they’d asked for a B average and he pulled off an A-), but despite this, he’d made no plans for college or the like. He kept that pokeball for four years, trying to decide what to do. During this time, he spent a lot of time with his water type friends, getting their opinions on what he should do.

However, recently his parents gave him an ultimatum in an effort to get him moving, and it was to either hit the road as a trainer, or join them in the orchestra. Tommy enjoyed his creative freedom far too much for the orchestra, something his parents knew, so he decided to become a trainer. While he knew Water types best, he’s determined to friend all Pokemon by the end of his Journey.

Personality: Happy, but quiet, preferring to read a little about the situation and give his input once he feels he knows enough about said situation. He’s not loud, but he knows how to get people’s attention with a good trumpet solo.

Appearance: Standing at a 5'6”, Olivie is of slightly above average stature in most respects. Her waist-length, chestnut brown hair, held back except for two large bangs on either side of her head by a blue hairband, perfectly matches her brown eyes. With thin but dark eyesbrows, short eyelashes, and unassuming features, hers is a face that can easily be called 'pretty'. However, in one respect she's rather remarkable: Olivie is naturally uncommonly busty for a young woman her size, which serves as both a blessing and a curse. The black sports leggings she most commonly wears are made of a machine-woven breathable cloth that shines almost like rubber. A matching undershirt most often accompanies it, and Olivie favors wearing over it a sky-blue collared jacket buttoned on the right side. Since it restricts her arm movement somewhat, she keeps the sleeve of her dominant right arm rolled up. Of course, even this specially-tailored jacket does not completely fit her, and the upper buttons find themselves a little bit strained. On her right leg she wears a brace that holds her item pouches, and her exposed right forearm features both a black elbow brace and a black fingerless glove. She carries with her fighting gloves that she dons occasionally.

Biography: From an early age, the sun always seemed to shine for Olivie. Described by her parents as a 'joyous child', she made made friends through her early years, contributing a sort of boundless energy to whatever atmosphere she found herself in. In school she did well enough, never coming close to topping the class but still managing to stay one step ahead of the curve. Things began to change for her in high school, however. In a time when that dogged teenage pursuer Puberty was hitting her friends like so many trucks, a lucky shine shone on Olivie. Like the proverbial flower she bloomed into a natural beauty—though very quickly she found the supposed dream-come-true to be a nightmare.

One by one, Olivie's old friends turned away from her. Some were forced to leave her by circumstance, but many grew jealous of her looks and the attention lavished on her. Olivie, however, wanted none of it. Suddenly she found herself plagued by strangers all the time, the least problem of which was the staring. New 'friends' swarmed to her, pushing aside her old chums, but none of these newcomers truly valued the lighthearted, joyous young woman that nobody seemed to see any more. Olivie appeared in the school newspaper, acted in the school play, and so forth, but even awash in all that attention she never felt more alone. In fact, she felt truly miserable. Some called her 'fake', labeling her shallow or superficial, comparing her disdainfully to idealized dolls, and mocking the 'unrealistic standards' that she seemed to embody. Those who did think highly of her, Olivie knew, did not do it out of regard for who she really was. Yet throughout all this, Olivie did her best to earn the approval of everybody.

In her senior year, after a particularly confidence-shattering episode where three of her former friends ambushed her with pails of trash, knocked her down, and dumped the garbage over her, Olivie snapped. Knowing that she couldn't be a doormat any longer, she became angry. Suddenly, rather than smiling at the condescending remarks hurled at her, she spit fire back. No jeer went unpunished. Ardently she defended herself, becoming overemotional and impulsive as if to compensate for the hesitant, calm self from before. Were she not as pretty as ever, in fact, she would have seemed exactly like a punkish hoodlum. People began giving her a wide berth, calling her crazy under their breath but not wanting to mess with her any longer. Solitude suited Olivie just fine. To control her anger she joined up with Central City Gym's mixed martial arts center, where she doggedly worked to improve herself three times a week. By the time her nineteenth birthday rolled around, Olivie was a changed woman: done with school, employed as a waitress, and above all, confident in herself. Somehow she'd regained the vivaciousness of her childhood, and though at her core she remained the friendly and considerate person she'd always been, she now spoke and acted with unrestrained emotion. Along the way she even earned a few new friends, and won back a few old ones, but all the same waitressing never truly suited her. When her parents presented her with a Pokeball for her nineteenth birthday, Olivie realized that she'd been missing something all along.

Personality: There are two sides to Olivie. In her most natural state, she is outgoing, considerate, upbeat, and even enthusiastic. This is tempered, however, by near crippling self-consciousness. Prone to overthinking nearly everything and always inclined to think the worst of herself, she is especially concerned with what other people think of her. She wants to be valued, respected, and liked by everybody, but her natural good looks have created a quandary for her, as detailed in her backstory. All of this sparked a profound change in her late teens. Olivie decided to end her anxiety by burying it between a new attitude. Rather than bright but meek, she opted to be aggressive and assertive, even thuggish at times. Now, instead of allowing herself to be crushed by criticism, plagued by indecision, and mired in a lack of confidence, she overflows with confidence, makes choices boldly, and is quick to defend herself. This includes getting into fights, which Olivie is by no means loathe to do. Her heart is one restraining itself no longer.

Buck - a male Bidoof. The runt of his litter, he was a widely dislike member of a widely disliked, overpopulated Pokemon species, due mainly to his short temper. Driven by hunger, he abandoned the communal river home of his Bidoof community in order to prowl the meadows north of Central City for food. There, Olivie found him, beat him up, and made him her own. His attitude is much like hers: a hard, fierce exterior, but with a soft, gooey core. He loves to fight, though he's not very good at it, and he also loves cuddles and trying new foods. A furry, surly, walking stomach with legs--that's Buck. Now that he's seen Olivie as a kindred spirit, he wants to be a good partner for her

Gespenst - a male Cacnea. With the attitude of a stereotypical thug, Gespenst was the ringleader of a small group of bug-type Pokemon that terrorized a large field to the east of Central City. His no-nonsense, pitiless attitude makes him an effective, if unloved, leader. He treats those with considerable fighting ability with respect. If need be, he can act servile to individuals stronger than he. As a rule, he wishes to be the strongest of whatever group he's a part, but if not, he will happily serve the strongest side. Olivie, after fighting alongside his gang of bugs with Buck, earned his respect and service

Verrine - a female Karrablast. Formerly a denizen of an unnamed wood to the northeast of Central City, she migrated from her home into the vast fields to Central City's east side to find food. She did not expect to be found, intimidated, and co-opted into joining a small Pokemon gang known to be running rampant in one such field. Shy and reserved by nature, she hates making others upset or disappointed, and as such comes across as a doormat. In battle, however, she can display an unusual amount of bravery; it is the only place where she shines the most

Appearance: Raven is a tall handsome, strapping young lad. His well tanned, clear, and well muscled skin is shown off by his tendency to wear sleeveless and or unbuttoned shirts. Raven is 6 feet tall, though he often gets mistaken for being taller because of his energetic tendencies. He has silvery hair that stretches a bit further than his ears. He has friendly, welcoming brown eyes, and three marks that look like scratches on one side of his cheek. He tells people they're from getting into a tussle with a Ursaring, but in reality they're just a birthmark. He wears an assortment of trinkets to add to his flair, these include his hat, a bandana, a wristband, and a necklace.

Biography: Raven grew up in foster care, though his lack of parents didn't seem to bother him, his last name is simply something he thought up when he was rather young and has stuck to it. He was always a bundle of energy, though not always a bundle of joy. Though never intentional he'd often create some sort of trouble. Whether it was scraping his knees, clambering up to sneak a cookie, or just not going to sleep, nothing near Raven was quiet for long. Soon enough he began going to school, something that went better than some would've thought. Raven made friends easily and seemed to have a sort of natural suaveness to him. His curious nature allowed him to preform academically well when he wasn't goofing off, and everyone loves someone good at sports. Its a fact. Still, school bored him quickly. He was inspired however, by a street show he saw once. Interested Raven picked up a few new skills, he became a skilled magician and a great break-dancer. Subsequently he dropped out out of school once his junior year ended and began travelling, his natural charisma allowing him to succeed as a street performer. One day he received a Pokeball in his hat among the cash. Anybody who was anybody wanted to be a Pokemon trainer at some point and Raven was no different.

Personality: Raven is friendly, he's eager to talk with new people just to talk to them and is always ready to have a new experience. He has a bit of natural charm and seems to get people fairly easily, making connections and new friends in no time. He puts his all into everything he does and nothing keeps him down for long. He might get a bit dispirited if someone doesn't take a shine to him, but that'll be put aside when he attempts to befriend them with renewed vigor. Raven's always ready to lend a helping hand, sometimes whether you want it or not. He may be clever, but he's not actually overly smart. Though on the spot thinking saves him most of the time, his lack of planning can occasionally lead to trouble.

Biography: there is not much to tell about Damian's past. As a child Damian wanted nothing more than to be a Pokémon trainer, well, except maybe being a judge for Pokémon pageants. As he grew up he aspired to one day do both. Once he came of age he went out and applied to be a judge for pageants. After a few years there was an old man just settling into retirement who handed him a pokedex and a single poke ball, and like that, Damian set out to be a trainer. Now he continues to do both and aims to fulfil his dream of being a judge and the words best trainer so he can one day take over as the gym leader for his home town.

Personality: Damian has a slightly Dark personality. He prefers to keep himself close to fire, dark and ghost type Pokemon. This sort of type makes him a lonely and almost angry person. But his arrogance some times gets in the way during battle. If someone manages to get close enough to him they will find that Damian is actually a kind hearted person deep down with a strong passion for pokemon.

Organization History:

During some battle during her early days as a trainer, Shanae Eller was utterly crushed in battle by a mysterious trainer and his powerful fairy Pokemon. However, rather than looking down at her like she had done to so many others, the stranger taught her the importance of the bond between trainer and Pokemon as well as the power of friendship and fairy Pokemon, and Shanae could never thank the stranger enough for what she'd been taught.

After ranking up, Shanae has established a group dedicated to helping trainers connect with one another, pulling connections with Poke Corp to help her get the organization on its feet. She serves as the leader of the group, considering it to be more a passion than a part-time job like it is, with the amount of paperwork.

Biography:

From the Coldest region's of the world come the warmest people, or so Rohan was raised to believe. He come from a warm hearted family living in a very cold place where people take care of each other and treasure what they have. He know that the key to survival is to have others to complete you and that there's only so much one can do on their own. But also that its important to stand on your own two feet and face challenges head on.

He spent much time with pokémon and family as well as his townfolk when he was young, giving him quite a lot of experience with them from a young age... as he grew older he took to the world, to travel and see new places, meet new people and see more smiles. Appearance: Ella stands at the average height of 5'5", with slightly tanned skin and brown eyes. Biography: Up until now, Ella has lived her entire life in Feyhollow. Her father was often away while she was growing up, and he still is, leaving her with her mother, who works as one of Feyhollow's beauty show judges. During her teenage years, Ella worked at weekends and over the school holidays as a cleaner in the hall, and often watched the shows her mother judged. As she watched more and more performances, she noticed something.

Yes, the shows were certainly impressive, but many trainers tended to use the same Pokemon in the same way. The emphasis in Feyhollow seemed to be on a rather narrow definition of cuteness. She liked the typical fairy types well enough, but why were there some Pokemon nobody seemed to use?

Her mother, disappointed in what she saw as her lack of taste, tried unsuccessfully to get her to be more like her two older sisters. They would have a chance of following in her footsteps as judges, whereas Ella wouldn't. Ella knew what she wanted to do, though. People laughed when she mentioned this, but her dream was to travel the region, working towards a specific goal.

The shows she'd grown up watching had given her an interest in something bigger, something she'd only ever seen on TV but longed to take part in herself. Contests seemed to allow much more freedom, many more kinds of Pokemon and moves than what she was used to seeing. The ideal life for her was that of a coordinator.

One day, after work, she noticed one of the rubbish bags moving. It turned out not to be a rubbish bag at all, but a Pokemon, a Trubbish. Delighted to see a Pokemon that didn't often appear in her hometown - from what she knew about Trubbishes, they were more common in larger, more polluted areas - she couldn't resist spending a while playing with it. When it followed her home, her mother didn't react well, to say the least. Putting her foot down, she forbade Ella from becoming a trainer or coordinator if she was just going to reflect badly on the family by befriending such Pokemon. Nonetheless, Ella continued to feed and play with the Trubbish in secret, recognising it by its slightly ragged ears.

Her luck turned around on her eighteenth birthday, when her aunt, who supported her dreams, gave her a Pokedex and a Pokeball. Her mother was far from happy, but Ella was growing up and she couldn't stop her leaving home. After a few days of heated arguments, Ella set out to leave her old life behind her and see what the world had in store.

Personality: Ella has that type of bubbly energy that some people find fun, and others find annoying. After years of dreaming, she's eager to explore the region and befriend Pokemon, growing as a trainer and coordinator. She's viewed as having odd taste - she'll openly express how adorable she finds that Stunky, or how that Weezing's Smog is the most beautiful thing she's ever seen - which can weird people out. She doesn't mind too much, though. She just wants to bring out the best in all Pokemon.

Biography: Luigi Lama comes from a bustling metropolis, filled with so many faces that it's easy to miss his. He grew up an only child in a relatively average family – dad was a business man, mom stayed at home to give her son all the care and attention (she thought) he needed. Luigi was an average student at best and a stringy, uncoordinated beanpole of a boy, so academic and athletic excellence weren't options. And so, Mama Lama pushed him towards the arts. He wasn't particularly fond of violin, but with enough hours of practice ("encouraged" by his mother) Luigi found he was actually pretty good at it. Great, even.

Before long he was doing concerts, accompanying bands, and making a decent name for himself in the musical world. At least, as much of a name as a violinist could have. He started going by the stage name "Lui" (he is distinctly aware of what an unfortunate name "Luigi Lama" is… as were most of his classmates growing up) and gained a small, but devoted fanbase comprised mostly of teenaged girls to his bewilderment.

Recently he's seen an opportunity to escape his mother's care: Lui is going on tour. Well, that's what he told her anyway. In reality it's more like he's wandering from town to town, exploring and playing for money where he can. However much money he makes though, he always seems to be broke. If Lui has passion for anything, it's food. Delicious, expensive food. He'll spend more money than wise on a single meal and have barely enough left for a bottle of water after. Oh well. Such is the life of a traveling artist.

Personality: Lui's teenaged fanbase seems to have crafted a persona for him – quiet, solemn, thoughtful, mysterious… in reality he's just awkward. He was always a nervous boy, unsure of how to interact with others and too self-conscious to try. He's usually content to just do as he's told, relying on others' judgement rather than taking on the responsibility of making decisions himself. Lui's a people pleaser and rule follower. Deciding to take his show on the road was startlingly out of character, shocking anyone who knew him. He's still getting used to not having anyone to dictate his every move and call him out on every decision.

Vivian grew up a simple life with a simple family in Feyhollow Town. Her mother a florist ang her father a small fruit and veg farmer.
For most part she was content there with her friends and family. It wasn't until her interest in music took her to the big towns did she meet and fall madly for Azerus Jr. With her dedication and focus it was less than a year later that she was playing aside him in his band. Things were great for about 6 months before everything came to a sudden unexpected soul shattering end. Azerus disbanded the band and sent everyone on their way without so much as a reason or emotion, so coldly like it was nothing.
Viv has since returned back home and is still lost and shattered.

Personality:

Vivian was raised a polite, proper and sweet girl. But at the same time she can be quite firm, confident and bossy! Viv is notoriously head strong, once she gets set on something it takes a lot to derail her. That isn't to say that she won't fall for the odd distraction or 'shiny thing' along the way.

To know Azerus Jr one must first know of Azerus senior. Azerus senior is a world renown traininer, famous for his firm, hard and strict training regimes. His fathering was no different.
Azerus grew up in a wealthy but empty home, his mother passed away when he was young and his father was always busy. (It was better that he was busy for AJ didn't enjoy his strict parenting.)
AJ was pushed heavily to follow in his fathers footsteps but always defiantly refused. By his late teens every choice he made was to defy his father. He had formed a band a did alright backed by his wealth.
When it was obvious to his father that this was not just a phase he stripped everything from his son.
His wealth, his connections, most of his belongings and his city apartment.

He gave his son, AJ four things as he kicked him out to the street, practically disowning him;

Azerus is very much an anarchist, he despises rules, authority and conformity. Despite this he is quite reserved, quiet and seemingly shy. Much is often happening behind those eyes but little of it is shared.
Azerus dose not posses a lot of self worth and therefore is not a very confident person, somehow his anxiety is lower when he is standing on a stage than standing amongst a group of people.

Appearance: Standing at 5'11”, Bernard is a slender guy with wavy platinum blonde hair past his ears, murky brown eyes, darker eyebrows, and slight stubble. He most often wears a green button-up shirt with black cuffs, black track pants with a single vertical green stripe on each leg, a triangular gray backpack, and a wool beanie. Large, black-rimmed rectangular glasses also adorn his nose.

Biography: A largely friendless childhood spent chiefly in Central City with frequent trips to relatives in Feyhollow Town changed completely when he was introduced to Pokemon. At fourteen years of age, he gained his first Pokemon, and in one fateful summer he went on a journey with his older brother Julian. He caught many Pokemon, and starting with a Starly he solidified his naming theme: halves of duos from stories. Julian, amused, named his Pokemon after those duos other halves. Both brothers, afflicted by social anxiety in their own ways, found the idea of individuals seeking their other halves to be amusing. Bernard dreamed of finding someone to call his best friend and his other half on his journey -someone who liked Pokemon as much as he- but he did not. Instead, he returned to school the next year, outwardly very much the same but a very different person inside.

He continued to train his Pokemon, traveling when he could and becoming very involved in the Central City battling scene. In Pokemon gyms, salons, centers, and so forth, he continued to look for someone who understood him, but he soon found himself distracted. A girl he'd known most of his school years was undergoing a drastic change. He'd always envied her propensity for getting everyone to like her, but when she effectively made an outcast of herself, he suddenly understood her much better. With high school done with, he's continuing his Pokemon journey anew, and he can think of no better eventuality than to travel with Olivie Carreau.

Personality: Bashful and reserved almost to a fault, Bernard's is a presence few ever appreciate or grow accustomed to. A high self-awareness coupled with a below-average self esteem means that he's not one much for socializing, but he's intelligent and observant. In a way, his is a poetic, almost tragic soul. He does enjoy taking the roads less traveled and finding beauty in things that most wouldn't take the effort to—just as he hopes that someone might do for him. It's not difficult to tell he's totally fallen for Olivie, but he's so afraid of looking bad or strange in front of her that he can't spit it out. Still, it's alright that she just lets him hang around. Like most introverts, Bernard has a hidden side, and his is Pokemon. He truly cherishes their companionship, and battles get him hyped in a way that nothing else really can.

Painkiller – a male Bisharp. Caught as a Pawniard, he proved himself time and time again, constantly improving his skills to become Bernard's number-one Pokemon. Despite his fearsome appearance, he acts lazily and without much spirit. Interacting with him gives the impression of a dull, uncaring individual, except when it comes to goofing around with his trainer or fellow Pokemon. This is, though, an act of obfuscating stupidity. Painkiller's true state is an extremely alert, paranoid, and serious warrior who fights with lethal precision and a complete lack of mercy. In fact, for this reason, Painkiller is seldom used in battle anymore; instead, Bernard has been cultivating his ability with the moves False Swipe and Thunder Wave in order to catch more Pokemon.

Odile – a female Froslass. During the course of Bernard's journey, he once happened upon a strange situation in a northern town. With the aid of a wild Froslass, a cunning young woman tricked a man from a wealthy family into believing her to be a long-lost, dear friend from his childhood, while the real friend was led astray. Bernard's intervention helped in sorting the situation out, and as punishment for the Froslass's interference he used Painkiller to capture her. Odile gives off the impression of a serene, cold beauty, but she is as devious as her past would lead one to believe. However, she is also selfless, and willing to prove herself again and again by sacrificing her own health for the team. To these ends, her favorite moves include Bide, Disable, Attract, Double Team, Draining Kiss, Confuse Ray, Fake Tears, Toxic, Hex, and Destiny Bond.

Gretel – a female Lopunny. Ever since she, as a Buneary, was separated from her best friend, a Bunnelby, by a trade, she's been gloomy and depressive. In fact, she prefers not interacting with other Pokemon or her trainer, and is tough to control in battle. Enough stress will eventually enrage her, bringing her into the fight, but at that point she seldom listens to commands. Despite this moodiness, she does have a definite affinity for the theatrical. She's easily drawn into drama, acting, and emotionally moving scenes, and if she's moved, she may very well abandon her predisposition to gloominess to act with renewed spirit.

Enkidu – a male Throh. Enkidu is a simple Pokemon: he enjoys good food, fine drink, good company, and uproarious battling. Quick to anger, but also quick to forgive, and even quicker with a laugh and smile, he's the epitome of the jolly giant. He also tends to see himself as a paragon of justice, though to him, justice is what he feels is right. Luckily, his gut is seldom wrong, and he manages to give off the image of a fun-loving hero. On his own, his flaws in the realm of battling prevent him from being extremely effective, but as half of a dynamic duo he truly shines.

Scylla – a female Tentacruel. Curiousness has defined Scylla from the first day she was captured as a Tentacool. She cannot resist learning new things, but that optimistic-sounding statement can take a nasty turn as one considers her lack of self-restraint. Discovering a new plant or watching a new Pokemon interests her just as much as seeing how much pain an opponent can take or how different Pokemon react to being poisoned. Be it her toxins or her tentacles, Scylla just can't keep them out of trouble, and it has come back to bite Bernard several times. His presence, though, is slowly reeling her in, and she's certainly curious enough about what kind of Pokemon she might become to give listening to him a shot.

Delilah – a female Staravia. As the first Pokemon Bernard ever caught, she is a very close friend of his, but she happened to have an extreme aversion to battling. At first, Bernard tried to work her through it, even managing to grow his little Starly into a Staravia, but after getting Painkiller, Scylla, and Gretel, he let her off the hook. Her greatest pleasure is soaring through the skies, and her flight is the chief reason why Bernard is so widely traveled.

Romeo – a male Mr. Mime. Despite being weak and more than a little eccentric, Samson is a genuinely nice and pleasant Pokemon, and Bernard has never regretted capturing him with Painkiller

Biography: Juana Perez originally lived a little far south of the Unova region before immigrating to Unova, then to her current region, the one we are in now. Her family has always made its way by making candy and selling it in a private business wherever they lived. She has thus far lived a simple life, but she always had trouble in school because of her apparent inability to sit still cooped up in a classroom. She did just fine in her parents’ confectionery shop; she always had something to do, be it rolling dough or casting sugary mixtures into molds. Eventually, her parents decided it would be best for her to learn about the world hands-on instead of stuck being antsy and seated in some schoolhouse somewhere.

Juana’s parents noted the fact that she liked Pokémon; oftentimes she’d be playing around with her mother’s Slurpuff and Alolan Raticate, teasing the Pokémon’s respective senses of smell and taste. Juana would leave scraps of unused confectionery out for Pokémon to eat; her favorite, however, was this particular Bounsweet with a dented calyx. She’d shoo predatory bird Pokémon away from this Bounsweet, and as such the Pokémon began to hang around Juana’s house. The aroma it gave off was welcome, and Mr. and Mrs. Perez even drew some inspiration from Bounsweet’s aroma.

For her sixteenth birthday, Juana was presented with a Pokédex and a Poké Ball, and she was allowed to go on her way. She vows to call frequently, and if her parents ever need help she will make sure to stop by… just as soon as she can use that Fly HM. For her journey, Juana packed, alongside the essentials, some simple tools, including a small rolling pin, a wooden spoon, and a plastic knife.

Personality: Juana is quite a hot-headed individual, but she channels that into passion for doing whatever she does. However, she has shown an inclination to making spicy candies! She is a real chatterbox, and will talk for lengths about anything. She likes to stay positive, but if provoked she can unleash quite a bit of fury. Despite this, she doesn’t get frustrated easily. One would think that the volcanic Fire type is one suited for her, but Juana really doesn’t prefer any one type of Pokémon over another. She is jittery if she is in a situation where she’s not doing anything, and she will rock on her feet or twiddle her thumbs if idle. Juana has a small notebook in which she writes notes or draws pictures, and it’s very disorganized. You could be looking at a shopping list on one page and then a detailed drawing of her mother’s Slurpuff and Alolan Raticate on the next. She’s a bit of a prankster.

Appearance: Benny is a rotund young man. Standing at 5'9" with a head of brown, messy hair and narrow eyes. He wears his chef whites wherever he goes, for some odd reason, even when roughnecking it in the wilderness. He has frighteningly sharp teeth- a genetic trait on his mother's side- but often doesn't open his mouth wide enough for that to be seen, unless when battling.

Biography: Benny had but two passions throughout his life: Cooking, and Pokemon Battling. By day, he would work diligently in his family's simple eatery, Bellini's, learning the tricks of the trade of both cooking, and restaurant management. By night, he would stay up late in front of the glow of a monitor, eagerly watching famous trainers clash in live battles. Though he secretly pined to become a Pokemon trainer, Benny knew that the well-being of his family's restaurant counted on him, and he resigned himself comfortably to the life of a cook.

In time, he grew into a fine chef, and his cooking gained Bellini's a fine reputation even outside of Feyhollow. Though pleased with this, in his heart of hearts, he still quietly pined for the life of a master battler. His parents, ever observant of their boy, knew this all too well. One morning, when Benny was opening up shop, he turned on the lights to find his family at a table, a pokeball, a pokedex, and a packed lunch in the center and big smiles on their faces. They gave him their blessing to chase his dream- his real dream. And, despite his humble protests, Benny could not contain his joy at the prospect, and openly weeped in happiness.

Now, saddled up and ready to begin his trainer's journey, Benny makes a personal vow to himself: to one day bring his two greatest passions together, and open up his own restaurant, a battler's restaurant, with a world-traveled, world-famous trainer as its head chef!

Personality: Benny, normally, is a very jovial and kind-hearted person. He always has a smile and a nice word for nearly everyone he meets, and laughs heartily at the dumbest of jokes. He rarely, if ever, raises his voice. Being completely new to Pokemon training, despite being a fan of it his whole life, he feels as though he has big shoes to fill, viewing any trainer with even slightly more experience than him as a mentor, and being very self-conscious of his own potential and competence.

Despite all this, he does have a raging competitive spirit, which shines through whenever he is battling or cooking. He bares his sharp teeth in wild grins, taking on an ogre-like appearance, and becomes louder and more aggressive

Biography
Tora grew up in a high class wealthy family. Her father and mother running a business of selling jewelry farmed in mines owned by the family as well as a few other side business making venues. Usually famously known as Azure Corp. Ever since she was born however, she was always a sickly individual and had a hard time breathing or walking around. Her parents denied her going on a Pokemon Journey when she turned ten, saying that a high society girl didn't need to go traveling and it was no place for her. They wished her destiny was to stay safe at home until she could arranged a marriage of a suitor they found suitable in taking over the business.

Tora however always dreamed on going on her own Pokemon Journey, and didn't give up on it. Always studying books in ways she could help both Pokemon and Pokemon trainers and take care of them whenever they needed, especially when they weren't close to a Pokemon Center. She was more interested in lending a helping hand rather than doing any real battling like most trainers. Every summer, she'd go out on a little farm outside of Central City where her grandparents worked in caring for Pokemon. It was to help both give her fresh air, and give her parents less to worry about.

Her grandfather taught her how to take care of Pokemon, what they liked to eat and how to treat them, while her grandmother taught her massages and how to make food and herbal medicines. Most of all, her favorite part was the Pokemon. There were both family owned ones, and wild ones that came to play. Her best friend was a wild Growlithe she named Archie. Forming a bond after she found the small fire Pokemon injured on one of her nature walks and nursed it back to health.

Turning twenty-two, she visited her grandparents and they had a surprise for her. Giving her own pokedex and pokeball to start out on a journey she always dreamed of. So of course she took it and left, of course, without notifying her parents who would never allow it. But, she didn't mind being a run away as long as she could pursue her dream.

Generally, Tora is a kind individual with a calm demeanor, a bit motherly to others. She'll scold someone for doing something dangerous to others or themself but will comfort them as well. She's very stubborn and spirited, unwilling to back down in what she believes in and refuses to allow her fragile body stop her from pursuing her dream. Which of course, she will do everything in her power to lend a hand, even if it means endangering herself. Tora doesn't particularly enjoy Pokemon battles and tries to not participate unless her Pokemon wish to, but knows enough that in order to help, she and her Pokemon has be strong too.

• Tora is quite sick, she often tires out easily and will often have to take breaks while traveling. She has more trouble breathing when in heavy city areas of where there is dirty air. She hopes to get a Pokemon big enough to ride so she can travel a bit easier.

Over-Protective in fact, as Archie doesn't like strangers getting close to her trainer and will often puff out her fur and growl at them. Despite her head strong and stubborn nature, she's loyal to Tora and is obedient to her trainer.
