@mnkee Didn't they both train in Japan? That could be a connection if so.

Yes, I forgot to mention that tidbit too. Fyror was probably more in the military type training while Nathan more of the monk's style. However, considering Fyror went to Japan for further healing and a unique style of training that could compensate for the blindness in his left eye, I could see where he may have worked with monks at some point in time.

@mnkee That would make sense to me. If it works for @Pundii I say go for it.

@Sigil Hmmm. I have a slightly hairbrained idea. Or several.

-The Crypts aren't religious and they're quite odd, maybe the church suspected they were soulless and sent Mary to the manor

THIS. This works. Mary has files on a lot of people suspected of being Soulless, open and closed cases, etc. Sitting down to Tea with Virginia sounds plausible. There is potential here.

I certainly could imagine the two of them might have met in Japan, considering their ages i'd imagine it would have been quite easy for the two to encounter each other there while Nathan was a wandering Samurai, perhaps he could have led Fyror to the monks he trained and sought healing from, if that works for you.

@Pundii Maybe Nathan helped train Fyror? Nathan would have just finished his training when Fyror first started training in Japan.

@Morose @Lauder @Sputnik @Sigil @mnkee @rivaan -

Okay peeps - quick tip for you. If you are having a hard time figuring out a second contact, remember - look at the contact you have and see who they are close to. Example - If you are close to Milli, chances are you have at least been introduced to Gerard since he works for her. If you know Virginia, chances are you have run across Milli since they are best friends. Run with that if you are having a problem coming up with more contacts.

@smarty0114 Okay, the Cs looks good for the most part. My only concern is the revolver/bullets. Now, there were revolvers but they had mostly just been created to effectiveness , (first patent for one didn't come around until 1811) - Colt being the first to mass produce them decades later. Before Colt, they were nearly impossible to come by, hard to use, and very very costly. Also, there were no bullets persay at this time. Revolvers were caplocks still at this time and were loaded the muzzle loader way - loose powder, pistol ball, percussion cap. First self contained cartridge wasn't introduced until 1854.

Now, Collier did patent a revolver in Britain before 1820 and thousands were made but they were not reliable due to it being a flintlock - flints had to be replaced constantly, and they misfired a LOT.

Considering he is a young merc - Might I suggest either switching out to a pistol (As single and double dueling pistols would be easy enough to him to "lift" from some Peer) - or even a rifle (and switch out dueling since that is more of a highbrow thing) for a rifle skill under general? A Baker Rifle would be rather easy to get a hold of during this time and was accurate up to 300 yards even in the 1820's.

@mnkee Just an idea, since Fryor's dad is part of the British army, and Gerard and his bros have been notorious for piracy for years at one point, could Theodore be the one in charge or at least ordered the attack on Gerard's ship years ago? He could have been the one who talked him into surrendering and i think that's a fairly good reason for Gerard to at least be familiar of his family name, and/or even harbor some resentment towards him/his dad? But not as much as his brother would, he'd gut anyone in a military uniform. Thoughts?

@Lauder Me either, this is shaping up to be some great characters and relations to work from. It should make for one hell of a story ^^ Soon as we get the relations worked out we can start - I just need to see where everyone stands once the relations are done to put the finishing touches on the opening scene's and such to make sure everything is in place and everyone is included with the right type of settings.

@Sputnik Well take a look at Milli's - since her and Gerard are so close he probably would at least know on some level those that she knows. You have two down outside of the NPC ones, so soon as you finish up Kierans and Peters, you should be good to go.
