Wearing black makes the difference in a black night and massively improves your chances to receive a lucky friendly crossbow shot from a fellow hunter because one can't really see you!)

I suppose about as fast as any person with military training can run? So probably pretty damn far/fast? The training most inquisitors go through is fairly rigorous, and since she's not someone who prefers direct confrontations if she can help it, she is fairly agile.

She is fully prepared to defend herself, though. The moment he does anything she's either leaving if he decides to save Shai, or she's gonna use that crossbow to put a bolt in his face.

If he goes to save Shai, she's probably gonna be gone by the time he's done I'd imagine. Back in Seren's folly since I'm fairly certain it's not too far away.
