Not entirely at all inspired by bloodborne again.

If this is too much, do tell. I do not plan for the other bit to become relevant for awhile, or at least if it does Celia probably will either die or become consumed by bloodlust to the point of no return. I can always take it out, don't mind at all~

Appearance:
Standing at a fairly impressive, but lanky five foot seven, Celia isn't all that intimidating as far as appearances go. She has incredibly pale skin typically covered by a light, tattered white colored robe. Bright, blonde nearly white hair with almost fur-like quality falls to her shoulders. Under her robes, she typically wears a white dress that is obviously quite faded and worn. She has tired seeming grey colored eyes, that seem to be mostly focused on whoever is speaking to her...with an almost off putting intensity.

On her back is a rather intricate looking magical seal seared into her flesh in some manner.

Personality:
Generally, Celia is a fairly quiet person. Not out of shyness or inability to speak, but because she often just doesn't have much to say, and speaking is often times a bit too much effort for her to exert. She only speaks when needed, or when asked for her opinion. She is quite a lethargic individual and doesn't leave her room much, often rather spending her time sleeping or doing other low powered activities. She is quite level headed in most situations, and doesn't seem to let many things bother her.

Under that calm, lethargic exterior though, is an incredibly dangerous temper and blood lust. While she is incredibly slow to anger, if one ever gets her riled up - you don goofed. She has shown to have a bit of ill-fated curiosity at times, however, and sometimes shows interest in odd trinkets and things sometimes.

History:

Celia Mockett was once a simple farm girl out in the country. Loving family, and never particularly intended to become a witch. She never particularly had any large ambitions to speak of at all, really. She just wanted a simple, quiet life that was as easy as possible. Life never really goes the way we plan, though. One day when she was young, she was out playing in a nearby forest, venturing deep into the woods, a slight spark of curiosity guiding her deeper into the dark woods.

She got lost.

She wondered for a days, unable to find her way back. However, she did find a cave where she was able to take temporary shelter from a storm. Lost, hungry, but oddly unafraid she took shelter - where she just so happened to find some...'food'. Hungry and with little choice left if she wanted to live, she ate. The cave had been home to a creature. A being of gluttony, cannibalism, and greed. It had been sleeping for a long time, undisturbed until Celia walked in. Finding Celia eating its own food, the creature would have killed her, but something happened. Something possessed the girl. A spirit of some sort, giving her extraordinary power and filling her with an all consuming bloodlust and hunger and took a form similar to that of the other beast.

She managed to kill the beast, and feasted upon its body. She would have remained that way, had a few years later a witch not managed to seal the creature. The witch took her in for a few years, giving her a few tips on how to utilize magic and told her that if she wanted answers and possibly a way to end her possession if she sought it - seek the old glow wood.

So Celia decided to finally give a damn about something, and see if she can find it. If she could, at least she could find a good place to sleep for awhile.

Special Power:
If she was to have a special power, it would be her ability to manipulate blood. Specifically hers, and the spilled blood of others and weaponize it to an extent. She isn't particularly skilled at the craft, but is learning...very...very...slowly.

Things they look for in a partner:
She has never actually thought about it. Relationships with people are tiring. But if she had to say, it'd be someone who isn't totally exhausting to be around.

Pets/Familiars:

Other:
Celia, is in fact, possessed by a Wendigo. A being similar to a werewolf, though typically once one turns it is impossible to turn back without the aid of magic. The creature is currently sealed, but it still has a rather obvious effect on Celia's personality. A voracious appetite, a surprising amount of strength contained in her frail looking body that only gets stronger the more she allows the beast to take over, and general lethargy and desire to consume human flesh.

Shai

Name: Shai

Appearance: Blonde, short eyes. Around 1,67m high, has a delicate face and a tiny build. Uses a big hat to hide (or at least try to) her draconic ears when near other people. As a dragon-human hybrid, she has a tail and her body is partially covered by scales (more specifically on her ribs, covering the side of her body and part of her belly, her back and her thighs. Has yellow eyes with a slit pupil.
Many hunters/witches and even normal people try to either capture or kill her due to her unique appearance and traits.

Age: 19

Personality: Around other people, Shai is very wary, and tends to have problems to trust others, due to her being mostly mistreated, hated and even beaten by others. Shai is a very sweet girl, curious and loves to talk... well... she would love to have someone to talk... Tends to be overly affectionate and is quick to get attached to someone, after it conquers her trust... which can take a lot of time and effort. She will often avoid unecessary fights, prefering to run from them, without harming anyone.

History: Mankind always wanted to control everything which surrounded them. Everything they don't understand they tend to either hate and destroy or capture and try to subjugate it to their will. It is and it will be always like that.
Knowing this, I make you a question: what is the thing that humans fear the most, trying desperately to control or destroy it?
Its the magick. The arcane, energy, Mana, call it whatever you like. But the arcane is not like other forces in the universe. It has its own, unknown and ever changing laws. How can men control something that is eternally twisting and changing? They cant. Then they proceed to hate it and try to destroy it. Few are the ones who chose to embrace it, not trying to control and obtain it, but accepting it as part of the world. The ones who do it are called mages and witches, who see the world with different eyes, seeing it as it truly is.
But even those are still part humans, and some, who realize the unthinkable power that permeates the existence, try to hold it for their own. Those often die, burned by the arcane, or turn into arcane filled monsters, beasts without reason or thoughts, irregularities at the arcane flow, almost as tumors. Growing and burning their essence and arcane energy until their body cant hold it anymore and they simply burst.

But it all changed when a substance called "Dragon Blood", or at least its this the name the researches gave it due to its crimson color and burning hot feeling, was discovered at the ruins of an antique and lost civilization, who instead of hating and repelling the arcane, chose to embrace it, the Babylonians. Legends tell of a mythical place where everything is possible, Babylon was built on a node on the arcane new, which runs through the reality. This node made possible incredible advances at the art of the arcane. But as always... Humanity destroyed it, fearing that which they couldn't understand, negating the arcane and every aspect of it. Apparently it is a condensed form of Bloodmoon stone. The only means to create it was lost with the babilonian civilization. It emanated an incredible amount of arcane energy, almost like it was warping and distorting the arcane net itself.

With this new substance, they did what the human race always did. Try to control it. Dissolving it and putting it in a human embryo, they made an entire new creature. A hybrid girl.
This hybrid was a walking node at the arcane net. Not only tapping into it, but controlling it as well, She had unlimited access to the arcane energy.

Unfortunately, for the humans, this creature was as volatile and uncontrollable as the arcane itself. After suffering from years of living locked and being experimented on, the hybrid, which they gave the name "Shai" lost control. As they were trying to infuse innumerous Bloodmoon stones into her, trying to replicate the "Dragon's Blood". Losing the control over her own magick, the stars shook and trembled by the sudden outburst of power. With a huge flash and a terrible magical shockwave, a meteor fell on the research center, but instead of impacting on the earth and destroying everything, it hovered over the hybrid. The researchers looked, amazed as it glowed and changed its form, turning into an orb, mystical cards and a set of thorny dices, artifacts imbued with arcane energy.

With those in her hands, the hybrid, or I should say, Shai, ran away. Going as far as she could from there.

After years being mistreated and hunted due to her traits and appearance, Shai found refuge and shelter at the Forest near the mountain. Coincidentally there is a an Arcane Node hidden somewere in the mountain, which is perfect to hide Shai's presence from others.
As the time passed, rumours began to be told at Seren's Folly, rumors of a "spirit" which lived inside a very old ruin, inside a cave at the Forest. This "spirit" would divine the fate of those who went there, requiring only one payment: the tale of one's life until the presente moment and a good conversation. No one who went there ever saw the spirit in person, but all of them say they heard its beautiful voice.
Some drunkards swear they saw the spirit, claiming it is a beautiful hybrid girl, with a tail and scales, but they are just crazy drunkards, who would believe them anyways, am I right?

Special Power: Shai is able not only to read the stars (as a form of divination) using her star globe and tarot deck, but control them as well. By attuning her energies with the cosmos she can wield magicks of unseen and new properties, including healing, using the astral energy to smite her enemies (think of it as some kind of "starfall") , compressing or extending one's flow of time (slowing or accelerating them and their perception of time), and manipulating gravity (which she also uses to move her dices around at blinding speeds, as projectiles or barriers). Additionally, Shai can block one's access to magical energy if she touches this person. Its a complicated and lengthy process. Completely cutting a mage or a witch from the Arcane net is a process that can take up to hours, even days, but temporarily weakening it is something that can be done without too much effort.

Things they look for in a partner: Partner? Do you mean... like a... mate? *blushes heavily covering her mouth* I don't know... maybe someone kind, strong, that doesn't care for my appearance. Someone interesting with lots of stories to tell me and that can take me to many interesting and different places!

Can my character be immortal? As in he/she revives in magically prepared scarecrows once destroyed?

@Bishop Hm, I would say no to immortal. Although able to live without their initial body yes. The idea seems fine to me as long as it is possible to kill or seriously injure them. Maybe if someone took out all the scarecrows first or what not. I also think a fair trade off would be that since they are defensively high they'd be offensively low. Thoughts?

Made some tiny changes on her personality tab. Nothing too big.

Also, i'm kinda worried... If Emmerich meets her while in his other personality, he will certain try to kill her. If she tried to run, things Will get bad for her, but If she fights back and shows him his Power, his other side can get attracted by her LOL...

Oh, and another thing: i'm using my cellphone right now... So bring your dictionary / cryptologists.

@13org The only thing about Shai that would need to be changed is the Glow Wood. It is gone. No one ic really knows where. So if she is in the glow wood it'll be a while before we run into her.
