Anyway, I said in PM's that it should not relate to buu at all. I called it a bio warrior to go off of what was made in 'the strongest' where master roshi and goku had to face man made versions. They too were gooy, and that is really all I would accept, no magic, no candy beam etc. Both cloned people are the same level of power as you guys, they are designed to be advanced sybermen in a way. so yeah topic pretty much closed.

He carries a sword hilt without a blade. This hilt uses technology that is designed to channel Ki and create a blade of energy that can cut through dense material. The stronger he gets the more sharper and powerful the blade gets. To create the blade the wielder must be able to control their Ki in order to maintain it and use it properly in combat. He calls the weapon The Star Blade.

Slicing Cyclone: He spins around at insane speeds and does a massive sweep of his sword to slice all enemies that are surrounding him.

Spearing Blade: He elongates his Ki blade to make it shoot out at a very fast pace to spear his foes with it. It is so far his only special technique that can hit at a range. It's maximum reach is forty feet.
